本发明实施例提供一种关闭终端的方法及装置,通过终端实时采集自身周围预设范围内的图像,若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,终端启动计时器;当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。采用本发明实施例技术方案,终端利用人脸识别功能,检测预设范围内是否包含人脸图像,当在第一预设时长内均未检测到人脸图像时,即关闭终端,使得用户即使未关闭终端,终端也能够根据人脸识别结果,自行关闭终端,从而减少了终端的能耗,延长了电池的使用时间和使用寿命。

Description

一种关闭终端的方法及装置
本申请要求在2015年11月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510852146.3、发明名称为“一种关闭终端的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种关闭终端的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网的发展,各种终端(如手机,pad等)以其通信便捷,操作方便的特性得到了广泛的应用。目前,终端可以具有独立的操作系统,用户可以根据需要自行安装第三方服务商提供的应用软件,通过此类应用软件,可以扩展终端的功能。
目前,为了节约终端的能耗,若终端处于激活状态时,通常将终端设置为自激活终端开始,当达到预设时长时,终端未接收任何操作指令时,即关闭该终端,该关闭终端包括使终端处于休眠状态,或者使终端处于关机状态;其中,所述预设时长为人为设定的时长。采用该技术方案,当终端正在执行某些特定应用程序时,用户由于某种原因在未关闭终端的情况下,长时间离开终端时,终端将始终保持激活状态,例如,终端正在执行视频播放应用程序时,若用户不关闭该应用程序,终端将持续处于视频播放状态,从而增加了终端的能耗,缩短了终端的电池使用时长。
由此可见,目前终端存在能耗高的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种关闭终端的方法及装置,用以解决目前终端能耗高的问题。
本发明实施例提供的具体技术方案如下:
本发明实施例提供一种关闭终端的方法,包括:
终端实时采集预设范围内的图像;
若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则终端启动计时器;
当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。
本发明实施例提供一种关闭终端的装置,包括:
采集单元,用于实时采集预设范围内的图像;
计时器启动单元,用于若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则启动计时器;
终端关闭单元,用于当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭终端。
本发明实施例提供一种关闭终端的方法及装置,通过终端实时采集自身周围预设范围内的图像,若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,终端启动计时器;当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。采用本发明实施例技术方案,终端利用人脸识别功能,检测预设范围内是否包含人脸图像,当在第一预设时长内均未检测到人脸图像时,即关闭终端,使得用户即使未关闭终端,终端也能够根据人脸识别结果,自行关闭终端,从而减少了终端的能耗,延长了电池的使用时间和使用寿命。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。
本发明实施例中,终端为具备通信能力的设备,且该终端具备用户交互界面,如智能电视,个人计算机,手机,平板电脑等,所述终端中装载的操作系统可以为Windows操作系统,安卓操作系统,或者ios操作系统等。
实施例一
参阅图1所示,本发明实施例中,关闭终端的过程,包括:
步骤100:终端实时采集预设范围内的图像。
本发明实施例中,终端检测当前时刻自身的工作状态满足预设条件时,实时采集预设范围内的图像。
可选的,所述终端检测当前时刻自身的工作状态满足预设条件,包括:终端获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;若所述工作内容不属于预设的工作内容集合,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤,其中,所述工作内容集合中包含的元素为根据具体应用场景预先设置的值,如工作内容集合包含视频播放等元素;和/或,终端获取距离当前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;若自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度大于第二预设时长,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤,例如,第二预设时长为30分钟,在时间8:20,终端接收到了音频播放指令,在8:51到达时,终端检测到自8:20至8:51终端未接收到任何指令,由于当前时刻至终端最近一次接收到指令的时间点之差达到第二预设时长,因此,终端实时采集预设范围内的图像。其中,所述第二预设时长为根据具体应用场景人为设定的值。
可选的,所述终端通过摄像装置采集预设范围内的图像,该摄像装置为相机或者摄像机。此外,由于终端具备观看广角,即在该终端观看广角之外的角度内,用户无法识别终端上的图像,因此,可选的,所述预设范围即为终端观看广角以内的范围,且所述预设范围还包括观察半径,该观察半径以所述终端为中心,所述观察半径为根据终端屏幕的大小预先设置的值;较佳 的,所述终端屏幕越大,所述观察半径越大,所述终端屏幕越小,所述观察半径越小。
步骤110:若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则终端启动计时器。
本发明实施例中,终端对实时采集到的图像进行检测,当检测到所述图像中包含人脸图像时,即不对所述终端执行任何操作,终端保持当前状态或者执行当前操作即可;当检测到所述图像中不包含人脸图像时,即开启计时器。
可选的,所述终端检测采集的所述图像中是否包含人脸图像的方法,包括:采用特征子脸技术,剔除所述采集的图像中除人脸之外的干扰图形,从而去除所述图像中的干扰因素,保证了后续对人脸图像识别的准确性,进而避免了对终端根据错误的识别结果执行错误的操作;由于人脸图像中包含人的面部特征,且各个面部特征均具备相应的数值,该数值满足预设条件,因此,若剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,能够提取得到面部特征值,且所述面部特征值满足预设条件,则所述采集的图像中包含人脸图像;否则,所述采集的图像中不包含人脸图像。
可选的,从剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,提取得到面部特征值的方法,包括:提取所述图像中的特征点,以及所述特征点对应的轮廓线;其中,所述特征点至少包含眼睛、鼻子、嘴,每一个特征点对应的轮廓线为闭合区域;分别获取提取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离;将获取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离,确定为所述图像中的面部特征值。
所述面部特征值满足预设条件的确定方法,包括:当所述每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小分别在相应的预设区域范围之内,每一个特征点的位置分别在相应的预设特征点范围之内,且每两个特征点之间的距离分别在相应的距离范围之内时,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件。例如,当特征点为眼睛时,左眼的位置为(x1,y1),右眼的位置为(x2,y2),计算该左眼与右眼之间的距离(记为b),可以通过如下公式计算偏移量:

其中,判断所述b是否在预设距离范围记为[b1,b2]内。
步骤120:当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。
本发明实施例中,终端获取所述计时器记录的时长,当所述时长未达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,计时器继续计时,所述终端继续保持当前工作状态;当所述时长未达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中检测到包含人脸图像时,所述计时器清零,所述终端返回步骤100;当所述时长达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端,其中,所述关闭终端包括使终端处于休眠状态,或者使终端处于关机状态,或者使终端处于静音状态;所述第一预设时长为根据具体应用场景人为设定的值。
采用上述技术方案,终端利用人脸识别功能,检测预设范围内是否包含人脸图像,当在第一预设时长内均未检测到人脸图像时,即关闭终端,使得用户即使未关闭终端,终端也能够根据人脸识别结果,自行关闭终端,从而减少了终端的能耗,延长了电池的使用时间和使用寿命。
实施例二
基于实施例一所述的技术方案,参阅图2所示,下面结合具体的应用场景,详细描述终端关闭过程:
步骤200:终端检测当前时刻自身的工作状态是否满足预设条件,若是,执行步骤210;否则,仍执行检测当前时刻自身的工作状态是否满足预设条件的操作。
本发明实施例中,所述终端检测当前时刻自身的工作状态是否满足预设条件,包括:终端获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;判断所述工作内容是否属于预设的工作内容集合;和/或,终端获取距离当前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;判断自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度是否大于第二预设时长。
步骤210:终端实时采集预设范围内的图像。
步骤220:终端对实时采集到的图像进行检测,判断所述图像中是否检测到包含人脸图像,若是,保持当前终端的状态;否则,执行步骤230。
步骤230:终端启动计时器,记录时长。
步骤240:当所述时长未达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,计时器继续计时,所述终端继续保持当前工作状态。
步骤250:当所述时长未达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中检测到包含人脸图像时,所述计时器清零,所述终端返回步骤220。
步骤260:当所述时长达到第一预设时长,且所述计时器记录的所述时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,终端进入关闭倒计时状态,当到达倒计时时长时,关闭所述终端。
实施例三
基于实施例一和实施例二所述的技术方案,参阅图3所示,本发明实施例还提供一种关闭终端的装置,该装置包括采集单元30,计时器启动单元31,终端关闭单元32,其中:
采集单元30,用于实时采集预设范围内的图像;
计时器启动单元31,用于若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则启动计时器;
终端关闭单元32,用于当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭终端。
可选的,所述装置还包括处理单元33,用于:实时采集预设范围内的图像之前,获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;若所述工作内容不属于预设的工作内容集合,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤;和/或获取距离当前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;若自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度大于第二预设时长,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤。
可选的,所述处理单元33检测采集的所述图像中是否包含人脸图像的方法,包括:采用特征子脸技术,剔除所述采集的图像中除人脸之外的干扰图形;若剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,能够提取得到面部特征值,且所述面部特征值满足预设条件,则所述采集的图像中包含人脸图像;否则,所述采集的图像中不包含人脸图像。
可选的,所述处理单元33从剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,提取得到面部 特征值的方法,包括:提取所述图像中的特征点,以及所述特征点对应的轮廓线;其中,所述特征点至少包含眼睛、鼻子、嘴,每一个特征点对应的轮廓线为闭合区域;分别获取提取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离;将获取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离,确定为所述图像中的面部特征值。
可选的,所述处理单元33确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件的方法,包括:当所述每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小分别在相应的预设区域范围之内,每一个特征点的位置分别在相应的预设特征点范围之内,且每两个特征点之间的距离分别在相应的距离范围之内时,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件。
实施例四
基于实施例一至实施例二所述的技术方案,参阅图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种终端,该终端包含摄像装置40,处理器41,以及计时器42,其中:
摄像装置40,用于实时采集预设范围内的图像;
处理器41,用于若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则启动计时器42;
所述计时器42,用于记录时长;
所述处理器41,还用于当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭终端。
可选的,所述摄像装置40可以通过图像信号处理器(Image Signal Processor,简称ISP)实现,包含摄像头后置处理器(camera postprocessor,简称CPP)401,视频前端部件402(video front end,简称VFE),图像信号处理器接口403(Image Signal Processor Interface,简称ISPIF),以及传感器(Sensor)或CMOS传感器接口404(COMS Sensor Interface,简称CSI),摄像装置40的各个部件相互配合,共同实现对预设范围内图像的获取。
可选的,所述处理器41,还用于:实时采集预设范围内的图像之前,获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;若所述工作内容不属于预设的工作内容集合,则通知摄像装置40执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤;和/或获取距离当 前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;若自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度大于第二预设时长,则通知摄像装置40执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤;
可选的,所述处理器41检测采集的所述图像中是否包含人脸图像的方法,包括:采用特征子脸技术,剔除所述采集的图像中除人脸之外的干扰图形;若剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,能够提取得到面部特征值,且所述面部特征值满足预设条件,则所述采集的图像中包含人脸图像;否则,所述采集的图像中不包含人脸图像。
可选的,所述处理器41,从剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,提取得到面部特征值的方法,包括:提取所述图像中的特征点,以及所述特征点对应的轮廓线;其中,所述特征点至少包含眼睛、鼻子、嘴,每一个特征点对应的轮廓线为闭合区域;分别获取提取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离;将获取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离,确定为所述图像中的面部特征值。
可选的,所述处理器41,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件的方法,包括:当所述每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小分别在相应的预设区域范围之内,每一个特征点的位置分别在相应的预设特征点范围之内,且每两个特征点之间的距离分别在相应的距离范围之内时,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件。
可选的,所述处理器41包含核心层(kenel)411,以及硬件描象层412(Hardware Abstraction Layer,简称HAL);其中,所述核心层411包含驱动/存储器(memory)/帧缓存(FrameBuffer),用于存储所述摄像装置40获得的图像;所述硬件描象层412用于采用人脸检测算法(如6帧/秒)对所述图像进行检测,若未检测到人脸图像,将使电视机静音倒计时或者关机倒计时。
进一步的,所述终端还包括显示单元43,用于:呈现输入界面(UI),该输入界面中包含虚拟键盘。进一步的,该显示单元43还用于,显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及处理器41提供的各种菜单;其中,可选的,所述显示单元43包括显示面板。可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,上述显示单元43还可以包括触摸屏(图中未示出),触摸屏可覆盖显示面板,当触摸屏检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送 给处理器41以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器41根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。触摸屏与显示面板可以作为两个独立的部件来实现信息的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触摸屏与显示面板集成而实现信息的输入和输出功能。
综上所述,本发明实施例中,通过终端实时采集自身周围预设范围内的图像,若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,终端启动计时器;当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。采用本发明实施例技术方案,终端利用人脸识别功能,检测预设范围内是否包含人脸图像,当在第一预设时长内均未检测到人脸图像时,即关闭终端,使得用户即使未关闭终端,终端也能够根据人脸识别结果,自行关闭终端,从而减少了终端的能耗,延长了电池的使用时间和使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种关闭终端的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端实时采集预设范围内的图像;
    若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则终端启动计时器;
    当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,实时采集预设范围内的图像之前,所述方法还包括:
    终端获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;若所述工作内容不属于预设的工作内容集合,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤;和/或
    终端获取距离当前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;若自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度大于第二预设时长,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,检测采集的所述图像中是否包含人脸图像的方法,包括:
    采用特征子脸技术,剔除所述采集的图像中除人脸之外的干扰图形;
    若剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,能够提取得到面部特征值,且所述面部特征值满足预设条件,则所述采集的图像中包含人脸图像;否则,所述采集的图像中不包含人脸图像。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,从剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,提取得到面部特征值的方法,包括:
    提取所述图像中的特征点,以及所述特征点对应的轮廓线;其中,所述特征点至少包含眼睛、鼻子、嘴,每一个特征点对应的轮廓线为闭合区域;
    分别获取提取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离;
    将获取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离,确定为所述图像中的面部特征值。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述面部特征值满足预设条件的确定方法,包括:
    当所述每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小分别在相应的预设区域范围之内,每一个特征点的位置分别在相应的预设特征点范围之内,且每两个特征 点之间的距离分别在相应的距离范围之内时,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件。
  6. 一种关闭终端的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    采集单元,用于实时采集预设范围内的图像;
    计时器启动单元,用于若采集的所述图像中未检测到包含人脸图像,则启动计时器;
    终端关闭单元,用于当所述计时器记录的时长达到第一预设时长,且在所述计时器记录的时长内采集到的图像中未检测到包含人脸图像时,关闭终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括处理单元,用于:
    实时采集预设范围内的图像之前,获取当前时刻自身的工作内容;若所述工作内容不属于预设的工作内容集合,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤;和/或
    获取距离当前时刻最近一次接收到指令的时间点;若自记录的所述时间点至当前时刻的时间长度大于第二预设时长,则执行实时采集预设范围内的图像的步骤。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元检测采集的所述图像中是否包含人脸图像的方法,包括:
    采用特征子脸技术,剔除所述采集的图像中除人脸之外的干扰图形;
    若剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,能够提取得到面部特征值,且所述面部特征值满足预设条件,则所述采集的图像中包含人脸图像;否则,所述采集的图像中不包含人脸图像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元从剔除干扰图形之后的图像中,提取得到面部特征值的方法,包括:
    提取所述图像中的特征点,以及所述特征点对应的轮廓线;其中,所述特征点至少包含眼睛、鼻子、嘴,每一个特征点对应的轮廓线为闭合区域;
    分别获取提取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离;
    将获取的每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小,每一个特征点的位置,以及每两个特征点之间的距离,确定为所述图像中的面部特征值。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元确定所述 面部特征值满足预设条件的方法,包括:
    当所述每一条轮廓线所包围的区域大小分别在相应的预设区域范围之内,每一个特征点的位置分别在相应的预设特征点范围之内,且每两个特征点之间的距离分别在相应的距离范围之内时,确定所述面部特征值满足预设条件。
