Description
本发明涉及一种自动获取治疗纪录的系统,尤其涉及一种可供病患在量测生理参数后自行取得历史治疗纪录的系统。
目前有一种可供病人自行选择药物剂量并进行注射的注射笔,例如胰岛素注射笔等,可帮助慢性病人在家中自行治疗。在管理慢性病(如糖尿病)时,病患掌握何时接受一剂量的历史信息是极其重要的。举例来说,糖尿病患者必须知道已有多少剂量的胰岛素注射体内以及是在何时施打的,如此才能判定用餐前或用餐后等各种情况需注射多少胰岛素剂量。因此,大多数的病患可能会希望有一种方法能够记录他们的注射纪录。
现有技术指出,可以将药物注射器的施打纪录以无线或有线通讯方式传送至远程的装置(如智能型手机)储存,且可以在远程装置上浏览过去的药物施打纪录。但是,随着治疗纪录不断地累积,病患可能对于数量庞大的治疗纪录无所适从,对于下次应施打的药物剂量产生误判,严重威胁到病患的健康。另外,病患于每次注射药物前,必须在远程装置上浏览历史治疗纪录,亦显得相当不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的为协助病患以简单且安全的方式进行药物治疗,做出正确的治疗决策。
本发明提供一种自动获取治疗纪录的系统,包括有量测装置、数据库及计算装置。该量测装置用以量测一病患的生理参数,且于每次量测产生状态信息及第一生理参数值,其至少包括显示屏幕;该数据库用以储存该病患于每次量测后的治疗纪录,其中该治疗纪录至少包括药物剂量、使用该药物剂量后的第二生理参数值;该计算装置连接该量测装置及该数据库,用以根据该状态信息及该第一生理参数值从该数据库取得该治疗纪录。其中,该计算装置从取得的治疗纪录中分别计算各该药物剂量的使用次数比例,且对于该
病患使用相同药物剂量后的多个第二生理参数值计算其平均值。该量测装置透过该显示屏幕显示各该药物剂量、对应于各该药物剂量的使用次数比例及对应于各该药物剂量的多个第二生理参数值的平均值。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的自动获取治疗纪录的系统能够根据病患目前的生理参数值分析过去的治疗纪录,且以简单的方式告知病患分析的结果,协助病患判断下一次应注射多少药物剂量比较恰当,提高了个人疾病管理的便利性和安全性。

图4A至图4H为本发明一种实施例公开的自动获取治疗纪录的使用方式的示意图。

为便于本领域技术人员对本发明的技术方案和有益效果进行理解,特结合附图对具体实施方式进行如下描述。
图1为本发明一种实施例公开的自动获取治疗纪录的系统的示意图。本发明自动获取治疗纪录的系统主要包括:量测装置10、数据库12及计算装置14。其中,量测装置10用以量测一病患的生理参数,其至少包括有显示屏幕100。例如,量测装置10可以为一血糖机,用以量测糖尿病患者的血糖值(BG Level),于每次量测放入检验试纸16于量测装置10中以产生一状态信息及一第一生理参数值,该第一生理参数值可以是病患当时的血糖值。如图1所示,量测装置10可进一步包括输入键102,其可供病患于用餐前或用餐后输入以
产生该状态信息,举例来说,当按压一下输入键102,量测装置10将判断此次量测为用餐前的量测,实际上则记录当时真实时间以做为其状态信息,若当按压两下输入键102,量测装置10将判断此次量测为用餐后的量测,同时记录当时真实时间。数据库12用以储存该病患于每次量测后的治疗纪录120。计算装置14用以根据该状态信息及该第一生理参数值从数据库12取得治疗纪录120。图1显示,计算装置14可以透过蓝芽技术或近距离无线通信技术(NFC)连接量测装置10,且可以透过无线网络18连接数据库12。此外,计算装置14可以为一智能型手机,但本发明并不以此为限。
图2为本发明一种实施例公开的自动获取的治疗纪录示意图。图中显示有多笔治疗纪录120,可被储存于图1的数据库12中。其中,每笔治疗纪录120至少包括药物剂量120a及使用该药物剂量后的第二生理参数值120b,第二生理参数值120b可以为一血糖值,但本发明并不以此为限。另外,治疗纪录120可以进一步包括状态信息120c及使用该药物剂量前的第一生理参数值120d,在本实施例,状态信息120c可设定为用餐前、用餐后或其他时间项目,且第一生理参数值120d为血糖值。
图3为本发明一种实施例公开的自动获取治疗纪录的系统中计算装置运算结果的示意图。如图3所示,计算装置14可以从数据库12取得的治疗纪录120中分别计算各个不同药物剂量的使用次数比例,其中该使用次数比例为该各个不同药物剂量的使用次数占所有药物剂量的总使用次数的百分比数值。如图2、图3所示,若以状态信息120c为用餐前且第一生理参数值120d为238(mg/dl)为例,计算装置14将从数据库12取得对应的多笔治疗纪录120,它们的状态信息120c同样为用餐前且第一生理参数值120d同样为238(mg/dl)。图2显示,符合上述量测条件的有些治疗纪录120使用5单位(Unit)的药物剂量,有些治疗纪录120使用4单位(Unit)的药物剂量,有些治疗纪录120则使用6单位(Unit)的药物剂量。如图3所示,计算装置14分别计算5单位、4单位、6单位药物剂量占所有药物剂量的总使用次数的百分比数值,可得到其使用次数比例分别为74%、20%、6%。此外,计算装置14还能够从数据库12取得的治疗纪录120中,对于病患使用相同药物剂量后的多个第二生理参数值120b计算其平均值,所以,在本实施例中计算装置14对于病患使用5单位药物剂量后的多个血糖值计算其平均值,可以得到平均血糖值为
(102+100+101)/3,即100(mg/dl)。另外,使用4单位和6单位药物剂量后的平均血糖值经过计算装置14的计算则分别为110(mg/dl)及98(mg/dl)。
图4A-图4H为本发明一种实施例公开的自动获取治疗纪录的使用方式的示意图。如图4A-图4H所示,量测装置10可以透过显示屏幕100显示各药物剂量120a、对应于各药物剂量120a的使用次数比例(如图3所示)及对应于各药物剂量120a的多个第二生理参数值120b的平均值(如图3所示)。有关本发明自动获取治疗纪录的系统的使用方式,本实施例以血糖机作为量测装置10,且详细说明如后。首先,在图4A中病患可按压一下量测装置10的输入键102,显示屏幕100会显示“BEF”字样讯息,如此以通知量测装置10即将进行用餐前的血糖值量测。当病患将沾有采样血液的检验试纸16放入量测装置10后,假设量测装置10量测出病患当时的血糖值为238(mg/dl),则透过显示屏幕100予以显示(如图4B所示)。然后,量测装置10会透过蓝芽技术或近距离无线通信技术将状态信息及测得的血糖值传送给计算装置14(如图1所示),计算装置14便从数据库12取得具有相同状态信息及相同血糖值的治疗纪录120(如图2所示)。如前所述,计算装置14可以从取得的治疗纪录120中分别计算各个不同药物剂量的使用次数比例。例如:计算装置14分别计算5单位、4单位、6单位药物剂量占所有药物剂量的总使用次数的百分比数值,可得到其使用次数比例分别为74%、20%、6%(如图3所示)。所以,在图4C、图4D可以看到显示屏幕100依序显示“74%”和“5u”讯息,代表5单位药物剂量的使用次数比例为74%。在图4E、图4F可以看到显示屏幕100依序显示“20%”和“4u”讯息,代表4单位药物剂量的使用次数比例为20%。如图4G、图4H所示,显示屏幕100依序显示“6%”和“6u”讯息,代表6单位药物剂量的使用次数比例为6%。
本发明自动获取治疗纪录的系统能够根据病患目前的生理参数值分析过去的治疗纪录,且以简单的方式告知病患分析的结果,协助病患判断下一次应注射多少药物剂量比较恰当,如此可提高个人疾病管理的便利性和安全性。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
- 一种自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,包括:一量测装置,用以量测一病患的生理参数,且于每次量测产生一状态信息及一第一生理参数值,其至少包括一显示屏幕;一数据库,用以储存所述病患于每次量测后的治疗纪录,所述治疗纪录至少包括一药物剂量及一使用所述药物剂量后的第二生理参数值;一计算装置,连接所述量测装置及所述数据库,用以根据所述状态信息及所述第一生理参数值从所述数据库取得所述治疗纪录;所述计算装置从取得的所述治疗纪录中分别计算各所述药物剂量的使用次数比例,且对于所述病患使用相同药物剂量后的多个第二生理参数值计算其平均值;以及所述量测装置透过所述显示屏幕显示各所述药物剂量、对应于各所述药物剂量的使用次数比例及对应于各所述药物剂量的多个第二生理参数值的平均值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述使用次数比例为各所述药物剂量的使用次数占所有所述药物剂量的总使用次数的百分比数值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述量测装置进一步包括一输入键,其可供所述病患于用餐前或用餐后输入以产生所述状态信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述计算装置系透过蓝芽技术或近距离无线通信技术连接所述量测装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述计算装置系透过一无线网络连接所述数据库。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述量测装置为一血糖机。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述第一生理参数值与所述第二生理参数值分别为一血糖值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动获取治疗纪录的系统,其特征在于,所述计算装置为一智能型手机。
