本申请实施例公开一种断电装置以及手机。该断电装置包括:与电源的正、负极电性连接的电源PCB板;与电源PCB板电性连接的断路器;断路器设有馈电装置,馈电装置包括第一插孔和第二插孔,且第一插孔与第二插孔导通时,电源PCB板的供电线路断路;以及短路插头;设有电性连接的第一插头和第二插头。该手机设有本申请实施例提供的断电装置。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是解决现有手机在组装或者维修时,容易出现误触开机按键,导致手机短路而烧坏元器件的问题。

Description

一种断电装置以及手机
本申请要求在2015年12月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为201521014975.6、申请名称为“一种断电装置以及手机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及便携式设备技术领域,更具体地,本申请涉及一种断电装置以及手机。
背景技术
目前,越来越多的手机采用不可拆卸式电池的设计。然而,由于手机电池不可拆卸,在实现本申请的过程中,本申请的发明人发现目前的手机存在以下缺陷:
手机组装时,当电池与主板接通后,由于手机在流水线组装,很容易出现误触开机按键,导致手机短路而烧坏器件。同理,在手机维修的过程中,也容易出现误触开机按键而损坏器件的现象。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种断电装置以及手机,用以解决现有技术中手机开机按键易被误触而导致手机内部器件损坏的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种断电装置,包括:
与电源的正、负极电性连接的电源PCB板;
与电源PCB板电性连接的断路器;所述断路器设有馈电装置,所述馈电装置包括第一插孔和第二插孔;所述第一插孔与所述第二插孔导通时,所述电源PCB板的供电线路断路;以及,
短路插头;设有电性连接的第一插头和第二插头。
结合以上第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述电源PCB板为柔性电路板。
结合以上第一方面,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述馈电装置包括导体和设于所述导体的所述第一插头和所述第二插头。
结合以上第一方面、第二种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述导体为椭圆形的片状结构。
结合以上第一方面,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述第一插头为弹簧顶针连接器。
结合以上第一方面、第四种可能的实现方式,在第五种可能的实现方式中,所述第二插头为弹簧顶针连接器。
结合以上第一方面、第四种可能的实现方式、第五种可能的实现方式,在第六种可能的实现方式中,所述短路插头为铜合金或者铝合金。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种手机,包括本申请实施例第一方面提供的断电装置。
本申请实施例提供的断电装置,在手机或者其他便携式设备在流水线组装前或者维修之前,将断电装置预先安装到位。使用时,将短路插头插入馈电装置的第一插孔和第二插孔,使馈电装置的第一插孔和第二插孔导通,即断电装置被短路,此时,断路器短路。使得电源PCB板的供电线路断路。当手机或者其他便携式设备正常使用时,拆除断路插头,将断路器复位,即可实现电源PCB板的供电线路通路,提高了操作的便利性和手机的安全性。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例一
本申请实施例提供一种断电装置,参照图1-2,该装置包括:电源PCB板4、断路器和短路插头1。电源PCB板4与电源5的正、负极电性连接,以控制手机的供电以及电源5的充放电。优选的实施方式是,电源PCB板4采用柔性电路板(FPB),以适应手机轻薄化的要求。此外,柔性电路板还可以根据手机内的元器件的空间位置而灵活的设置线路的走向。断路器与手机PCB板7电性连接,具体地,断路器设置在电源PCB板4的供电线路上,以在手机装配或者维修时起到断路保护的作用。本领域的技术人员可以理解,该断路器为断路器面板,其可以设置到电源PCB板4,也可以设置到手机PCB板7。当然,断路器可以为其他形式的断路器,只要能满足手机的使用要求即可,本申请对此不做限定。
当出现短路时,由于大电流通过,使得断路开关瞬时断开,以起到保护手机的作用。断路器设有馈电装置,馈电装置包括第一插孔8和第二插孔9。短路插头1设有电性连接第一插头2和第二插头3。当第一插孔8与第二插孔9导通时,馈电装置处于短路状态。此时,断路器在通电瞬间断开,电源PCB板4的供电线路实现断路。
在手机组装或者维修时,为防止误触电源键导致手机的元器件的损坏。先将短路插头1的第一插头2和第二插头3分别插进馈电装置的第一插孔8和第二插孔9,以使第一插孔8和第二插孔9导通。当误触电源键时,手机PCB板7瞬间通电,由于第一插孔8和第二插孔9已经导通,此时,供电线路处于短路状态,使断路器瞬间断路。从而有效避免了手机通电后对其它元器件的损坏。由于断路器处于断路状态,即使再误触电源键,也无法对手机供电。使用完成后,将短路插头1拔出,并且使断路器复位,即可实现手机的正常通电。
在本申请的一个优选的实施方式中,为适应手机的轻薄化的要求且便于设计线路走向,电源PCB板4为柔性电路板(FCB)。断路器面板设置在柔性电路板上。参照图2,馈电装置包括导体11、第一插头2和第二插头3。第一插头2和第二插头3设于导体11上。进一步地,为了便于安装,第一插头2和第二插头3垂直于导体11。第一插头2和第二插头3之间的距离与第一插孔8和第二插孔9之间的距离相同,以保证短路插头1能与馈电装置相配合。 柔性电路板(FCB)厚度与常规的印刷电路板(PCB)相比较为轻薄,可减少手机内部的空间占用,且柔性电路板(FCB)可进行一定角度的弯曲,便于根据手机内部空间进行线路走向的设计。
为了制造方便,导体11的形状为椭圆形的片状结构。此外,片状结构更适应手机轻薄化的要求。当然,导体11的形状可以是圆形、矩形、三角形或者其他形状,只要能满足手机的安装要求即可,本申请对此不做限定。可选择地,为了加工制造方便,短路插头1的材质可以为铜合金或者铝合金。当然,也可以采用其他导体11材料,只要能够将第一插头2和第二插头3导通即可,本申请对此不做限定。
为了保证短路插头1与馈电装置之间的电性连接的可靠性,第一插头2采用弹簧顶针连接器(pogopin)。更加优选的方式是,第二插头3也采用弹簧顶针连接器。弹簧顶针连接器能更好的压紧馈电装置,保证第一插孔8和第二插孔9的导通。
在手机组装或者维修时,为防止误触电源键导致手机的元器件损坏。先将短路插头1的两个弹簧顶针连接器插进馈电装置的第一插孔8和第二插孔9,以使第一插孔8和第二插孔9导通。当误触电源键时,手机PCB板7瞬间通电,由于第一插孔8和第二插孔9已经导通,此时,供电线路处于短路状态,由于大电流通过,使断路器瞬间断路。从而有效避免了手机通电后对其它元器件的损坏。由于断路器处于断路状态,即使再误触电源键,也无法对手机供电。使用完成后,将短路插头1拔出,并且使断路器复位,即可实现手机的正常通电。该断电装置结构简单,使用十分方便。
实施例二
本申请实施例还提供了一种手机,该手机设有本申请实施例一提供的断电装置。参照图1和图3,该手机还包括:手机PCB板7、连接装置6和电源5。连接装置6用于连接手机PCB板7与电源PCB板4,以实现手机的供电,断路器(未示出)可以安装在手机PCB板7或者电源PCB板4上,其中,断路器的馈电装置与电源PCB板4电性连接。电源PCB板4的线路走向,可以根据手机内的元器件的位置进行合理布置。此外,电源PCB板4还与手机的电源键以及手机的USB插座电性连接,以实现对手机的供电控制和电源5的充电控制。在本实施例中,馈电装置设置在手机下端。当然也可以根据需要设置到其他位置,本申请对此不做限定。
在手机组装或者维修时,为防止误触电源键导致手机的元器件损坏。先将短路插头1的第一插头2和第二插头3插进馈电装置的第一插孔8和第二插孔9,以使第一插孔8和第二插孔9导通。当误触电源键时,手机PCB板7瞬间通电,由于第一插孔8和第二插孔9已经导通,此时,供电线路处于短路状态,使断路器瞬间断路。从而有效避免了手机通电后对其它元器件的损坏。由于断路器处于断路状态,即使再误触电源键,也无法对手机供电。使用完成后,将短路插头1拔出,并且使断路器复位,即可实现手机的正常通电。该手机具有安全性高的特点。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。

  1. 一种断电装置,其特征在于,包括:
    与电源(5)的正、负极电性连接的电源PCB板(4);

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述电源PCB板(4)为柔性电路板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述馈电装置包括导体(11)和设于所述导体(11)的所述第一插头(8)和所述第二插头(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述导体(11)为椭圆形的片状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述第一插头(8)为弹簧顶针连接器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述第二插头(9)为弹簧顶针连接器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的断电装置,其特征在于,所述短路插头(1)为铜合金或者铝合金。
  8. 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机设有如权利要求1-7任一项所述的断电装置。
