Abstract

一种工具与手套结合的工具手套，包括：一手套体（80），形状如手套；可将手及五指经一套口（61）深入内部做张合活动，握实成拳状结构；一握持施力部（20），设于该手套体（80）一侧呈U型，附贴合及包覆于该手套体（80）手刀部位的工作施力结构，用户于工作时可握紧实拳施力敲击铁钉，或其他需要以槌头槌敲对象，以替代现有槌头的槌敲用硬件物。本发明还公开了可以置换工具头的工具手套，包括一多功能载具（70），具弹性材质可供手掌穿入保护工作时的手部，其中并设有供母指穿出的一弧口（70a）；一锤块（50）呈U型设于该多功能载具下方手刀处，与该多功能载具（70）一体成型，其中该锤块（50）两侧设有呈T型状的置换槽（50a）。本发明的工具手套可以应用于各式建筑、土木工程的营建业、户外运动、农林业、屠宰业、餐饮业、渔牧类、园艺类等其他各种需要多重工具手套的工作作业，可随作业需要而置换工具头的工具手套，以达到不需携带多重专用工具即可以完成各项工作所需的多功能工具手套。

Description

多功能工具手套 技术领域
本发明关于一种多功能工具手套；特别关于一种具有多项手工具载具功能的手套，尤指一种具有代替槌敲工具、切割刀具等并可置换工具头的工具手套，该手套利用在手套本体上设置具槌敲硬物、拔钉槽等，以达到不需携带多重专用工具即可以一支手套完成各项工作所需的多功能工具手套。
背景技术
目前建筑、土木工程、攀爬性运动、农作物采割、内类切割，及其他各种需要多重工具的工作作业，诸如，建筑修缮物及高处工作的鹰架组卸，敲击作业，登山攀爬运动、攀爬果树采摘树果、割稻等等。皆须要使用双手握持动作以进行作业活动，尚有部分作业工作，如高处鹰架组卸，登山攀爬，更甚需要携带具敲击功能的槌敲工具及拔除铁钉或其他需要双手作业亦同时需要使用刀具去除或切割的产业领域作业，在作业时不但使工作的使用者必须携带工作所需的保护手套、槌头、及其他诸如螺丝起子、刀具等多重工具(请参见图8)，不免增加作业者沉重的附带重量及容易丢失繁杂附带作业工具而无法顺利作业，甚至有发生作业危险的困扰问题。
因此，要如何解决上述现有的问题与缺失，即为本发明的发明人与从事此行业的相关厂商所亟欲研究改善的方向所在。
发明内容
本发明的发明人有鉴于上述急待解决的问题，乃搜集相关产业使用状况数据，经由多方评估及考虑，并以从事于此行业累积的多年经验，经由不断设计试作及修改，始发明出此种用具；可按随作业需要而置换工具头的工具手套，以达到不需携带多重专用工具即可以一支手套完成各项工作所需的多功能工具手套。
本发明的主要目在于一手多作业功能：通过一手套体，做张合活动、握实成拳状结构；以一侧呈U型握持施力部，附贴合及包覆于该手套体手刀部位的工作施力结构，用户于工作时握紧实拳施力敲击铁钉，或其他需要以槌头槌敲对象替代现有槌头的槌敲用硬件物，作为手部抓持及槌头槌敲对象并 用；亦可通过一拔钉部(Ba-ru-a)，设于该握持施力部靠近手挽端手腕位置、向外适当角度延伸出具有一拔钉槽，作为手部抓持及拔钉并用的问题点加以突破。
本发明的另一主要目的在于多重工具的至换载具：通过该握持施力部最外缘前端设有一卡挚槽，可依使用者产业需求，配合该置换头的更换所需工具头；螺丝起子、刀具头等，并卡挚固定于该卡挚槽内，亦可将该手套体的套口设置一束紧带及魔术贴；及，在该握持施力部内缘、该护块内缘、该握指部内缘以及该扣指部内缘，各设置一软性护垫，使该工具手套兼具多用途功能及安全扎实的问题点加以突破。
本发明的另一主要目的在于自用手套带上多重工具的多功能载具亦可达成多功能用途：多功能工具手套，包括：一多功能载具，具弹性材质可供手掌穿入保护工作时的手部，其中并设有供母指穿出的一弧口；一锤块呈U型设于该多功能载具下方手刀处，与该多功能载具一体成型，其中该锤块两侧设有呈T型的置换槽。
其中该锤块设有可供置换刀具、锯片、刀片、爪耙或他工具的作业工具的功能置换键。
其中该多功能载具，包括设有一体成型于手掌心位置强化该多功能工具手套的一支撑部及设于该锤块前缘的一挡止部，其中该锤块下缘处设有与强化该多功能载具一体成型的附合结构的一成形槽。

具体实施方式
通常依据本发明，请参酌本发明图2，本发明的代表图及图2，本发明第一实施例图，该最佳组合使用状态包括一手套体80，形状如手套；可将手及五指经一套口61深入内部做张合活动，握实成拳状结构；一握持施力部20系设于该手套体80一侧呈U型，附贴合及包覆于该手套体80手刀部位的工作施力结构，用户于工作时可握紧实拳施力敲击铁钉，或其他需要以槌头槌敲对象，以替代现有槌头的槌敲用硬件物，作为手部抓持及槌头槌敲对象并用的问题点加以突破。
再请参阅本发明图2，本发明的代表图及图3为本发明的第一实施例图，是本发明握持施力部局部剥面图及另一使用状态的示意图，其中该握持施力部20，包括一拔钉部(Ba-ru-a)21，设于该握持施力部20靠近手挽端手腕位置、向外适当角度延伸出具有一拔钉槽22，作为手部抓持及槌头槌敲对象后及拔除铁钉两并用的问题点加以突破。
有关本发明的第一最佳实施例，请参阅图8(现有多重工具需独立使用示意图)；及本发明代表图示，图2；本发明第一实施例图，图3，及本发明束紧带62示意图，图4。该握持施力部20最外缘前端设有一卡挚槽20a，可依使用者产业需求，配合该置换头20b的更换所需例如：工具头；螺丝起子、刀具头等，并卡挚固定于该卡挚槽20a内(请参酌图3)，亦可将该手套体80的套口61设置一束紧带62及正、反面的魔术贴63；及，在该握持施力部20内缘；在该护块12内缘；该握指部31内缘；该扣指部26内缘，各设置一软性护垫19a、19b、19c。
有关本发明的第二较佳实施例，请参酌本发明图5～图7，多功能工具手套，包括：一多功能载具70，使用例如橡胶等具弹性材质前后皆有穿入及穿出手指的开口，其型略像手掌，可供手掌穿入保护工作时的手部亦可视情况先戴上保护手套承载穿戴，其中并设有供拇指穿出的一弧口70a；一锤块50呈U型，可供使用者手臂力矩施例达到替代铁锤功能，设于该多功 能载具70下方手刀处。与该多功能载具70一体成型，其中该锤块50两侧设有呈T型的置换槽50a；其中该锤块50设有可供置换刀具51a、锯片51b、刀片51c、爪耙51d或他工具的作业工具的功能置换键51达到多功能工具置换作用；其中该多功能载具70，包括设有一体成型于手掌心位置强化该多功能工具手套的一支撑部50c及设于该锤块50前缘的一挡止部50b；其中该锤块50下缘处设有与强化该多功能载具70一体成型的附合结构的一成形槽70b，以强化两者的附着牢固。
综上所述，使该多功能工具手套兼具多用途功能及安全扎实的产业利用性工具手套。上述各该实施例所揭示的内容用以具体说明本发明，且文中虽通过特定的术语进行说明，当不能以此限定本发明的专利范围；本领域普通技术人员当可在了解本发明的精神与原则后对其进行变更与修改而达到等效目的，而此等变更与修改，皆应涵盖于本发明的权利要求书的保护范畴中。

Claims (10)

  1. 多功能工具手套，其特征在于，包括：一手套体，形状如手套；可将手及五指经一套口深入内部做张合活动，握实成拳状结构；一握持施力部，设于该手套体一侧呈U型，附贴合及包覆于该手套体手刀部位的工作施力结构，用户于工作时可握紧实拳施力敲击铁钉，或其他需要以槌头槌敲对象，以替代现有槌头的槌敲用硬件物。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该握持施力部，包括一拔钉部，设于该握持施力部靠近手挽端手腕位置，向外适当角度延伸出一拔钉槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该握持施力部，包括最外缘前端设有一卡挚槽，使用者可依其产业利用需要，随意更换具有螺丝起子头或刀片的置换头。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该手套体位于小拇指及无名指始端处，包括设有呈U型保护手指的一护块；及，按小拇指及无名指末端相互间适当比长度的一握指部；其中该手套体位于大拇指处，包括设有一套贴于该大拇指处的一扣指部，于该手套体握紧实拳槌敲铁钉，或其他需要以槌头槌敲之物时；通过该扣指部与该握指部、该护块相互间的紧握持及抵靠力量扎实手套体的槌敲集合力量。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该握持施力部内缘、该护块内缘、该握指部内缘以及该扣指部内缘，包括设有可保护施力中的手指缘的各软性护垫。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该套口包括设有可环绕束紧手套体套口的一束紧带，其中该束紧带设于末端一正面及设于环绕束紧时适当位置一反面的魔术贴。
  7. 多功能工具手套，其特征在于，包括：一多功能载具，具弹性材质可供手掌穿入保护工作时的手部，其中并设有供母指穿出的一弧口；一锤块呈U型设于该多功能载具下方手刀处，与该多功能载具一体成型，其中该锤块两侧设有呈T型状的置换槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该锤块设有可供置换刀具、锯片、刀片、爪耙或他工具的作业工具的功能置换键。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该多功能载具，包括设有一体成型于手掌心位置强化该多功能工具手套的一支撑部及设于该锤块前缘的一挡止部。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的多功能工具手套，其特征在于，该锤块下缘处设有与强化该多功能载具一体成型的附合结构的一成形槽。
