一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法和系统
本申请要求于2015年12月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510922392.1,发明名称为“一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及移动终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法和系统。
背景技术
近年来,随着移动通信技术的飞速发展和移动终端智能化趋势的加快,人们正走入一个新的移动互联网时代。多种多样具备网络连接能力的移动终端,诸如手机、平板电脑、电纸书等的出现,带给人们随时随地访问互联网的便捷。Android的出现,更是将移动终端推向了以应用和数据为主导的时代。今天的移动终端平台具备了办公、娱乐、社交等多种功能,其存储的数据也变得更加丰富,例如图片、音乐、视频、动画等等。
用户经常使用移动终端进行拍摄照片和视频,且用户使用移动终端可以与联系人进行视频通信。为了便于管理联系人,用户往往需要设置联系人的头像。
现有技术中,设置联系人头像的方法是采用系统默认图片或需用户手动从存储器中选择一幅图片设置为联系人的头像。然而,传统的这种设置联系人头像的方法,图片需事先拍摄好并保存在移动终端的存储器中,但需要用户手动进行设置。
但是,目前用户移动终端中很多联系人或者为无头像图标,或者为默认头像,或者是根据联系人名字生成头像,这样往往并不能让用户满意。而且,当联系人比较多时,按照传统的方法设置联系人头像不但耗时,也很不方便。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法和系统,能够在视频通话时方便用户设置联系人头像。
本申请实施例提供一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,包括:
当第一终端和第二终端视频通话时,第一终端向第二终端发送生成联系 人头像请求消息;
第二终端收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端;
第一终端根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
本申请实施例提供一种视频通话时生成联系人头像的系统,包括:
第一终端,设置为和第二终端视频通话时,向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息;
第二终端,设置为收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端;
所述第一终端,还设置为根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
和现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法和系统,能够在视频通话时方便用户设置联系人头像。
本申请实施例还提供一种在其上记录有设置为执行上述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。

如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤S11,当第一终端和第二终端视频通话时,第一终端向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息;
步骤S12,第二终端收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端;
步骤S13,第一终端根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
实施例二:
图2为本申请的一个具体实施例中视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法的详细流程示意图。
如图2所示,该方法应用于移动终端上,包括:
步骤S21,第一终端和第二终端视频通话。
在本步骤中,第一终端和第二终端发起视频通话,视频通话可以分为走IP线路以及走普通电话线路两种方式,通常指基于互联网和移动互联网端,通过移动终端之间实时传送人的语音和图像的通信方式。在一个实施例中,可以通过在移动通信设备上运行视频通话软件,与联系人建立视频通话。在另一个实施例中,还可通过即时通信工具中的视频聊天功能与联系人建立视频连接。本申请并不以此限定视频通信的特定形式。
第一终端和第二终端通过网络套接字(WebSocket)或是套接字(Socket)建立传输控制协议(TCP,Transmission Control Protocol)长连接实现视频通话。
WebSocket是HTML5一种协议,能够实现浏览器与服务器全双工通信(full-duplex)。因此,本申请实施例中,可以通过WebSocket建立TCP长连接。
Socket通信包括同步Socket和异步Socket,如果是短链接,使用同步Socket。例如http服务器、转接服务器等;如果是长链接,使用异步Socket。例如通讯系统(QQ/Fetion)、webgame等。因此,本申请实施例中,可以通过异步Socket建立TCP长连接。
步骤S22,第一终端向第二终端发送联系人头像请求消息。
现有技术中,设置联系人头像的方法是采用系统默认图片或需用户手动从存储器中选择一幅图片设置为联系人的头像。
和现有技术相比,本申请实施例在第一终端和第二终端视频通话时,第一终端通过TCP长连接向第二终端发送联系人头像请求消息,从而避免了现有技术中联系人头像是系统图片或者只能从本地存储的照片中选择的缺点。
步骤S23,第二终端接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄。
本步骤可以具体分解为如图3所示的子步骤,包括:
步骤S231,第二终端接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息;
步骤S232,是否同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像;如果是,进行步骤S233;如果否,进行步骤S234;
步骤S233,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄;
步骤S234,向第一终端发送生成联系人头像拒绝消息。
在本步骤中,第二终端接收第一终端通过TCP长连接传输发送的生成联系人头像请求消息。在该生成联系人头像请求消息中,可以包括请求的原因等,具体地,该生成联系人头像请求可以在现有的传输消息中增加字段或者修改现有的字段都可以的,具体格式在本申请中不做具体的限定。
当对第二终端联系人进行拍摄接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息后,判断是否同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像,如果第二终端的联系人状态不好,例如没有洗漱或穿着并不适合展示,可以拒绝在视频通话时生成联系人头像。
第二终端通过TCP长连接向第一终端发送生成联系人头像拒绝消息,在该生成联系人头像拒绝消息中,可以包括拒绝的理由、允许拍摄的时间,例如十分钟后再拍摄。具体地,该生成联系人头像请求可以在现有的传输消息中增加字段或者修改现有的字段都可以的,具体格式在本申请中不做具体的限定。
如果同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像,触发第二终端的摄像头,对联系人进行自动对焦并拍摄,例如可以进行自动连续拍摄,也可以是第二终端的联系人手动拍摄。
步骤S24,第二终端将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端。
在本步骤中,第二终端将拍摄的照片通过TCP长连接返回给第一终端。在传送照片的同时可以添加第二终端联系人头像的设置信息,例如照片的分辨率和头像大小等。
步骤S25,第一终端对接收到的照片进行设置,生成第二终端的联系人头像,并将联系人头像存储联系人数据库。
在本步骤中,如果第一终端接收到多张照片,第一终端进行选择和裁剪生成第二终端的联系人头像。
第一终端可以根据第二终端联系人头像的设置信息对照片进行设置,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
第一终端将设置好的联系人头像存储到联系人数据库中。

具体的,所述第一终端通过TCP长连接向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息,所述生成联系人头像请求消息中包括请求的原因;
第二终端接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息后,判断是否同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像;如果是,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄;如果否,向第一终端发送生成联系人头像拒绝消息,所述生成联系人头像拒绝消息包括拒绝的理由或允许拍摄的时间。
所述第二终端同意第一终端拍摄后,触发第二终端的摄像头,对联系人进行自动拍摄;或者,第二终端的联系人手动拍摄;
第二终端将拍摄的照片通过TCP长连接返回给第一终端,并在传送照片时添加第二终端联系人头像的设置信息;
第一终端根据第二终端联系人头像的设置信息对接收到的照片进行设置,生成第二终端的联系人头像,并将设置好的联系人头像存储到联系人数据库中。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。

Claims (11)

  1. 视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当第一终端和第二终端视频通话时,第一终端向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息;
    第二终端收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端;
    第一终端根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端和第二终端视频通话的步骤具体为:
    第一终端和第二终端通过WebSocket或是Socket建立TCP长连接实现视频通话。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息的步骤包括:
    第一终端通过TCP长连接向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息,所述生成联系人头像请求消息中包括请求的原因。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄的步骤包括:
    第二终端接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息后,判断是否同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像;
    如果是,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄;
    如果否,向第一终端发送生成联系人头像拒绝消息,所述生成联系人头像拒绝消息包括拒绝的理由或允许拍摄的时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述对第二终端联系人进行拍摄的步骤包括:
    如果第二终端同意第一终端拍摄后,触发第二终端的摄像头,对联系人进行自动拍摄;或者,第二终端的联系人手动拍摄。
  6. 根据权利要2所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端的步骤包括:
    第二终端将拍摄的照片通过TCP长连接返回给第一终端,并在传送照片 时添加第二终端联系人头像的设置信息。
  7. 根据权利要6所述的视频通话时生成联系人头像的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像的步骤包括:
    第一终端根据第二终端联系人头像的设置信息对接收到的照片进行设置,生成第二终端的联系人头像,并将设置好的联系人头像存储到联系人数据库中。
  8. 一种设置为视频通话时生成联系人头像的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端,设置为和第二终端视频通话时,向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息;
    第二终端,设置为收到所述生成联系人头像请求消息后,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片返回给第一终端;
    所述第一终端,还设置为根据从第二终端接收到的照片,生成第二终端的联系人头像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设置为视频通话时生成联系人头像的系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端通过TCP长连接向第二终端发送生成联系人头像请求消息,所述生成联系人头像请求消息中包括请求的原因;
    第二终端接收第一终端发送的生成联系人头像请求消息后,判断是否同意在视频通话时生成联系人头像;如果是,对第二终端联系人进行拍摄;如果否,向第一终端发送生成联系人头像拒绝消息,所述生成联系人头像拒绝消息包括拒绝的理由或允许拍摄的时间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的设置为视频通话时生成联系人头像的系统,其特征在于,所述第二终端同意第一终端拍摄后,触发第二终端的摄像头,对联系人进行自动拍摄;或者,第二终端的联系人手动拍摄;
    第二终端将拍摄的照片通过TCP长连接返回给第一终端,并在传送照片时添加第二终端联系人头像的设置信息;
    第一终端根据第二终端联系人头像的设置信息对接收到的照片进行设置,生成第二终端的联系人头像,并将设置好的联系人头像存储到联系人数据库。
  11. 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1所述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
