技术领域
本发明涉及家具技术领域,特别涉及一种休闲座椅。
背景技术
在周末等节假日,人们放松休息时(特别是在户外休闲时)多喜欢躺靠在休闲类座椅上。为了遮阳,某些休闲座椅还设置了遮阳篷。实际户外休闲时人们使用各种各样的用电设备,特别是各种照明等,为此还需要配备相应充电电池或发电设备。但在实际户外活动中人们经常忘记携带充电设备,造成用电设备使用不便。

本发明提供一种休闲座椅,包括座椅本体和安装于所述座椅本体上部的遮阳篷;

为使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
图1为本发明实施例休闲座椅示意图,图2为本发明实施例休闲座椅侧视图,可看出本发明实施例中的休闲座椅包括座椅本体1和安装在座椅本体1上部的遮阳篷2,遮阳篷2直接通过座椅本体1上的靠背杆103固定。在遮阳篷2上具有太阳能电池板21,太阳能电池板21可将太阳能转化为电能;为存储电能,在座椅本体1中还具有蓄电池,蓄电池将太阳能转化为电能储存,供相应的用电部件使用。
遮阳篷2上的太阳能电池板21可采用柔性太阳能电池板21,便于遮阳篷 2的折叠以及携带,也可为传统板状太阳能电池板21。蓄电池可安装在座椅本体1的扶手13上,也可将相应的杆件设置为空心杆直接将蓄电池安装在空心杆内。当然,为了保证用电安全性,蓄电池安装处应当具有良好的防水性。
为了实现电能的利用,本发明实施例中的休闲座椅可安装LED灯3和EL场致发光系统。其中LED灯3用于晚间使用座椅时的照明,LED灯3可直接安装遮阳篷2的下侧,根据供电电压的不同,可采用串联、并联等各种连接方式连接多个LED灯3;当然,LED灯3也可安装在座椅本体1,作为一种较好的选择,座椅本体1可上设置类似台灯的柔性金属管,将LED安装在柔性金属管的自由端;柔性金属管可隐藏在座椅本体1中相应的安装位置,方便不使用时存放。为了控制LED灯3的开闭,还可设置相应的灯具开关11;本发明实施例中,灯具开关11设置在扶手13内侧;当然,其也可设置在其他位置。
EL场致发光系统是利用固体发光材料在电场激发下发光的现象,起到装饰休闲座椅的作用。EL场致发光系统具有产生电场的驱动电路和用于发光的EL发光线4。EL发光线4可设置在座椅的各个杆件上,优选地可设置在靠背杆103、座杆104、前脚杆105、后脚杆106和搁脚杆109的外侧。这样,在晚上开启EL场致发光系统后,整个座椅本体1可显示座椅轮廓,达到装饰效果。当然,EL发光线4也可设置在其他位置,起到指示座椅位置的作用。为了控制EL场致发光系统的工作状态,还可在蓄电池和EL场致发光系统间设置场致发光系统开关。
应当注意,在一些条件下,EL场致发光系统和LED灯3的用电电压和蓄电池的供电电压并不匹配,为此还可能为两个用电设备配备专门的电压转换电路。
此外,由于在户外经常使用诸如手机等电气设备,还可设置供外界设备充电的充电接口12。充电接口12可以为USB接口,也可为其他类型的接口。图3为本发明实施例休闲座椅中扶手13示意图,可看出充电接口12、灯具开关11和场致发光系统开关均设置在了扶手13上。以上仅是就常用的用电设备做举例,当然也可采用其他用电设备。
本发明实施例中,蓄电池直接安装在扶手13内;为保证蓄电池的安全性,扶手安装蓄电池位置做了防水处理;当然,也可将蓄电池安装在座椅本体1 的其他部位。
在户外休闲时人们需要长期持握手机等物品会造成手臂酸痛。为此本发明实施例的座椅行还设置了用于夹持物品的夹持架14,夹持架14夹持的物品可为电子设备,也可为诸如水杯等。由于使用者多在休闲时观看手机等视频设备,被夹持物大体为诸如手机类的电子设备(后续叙述均以电子设备为例)。
具体的,夹持架14安装在扶手13的上端面,其具有本体部15和位于本体部15上侧的第一夹持端16和下侧的第二夹持端17,两个夹持端均相对于本体部15侧面凸出设置、位于本体部15的同侧。使用时,电子设备安装在第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17间即可。
为配套不同类型的电子设备使用,应当使得第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17间的距离可调。为此,可将本体部15分为相互连接的本体上部和本体下部,通过本体上部和本体下部之间相对滑动改变第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17的距离。其中,第一夹持端16位于本体上部上侧,第二夹持端17位于本体下部下侧;本体上部和本体下部只能在本体部15的长度延伸方向滑动;为了能够使得第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17夹紧电子设备,在本体上部和本体下部件还应设置弹性部件;非使用状态下,本体上部和本体下部处于最大重合位置,弹性部件不发生弹性变形;安装较大的电子设备时,需要克服弹性部件的弹性作用力,拉动本体上部相对于本体下部外移。在安装好电子设备后,弹性部件的弹性回弹力还可使第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17处于距离最短处,夹紧电子设备。具体应用中,弹性部件可为弹性皮筋,也可为弹簧。当然,如已知某一电子设备的尺寸,也可根据其尺寸专门设定第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17的距离;但这样并不利于休闲座椅应用的广泛性。
以上所说,本体上部可相对本体下部滑动,但如果外力作用较大、滑动长度超过极限位置,本体上部将脱离本体下部以及弹性部件的失效。为此,可设置限制本体上部和本体下部滑动极限位置的限位部。
由于某些电子设备的长度尺寸大于宽度尺寸,在观看视频或其他应用情况下需要横放安装在夹持架14内,而第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17的距离大于电子设备的宽度而不能满足夹持需求。为实现横向夹持电子设备的目的,还可在第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17间设置个可实现位置切换的第三夹持端。 如图3,在本体下部还具有铰接连接的翻转件101,翻转件101具有两种位置状态,分别为卡合在本体下部状态和平行于第二夹持端17的状态。当翻转件101卡合在本体下部时,其外侧面和本体下部平齐,不妨碍第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17正常夹持电子设备;而当翻转件101平行于第二夹持端17状态时,其自由端形成和第一夹持端16配合的第三夹持端,可横向夹持电子设备。可以想到,翻转件101在两个状态之间切换角度在90°左右,当其大体处于平行于第二夹持端17的状态后,不能再向第二夹持端17方向旋转。
当然,也可将翻转件101设置在本体上部,其大体结构和安装在本体下部的翻转件101结构相同,只是旋转方向和前述本体下部的翻转件101方向相反。
图4为图1中A区域放大图,可看出在扶手13上具有容纳夹持架14的承接槽18。为使夹持架14无需拆卸就可装入承接槽18内,夹持架14和承接槽18采用了铰接连接,铰接轴平行于夹持架14的宽度方向设置。从图4还可看出,为了使得容纳夹持架14上的第一夹持端16和第二夹持端17,承接槽18两端深度大于中间区域深度。当夹持架14放入承接槽18内后,夹持架14本体背面和扶手13表面基本在同一平面,缝隙也较小,不会妨碍扶手13的正常使用。
为防止夹持架14从承接槽18中转出,特别是防止搬运座椅时损坏夹持架14,在夹持架14上还可设置卡接件19,在扶手13上设置于卡接件19配合的卡接配合部10,通过卡接件19和卡接配合部10固定扶手13;本发明实施例中,卡接件19为内部安装有弹簧的可压缩按钮,卡接配合部10为扶手13上的通孔;此外,也可采用其他类型的卡接固定方式。当然,卡接件19也可设置于扶手13上,而卡接配合部10对应的设置在夹持架14上。
本发明中,卡接件19和卡接配合部10脱开后旋转90°可抵靠在扶手13上,这样安装电子设备后仰角不能发生变化。作为一种优选,还可在铰接轴处安装角度限位件,在角度限位件的限制下夹持架14和扶手13间夹角确定后角度不发生变化,适应各种角度观看需求。角度限位件可以为摩擦限位件,也可为卡接限位件等类型,但应当能保证至少90°旋转限位需求。
进一步地,还可在铰接轴和本体部15之间设置转轴或柔性金属管,实现夹持部在水平方向的360°旋转,实现全角度观看需求。应注意,如采用柔性 金属管,其强度应当能够承受电子设备重量。
从图3中还可看出,在第一夹持端16、第二夹持端17和翻转件101上的第三夹持端的夹持端面上均设置了凹槽结构,保证卡接夹持的稳定性,防止从本体部15侧外力作用使电子设备脱离夹持架14。
此外,为防止夹持架14夹持电子设备时造成电子设备变形或搁伤,还可在各个夹持端的夹持端面设置弹性缓冲层。弹性缓冲层可采用可压缩海绵或橡胶等材料制成。
另从图1和图2可看出,本发明中的休闲座椅的座椅本体1为折叠椅,可收折存放,其应当具有柔性座面。具体的,除具有扶手13外,折叠椅还具有靠背杆103、座杆104、前脚杆105、后脚杆106、支撑杆108、支撑件107、滑动杆和滑动件。其中前脚杆105和后脚杆106的上端通过滑动件连接在滑动杆上滑动杆和滑动件安装于扶手13下侧、滑动杆与扶手13固定,图中无法看到,前脚杆105和支撑件107的上端通过支撑杆108连接,支撑杆108下端铰接在后脚杆106上;座杆104也和支撑件107的上端铰接;搁脚杆109上端和扶手13铰接,中间和座杆104铰接;靠背杆103分别和座杆104后端以及扶手13后端铰接。需要折叠座椅时,向后推动支撑杆108使支撑件107上端脱离后脚杆106并转动,其他各个杆件均会按照连接关系转动收折。相反的,反向推动支撑杆108也可实现座椅的打开。需要注意的是,由于具有遮阳篷2,在折叠座椅前需要线收折遮阳篷2。遮阳篷2可于靠背杆103铰接连接,也可为可拆卸的方式。当然,在其他实施例中,休闲座椅也可为不可折叠座椅。
以上对本发明实施例中的休闲座椅进行了详细介绍。本文应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种休闲座椅,包括座椅本体(1)和安装于所述座椅本体(1)上部的遮阳篷(2);其特征在于:所述遮阳篷(2)上端面具有太阳能电池板(21);所述座椅本体(1)还固定有与所述太阳能电池板(21)电连接的蓄电池;
    所述座椅本体(1)上还具有EL场致发光系统;所述EL场致发光系统与所述蓄电池电连接,二者之间具有控制电路导通的场致发光系统开关;所述EL场致发光系统具有驱动电路和EL发光线(4);所述EL发光线(4)安装在所述座椅本体(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述遮阳篷(2)的下侧面或所述座椅本体(1)上安装有LED灯(3);所述蓄电池和所述LED灯(3)电连接、二者间具有控制电路导通的灯具开关(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体(1)还具有与所述蓄电池电连接、用于供外接设备充电的充电接口(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体(1)具有扶手(13);所述蓄电池安装在所述扶手(13)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(13)上固定安装有夹持架(14);所述夹持架(14)具有本体部(15)、位于所述本体部(15)上侧的第一夹持端(16)和位于所述本体部(15)下侧的第二夹持端(17);所述第一夹持端(16)和所述第二夹持端(17)相对于所述本体部(15)凸出设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述夹持架(14)和所述扶手(13)通过铰接轴铰接连接;所述扶手(13)上具有容纳所述夹持架(14)的承接槽(18);所述夹持架(14)具有卡接件(19),所述扶手(13)上具有与所述卡接件(19)配合的卡接配合部(10);或所述扶手(13)上具有卡接件(19),所述夹持架(14)上具有与所述卡接件(19)配合的卡接配合部(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述本体部(15)包括本体上部和本体下部;所述第一夹持端(16)位于所述本体上部;所述第二夹持端(17)位于所述本体下部;所述本体下部与所述扶手(13)连接;所述本 体上部和所述本体下部相对滑动,二者间具有妨碍第一夹持端(16)远离所述第二夹持端(17)运动的弹性部件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:还具有翻转件(101);所述翻转件(101)与所述本体下部或所述本体上部铰接连接;所述翻转件(101)具有第三夹持端;所述翻转件(101)卡合在所述本体下部时,所述第三夹持端外侧面与所述本体下部平齐;所述翻转件(101)打开时;所述第三夹持端凸出于所述本体部(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的休闲座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体(1)为折叠型座椅本体;所述座椅本体(1)上还具有柔性座面。
