一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法和系统
本申请要求于2015年12月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为2015108965125、发明名称为“一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,特别是指一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法和系统。
背景技术
随着手机价格的下降及中国运营商3G/4G网络制式相互不兼容,越来越多的人拥有2部以上的手机。而在繁忙的工作和生活中,经常会出现将手机落在家里和其他地方的情况,在这种情况下可能会漏接很重要的电话,人们通常的做法是回到落手机的地方,这样在时间和交通成本上都较高。
另外,还可以是将所落手机的SIM卡设置呼叫转移,呼叫转移是通信运营商提供的一种基本网络服务,在某个号码或者SIM卡上开通呼叫转移业务后,用户可以设置为呼叫转移条件和目的地号码,所有满足这个呼叫转移条件的呼入通话将会被转接到目的地号码。通常设置呼叫转移的方式有两种,一种是:利用第三方手机给所落手机的SIM卡运营商打电话,让人工对所落手机的SIM卡设置呼叫转移业务。还有一种是:在所落手机上提供有设置呼叫转移的功能,用户选择该功能,然后该手机便可以启动呼叫转移模式,自动地向SIM卡相应的运营商发送开通呼叫转移的请求,运营商接收到该请求并开通该手机上的SIM卡呼叫转移功能。
而对于所落手机来说,只能通过第一种方式人工开通所落手机的SIM卡呼叫转移功能。因此,导致用户在开通呼叫转移功能时模式复杂、麻烦。而且,还可能造成恶意设置呼叫转移功能,个人隐私和安全都受到威胁。例如:非本人恶意打电话给某一SIM卡的运营商打电话开通该SIM卡的呼叫转移功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法和系统,解 决了在现有技术中只能人工打电话给运营商开通所落手机呼叫转移功能的问题。
基于上述目的本发明提供的实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法,包括步骤:
接收到第三方手机发送的信息;
解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求;
根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;
判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确则启动呼叫转移模式,若不正确则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在一些实施例中,所述接收到第三方手机发送的信息之后,还包括:
获取该第三方手机的号码;
调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表;其中,所述启动呼叫转移号码表存储有能够启动呼叫转移模式的号码;
判断在所述启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码;
若包括该第三方手机的号码,则解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求;若没有包括该第三方手机的号码,则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在一些实施例中,所述解析该信息内容识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求,包括:
判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式;其中,所述预先设置的短信息格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码;
若符合预先设置的短信息格式,则根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;若不符合预先设置的短信息格式,则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在一些实施例中,所述判断开启呼叫转移的请求符合预先设置的短信息格式之后,还包括:
提取该短信息中转移后的接收号码;

根据手机上呼叫转移的使用现状,根据用户的使用需求,无法实现对手机远程自动控制SIM卡呼叫转移功能的设置,导致对于远程手机,只能通过人工拨打运营商服务电话,手工设置该SIM卡呼叫转移功能。为了解决这一问题,本发明从用户角度,体会到用户希望能够远程自动控制SIM卡的呼叫转移功能。因此,本发明的思路是通过第三方手机实现对远程手机呼叫转移功能操作。
参阅图1所示,为本发明第一实施例中实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法流程示意图,所述实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法包括:
步骤101,接收到第三方手机发送的信息。
在实施例中,可以是所落手机接收第三方手机发送的信息。其中,信息可以为短信息、微信、邮件等等。
步骤102,解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求。
较佳地,开启呼叫转移的请求设置有规范的格式。优选地,开启呼叫转移的请求为短信息,该短信息的格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码。其中,开启呼叫转移的密码是指启动呼叫转移模式的密码。还有,呼叫转移类型可以根据使用者的需要输入不同的类型,例如:无条件呼叫转移。另外,转移后的接收号码是指启动呼叫转移模式之后,可以接收该手机通信内容的号码。

其中,在开启呼叫转移的请求中包括有开启呼叫转移的密码,可以从该开启呼叫转移的请求中提取开启呼叫转移的密码。
步骤104,判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确执行步骤105,若不正确执行步骤106。
需要说明的是,预先在所落手机上设置有开启呼叫转移的密码,可以将请求中的开启呼叫转移的密码与预先设置的开启呼叫转移的密码进行对比,来判断请求中的开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确。
步骤105,启动呼叫转移模式。
较佳地,获取该手机当前运行的网络模式。然后根据该网络模式,启动与该网络模式相应的呼叫转移模式。应该说明的是,在现有技术中,根据不同的网络模式,其在手机中相应的呼叫转移模式也不相同。优选地,可以通过查询预备设置呼叫转移的手机MODEN协议栈能支持的网络模式,获取当前运行的网络模式。例如:通过查询手机MODEN协议栈,获得当前运行的网络模式为CDMA,则启动在该手机上的CDMA呼叫转移模式。
步骤106,返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在实施例中,当判断请求中的开启呼叫转移的密码不正确时,预备设置呼叫转移的手机就可以发送短信给该第三方手机,并告知呼叫转移请求失败。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,执行步骤101之后,可以获取该第三方手机的号码。然后调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表,判断在启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码,若包括该第三方手机的号码,则可以执行步骤102。若没有包括该第三方手机的号码,则直接执行步骤106。在该实施例中,所述的启动呼叫转移号码表是预先在预备设置呼叫转移的手机中设置的,并且存储有能够启动该手机呼叫转移模式的号码。也就是说,通过设置启动呼叫转移号码表以及上面的该过程,可以进一步保证使用第三方手机启动预备设置呼叫转移的手机中的呼叫转移模式的安全性。
在本发明的另一个较佳地实施例中,在执行步骤102时,判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式。若符合预先设置的短信息格式,则进行步骤103。若不符合预先设置的请求格式,则直接执行步骤106。优选地,判断开启呼叫转移的请求符合预先设置的请求格式之后,提取该短信息中转移后的 接收号码,并且调取预设的接收号码表。其中,所述接收号码表存储有允许该手机呼叫转移到的号码。然后,判断在所述接收号码表中是否包括该转移后的接收号码。根据判断结果,若包括该转移后的接收号码,则进行步骤103。若没有包括该转移后的接收号码,则直接执行步骤106。
作为一个可参考的实施例,参阅图2所示,所述实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法具体可采用如下步骤:
步骤201,接收到第三方手机发送的信息。
步骤202,获取该第三方手机的号码,并调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表。其中,启动呼叫转移号码表存储有能够启动呼叫转移模式的号码。
步骤203,判断在所述启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码。若包括则进行步骤204,若不包括则执行步骤208。
其中,接收号码表存储有允许该手机呼叫转移到的号码。
步骤204,判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式,若符合则进行步骤205,若不符合则进行步骤208。
其中,短信息格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码。
步骤205,根据该短信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码。
步骤206,判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确则执行步骤207,若不正确则进行步骤208。
步骤207,获取该手机当前运行的网络模式,启动与该网络模式相应的呼叫转移模式。
步骤208,返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的系统,如图3所示,所述远程控制呼叫转移的实现系统包括依次连接的请求接收单元301、请求判断单元302、密码获取单元303和模式启动单元304。其中,请求接收单元 301用于接收到第三方手机发送的信息。请求判断单元302用于解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求。密码获取单元303用于根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码。模式启动单元304用于判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确则启动呼叫转移模式,若不正确则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
需要说明的是,模式启动单元304启动呼叫转移模式之前,可以获取该手机当前运行的网络模式,然后启动与该网络模式相应的呼叫转移模式。
作为本系统一个可参考的实施例,如图4所示,请求判断单元302可以从请求接收单元301获取该第三方手机的号码,并调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表。然后,请求判断单元302判断在所述启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码,若包括该第三方手机的号码,则请求判断单元302与密码获取单元303相连。若没有包括该第三方手机的号码,则请求判断单元302与模式启动单元304相连,并且模式启动单元304直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
在较佳地一个参考实施例中,请求判断单元302还可以判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式。其中,预先设置的请求格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码。根据判断结果,若符合预先设置的短信息格式,则请求判断单元302与密码获取单元303相连,若不符合预先设置的请求格式,则请求判断单元302与模式启动单元304相连,并且模式启动单元304直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
优选地,请求判断单元302判断开启呼叫转移的请求符合预先设置的短信息格式之后,需要提取该开启呼叫转移的请求中转移后的接收号码以及调取预设的接收号码表。其中,接收号码表存储有允许该手机呼叫转移到的号码。然后,请求判断单元302判断在所述接收号码表中是否包括该转移后的接收号码。根据判断结果,若包括该转移后的接收号码,则请求判断单元302与密码获取单元303相连。若没有包括该转移后的接收号码,则请求判断单元302与模式启动单元304相连,并且模式启动单元304直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
需要说明的是,在本发明所述的实现远程控制呼叫转移的系统的具体实施内容,在上面所述的实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法中已经详细说明了,故在此重复内容不再说明。
综上所述,本发明提供的实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法、系统,创造性地提供了不借助人工打电话和手工开通呼叫转移功能的方式,实现自动控制远程手机的呼叫转移功能;而且,还对远程自动控制的过程实行安全、可靠地操作处理,极大的保护了该手机拥有者的个人信息;因此,本发明具有广泛、重大的推广意义;最后,整个所述的实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法和系统紧凑,易于限制。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时可实现图1-图2所示实施例提供的实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法各实现方式中的部分或全部步骤。
所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    接收到第三方手机发送的信息;
    解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求;
    根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;
    判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确则启动呼叫转移模式,若不正确则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收到第三方手机发送的信息之后,还包括:
    获取该第三方手机的号码;
    调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表;其中,所述启动呼叫转移号码表存储有能够启动呼叫转移模式的号码;
    判断在所述启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码;
    若包括该第三方手机的号码,则解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求;若没有包括该第三方手机的号码,则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述解析该信息内容识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求,包括:
    判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式;其中,所述预先设置的短信息格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码;
    若符合预先设置的短信息格式,则根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;若不符合预先设置的短信息格式,则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断开启呼叫转移的请求符合预先设置的短信息格式之后,还包括:
    提取该短信息中转移后的接收号码;
    调取预设的接收号码表;其中,所述接收号码表存储有允许该手机呼叫转移到的号码;
    判断在所述接收号码表中是否包括该转移后的接收号码;
    若包括该转移后的接收号码,则根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;若没有包括该转移后的接收号码,则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述启动呼叫转移模式之前,包括:获取当前运行的网络模式,启动与该网络模式相应的呼叫转移模式。
  6. 一种实现远程控制呼叫转移的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收单元,用于接收到第三方手机发送的信息;
    请求判断单元,用于解析该信息内容,识别是否为开启呼叫转移的请求;
    密码获取单元,用于根据该信息,获取开启呼叫转移的密码;
    模式启动单元,用于判断该开启呼叫转移的密码是否正确,若正确则启动呼叫转移模式,若不正确则返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述请求判断单元还用于:
    获取该第三方手机的号码;
    调取预设的启动呼叫转移号码表;其中,所述启动呼叫转移号码表存储有能够启动呼叫转移模式的号码;
    判断在所述启动呼叫转移号码表中是否包括该第三方手机的号码;
    若包括该第三方手机的号码,则所述请求判断单元与所述的密码获取单元相连;若没有包括该第三方手机的号码,则所述请求判断单元与所述的模式启动单元相连,并且所述模式启动单元直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述请求判断单元还用于:
    判断该开启呼叫转移的请求是否符合预先设置的短信息格式;其中,所 述预先设置的短信息格式为:KT#开启呼叫转移的密码#呼叫转移类型#转移后的接收号码;
    若符合预先设置的短信息格式,则所述请求判断单元与所述的密码获取单元相连;若不符合预先设置的短信息格式,则所述请求判断单元与所述的模式启动单元相连,并且所述模式启动单元直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述请求判断单元判断开启呼叫转移的请求符合预先设置的短信息格式之后,还用于:
    提取该短信息中转移后的接收号码;
    调取预设的接收号码表;其中,所述接收号码表存储有允许该手机呼叫转移到的号码;
    判断在所述接收号码表中是否包括该转移后的接收号码;
    若包括该转移后的接收号码,则所述请求判断单元与所述的密码获取单元相连;若没有包括该转移后的接收号码,则所述请求判断单元与所述的模式启动单元相连,并且所述模式启动单元直接返回给所述的第三方手机呼叫转移请求失败。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述模式启动单元启动呼叫转移模式之前,包括:获取当前运行的网络模式,启动与该网络模式相应的呼叫转移模式。
