Abstract

A baklava box comprising a heater in order to ensure presenting baklavas that had lost their warmth in ideal eating temperature by means of a heater mechanism placed inside the box.

Description

Food Box Comprising Heater The Related Art
The present invention relates to a food box comprising a heater.
The present invention particularly relates to a baklava box comprising a heater in order to ensure presenting baklavas that had lost their warmth in ideal eating temperature by means of a heater mechanism placed inside the box.
The Prior Art Nowadays, products like self-heating food storage boxes are present. For these embodiments; Application Nos CN2295369Y, CN201354207Y, JP3297031 B2, CN202011547U, CN201573889U, and CN87203809U can be given as examples. However, heating systems of some of these products have complicated structures and high production costs, and also the heating systems of some of these perform their functions by using factors such as water vapour. These types of embodiments are not suitable for mass production due to their production costs.
Besides, some embodiments are developed for the purpose of protecting the existing temperature of the food and do not comprise any heater mechanism except special packaging layers. The European Patent Application No. EP2383203A2 can be given as an example to these kinds of embodiments.
Moreover, a packaging or box-like embodiment comprising a heater specially developed for the structure and the required temperature of baklava is not found in the known status of the art.
In the prior art applications, baklava is made by cooking on trays. They are sold in cold state together with the tray or a box. In some baklava selling places; baklavas are kept on a warm furnace at eating temperature and sold by packaging according to the amount of order. In both cases, in the process of carrying the baklavas bought by a consumer in a package, the baklavas cool down and lose the ideal eating temperature.
Antep baklava can only be made in the city of Gaziantep, since it has geographical indication registry. Therefore, its shipment from Gaziantep to all around the world is made in boxes. Since the baklavas lose heat and get cold during the shipment process, the final consumer receives a low quality product that has lost its ideal temperature. Due to its sugar content, baklava goes through saccharification and loses its gloss. Moreover, the product does not provide the desired taste effect, since it is consumed cold. Therefore, producer or seller companies are required to place special notes in baklava boxes to warn the consumer for heating the product.
And when the consumer brings the product home, he/she is required to process the product again by heating on a furnace or in an oven.
As a result of the above disclosed problems, the demand for the product decreases.
As a result, the above said drawbacks and the inadequacy of the prior art solutions about the subject have necessitated an improvement in the related technical field.
Purpose of the Invention
The invention is formed with the inspiration from the prior art situations and aims to solve the above said problems.
The purpose of the invention is to bring baklava into ideal eating temperature without the need for performing any heating operation by the consumer.
A purpose of the invention is to increase the demand for Gaziantep Baklava that is registered as geographical indicator.
The purpose of the invention is to prevent situations such as saccharification of the product during the shipment process of the product to desired distances. In order to achieve the above said purposes, the invention is a food box comprising a heater for bringing the foods, which are presented to final consumers after being placed into boxes with covers or being packaged, into the ideal eating temperatures specially determined for the relevant foods. Said food box comprises:
a circuit comprising a circuit switch which turns off when the cover is opened and turns on a circuit when the cover is closed; a power unit which provides electrical energy to a heater when the circuit is turned on; and a heater which heats the bottom of the box by converting the electrical energy (battery etc.) provided by the power unit into heat energy; and a layer that conducts heat but does not conduct electricity between the heater and the food found within the box.
Figures for Better Understanding of the Invention The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all of its advantages shall be understood better with the figures and the detailed description given below in reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made by taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the food box (baklava box) (1) according to the present invention will only be disclosed for better understanding of the subject. A heater (5) (resistances) which converts the electrical energy (battery etc.) provided by any power unit (3) (power source) into heat energy is positioned at the bottom of the baklava box (1). When the cover (2) of the baklava box (1) is opened, the circuit switch (4) is closed and thus turns the circuit on (connected). The relation between the circuit switch (4) and the cover (2) is completely mechanical. The relation is just like a switch of a lamp. Since the button of the circuit switch (4) has a spring, when it is closed, the button becomes "off" with the weight of the cover (2) and becomes "on" when the cover (2) is lifted. When the circuit is on, the power unit (3) starts to operate. With the actuation of the power unit (3), energy flow starts at the resistances and the bottom of the baklava box (1) starts to heat. When the heater (5) (resistances) brings the baklava into ideal eating temperature, the heating operation ends.
Since the amount of energy found in the power unit (3) is only the adequate amount to bring the baklava into ideal temperature, the heating operation continues until the energy is consumed; and when the power source is off, the circuit would be closed and the baklava would come to the ideal temperature.
A layer that conducts heat, but does not conduct electricity is found between the heater (5) and the baklava. This layer is formed of an aluminium foil and a thin cardboard. The aluminium foil ensures uniform distribution of heat at the bottom of the baklava. Minimal air gap is required to be left between the layer and the circuit.
Electric insulation is made by means of a thin stretch film placed on the resistances.
