Abstract
一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头,包括水龙头主体(1)和电箱(2)。水龙头主体(1)设有进水组件(3)和控制阀组件(4),进水组件(3)连接控制阀组件(4)。水龙头主体(1)内部安装有过滤装置(5)。过滤装置(5)包括绝缘管(5-1)、滤芯(5-2)和滤芯出水底座(5-3)。滤芯(5-2)固定在绝缘管(5-1)内,滤芯(5-2)下端设有与控制阀组件(4)连通的滤芯连接尾(5-4),滤芯连接尾(5-4)与滤芯出水底座(5-3)连接。滤芯(5-2)上部侧面设有出水口(5-5),滤芯(5-2)上端设有滤芯顶盖(5-6)。滤芯(5-2)包括管壳体(5-21),管壳体(5-21)内套有尼龙管(5-22),尼龙管(5-22)内自下而上依次设有网隔(5-23)、活性炭层(5-24)、杀菌珠层(5-25)和树脂层(5-26)。该水龙头自带过滤装置,可以直接饮用,不占用额外空间来安置过滤装置。
Description
本发明涉及水龙头,尤其涉及一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头。
因公共用水日益受到污染以及人类对健康饮用水的严格需求,在市面上,我们经常看到若用户想要饮用更纯净、更健康的水,必须要另外购置一组过滤器,这不但影响美观,而且需要更多的空间来安置过滤器,给大部分人原本拥挤的生活空间增加了负担。因此,研发一种具有过滤功能,且不占用多余空间的水龙头,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头,包括水龙头主体和电箱;
所述水龙头主体设有进水组件和控制阀组件,进水组件连接控制阀组件,所述水龙头主体内部安装有过滤装置;
所述过滤装置包括绝缘管、滤芯和滤芯出水底座,滤芯固定在绝缘管内,滤芯下端设有与控制阀组件连通的滤芯连接尾,滤
芯连接尾与滤芯出水底座连接,滤芯上部侧面设有出水口,滤芯上端设有滤芯顶盖;
所述滤芯包括管壳体,管壳体内套有尼龙管,尼龙管内自下而上依次设有网隔、活性炭层、杀菌珠层和树脂层;
所述电箱内设有变压器和压力开关,变压器连接电极连接线,电极连接线通过电源连接头连接有电极,所述电极安装于滤芯出水底座的上、下端,压力开关通过接水管连接固定在水龙头主体底部的水压连接头;变压器连接有电源线。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明自带过滤装置,可杀菌、除异味、去重金属,所出的水为超轻水,可以直接饮用;不占用额外空间来安置过滤装置;美观大方。

如图1至图8所示,一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头,包括水龙头主体1和电箱2;
所述水龙头主体1设有进水组件3和控制阀组件4,进水组件3连接控制阀组件4,所述水龙头主体1内部安装有过滤装置5;
所述过滤装置5包括绝缘管5-1、滤芯5-2和滤芯出水底座5-3,滤芯5-2固定在绝缘管5-1内,滤芯5-2下端设有与控制阀组件4连通的滤芯连接尾5-4,滤芯连接尾5-4与滤芯出水底座5-3连接,滤芯5-2上部侧面设有出水口5-5,滤芯5-2上端设有滤芯顶盖5-6;
所述滤芯5-2包括管壳体5-21,管壳体5-21内套有尼龙管5-22,尼龙管5-22内自下而上依次设有网隔5-23、活性炭层5-24、杀菌珠层5-25和树脂层5-26;
所述电箱2内设有变压器6和压力开关7,变压器6连接电极连接线8,电极连接线8通过电源连接头13连接有电极9,所述电极9安装于滤芯出水底座5-3的上、下端,压力开关7通过
接水管10连接固定在水龙头主体1底部的水压连接头11;变压器6连接有电源线12。

- 一种自带超轻水制备装置的水龙头,其特征在于:包括水龙头主体和电箱;所述水龙头主体设有进水组件和控制阀组件,进水组件连接控制阀组件,所述水龙头主体内部安装有过滤装置;所述过滤装置包括绝缘管、滤芯和滤芯出水底座,滤芯固定在绝缘管内,滤芯下端设有与控制阀组件连通的滤芯连接尾,滤芯连接尾与滤芯出水底座连接,滤芯上部侧面设有出水口,滤芯上端设有滤芯顶盖;所述滤芯包括管壳体,管壳体内套有尼龙管,尼龙管内自下而上依次设有网隔、活性炭层、杀菌珠层和树脂层;所述电箱内设有变压器和压力开关,变压器连接电极连接线,电极连接线通过电源连接头连接有电极,所述电极安装于滤芯出水底座的上、下端,压力开关通过接水管连接固定在水龙头主体底部的水压连接头;变压器连接有电源线。
