Abstract

Description

一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,更具体地说是涉及一种旋转电动剃须刀的旋转刀头。
【背景领域】
旋转电动剃须刀的刀头部分一般是在刀网罩内设有旋转刀头,旋转刀头与电动剃须刀电机传动轴相连接,电动剃须刀电机传动轴带动旋转刀头旋转,旋转刀头的刀体也跟着旋转,并切断伸入到刀网罩内的胡须,从而实现剃须。现有的旋转刀头一般由钢材料制成,由一块钢片冲压制作成的。这种钢片制成的旋转刀头存在以下缺陷:1、钢片成本高,钢片材料成本以及加工成本都很高;2、钢片其硬度低,造成刀体不是很锋利;3、耐磨性差,长期使用磨损比较厉害,造成刀头的寿命短,4、刀头容易生锈,非常不卫生,特别是在生锈的刀头容易损伤使用者的皮肤。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种成本低,硬度超硬,刃口更加锋利,耐磨性好,使用寿命长,不会生锈,干净卫生的旋转电动剃须刀的刀头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其包括支承座1,及连接在支承座1上的多个刀体2,其特征在于支承座和刀体由陶瓷材料一体制成,刀体2远离支承座的一端设有切削面3,切削面3一边设有刀刃4,所述的多个刀体2均匀分布地设置在支承座1外环壁11上。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于切削面3的表面粗糙度值Ra等于或小于12.5。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于刃口4的夹角为锐角。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于刀体2包插竖直段211和连接在竖直段一端的倾斜段212。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于多个刀体2围绕支承座的中心轴圆周分布并同向设置在支承座1外环壁11上。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于支承座1包括内环圈10和外环圈20,在外环圈20的外壁201上的设有外圈的多个刀体2,在内环圈10的外壁101上设有内圈的多个刀体2,内圈的多个刀体2将内环圈10与外环圈20连接成一体。
如上所述外圈的多个刀体2和内圈的多个刀体2以支承座的中心轴30为中心在圆周方向上错开设置。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2和内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2结构相同。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2和内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2为同向设置。
如上所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于内环圈10,外环圈20,外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2以及内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2由陶瓷材料一体制成。
本实用新型的刀头由于采用支承座和刀体由陶瓷材料一体制成,
成本低,硬度超硬,刃口更加锋利,耐磨性好,使用寿命长,不会生锈,干净卫生。

【具体实施方式】
实施例一、一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其包括支承座1,及连接在支承座1上的多个刀体2,支承座1为环形,中部设有中央孔12,刀体2包括竖直段211和连接在竖直段一端的倾斜段212。本实用新型的支承座和刀体由陶瓷材料一体制成,刀体2远离支承座的一端设有切削面3,切削面3一边设有刀刃4。
本实用新型的多个刀体2均匀分布地设置在支承座1外环壁11上,也就是说多个刀体2围绕支承座1的中心轴30圆周分布在外环壁11上,并且同向弯折,以便与顶部研磨后形成锐角刀刃4。
支承座1的内壁13内环设有凹台14,并使凹台14外围形成环形凸壁15,支承座1的外壁16为一平面。
本实用新型的支承座和刀体由陶瓷材料,如氧化锆,氧化铝等一体烧制而成,切削面经过研磨后,使切削面3一边形成刀刃4,刃口的夹角为小于90度的锐角,切削面的表面经过机加工后粗糙度值Ra等于或小于12.5。
如图5所示,本实用新型的刀头套在刀网罩100内,刀网罩100的顶壁设有多个供胡须伸入的槽110,刀头的切削面3贴近刀网罩100内顶壁,旋转刀头切断伸入到刀网罩内的胡须,从而实现剃须。
实施例二、一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,本实施例中支承座1包括内环圈10和外环圈20,在外环圈20的外壁201上的设有外圈的多个刀体2,在内环圈10的外壁101上设有内圈的多个刀体2,内圈的多个刀体2将内环圈10与外环圈20连接成一体。
本实施例中的外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2和内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2结构与实施例一中的刀体2结构相同。刀体2远离支承座的一端设有切削面3,切削面3一边设有刀刃4。刀体2包括竖直段211和连接在竖直段一端的倾斜段212。刀体2围绕支承座1的中心轴30圆周分布,并且同向弯折,以便与顶部研磨后形成锐角刀刃4。
本实施例中的内环圈10,外环圈20,外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2以及内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2由陶瓷材料,如氧化锆,氧化铝等一体制成。
外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2和内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2为同向设置, 并且外圈的多个刀体2和内圈的多个刀体2以中心轴30为中心在圆周方向上错开设置。
本实施例中外环圈20外壁的多个刀体2和内环圈10的外壁的多个刀体2的切削面3经过研磨后,使切削面3一边形成刀刃4,刃口的夹角为小于90度的锐角,切削面的表面经过机加工后粗糙度值Ra等于或小于12.5。

  1. 一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其包括支承座(1),及连接在支承座(1)上的多个刀体(2),其特征在于支承座和刀体由陶瓷材料一体制成,刀体(2)远离支承座的一端设有切削面(3),切削面(3)一边设有刀刃(4),所述的多个刀体(2)均匀分布地设置在支承座(1)外环壁(11)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于切削面(3)的表面粗糙度值Ra等于或小于12.5。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于刃口(4)的夹角为锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于刀体(2)包插竖直段(211)和连接在竖直段一端的倾斜段(212)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于多个刀体(2)围绕支承座的中心轴圆周分布并同向设置在支承座(1)外环壁(11)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于支承座(1)包括内环圈(10)和外环圈(20),在外环圈(20)的外壁(201)上的设有外圈的多个刀体(2),在内环圈(10)的外壁(101)上设有内圈的多个刀体(2),内圈的多个刀体(2)将内环圈(10)与外环圈(20)连接成一体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述外圈的多个刀体(2)和内圈的多个刀体(2)以支承座的中心轴(30)为中心在圆周方向上错开设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于外环圈(20)外壁的多个刀体(2)和内环圈(10)的外壁的多个刀体(2)结构相同。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于外环圈(20)外壁的多个刀体(2)和内环圈(10)的外壁的多个刀体(2)为同向设置。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述一种新型旋转电动剃须刀的刀头,其特征在于内环圈(10),外环圈(20),外环圈(20)外壁的多个刀体(2)以及内环圈(10)的外壁的多个刀体(2)由陶瓷材料一体制成。
