本发明公开了一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法,所述方法应用于所述云平台的信息管理设备,云平台用于承载用户注册在云平台上的应用,方法包括:接收用户设备发送的用户使用应用所触发的用户请求,用户请求中携带用户设备的地址信息和应用的用户认证信息;根据用户认证信息和预先存储在云平台上的应用的用户注册信息,建立地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,用户信息为用户针对应用的用户注册信息;根据对应关系,管理与用户信息关联的应用的用户使用信息。本发明实施例提供的方案,可以通过云平台设置用户使用信息管理功能,不需要应用开发者再去开发应用时设置相应的功能,缩短了应用的开发周期。

基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法、设备及系统
本申请要求于2015年11月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510843537.9、发明名称为“基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法、设备及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法、设备及系统。
背景技术
云平台(PaaS)能够部署不同的应用和服务,给应用开发者和服务开发者提供了发布产品的平台。当前的云平台更关注于应用运行环境方面的能力,而缺少能够帮助应用开发者改善应用的运营信息。这里的运营信息是指,如何帮助应用开发者了解用户对应用使用的信息。
传统的应用,如果要实现对应用的运营分析的功能,应用开发者需要在应用中实现对应用用户访问状态的管理和分析,同时还需要实现数据的展现。应用开发者需要很多工作量才能得到应用上线情况的反馈数据。这样导致应用的开发周期过长。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中应用开发者无法快速获取用户对应用的用户使用信息的问题,本发明实施例提供一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法、可以在用户发送用户请求时就及时管理用户对应用的用户使用信息,从而不需要应用开发人员再去针对应用开发相应的功能,在开发者需要了解相关的用户使用信息时,可以即时从云平台上获取,缩短了应用的开发周期。本发明实施例还提供了相应的设备及系统。
本发明第一方面提供一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法,所述方法应用于所述云平台的信息管理设备,所述云平台用于承载用户注册在所述云平台上的所述应用,所述方法包括:

所述输入/输出设备用于接收用户设备发送的用户使用所述应用所触发的用户请求,所述用户请求中携带所述用户设备的地址信息和所述应用的用户认证信息;

与现有技术中要实现对用户使用信息的收集,需要应用开发者在自己的应用上设置很多功能相比,本发明实施例提供的基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法,可以通过云平台设置用户使用信息管理功能,针对平台上的每个应用都可以实现用户使用信息的收集和管理,不需要应用开发者再去开发应用时设置相应的功能,在开发者需要了解相关的用户使用信息时,可以即时从云平台上获取,缩短了应用的开发周期。

本发明实施例提供一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法、可以在用户发送用户请求时就及时管理用户对应用的用户使用信息,从而不需要应用开发人员再去针对应用开发相应的功能,在开发者需要了解相关的用户使用信息时,可以即时从云平台上获取,缩短了应用的开发周期。本发明实施例还提供了相应的设备及系统。以下分别进行详细说明。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供的云平台从硬件资源上来说可以是一个服务器集群,通过在服务器上配置虚拟机来实现应用的承载和管理,本发明实施例中的信息管理设备就可以是云平台上的一个虚拟机,当然也可以是一个独立的物理主机。云平台从逻辑层次上可以划分为基础设施即服务(Infrastructure as a Service, IaaS)层,平台即服务(Platform-as-a-Service,PaaS)层和应用层,也就是通常说所的I层、P层和应用层,如图1所示,I层包括物理资源和虚拟化资源。P层包括门户、应用开发工具链、应用运行环境、应用管理、服务管理、服务仓库、一键式部署等,应用层包括多种应用,图1中是以银行应用为例的,其中,包括银行新部署的应用和银行已部署的应用,银行新部署的应用包括互联网应用、移动应用、大数据分析,银行已部署的应包括企业管理应用、办公应用和柜面应用,当然本处只是以这几个应用为例进行说明的,实际上还包括很多其他应用。而且,图1中只是以银行系统为例进行说明,实际上云平台上可以部署各种各样的应用,针对各个应用的管理可以在P层创建相应的管理实例,本发明基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法的多个实施例中,分别说明了对应用的用户使用信息进行管理的过程。
用户使用信息是指用户对应用的使用情况的相关信息,例如:用户活跃度信息,如果能够了解应用用户活跃度的信息,对于应用的运营将会非常重要。衡量APP用户活跃度有三个重要的因素,第一个就是用户日开启率,第二个是启动频次,第三个就是停留时长。理想状况下,一个APP每天启动的次数越多,每日启动停留的时间越长,表明用户的活跃度就越高。
图2为本发明实施例云平台的一实施例示意图。
结合图2,说明本发明实施例的云平台中用于用户使用信息管理所涉及到的主要模块。
用户请求信息收集模块(App User Request Collector),该模块主要用于收集各应用的用户请求。用户请求信息收集模块可以位于路由器(Router/(Server Load Balancing,SLB)中,Router/SLB是PaaS平台中用户访问应用的入口,也可能用其他名称表示,Router/SLB起到一个请求路由的作用,所以能够捕捉到所有的用户请求。
用户管理服务模块(User Manager Service),该模块可以位于PaaS平台的用户管理系统中,该模块支持应用的用户管理实现,应用(App)可以通过服务建立自己的用户管理实例,实现用户的自定义管理功能。
运营分析系统(Operation Analysis System),该系统提供了收集用户请求, 存储数据、分析数据,以及分析数据的前后对比等功能。其中,运营分析系统可以包括如下几个模块:
数据收集模块(Data Collectoer),该模块负责收集整理来自用户请求信息收集模块的用户请求。
用户信息分析模块(User Data Analysis),该模块针对用户请求和用户信息的对应关系整理统计用户请求,进行一定的数据分析,存入数据库。
分析数据管理模块(Data Analysis Manager),该模块用于管理应用的分析数据,能够将应用不同阶段的数据分开管理。最终用于应用不同阶段的数据对比。例如:版本升级前后的数据对比,推广活动前后的数据对比等。
数据比较分析模块(Data Compare Analysis),提供不同阶段应用用户分析数据的对比分析。
另外,在图2所示的云平台,与外界交互时可以与用户设备交互,也可以与管理员的管理设备和开发人员的开发设备交互,用户可以通过手机或者电脑等用户终端使用应用,并触发用户请求。管理员可以通过操作平台(Portal)管理分析数据管理模块和数据比较分析模块。应用的开发人员可以通过操作平台查看相关的数据。
图2介绍了云平台中实现应用的用户使用信息管理所涉及到的模块,下面结合图3说明本发明实施例中的云平台如何实现对应用的用户使用信息的管理。
本发明实施例中的管理可以包括信息的收集、存储、分析和对比等。
要实现对应用的每个用户的用户使用信息的管理,需要在云平台中建立用户信息与用户请求中地址信息之间的对应关系,这样,就可以管理每个用户的用户使用信息。
下面,参阅图3,说明本发明实施例的平云台建立地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系的过程:
101、用户请求信息收集模块根据用户请求的关键内容生成用户标识(UserId)。将UserID插入到用户请求中,传递给应用(App)模块。关键内容可以是用户设备的地址信息(User Address)。
用户请求中会携带所述用户设备的地址信息和所述应用的用户认证信息。用户认证信息可以是用户应用的用户名,或者用户名和密码。
102、用户请求信息收集模块上报当前的用户请求和UserId到运营分析系统中,等待其他信息的上报进行地址信息与用户信息的关联。
用户请求信息收集模块上报的是用户标识(UserId)与地址信息(User Address)之间的对应关系。
103、App模块传递UserID以及用户认证信息给用户管理服务模块。用户管理服务模块认证后,确定应用—用户标识(UserId)--用户信息(UserInfo)之间的对应关系,并将用户标识(UserId)--用户信息(UserInfo)之间的对应关系上报给运营分析系统。
用户管理服务模块在认证时根据预先存储的该应用的用户注册信息,例如:用户名,或者用户名和密码等用户注册信息进行匹配认证,当用户认证信息匹配到合适的用户注册信息时,即可以确定该用户信息,用户信息实际上就是用户注册信息,也就是用户名,或者,用户名和密码。
104、运营分析系统得到上报的所有信息(即:用户标识(UserId)与地址信息(User Address)之间的对应关系,以及用户标识(UserId)--用户信息(UserInfo)之间的对应关系)后,实现用户请求的地址信息(User Address)和用户信(UserInfo)的关联。
后续再有该地址信息的用户请求时,可以直接将该请求消息映射到对应的用户信息下。
图3所对应的实施例中的内容说明了如何解决用户的请求消息关联到应用的用户,也就是具体的用户信息。
在地址信息与用户信息的对应关系建立后,就是利用该地址信息与用户信息的对应关系进行应用的用户使用信息的收集、存储、分析和对比等管理。
参阅图4,本发明实施例提供的云平台对应用的用户使用信息的管理过程的一实施例包括:
201、用户访问部署在平台上的应用,触发用户请求。
202、部署在云平台的路由器(Router/SLB)上的用户请求信息收集模块, 收集用户访问应用的用户请求,发送到运营分析系统中。
203、运营分析系统中的数据收集模块(Data Collector),解析整理用户请求,并转发给用户数据分析模块(User Data Analysis)。
204、用户数据分析模块结合应用、地址信息和用户信息的关联,对用户请求进行归并统计,实现运营分析中的原始数据分析。
行归并统计可以指将同一个应用下的用户请求记录在该应用下,以及将同一个用户信息下的用户请求记录在该用户信息下。
分析的内容可以包括统计用户对应用的日开启率,用户启动应用的频率,用户使用应用的时间等信息。

在上述信息管理设备的多个实施例中,应当理解的是,在一种实现方式下,接收单元可以是由输入/输出I/O设备(比如网卡)来实现,建立单元和管理单元可以由处理器执行存储器中的程序或指令来实现的(换言之,即由处理器以及与所述处理器耦合的存储器中的特殊指令相互配合来实现);在另一种实现方式下,接收单元可以是由输入/输出I/O设备(比如网卡)来实现,建立单元和管理单元也可以分别通过专有电路来实现,具体实现方式参见现有技术,这里不再赘述;在再一种实现方式下,接收单元可以是由输入/输出I/O设备(比如网卡)来实现,建立单元和管理单元也可以通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)来实现,具体实现方式参见现有技术,这里不再赘述,本发明包括但不限于前述实现方式,应当理解的是,只要按照本发明的思想实现的方案,都落入本发明实施例所保护的范围。
本实施例提供了一种信息管理设备的硬件结构,参见图9所示,一种信息管理设备的硬件结构可以包括:
收发器件、软件器件以及硬件器件三部分;
收发器件为用于完成包收发的硬件电路;
硬件器件也可称“硬件处理模块”,或者更简单的,也可简称为“硬件”,硬件器件主要包括基于FPGA、ASIC之类专用硬件电路(也会配合其他配套器件,如存储器)来实现某些特定功能的硬件电路,其处理速度相比通用处理器往往要快很多,但功能一经定制,便很难更改,因此,实现起来并不灵活,通常用来处理一些固定的功能。需要说明的是,硬件器件在实际应用中,也可以 包括MCU(微处理器,如单片机)、或者CPU等处理器,但这些处理器的主要功能并不是完成大数据的处理,而主要用于进行一些控制,在这种应用场景下,由这些器件搭配的系统为硬件器件。
软件器件(或者也简单“软件”)主要包括通用的处理器(例如CPU)及其一些配套的器件(如内存、硬盘等存储设备),可以通过编程来让处理器具备相应的处理功能,用软件来实现时,可以根据业务需求灵活配置,但往往速度相比硬件器件来说要慢。软件处理完后,可以通过硬件器件将处理完的数据通过收发器件进行发送,也可以通过一个与收发器件相连的接口向收发器件发送处理完的数据。
本实施例中,收发器件用于接收用户设备发送的用户使用所述应用所触发的用户请求,软件器件或硬件器件用于建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系和管理用户使用信息等。
硬件器件及软件器件的其他功能在前述实施例中已经详细论述,这里不再赘述。
下面结合附图就接收单元可以是由输入/输出I/O设备(比如网卡)来实现,建立单元和管理单元可以是可以由处理器执行存储器中的程序或指令来实现的技术方案来做详细的介绍:
图10是本发明实施例提供的信息管理设备60的结构示意图。所述信息管理设备60应用于云平台,所述云平台用于承载用户注册在所述云平台上注册的应用,所述信息管理设备60包括处理器610、存储器650和输入/输出I/O设备630,存储器650可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器610提供操作指令和数据。存储器650的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器(NVRAM)。
在一些实施方式中,存储器650存储了如下的元素,可执行模块或者数据结构,或者他们的子集,或者他们的扩展集:
在本发明实施例中,通过调用存储器650存储的操作指令(该操作指令可存储在操作系统中),
通过I/O设备630接收用户设备发送的用户使用所述应用所触发的用户请 求,所述用户请求中携带所述用户设备的地址信息和所述应用的用户认证信息;
根据所述用户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,所述用户信息为所述用户针对所述应用的用户注册信息;
根据所述对应关系,管理与所述用户信息关联的所述应用的用户使用信息。
可见,与现有技术中要实现对用户使用信息的收集,需要应用开发者在自己的应用上设置很多功能相比,本发明实施例提供的信息管理设备,可以通过云平台设置用户使用信息管理功能,针对平台上的每个应用都可以实现用户使用信息的收集和管理,不需要应用开发者再去开发应用时设置相应的功能,在开发者需要了解相关的用户使用信息时,可以即时从云平台上获取,缩短了应用的开发周期。
处理器610控制信息管理设备60的操作,处理器610还可以称为CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理单元)。存储器650可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器610提供指令和数据。存储器650的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器(NVRAM)。具体的应用中信息管理设备60的各个组件通过总线系统620耦合在一起,其中总线系统620除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统620。
上述本发明实施例揭示的方法可以应用于处理器610中,或者由处理器610实现。处理器610可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器610中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器610可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本发明实施例所公开的方 法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器650,处理器610读取存储器650中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
可选地,处理器610具体用于:
根据所述地址信息生成用户标识;
根据所述户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,确定所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系;
根据所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系,以及所述地址信息与所述用户标识之间的对应关系,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系。
可选地,处理器610具体用于:
根据所述对应关系,在后续接收到包含所述地址信息的用户请求时,将后续接收的用户请求所涉及的用户使用信息与所述用户信息关联记录。
可选地,处理器610还用于:
当所述应用有新版本上线时,将第一关联记录信息和第二关联记录信息分离管理,所述第一关联记录信息为原来版本对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第二关联记录信息为新版本对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
可选地,处理器610还用于:
当在所述应用上增加了推广信息时,将第三关联记录信息和第四关联记录信息分离管理,所述第三关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息前对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第四关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息后对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的信息管理设备,具体可以为云平台中的一台云主机,该云主机可以为运行在物理机上的虚拟机。如图11所示,物理机1200包括硬件层100,运行在硬件层100之上的VMM(Virtual Machine  Monitor,虚拟机监视器)110,以及运行在VMM 110之上的宿主机Host 1201和若干虚拟机(VM,Virtual Machine),其中,硬件层包括但不限于:I/O设备、CPU和memory。本发明实施例提供的云平台的信息管理设备具体可以为物理机1200中的一台虚拟机,比如VM 1202,VM 1202上运行有一个或多个云应用,其中,每一个云应用都用于实现相应的业务功能,比如数据库应用、地图应用等等,这些云应用可以由开发者开发然后部署到云计算系统中。此外VM1202还运行有可以执行程序,VM 1202通过运行该可执行程序,并在程序运行的过程中通过宿主机Host 1201来调用硬件层100的硬件资源,以实现云平台的信息管理设备的建立单元和管理单元的功能,具体而言,建立单元和管理单元可以以软件模块或函数的形式被包含在上述可执行程序中,比如该可执行程序可以包括:建立单元和管理单元,VM1202通过调用硬件层100中的CPU、Memory等资源,以运行该可执行程序,从而实现建立单元和管理单元的功能。
图10对应的实施例以及其他可选实施例可以参阅图1-图8部分描述进行理解,本处不做过多赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于云平台的应用用户使用信息管理的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于所述云平台的信息管理设备,所述云平台用于承载用户注册在所述云平台上的所述应用,所述方法包括:
    信息管理设备接收用户设备发送的用户使用所述应用所触发的用户请求,所述用户请求中携带所述用户设备的地址信息和所述应用的用户认证信息;
    所述信息管理设备根据所述用户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,所述用户信息为所述用户针对所述应用的用户注册信息;
    所述信息管理设备根据所述对应关系,管理与所述用户信息关联的所述应用的用户使用信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息管理设备根据所述用户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,包括:
    所述信息管理设备根据所述地址信息生成用户标识;
    所述信息管理设备根据所述户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,确定所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系;
    所述信息管理设备根据所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系,以及所述地址信息与所述用户标识之间的对应关系,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息管理设备根据所述对应关系,管理与所述用户信息关联的所述应用的用户使用信息,包括:
    所述信息管理设备根据所述对应关系,在后续接收到包含所述地址信息的用户请求时,将后续接收的用户请求所涉及的用户使用信息与所述用户信息关联记录。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息管理设备当所述应用有新版本上线时,将第一关联记录信息和第二关联记录信息分离管理,所述第一关联记录信息为原来版本对应的用户使用 信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第二关联记录信息为新版本对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息管理设备当在所述应用上增加了推广信息时,将第三关联记录信息和第四关联记录信息分离管理,所述第三关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息前对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第四关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息后对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
  6. 一种信息管理设备,其特征在于,所述信息管理设备应用于云平台,所述云平台用于承载用户注册在所述云平台上的所述应用,所述信息管理设备包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户设备发送的用户使用所述应用所触发的用户请求,所述用户请求中携带所述用户设备的地址信息和所述应用的用户认证信息;
    建立单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述用户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,所述用户信息为所述用户针对所述应用的用户注册信息;
    管理单元,用于根据所述建立单元建立的所述对应关系,管理与所述用户信息关联的所述应用的用户使用信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息管理设备,其特征在于,
    所述建立单元具体用于:
    根据所述地址信息生成用户标识;
    根据所述户认证信息和预先存储在所述云平台上的所述应用的用户注册信息,确定所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系;
    根据所述用户标识与所述用户信息之间的对应关系,以及所述地址信息与所述用户标识之间的对应关系,建立所述地址信息与用户信息之间的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的信息管理设备,其特征在于,
    所述管理单元,具体用于根据所述对应关系,在后续接收到包含所述地址信息的用户请求时,将后续接收的用户请求所涉及的用户使用信息与所述用户信息关联记录。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息管理设备,其特征在于,
    所述管理单元,还用于当所述应用有新版本上线时,将第一关联记录信息和第二关联记录信息分离管理,所述第一关联记录信息为原来版本对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第二关联记录信息为新版本对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的信息管理设备,其特征在于,
    所述管理单元,还用于当在所述应用上增加了推广信息时,将第三关联记录信息和第四关联记录信息分离管理,所述第三关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息前对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息,所述第四关联记录信息为增加所述推广信息后对应的用户使用信息与所述用户信息的关联记录信息。
  11. 一种云平台,其特征在于,所述云平台用于承载用户注册在所述云平台上的所述应用,所述云平台包括信息管理设备;
    所述信息管理设备为上述权利要求6-10任一所述的信息管理设备。
