Abstract

Dispositivo que permite atraer la atención de un sujeto a fotografiar hacia la lente de una cámara que cuenta con un elemento de fijación a un Smartphone o Tablet (1) al que está unido un soporte portaobjetos (2) y un resorte de compresión (3), siendo el elemento de fijación del tipo pinza de naturaleza plástica y semirrígida, mientras que el soporte portaobjetos (2) es de forma cóncava, de naturaleza plástica y semirrígido y el resorte de compresión (3) tiene forma curva y es naturaleza plástica y semirrígido unido de forma integral al conjunto de miembros. Gracias a las características del soporte se permite atraerla atención de un bebé mientras es fotografiado.

DESCRIPCIÓN
DISPOSITIVO PORTÁTIL PORTA OBJETOS, ACOPLABLE A SMARTPHONES Y TABLETS PARA ATRAER LA ATENCIÓN DE ANIMALES Y BEBES HACIA
LA LENTE DE LA CÁMARA.
SECTOR DE LA TÉCNICA En fotografía, captar la atención del sujeto a fotografiar hacia la lente de la cámara es una necesidad crítica. La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo portátil acoplable a Smartphones y Tablets cuyo propósito es captar la atención de la mirada hacia la lente de la cámara en todos aquellos sujetos no conscientes del hecho de que están siendo fotografiados, como bebés o animales.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente, en las industrias de la fotografía y audiovisual no existen medios fiables para captar la atención de sujetos no conscientes del hecho de que están siendo retratados.
Cuando el sujeto a fotografiar es un animal o un bebé se intenta que enfoque su mirada hacia un alimento o juguete sujetado detrás de la cámara fotográfica por otra persona.
Sin embargo, las técnicas mencionadas para enfocar la atención del sujeto a fotografiar en la lente de la cámara no son posibles cuando no se dispone de una persona que se encargue de sujetar el reclamo de atención, son torpes cuando es el mismo fotógrafo quien además de manejar la cámara es quien tiene que sujetar el reclamo y completamente inútiles si el fotógrafo se va a autograbar o auto- fotografiar (selfie) con el animal o bebé y quiere captar su atención hacia la lente. EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención tiene el cometido de presentar un dispositivo que sostenga por sí mismo el reclamo cerca de la lente mientras se manipula el aparato electrónico para realizar la toma.
El cometido se soluciona con un dispositivo portátil porta objetos, acoplable al Smartphone o Tablet, capaz de sostener firmemente diferentes tipos de reclamos como alimentos, pelotas, peluches... una vez se ha fijado al Smartphone o Tablet
Este dispositivo puede acoplarse a los diferentes grosores de estos aparatos mediante compresión con dos pestañas que pinzan al aparato electrónico. La zona porta-objetos puede sostener objetos de diferentes medidas de manera sencilla y fiable gracias a su diseño: una zona de apoyo cóncava y un elemento de sujeción por compresión en la zona superior.
De esta forma se puede acoplar un objeto reclamo a la zona portaobjetos del dispositivo y éste al Smartphone o Tablet y manipularlo libremente mientras el objeto reclamo capta la atención de la mirada del animal o bebé muy cerca de la lente.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Según posible forma de realización, su fabricación puede consistir en la inyección de un material plástico y semirrígido como el propileno en un molde, en un diseño integral de una única pieza, cuyo diseño posea las siguientes características:
La unión de la zona porta objetos con el smartphone-tablet puede consistir en un diseño de compresión tipo pinza que ejerza presión sobre cualquier grosor habitual de Smartphone-Tablet.
La zona portaobjetos puede consistir en un diseño de una ligera cavidad que evite la caída del objeto y desplazamientos laterales, además de un resorte de compresión, a una distancia de ésta cavidad menor que el tamaño del objeto reclamo y que sirva para presionar el reclamo contra la cavidad y asegurar la sujeción del objeto de manera efectiva.
La constitución y características del dispositivo se comprenderán mejor con la siguiente descripción del ejemplo de realización mostrado en los dibujos adjuntos.
En la Figura 1 , vemos las pestañas de pinza (1 ) que fijan el dispositivo al aparato electrónico por compresión; el apoyo cóncavo (2) que sostiene el objeto reclamo; y el resorte de compresión (3) que presiona el objeto contra el soporte para asegurar que no se caiga el objeto, cuando éste es más grande que la distancia entre el soporte (2) y el resorte de compresión (3)

REIVINDICACIONES
1 . Dispositivo portátil porta objetos, acoplable a Smartphones y Tablets caracterizado porque del elemento de fijación al Smartphone o Tablet (1 ) está unido a un soporte porta-objetos (2) y un resorte de compresión (3)
2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por que el elemento de fijación al Smartphone o Tablet (1 ) es del tipo pinza, de naturaleza plástica y semi rígido y está unido de manera integral al conjunto de miembros.
3. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el soporte portaobjetos (2) es de forma cóncava, de naturaleza plástica y semi rígido y está unido de forma integral al conjunto de miembros 4. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el resorte de compresión (3) es de naturaleza plástica y semi rígida, tiene forma curva y está unido de forma integral al conjunto de miembros
