[0038] 在本发明实施例中, 将金融机具提供的信息传送至用户所持有的终端可以是将 金融机具提供的信息以无线通信方式或有线通信方式传送至用户所持有的终端 , 其中, 对于将金融机具提供的信息以无线通信方式传送至用户所持有的终端 这一实施例, 金融机具需要具有无线通信模块, 用户所持有的终端亦需要有无 线通信模块或功能, 例如, 用户所持有的终端可以是手机等移动终端。 对于将 金融机具提供的信息以有线通信方式传送至用户所持有的终端这一实施例, 用 户所持有的终端可以是固定电话, 用户通过拨打有线电话, 在获知金融机具提 供的信息, 这些信息被传送至用户的固定电话, 或者, 用户通过互联网 (Interne t) , 在获知金融机具提供的信息后, 这些信息通过互联网传送至用户所持有的 终端。
[0039] 需要说明的是, 在上述将金融机具提供的信息以无线通信方式或有线通信方式 传送至用户所持有的终端中, 既可以是将金融机具提供的信息以无线通信方式 或有线通信方式直接传送至用户所持有的终端, 也可以是将金融机具提供的信 息以无线通信方式或有线通信方式间接地传送至用户所持有的终端。 所谓将金 融机具提供的信息直接传送至用户所持有的终端, 指的是金融机具不通过任何 第三方设备, 而是直接与用户所持有的终端通信、 交互, 将金融机具提供的信 息以无线通信方式或有线通信方式传送至用户所持有的终端, 而将金融机具提 供的信息以无线通信方式或有线通信方式间接地传送至用户所持有的终端, 可 以是通过第三方服务器, 将金融机具提供的信息以无线通信方式或有线通信方 式传送至用户所持有的终端。 此处的第三方服务器, 既可以是位于银行等金融 机构中的服务器, 也可以是金融机具制造商自己拥有的服务器, 隶属于该金融 机具制造商的所有托管设备统一通过该制造商自己拥有的服务器向用户所持有 的终端发送金融机具提供的信息。

第一传送模块, 用于将所述金融机具提供的信息传送至用户所持有的 终端, 所述用户为欲通过所述金融机具从事金融交易的人。
