发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种脉动分水器,能够实现间歇式喷水,达到按压放松的按摩效果,且减少水资源的浪费。
为实现本发明的目的,采取的技术方案是:
一种脉动分水器,包括设有容纳腔的分水管、套设于容纳腔内的分水阀芯、驱动分水阀芯转动的驱动装置,分水管设有与分水阀芯连通的进水口、与容纳腔连通的至少两组喷水口,分水阀芯设有与喷水口一一对应的分水口,驱动装置驱动分水阀转动时,每组分水口依次与对应的喷水口连通。
驱动装置带动分水阀芯转动,水从分水管的进水口进入分水阀芯内,当分水阀芯旋转至分水口与对应的喷水口连通时,水从喷水口中喷出,且驱动装置驱动分水阀芯转动时,每组分水口与对应的喷水口依次连通,从分水管进来的有压力的水分别从每组喷水口流出,形成循环脉动的水流,采用脉冲喷水按摩的方式,实现间歇式喷水,增强水疗按摩的效果,且降低用水量,减少水资源的浪费,使驱动装置的功率要求降低。与传统相比,相同功率的驱动装置可以连接喷水口的数量增加50%以上。

进一步的是,脉动分水器还包括连接件、设有第一密封腔的密封盖和设有通孔的密封杯,分水管远离进水口的一端凹设有第二密封腔,卡槽与转动轴均位于第二密封腔内,密封盖卡设于第二密封腔内,密封盖的外周和第二密封腔的内壁之间设有密封圈,密封杯套设于转动轴上、并卡设于第一密封腔内,转动轴和密封杯通过连接件连接。通过密封盖和密封杯将转动轴和卡 槽密封在第一密封腔内,并通过密封圈将密封盖密封在第二密封腔内,使脉动分水器的密封效果好,防止有水流出。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过驱动装置带动分水阀芯转动,水从分水管的进水口进入分水阀芯内,当分水阀芯旋转至分水口与对应的喷水口连通时,水从喷水口中喷出,且驱动装置驱动分水阀芯转动时,每组分水口与对应的喷水口依次连通,采用脉冲喷水按摩的方式,实现间歇式喷水,达到按压放松的按摩效果,且降低用水量,减少水资源的浪费,使驱动装置的功率要求降低。与传统相比,相同功率的驱动装置可以连接喷水口的数量增加50%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1所示,一种脉动分水器,包括设有容纳腔110的分水管10、套设于容纳腔110内的分水阀芯20、驱动分水阀芯20转动的驱动装置30,分水管10设有与分水阀芯20连通的进水口120、与容纳腔110连通的至少两组喷水口130,分水阀芯20设有与喷水口130一一对应的分水口210,驱动装置30驱动分水阀转动时,每组分水口210依次与对应的喷水口130连通。
驱动装置30带动分水阀芯20转动,水从分水管10的进水口120进入分水阀芯20内,当分水阀芯20旋转至分水口210与对应的喷水口130连通时,水从喷水口130中喷出,且驱动装置30驱动分水阀芯20转动时,每组分水口210与对应的喷水口130依次连通,从分水管10进来的有压力的水分别从 每组喷水口130流出,形成循环脉动的水流,采用脉冲喷水按摩的方式,实现间歇式喷水,增强水疗按摩的效果,且降低用水量,减少水资源的浪费,使驱动装置30的功率要求降低。与传统相比,相同功率的驱动装置30可以连接喷水口130的数量增加50%以上。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,每组喷水口130沿分水管10的轴向并列布置,分水口210沿分水阀芯20的周向错开布置。驱动装置30在带动分水阀芯20转动过程中,沿周向错开的分水口210依次与每组喷水口130连通,实现间歇式喷水。且相邻两个分水口210之间沿分水阀芯20周向的间距相同。使相邻每组喷水口130之间喷水的时间间隔相同,使按摩效果更好。
脉动分水器还可以根据实际需要将喷水口130沿分水管10的周向错开布置,相邻两个喷水口130之间沿分水管10周向的间距相同,而每组分水口210沿分水阀芯20的轴向并列布置。驱动装置30在带动分水阀芯20转动过程中,沿周向错开的喷水口130依次与每组分水口210连通,实现间歇式喷水,并使相邻每组喷水口130之间喷水的时间间隔相同,使按摩效果更好。
脉动分水器还可以根据实际需要将喷水口130沿分水管10的周向错开布置,相邻两个喷水口130之间沿分水管10周向的第一弧长相同,第一弧长对应的圆弧角度为A,分水口210沿分水阀芯20的周向错开布置,相邻两个分水口210之间沿分水阀芯20周向的第二弧长相同,第二弧长对应的圆弧角度为a,其中A大于或小于a。驱动装置30在带动分水阀芯20转动过程中,沿周向错开的分水口210依次与沿周向错开布置的喷水口130连通,实现间歇式喷水,并使相邻每组喷水口130之间喷水的时间间隔相同,使按摩效果更好。
在本实施例中,每组喷水口130包括有两个喷水口130,每个喷水口130都连接有喷嘴40,相应每组分水口210包括有两个分水口210,每组喷水口130还可以根据实际设置有一个以上喷水口130。
如图1所示,驱动装置30设有转动轴310,分水阀芯20远离进水口120的一端设有与转动轴310外周形状匹配的卡槽220。驱动装置30通过转动轴310和卡槽220的配合带动分水阀芯20转动,便于安装和拆卸。
如图1所示,脉动分水器还包括连接件50、设有第一密封腔610的密封盖60和设有通孔的密封杯70,分水管10远离进水口120的一端凹设有第二密封腔140,卡槽220与转动轴310均位于第二密封腔140内,密封盖60卡设于第二密封腔140内、并通过自攻螺钉与分水管10固定,密封盖60的外周和第二密封腔140的内壁之间设有密封圈80,密封杯70套设于转动轴310上、并卡设于第一密封腔610内,密封杯70也通过自攻螺钉密封盖60固定,密封杯70与转动轴310和密封杯70通过连接件50连接,连接件50与密封杯70、转动轴310之间通过螺丝固定。通过密封盖60和密封杯70将转动轴310和卡槽220密封在第一密封腔610内,并通过密封圈80将密封盖60密封在第二密封腔140内,使脉动分水器的密封效果好,防止有水流出。
在本实施例中,驱动装置30为电机,分水管10、分水阀芯20、密封盖60和连接件50均为塑胶,塑胶具有电绝缘性、保温、隔声、吸振等性能,使用户的按摩体验更好,使用更安全;密封杯70和密封圈80均为橡胶,橡胶具有弹性、易变形、耐老化性能好,使脉动分水器的密封效果更好。分水管10、分水阀芯20、密封盖60、密封杯70、连接件50和密封圈80还可以根据实际需要采用其他材质。
脉动分水器还包括检测驱动装置30转速的速度检测器(附图未标识)、与驱动装置30、速度检测器电性连接的控制器(附图未标识)。速度检测器将检测的信息发送给控制器,控制器根据检测的信息对驱动装置30进行控制,调整驱动装置30的转速,使脉动分水器的控制更精确。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脉动分水器,其特征在于,包括设有容纳腔的分水管、套设于所述容纳腔内的分水阀芯、驱动所述分水阀芯转动的驱动装置,所述分水管设有与所述分水阀芯连通的进水口、与所述容纳腔连通的至少两组喷水口,所述分水阀芯设有与所述喷水口一一对应的分水口,所述驱动装置驱动所述分水阀芯转动时,每组所述分水口依次与对应的所述喷水口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,每组所述喷水口沿所述分水管的轴向并列布置,所述分水口沿所述分水阀芯的周向错开布置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,相邻两个所述分水口之间沿所述分水阀芯周向的间距相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,所述喷水口沿所述分水管的周向错开布置,每组所述分水口沿所述分水阀芯的轴向并列布置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,相邻两个所述喷水口之间沿所述分水管周向的间距相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,所述喷水口沿所述分水管的周向错开布置,所述分水口沿所述分水阀芯的周向错开布置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,相邻两个所述喷水口之间沿所述分水管周向的第一弧长相同,所述第一弧长对应的圆弧角度为A,相邻两个所述分水口之间沿所述分水阀芯周向的第二弧长相同,所述第二弧长对应的圆弧角度为a,其中A大于或小于a。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,还包括检测所述驱动装置转速的速度检测器、与所述驱动装置、所述速度检测器电性连接的控制器。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,所述驱动装置设有转动轴,所述分水阀芯远离所述进水口的一端设有与所述转动轴外周形状匹配的卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的脉动分水器,其特征在于,还包括连接件、设有第一密封腔的密封盖和设有通孔的密封杯,所述分水管远离所述进水口 的一端凹设有第二密封腔,所述卡槽与所述转动轴均位于所述第二密封腔内,所述密封盖卡设于所述第二密封腔内,所述密封盖的外周和所述第二密封腔的内壁之间设有密封圈,所述密封杯套设于所述转动轴上、并卡设于所述第一密封腔内,所述转动轴和所述密封杯通过所述连接件连接。
