Description

온라인 중고물품 거래 시스템
본 발명은 온라인 중고물품 거래 시스템으로서, 온라인 상에서 판매자와 구매자간에 중고물품의 안전한 거래를 지원하는 온라인 중고물품 거래 시스템에 관한 것이다.
온라인상에서의 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 다수의 물품을 판매하는 판매자에 의한 전자상거래뿐만 아니라, 개인물품이나 중고물품과 같은 전자상거래도 빈번하게 일어나고 있다. 쇼핑몰이나 일부 사이트 또는 카페에서는, 재활용의 의미로 자신에게는 불필요한 물품을 처분하기 위한 중고물품의 거래가 이루어지고 있는데, 중고물품의 거래 시에 판매자와 구매자 간에 현금으로 거래하는 경우가 대부분이다.
그런데, 중고물품과 같은 전자상거래는 소규모로 이루어지기 때문에 그 안정성이 보장되지 않으며, 이로 인해 어느 일방이 전자상거래에서의 경제적 피해를 입을 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 즉, 중고물품은 비교적 저렴한 가격으로 거래되기는 하지만 신뢰 있는 업체가 아닌 개인과 개인 간 거래가 많기 때문에 돈을 보내고도 물품을 받지 못하는 등 거래사고가 종종 발생하기도 한다.
따라서, 중고물품 거래 시 안전한 거래가 이루어지도록 하는 다양한 거래수단이 제시되고 있다.
그러나 기존의 중고물품 거래 수단은 입금 확인 후 배송이 이루어지도록 하는 안전 거래 수단을 제시할 뿐이지 중고물품의 실물 확인이 이루어지지 않고 중고물품 거래가 이루어지는 불합리한 문제가 있다.

상기 배송 지시부는, 역경매 낙찰자 구매자로부터 역경매 구매한 중고물품의 수리 요청이 있는 경우, 수리센터에 중고물품을 위탁하여 수리를 요청하고, 중고물품의 수리 완료가 확인된 후, 수리 완료된 중고물품을 상기 역경매 낙찰 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하며,
상기 거래대금 처리부는, 역경매 낙찰 구매자로부터 입금된 구매대금에서 수수료와 수리 비용을 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시 형태에 따르면 판매자의 중고물품을 수령하여 구매자에게 안전하게 대행 배송해주는 수단을 제공함으로써, 판매자와 구매자간에 중고물품의 안전한 거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따르면 판매하려는 중고물품의 불량이 발견될 시에 이를 판매자에게 다시 환송처리하거나, 역경매 방식으로 판매함으로써, 판매자 및 구매자에게 모두 유리한 판매가 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 장점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다. 그러나 본 발명은, 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것으로, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 관련된 공지 기술 등이 본 발명의 요지를 흐리게 할 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그에 관한 자세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.

중고물품 거래는 개인간 거래가 주를 이루기 때문에, 다양한 거래 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 예컨대, 구매자가 입금을 했는데 판매자가 구매한 중고물품을 안 보내주거나 다른 이상한 물건을 보내주거나, 중고물품을 수령하였지만 깨져있거나 회로불량 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 판매자와 구매자 사이에서 중간에 중고물품을 접수해주어 대행 배송해줌으로써 직거래 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 즉, 판매자로부터 중고물품을 접수받아 포장을 하여 구매자에게 배송해주는 것이다. 나아가, 중고물품의 불량 검사, 중고물품의 역경매 진행 수단 등을 제시한다. 따라서 중고물품의 거래 및 중개배송이 이루어질 경우, 거래 계약 후 중고물품을 배송해주지 않거나 하는 등의 기존의 중고물품 거래의 문제점을 원천 차단할 수 있다.
이를 위하여 본 발명의 온라인 중고물품 거래 시스템은, 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 유무선 통신망(100), 판매자 단말기(200), 구매자 단말기(400), 및 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)를 포함할 수 있다.
유무선 통신망(100)은, 판매자 단말기(200)와 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하며, 구매자 단말기(400)와 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하는 통신망이다. 이러한 유무선 통신망(100)이 무선 통신망으로 구현되는 경우, 기지국(BTS;Base Transceiver Station), 이동교환국(MSC;Mobile Switching Center), 및 홈 위치 등록기(HLR;Home Location Register) 으로 이루어진 무선 이동통신망을 이용하여 데이터 통신을 할 수 있다. 참고로, 이동 통신망(mobile radio communication network)은 기지국(BTS), 이동교환국(MSC), 홈 위치 등록기(HLR) 이외에, 무선 패킷 데이터의 송수신을 가능하게 하는 액세스 게이트웨이(Access Gateway), PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node) 등과 같은 구성 요소를 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 또한 유무선 통신망(100)이 유선 통신망으로 구현되는 경우, 네트워크 통신망으로 구현될 수 있는데 TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) 등의 인터넷 프로토콜에 따라서 데이터 통신이 이루어질 수 있다.
판매자 단말기(200)는, 중고물품을 판매하는 판매자의 단말기로서, 도면에서는 데스크탑 PC(desktop PC)를 예로 들어 설명하나, 데스크탑 PC뿐만 아니라 스마트폰(smart phone), 태블릿 PC(tablet PC), 슬레이트 PC(slate PC), 노트북 컴퓨터(notebook computer), 디지털방송용 단말기, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), PMP(Portable Multimedia Player) 등이 해당될 수 있다. 물론, 본 발명이 적용 가능한 단말기는 상술한 종류에 한정되지 않고, 외부 장치와 통신이 가능한 단말기를 모두 포함할 수 있음은 당연하다.
판매자 단말기(200)는 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자 정보, 중고물품의 배송번호를 포함한 중고물품 위탁 정보를 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에 전송한다. 구매자 정보는, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에서 운영하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지에 판매할 중고물품을 등록한 판매자의 이름, 주소, 연락처, 판매 희망 가격, 중고물품 설명, 구매자의 금융계좌 등의 정보를 포함한다.
이를 위해 판매자 단말기(200)는 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 단말기 통신부(220), 입력부(240), 표시부(230), 및 단말기 제어부(210)를 포함할 수 있다.
단말기 통신부(220)는, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)와 통신하는 기능을 수행하는 모듈로서, 판매자 단말기(200)가 데스크탑 PC로 구현된 경우 TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) 등의 인터넷 프로토콜에 따라서 데이터 통신이 이루어질 수 있다. 판매자 단말기(200)가 스마트폰으로 구현된 경우, 3G, 4G 등의 이동 통신을 수행하도록 무선 송신되는 신호의 주파수를 상승변환 및 증폭하는 RF송신기(미도시)와, 수신되는 무선 신호를 저잡음 증폭하고 주파수를 하강 변환하는 RF수신기(미도시) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
입력부(240)는 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자 정보, 중고물품의 배송번호를 포함한 중고물품 위탁 정보를 판매자로부터 입력받는 모듈이다.
표시부(230)는, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에서 운영하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 표시하는데, 중고물품을 판매 게시글에 등록하면 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 중고물품 중개 웹페이지의 게시글의 목록에 표시되어, 구매자들이 열람할 수 있게 된다.
입력부(240)와 표시부(230)는 터치스크린 패널의 단일 형태로 구현될 수 있다. 터치 스크린 패널은, 입력과 표시를 동시에 수행할 수 있는 터치 스크린 화면을 제공하여 단말기의 전면에 마련되어 작업 화면을 표시하는 표시창으로서, 그래픽 유저 인터페이스(GUI;Graphic User Interface)를 표시한다. 이러한 터치 스크린 패널로 구현되는 경우, 입력받는 입력부(240)인 자판 배열 키보드가 그래픽 형태로 작업 화면에 오버랩(overlap)되어 표시된다. 자판 배열 입력창의 위치 및 투명도는 조절이 가능하다.
단말기 제어부(210)는, 단말기 통신부(220), 입력부(240), 및 표시부(230)를 제어하여, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에 접속하여 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 수신하여 표시하도록 제어하며, 중고물품 선택이 완료되면 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자 정보, 중고물품의 배송번호를 포함한 중고물품 위탁 정보를 전송하도록 제어한다.
구매자 단말기(400)는, 중고물품 중개 웹페이지에서 중고물품을 구매하려는 구매자가 사용하는 단말기로서, 도면에서는 스마트폰으로 도시하였지만, 데스크탑 PC(desktop PC), 태블릿 PC(tablet PC), 슬레이트 PC(slate PC), 노트북 컴퓨터(notebook computer) 등의 다양한 단말기가 해당될 수 있다.
구매자 단말기(400)는, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에서 제공하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 중고물품의 구매 계약이 체결되면, 체결된 중고물품의 구매 대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌에 입금한다. 구매자 단말기(400)가 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)에 접속하면 도 4에 도시한 중고물품 중개 웹페이지가 표시되고, 로그인 과정을 거친 후 중고물품 중개 웹페이지에 등록된 판매 게시글 목록에서 필요로 하는 중고물품을 선택하여 중고물품의 구매 계약을 체결할 수 있다. 참고로, 도 4에 도시한 중고물품 중개 웹페이지에는 구매하고자 하는 중고물품의 종류, 가격대 등을 검색할 수 있는 검색창을 제공할 수 있다.
중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 판매자와 구매자 사이에서 중간에 중고물품을 접수해주어 대행 배송해주는데, 즉, 판매자로부터 중고물품을 접수받아 포장을 하여 구매자에게 배송해주며, 나아가, 중고물품의 불량 검사, 중고물품의 역경매 진행 수단 등을 제시한다.
이를 위해 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 중고물품을 판매하는 판매자와 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자간의 거래를 지원하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 제공하여 판매자와 구매자간의 구매 계약 체결을 지원한다. 또한 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 판매자와 구매자간의 구매 계약이 체결되면 상기 판매자 단말기(200)에 중고물품을 배송하는 메시지를 전송한다. 또한 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 구매자로부터 구매 대금의 입금이 확인되면 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품을 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하는 배송오더를 출력하며, 구매 대금에서 수수료를 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금한다.
중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는 상기한 동작을 구현하기 위해 하드웨어적으로는 통상적인 웹 서버와 동일한 구성을 가지며, 소프트웨어적으로는 C, C++, Jaba, Visual Basic, Visual C 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 언어를 통해 구현되어 여러 가지 기능을 하는 프로그램 모듈을 포함한다. 또한, 일반적인 서버용 하드웨어에 도스(dos), 윈도우(window), 리눅스(linux), 유닉스(unix), 매킨토시(macintosh) 등의 운영 체제에 따라 다양하게 제공되고 있는 웹 서버 프로그램을 이용하여 구현될 수 있으며, 대표적인 것으로는 윈도우 환경에서 사용되는 웹사이트(website), IIS(Internet Information Server)와 유닉스 환경에서 사용되는 CERN, NCSA, APPACH 등이 이용될 수 있다.
중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이 회원정보 데이터베이스(310), 웹페이지 생성부(320), 안내 메시지 전송부(330), 수령상태 저장 메모리(340), 중고물품 수령 파악부(350), 구매대금 입금 파악부(360), 배송 지시부(370), 및 거래대금 처리부(380)를 포함할 수 있다. 역경매 게시글 등록부(390), 및 역경매 진행부(395)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
회원정보 데이터베이스(310)는, 중고물품을 판매하거나 구매하고자 하는 회원의 정보를 저장한 데이터베이스이다. 즉, 회원으로 등록한 판매자나 구매자의 이름, 연락처, 주소, 금융계좌정보, 로그인 정보, 회원등급정보 등의 다양한 회원 정보를 저장한 데이터베이스이다. 회원등급정보는 판매자나 구매자가 구매 계약 체결 후 거래를 정당한 이유없이 지연시키면 회원등급을 낮추는 패널티를 부과하기 위함으로서, 회원등급이 일정값 이하로 떨어지면 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)의 활동을 제한할 수 있다.
이러한 회원정보 데이터베이스(310)는, 하드디스크 드라이브(Hard Disk Drive), SSD 드라이브(Solid State Drive), 플래시메모리(Flash Memory), CF카드(Compact Flash Card), SD카드(Secure Digital Card), SM카드(Smart Media Card), MMC 카드(Multi-Media Card) 또는 메모리 스틱(Memory Stick) 등 정보의 입출력이 가능한 모듈로서 장치의 내부에 구비되어 있을 수도 있고, 별도의 장치에 암호화되어 구비될 수도 있다.
웹페이지 생성부(320)는, 중고물품을 판매하는 판매 게시글이 게시되며, 중고물품을 구매하려는 구매자의 구매의사를 입력받는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 생성하는 기능을 수행한다. HTML과 같은 스크립트 언어로 설계된 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 생성하여, 판매자 단말기(200) 및 구매자 단말기(400)에 TCP/IP 프로토콜에 따라 전송한다. 참고로 중고물품 중개 웹페이지의 예시를 도 4에 도시하였다.
안내 메시지 전송부(330)는, 상기 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 판매자와 구매자간의 구매 계약이 체결되면, 구매 계약된 중고물품의 배송을 요청하는 판매 안내 메시지를 판매자 단말기(200)에 전송한다. 또한 안내 메시지 전송부(330)는 구매 계약된 중고물품의 구매 대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌로 입금해줄 것을 요청하는 구매 안내 메시지를 구매자 단말기(400)에 전송한다. 따라서 안내 메시지 전송부(330)는, SMS(Short Message Service), MMS(Multimedia Message Service), SNS(Social Network Service) 등의 다양한 메시지 형태로서 판매자 단말기(200) 및 구매자 단말기(400)에 안내 메시지를 전송한다.
수령상태 저장 메모리(340)는, 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 수령정보, 중고물품의 검수결과, 중고물품의 외관사진이 저장된 메모리이다. 배송을 수령받는 물품 보관팀에서의 작업자가 중고물품의 수령이 있을 때마다 중고물품의 배송번호, 배송자 정보, 수령일시 등의 중고물품의 수령정보를 입력하여 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)에 저장한다. 이밖에 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)는 중고물품의 외관을 촬영하여 중고물품의 외관사진을 저장한다.
이와 같이 중고물품의 불량 여부 등의 중고물품의 검수 결과 및 외관 사진이 저장되는데, 이러한 검수 결과는 수령한 중고물품의 제품명/수량/색상/외관검수/파손여부/사진확인 등의 다양한 검수 항목에 대한 검수된 결과이다.
이러한 검수 항목은, 구매자의 결제에 의하여 선택될 수 있는데 하기 [표 1]과 같다.

중고물품 수령 파악부(350)는, 판매자로부터 배송된 중고물품의 수령 여부를 파악하는 기능을 수행한다. 배송을 수령받는 물품 보관팀에서의 작업자가 중고물품의 수령이 있을 때마다 중고물품의 배송번호, 배송자 정보, 수령일시 등을 입력하여 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)에 기록하는데, 수령 파악부는 주기적으로 중고물품의 수령 여부를 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)를 통해 파악한다. 참고로 배송을 수령받는 물품 보관팀에서의 작업자는 수령한 중고물품이 거래되기로 한 중고물품인지 확인하고, 만약 거래된 중고물품이 아닌 다른 물품인 경우 중고물품 수령확인을 하지 않고 중고물품 미수령 상태를 유지하도록 한다.
구매대금 입금 파악부(360)는, 구매자로부터의 구매대금의 입금 여부를 파악한다. 예를들어, 제1판매자가 판매하는 A중고물품에 제1구매대금으로 구매하기로 계약 체결한 경우, 제1구매자가 제1구매대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌에 입금했는지 금융계좌 서버에 접속하여 주기적으로 모니터링하여 파악한다.
배송 지시부(370)는, 판매자로부터 배송된 중고물품의 수령이 확인되고, 구매자로부터의 구매대금의 입금이 확인되면, 즉, 두 가지 확인이 충족되면 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품을 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하는 배송오더를 물품 보관팀의 운영 컴퓨터에 출력한다. 배송 오더를 수신한 물품 보관팀은 해당 중고물품에 대한 포장 및 배송작업을 수행하게 된다.
거래대금 처리부(380)는, 구매자로부터 중고물품 수령 확인되면, 구매 대금에서 수수료를 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금하는 기능을 수행한다. 여기서, 수수료는 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)의 운영을 위하여 필요한 경비로서, 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)를 이용하는 이용 댓가라 할 수 있다. 특히, 도 7에 도시한 바와 같은 과정들을 거쳐서 구매자가 구매 결정하지 않아도 3일후에 자동 정산되도록 진행할 수 있다. 참고로 구매확정, 발송여부 관련하여 포인트 계산시에 하기의 도 8의 상벌점 제도 및 도 9의 회원등급이 참고될 수 있다.
한편, 거래 계약된 중고물품이 중고물품 중개센터로 온전하게 수령되었더라도, 온전한 제품이 아닌 불량 상태의 중고물품이 수령될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 중고 의류의 경우 단추가 뜯겨져 나가거나 구멍이 나 있다거나, 중고 캠핑 장비의 경우 녹이 슬어 있다거나, 중고 전자제품의 경우 전원이 안들어오는 등의 중고물품 품질에 문제가 있을 수 있다.
이와 같이 중고물품의 품질에 이상이 있는 불량품을 구매자에게 배송해줄 경우, 구매자는 피해를 보게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 중고물품 중개센터 서버는, 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 상태를 검수한 결과를 확인한 결과, 중고물품의 불량 판정으로 확인된 경우, 구매자로부터 입금된 구매 대금을 구매자의 금융계좌로 환불 처리하고 중고물품 불량으로 인한 거래계약의 파기 사실을 알리는 메시지를 판매자 단말기(200) 및 구매자 단말기(400)에 전송하도록 구현할 수 있다.
배송을 수령받는 물품 보관팀에서의 작업자는 수령한 중고물품의 불량 여부를 검수하여, 불량이 없을 경우 정상 제품으로 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)에 저장하며, 불량이 있을 경우 외관사진을 촬영하여 외관사진과 함께 불량 제품으로 수령상태 저장 메모리(340)에 저장하게 된다.
중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)의 중고물품 수령 파악부(350)는, 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 검수 결과를 파악한다. 따라서 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 검수 결과를 파악한 결과, 중고물품의 불량으로 판정되면, 배송 지시부(370)는, 불량 판정된 중고물품을 판매자에게 환송할 것을 지시하는 환송오더를 물품 보관팀의 운영 컴퓨터에 출력한다. 배송 오더를 수신한 물품 보관팀은 해당 중고물품에 대해서 판매자에게 환송하는 작업을 수행하게 된다.
또한 안내 메시지 전송부(330)는, 중고물품 불량으로 인한 거래계약의 파기 사실을 알리는 계약파기 안내 메시지를 판매자 단말기(200) 및 구매자 단말기(400)에 전송한다. 계약파기 안내 메시지와 함께 불량 판정된 중고물품의 외관사진을 판매자 단말기(200) 및 구매자 단말기(400)에 함께 전송한다. 판매자 및 구매자가 중고물품의 불량 상태를 육안으로 확인하도록 하기 위함이다.
또한, 거래대금 처리부(380)는, 구매자로부터 이미 구매 대금이 입금되어 있다면, 입금된 구매 대금을 구매자의 금융계좌로 환불 처리한다.
한편, 상기와 같이 중고물품의 불량으로 판정되면 중고물품을 판매자에게 환송하며, 구매대금은 구매자에게 환급처리한다. 그런데, 판매자 입장에서는 중고물품을 처분하고 싶은데, 중고물품을 다시 환송받는 번거로움이 있게 된다. 따라서 이러한 번거로움을 해결하기 위하여 불량으로 판정된 중고물품을 중고물품 중개센터에서 역경매 방식으로 판매하도록 구현할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 중고 의류의 경우 옷이 약간 헤지거나 단추가 없는 등의 이유로 환송시키지 않고 판매자의 동의하에 역경매 방식으로 중고물품의 판매가 이루어지도록 중개한다. 이를 위해 역경매 게시글 등록부(390)와 역경매 진행부(395)를 포함할 수 있다.
역경매 게시글 등록부(390)는, 불량 판정된 중고물품의 역경매 요청을 판매자 단말기(200)로부터 수신한 경우, 중고물품의 불량 상태 및 중고물품의 외관사진을 중고물품 중개 웹페이지의 판매 게시글에 등록한다. 게시글에 등록시에 중고물품의 최소 구매가격도 함께 게시할 수 있으며, 구매자들이 입찰을 통하여 구매 가격을 제시하고 입찰에 참여할 수 있다.
역경매 진행부(395)는, 설정된 기간동안 역경매 방식으로 구매자로부터 구매 대금을 입찰받아, 최고의 금액으로 입찰한 구매자를 역경매 낙찰 구매자로 결정하며, 낙찰된 구매 대금의 금액을 판매자 단말기(200)에 전송한다.
역경매에서의 낙찰된 구매 대금으로의 판매를 판매자로부터 승인받은 경우, 안내 메시지 전송부(330)는, 역경매된 중고물품의 구매 대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌로 입금해줄 것을 요청하는 구매 안내 메시지를 역경매의 최고액으로 낙찰받은 역경매 낙찰 구매자의 구매자 단말기(400)에 전송한다.
배송 지시부(370)는, 불량 판정된 중고물품을 판매자에게 환송하지 않고, 상기 역경매 낙찰 구매자로부터 입금된 구매대금이 확인되면, 불량 판정된 중고물품을 상기 역경매 낙찰 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하는 배송오더를 출력한다.
거래대금 처리부(380)는, 역경매 낙찰 구매자로부터 입금된 구매대금에서 수수료를 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금 처리한다.
다만, 상기와 같이 불량 판정된 중고물품을 환송하지 않고 역경매 방식으로 중고물품을 판매할 경우, 구매자 입장에서는 역경매 낙찰된 중고물품의 불량을 수리하여 정상적인 중고물품을 수령받기를 원할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 중고의류의 단추가 없어 불량판정된 경우 중고의류에 단추를 달아 불량을 해결한 상태로 수령받기를 원하며, 중고 TV의 전원이 안들어오는 경우 전원이 들어오는 정상적인 중고TV를 수령받기를 원할 수 있다.
이러한 구매자의 욕구를 충족시켜주기 위하여 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는, 불량 판정된 중고물품을 수리 비용을 지급받고 수리를 해주어, 수리 완료된 중고물품을 구매자에게 전송해줄 수 있다.
따라서 중고물품 중개센터 서버(300)는 역경매 낙찰자 구매자로부터 역경매 구매한 중고물품의 수리 요청이 있는 경우, 도 6과 같이 수리센터에 중고물품을 위탁하여 수리를 요청한다.
배송 지시부(370)는, 중고물품의 수리 완료가 확인된 후 수리 완료된 중고물품을 역경매 낙찰 구매자에게 배송할 것을 물품 보관팀의 운영 컴퓨터에 지시하며, 거래대금 처리부(380)는, 역경매 낙찰 구매자로부터 입금된 구매대금에서 수수료와 수리 비용을 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금한다.
따라서 불량 중고물품을 역경매 방식으로 싸게 구매한 구매자는 소정의 수리 비용만 지불하고 정상적인 중고물품을 수령할 수 있게 되는 이득을 얻을 수 있다.
상술한 본 발명의 설명에서의 실시예는 여러가지 실시가능한 예중에서 당업자의 이해를 돕기 위하여 가장 바람직한 예를 선정하여 제시한 것으로, 이 발명의 기술적 사상이 반드시 이 실시예만 의해서 한정되거나 제한되는 것은 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위내에서 다양한 변화와 변경 및 균등한 타의 실시예가 가능한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중고물품을 판매하는 판매자의 단말기로서, 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자 정보, 중고물품의 배송번호를 포함한 중고물품 위탁 정보를 중고물품 중개센터 서버에 전송하는 판매자 단말기;
    상기 중고물품 중개센터 서버에서 제공하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 중고물품의 구매 계약이 체결되면, 체결된 중고물품의 구매 대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌에 입금하는 구매자 단말기;
    중고물품을 판매하는 판매자와 중고물품을 구매하는 구매자간의 거래를 지원하는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 제공하며, 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 판매자와 구매자간의 구매 계약이 체결되면 상기 판매자 단말기에 중고물품을 배송하는 메시지를 전송하며, 구매자로부터 구매 대금의 입금이 확인되면 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품을 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하는 배송오더를 출력하며, 상기 구매 대금에서 수수료를 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금하는 중고물품 중개센터 서버; 및
    상기 판매자 단말기와 중고물품 중개센터 서버간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하며, 상기 구매자 단말기와 중고물품 중개센터 서버간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하는 유무선 통신망을 포함하고,
    상기 중고물품 중개센터 서버는,
    중고물품을 판매하거나 구매하고자 하는 회원의 정보를 저장한 회원정보 데이터베이스;
    중고물품을 판매하는 판매 게시글이 게시되며, 중고물품을 구매하려는 구매자의 구매의사를 입력받는 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 생성하는 웹페이지 생성부;
    상기 중고물품 중개 웹페이지를 통해 판매자와 구매자간의 구매 계약이 체결되면, 구매 계약된 중고물품의 배송을 요청하는 판매 안내 메시지를 판매자 단말기에 전송하며, 구매 계약된 중고물품의 구매 대금을 중고물품 중개센터의 금융계좌로 입금해줄 것을 요청하는 구매 안내 메시지를 구매자 단말기에 전송하는 안내 메시지 전송부;
    판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 수령정보, 중고물품의 검수결과, 중고물품의 외관사진이 저장된 수령상태 저장 메모리;
    판매자로부터 배송된 중고물품의 수령 여부를 파악하는 중고물품 수령 파악부;
    구매자로부터의 구매대금의 입금 여부를 파악하는 구매대금 입금 파악부;
    판매자로부터 배송된 중고물품의 수령이 확인되고, 구매자로부터의 구매대금의 입금이 확인되면, 판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품을 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하는 배송오더를 출력하는 배송 지시부;
    구매자로부터 중고물품 수령 확인되면, 상기 구매 대금에서 수수료를 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금하는 거래대금 처리부;
    판매자로부터 배송되어 수령한 중고물품의 상태를 검수한 결과를 확인한 결과, 중고물품의 불량 판정으로 확인된 후, 불량 판정된 중고물품의 역경매 요청을 판매자 단말기로부터 수신한 경우, 중고물품의 불량 상태 및 중고물품의 외관사진을 중고물품 중개 웹페이지의 판매 게시글에 등록하는 역경매 게시글 등록부; 및
    설정된 기간 동안 역경매 방식으로 구매자로부터 구매 대금을 입찰받아, 최고의 금액으로 입찰한 구매자를 역경매 낙찰 구매자로 결정하며, 낙찰된 구매 대금의 금액을 판매자 단말기에 전송하는 역경매 진행부를 포함하고,
    상기 중고물품의 검수결과는 수령한 중고물품의 제품명, 수량, 색상, 외관검수, 파손여부, 사진확인, 작동여부확인, 동영상촬영 및 AS 가능여부확인 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 검수 항목에 대한 검수된 결과이고, 상기 검수 항목은 구매자의 결제에 의하여 선택가능하고,
    상기 중고물품 중개센터 서버는, 역경매 낙찰자 구매자로부터 역경매 구매한 중고물품의 수리 요청이 있는 경우, 수리센터에 중고물품을 위탁하여 수리를 요청하되,
    상기 배송 지시부는, 중고물품의 수리 완료가 확인된 후, 수리 완료된 중고물품을 상기 역경매 낙찰 구매자에게 배송할 것을 지시하며,
    상기 거래대금 처리부는, 역경매 낙찰 구매자로부터 입금된 구매대금에서 수수료와 수리 비용을 제외한 금액을 판매자의 금융계좌로 입금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 중고물품 거래 시스템.
