The thermoplastics injected reach the shoe- upper mould through the injection holes on the mould. The thermoplastics reaching the shoe- upper mould fill the mould gap and further over the base material. The thermoplastics fill the mould gap and form the shoe-upper top material. The base material and shoe-upper top material weld in the mould (if required, a force of 200 - 250 tons is applied on the mould) and become a single piece shoe-upper.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une tige de chaussure qui est fabriquée d'une seule pièce par injection (injection de plastique) de thermoplastiques (matériau supérieur) tel que le PVC (polychlorure de vinyle), TPU (polyuréthane thermoplastique), etc., sur du cuir véritable, du cuir artificiel et tous les types de produit textile et tissé (matériau de base) placés dans des moules et des blocs préfabriqués et le procédé de fabrication de la tige de chaussure mentionnée est généralement composé des étapes suivantes : le moule de tige supérieur (1) permettant la fabrication d'une tige de chaussure monobloc unique (5) de couleur, texture, effet, motif et matériau souhaités par application d'injection de plastique ; l'écartement de moule de tige de chaussure (1.1) permettant la fabrication d'une tige de chaussure monobloc (5) de couleur, texture, effet, motif et matériau souhaités, dans le moule de tige supérieure (1) ; une surface colorée (1.1.1) permettant la formation des parties colorées (5.1) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface texturée (1.1.2) permettant la formation des parties texturées (5.2) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface brillante (1.1.3) permettant la formation de parties polies (5.3) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface de motif (1.1.4) permettant la formation de parties de motif (5.4) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; un matériau de base (3) de cuir véritable, cuir artificiel et/ou un type quelconque de produit textile et tissé placé dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) avant l'application d'injection de plastique ; un matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure (4) de matériau thermoplastique tel que le PVC (polychlorure de vinyle), TPU (polyuréthane thermoplastique), etc., qui est injecté dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) par application d'injection de matière plastique et qui se soude avec le matériau de base (3) en remplissant l'écartement de moule de tige de chaussure (l.l) ; des trous d'injection (1.2) permettant l'injection du matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure fondu (4.1) dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) ; des canaux d'injection (1.4) permettant au matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure fondu (4.1) provenant de l'extrémité d'injection (6) d'atteindre les trous d'injection (1.2).
