控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯。
背景技术
目前LED路灯已广泛应用于户外道路照明、高速路照明、隧道照明等方面,LED路灯具有节能、环保、发热少等优点,可替代传统的高压钠灯、金卤灯,在城市节能减排方面具有十分突出的优势,现有技术的LED路灯存在一些技术难点,例如LED组件复杂,不利于灯头的拆卸更换;散热效果不佳,会导致LED产生光衰,影响LED路灯的使用寿命;发光效率低,不能充分发挥LED路灯的优势,影响工作效率。同时,现有的LED路灯一般都只由控制电路人为控制,不能准确及时的为路人照明,使用效率极待改善。
我国发明CN201448687U公开了一种LED路灯,其结构是包括壳体和透明罩,安装板设于壳体内,在安装板的内壁设有金属基板,金属基板上设有LED发光二极管阵列、控制电路、散热片和光敏电阻,其特点是通过将LED发光二极管阵列安装在金属基板上,形成了单片光源,使得LED路灯的拆卸安装更加的方便,所述的控制电路和光敏电阻配合使用,使得该路灯的使用效率大大提高,但是所述技术的缺陷是散热效果不佳,尤其路灯是在室外长期使用,经历长时间连续性的工作状态后,衰减非常明显,而且灯的寿命短,需要经常维修更换,所述缺陷值得改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述技术缺陷,提供了一种控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,本发明在原来的基础上加以改进,使其散热效果明显增强,大大提高了LED路灯的使用寿命,在室外经过长时间的连续工作状态,明显节省了维修和更换的成本,提高了使用效率。
为了达到上述技术目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,包括一个安装基板,其特征在于,所述的安装基板上设置有PCB铝基板,所述的PCB铝基板上设置有若干组LED模组,所述的PCB铝基板上还设置有一组控制电路和一组光敏电阻,所述的PCB铝基板上设置有透明半球形外壳,所述的安装基板另一侧设置有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的导热硅脂垫片外面设置有散热鳍片。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的透明半球形外壳为玻璃透明外壳。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的散热鳍片为波浪形散热鳍片。
所述透明玻璃外壳具有防尘、防潮湿、防水的功能。
在安装基板上安装有LED模组、控制电路和光敏电阻,其中的控制电路和光敏电阻配合使用,当夜晚来临时,通过控制电路可以开启LED路灯,也可通过光敏电阻来开启LED路灯,在控制电路里预先设定了开启时间,若天色在开启时间未到来时己经很暗,则会通过光敏 电阻启动LED路灯发光,这样提高了LED路灯的使用效率,也方便了人们的生活。常态下,由控制电路按设定的时间控制LED灯的开启和关闭,光敏电阻辅助控制电路进行控制LED路灯的开启和关闭。
本发明所获得的有益效果是:由于安装基板上设置有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的导热硅脂垫片外面设置有波浪形散热鳍片,使其散热效果明显增强,大大提高了LED路灯的使用寿命,在室外经过长时间的连续工作状态,明显节省了维修和更换的成本,提高了使用效率。

如图1所示,一种控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,包括一个安装基板32,其特征在于,所述的安装基板32上设置有PCB铝基板35,所述的PCB铝基板35上设置有若干组LED模组36,所述的PCB铝基板35上还设置有一组控制电路37和一组光敏电阻38,所述的PCB铝基板35上设置有透明半球形外壳39,所述的安装基板32另一侧设置有一层导热硅脂垫片33,所述的导热硅脂垫片33外面设置有散热鳍片34。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的透明半球形外壳 39为玻璃透明外壳。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的散热鳍片34为波浪形散热鳍片。
所述透明玻璃外壳39具有防尘、防潮湿、防水的功能。
虽然本发明参照上述的实施例来描述,但是本技术领域中的普通技术人员完全能够很清楚的认识到以上的实施例仅是用于说明本发明,其中可作各种变化和修改而在广义上并没有脱离本发明,所以并非作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述的实施例的变化、变形都将落入本发明要求的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,包括一个安装基板,其特征在于,所述的安装基板上设置有PCB铝基板,所述的PCB铝基板上设置有若干组LED模组,所述的PCB铝基板上还设置有一组控制电路和一组光敏电阻,所述的PCB铝基板上设置有透明半球形外壳,所述的安装基板另一侧设置有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的导热硅脂垫片外面设置有散热鳍片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述的透明半球形外壳为玻璃透明外壳。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制电路与光敏电阻配合使用的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述的散热鳍片为波浪形散热鳍片。
