Abstract
一种出雾盖(1)装配结构,包括盖本体(10)和设置在盖本体(10)底部的卡扣件(11),水箱(2)具有与卡扣件(11)配合的圆弧卡槽。通过卡扣配合,可以实现出雾盖(11)的360度旋转全方位加湿,并防止出雾盖(1)掉落,也便于出雾盖(1)取出。还公开了一种应用该出雾盖(1)的装配结构的加湿器。
Description
本申请要求于2015年11月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510788231.8、发明名称为“一种加湿器及其出雾盖装配结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及加湿器技术领域,特别涉及一种加湿器及其出雾盖装配结构。
加湿器是一种可以增加房间湿度的家用电器,其加湿雾气的出口处通常设置有出雾盖,用于控制出雾方式和调节出雾方向。
市面上现有加湿器的结构中,有的出雾盖可以360度旋转,实现全方位加湿,但是此种出雾盖通常只是放置在水箱顶部的凹槽中,与水箱之间并没有连接结构;当用户将水箱提起装水时,出雾盖就容易往下掉,同时还会发出“啪”的一声,用户会受到惊吓,时间长了,出雾盖经常受摔也容易坏掉;
有的出雾盖设计时直接把它固定住,无法旋转实现全方位加湿。
另外,有的出雾盖表面平整光滑,当用户手指粘有水时,很难将盖子旋转。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种出雾盖装配结构,使得出雾盖在水箱上装配时,兼具旋转功能和防脱落设计。
本发明还提供了一种应用上述出雾盖装配结构的加湿器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种出雾盖装配结构,应用于加湿器中出雾盖在水箱上的装配,所述出雾盖包括盖本体,和设置在所述盖本体底部的卡扣件;所述水箱具有用于同所述卡扣件配合的圆弧卡槽。
优选的,所述圆弧卡槽为完整的环形结构。
优选的,所述圆弧卡槽设置在所述水箱的出雾通道处。
优选的,所述卡扣件包括连接杆和卡扣本体;所述连接杆沿竖直方向设置,所述连接杆的顶端固定连接于所述盖本体,所述卡扣本体设置在所述连接杆的底端。
优选的,所述卡扣件上的所述卡扣本体背向所述盖本体的中心轴线设置。
优选的,所述盖本体与所述卡扣件为一体式结构。
优选的,所述盖本体的顶部设置有旋拧筋条。
优选的,所述盖本体的出雾结构为四周密封的出雾通道,且所述出雾通道的气流引导方向与竖直方向之间的夹角为锐角。
一种加湿器,包括出雾盖和水箱,所述出雾盖和所述水箱采用上述的出雾盖装配结构。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的出雾盖装配结构,在盖本体的底部设置有卡扣件,通过该卡扣件与水箱上圆弧卡槽的配合,可以实现出雾盖的旋转从而调整加湿方向;另一方面,能够防止出雾盖掉落,同时卡扣配合的装配方式也便于出雾盖的取出。

本发明的核心在于公开了一种出雾盖装配结构,使得出雾盖在水箱上装配时,兼具旋转功能和防脱落设计。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明实施例提供的出雾盖装配结构,应用于加湿器中出雾盖1在水箱2上的装配,其核心改进点在于,出雾盖1包括盖本体10,和设置在盖本体10底部的卡扣件11;盖本体10上设置有出雾结构,用于控制出雾方式和调节出雾方向,卡扣件11用于装配;水箱2具有用于同卡扣件11配合的圆弧卡槽。需要说明的是,这里提到的底部的方向概念是根据出雾盖1在水箱2的装配状态而言的,后文的顶部和竖直方向同理。
在装配时,将出雾盖1的卡扣件11卡入水箱2的圆弧卡槽内,实现两者的连接,能够防止出雾盖1与水箱2的意外分离掉落;在使用时,可以旋转出雾盖1,此时其底部的卡扣件11在圆弧卡槽内沿圆周方向运动,从而实现调整加湿方向;在需要拆下出雾盖1清洗时,只要稍微用力其卡扣件11就会由圆弧卡槽中脱出。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例提供的出雾盖装配结构,在盖本体10的底部设置有卡扣件11,通过该卡扣件11与水箱2上圆弧卡槽的配合,可以实现出雾盖1的旋转从而调整加湿方向;另一方面,能够防止出雾盖1的掉落,同时卡扣配合的装配方式也便于出雾盖1的取出。
可以理解的是,圆弧卡槽设置在水箱2上与出雾盖1卡扣件11相对的位置。以本具体实施例中圆形的出雾盖1为例,卡扣件11到出雾盖1中心轴线的距离,等于水箱2上圆弧卡槽的半径。
根据需要调整加湿方向的实际设计情况,本领域技术人员能够调整圆弧卡槽的对应弧度大小,比如90度、180度或者270度等,可以避让开不适于喷雾加湿的方向。作为优选,圆弧卡槽为完整的环形结构,以便于实现出雾盖1的360度旋转全方位加湿。
在本方案提供的具体实施例中,圆弧卡槽设置在水箱2的出雾通道处。优选的,圆弧卡槽位于水箱2出雾通道的内壁顶部,此时对于卡扣件11长度的需求最短,便于生产。当然,还可以将上述圆弧卡槽设置在水箱2的其他位置,
比如其用于装配出雾盖1的凹槽的槽底面上,位于出雾通道的四周,
本发明实施例提供的出雾盖装配结构,卡扣件11包括连接杆111和卡扣本体112;连接杆111沿竖直方向设置,连接杆111的顶端固定连接于盖本体10,卡扣本体112设置在连接杆111的底端。其结构可以参照图1和图3所示,沿竖直方向设置的连接杆111最大程度避免了对于加湿雾气流动的影响。
作为优选,卡扣件11上的卡扣本体112背向盖本体10的中心轴线设置,能够与设置在水箱2出雾通道内壁的圆弧卡槽更好配合。
在本方案提供的具体实施例中,盖本体10与卡扣件11为一体式结构,拥有良好的强度。具体可以采用注塑方式。当然,还可以将盖本体10与卡扣件11设计为可拆卸的连接结构,以便于生产和维护更换。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,盖本体10的顶部设置有旋拧筋条12。通过在出雾盖1的表面增加筋条,方便用户旋转出雾盖1。其结构可以参照图2和图5所示,盖本体10的顶部开设有凹槽,直线型的旋拧筋条12设置在凹槽内,且旋拧筋条12不高于盖本体10的顶部平面。
市面上现有出雾盖,直接在其顶面开孔作为出雾口,这种机构存在以下两方面的弊端:
1、出雾盖内部出雾口处气流混乱,导致喷出的雾气回旋混乱,当出雾盖与水箱顶盖在同一平面时,回旋混乱的气流会碰撞在水箱顶盖上面,雾气粘在水箱顶盖上面,运行时间长了,水箱顶盖就会出现积水现象;
2、出雾的角度竖直,喷出的雾气大部分在机子的上方,当雾气上升到一定的高度自由落体掉落到机子顶部,运行时间长了,机子顶部积留的雾气多了就会出现积水现象,积水严重时可能会出现电器安全事故。
针对上述情况,本方案做出了相应的改进:盖本体10的出雾结构为四周密封的出雾通道13,且该出雾通道13的气流引导方向与竖直方向之间的夹角为锐角,其结构可以参照图3所示。出雾盖1内部出雾通道13围成四周密封的通道,出雾的气流只有一个方向,使喷出的雾气均匀顺畅,同时出雾通道13倾斜,使喷出的雾气角度倾斜,让喷出的雾气不会掉落到机子上面,避免水箱顶盖积水,同时倾斜喷出的雾气可以让加湿的范围更加充分。
本发明实施例还提供了一种加湿器,包括出雾盖1和水箱2,其核心改进
点在于,出雾盖1和水箱2采用上述的出雾盖装配结构。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的出雾盖装配结构,在盖本体的底部设置有卡扣件,通过该卡扣件与水箱上圆弧卡槽的配合,可以实现出雾盖的360度旋转全方位加湿;另一方面,能够防止出雾盖的掉落,同时卡扣配合的装配方式也便于出雾盖的取出;在出雾盖表面增加筋条,方便用户旋转出雾盖。进一步的,出雾结构为四周密封的出雾通道,出雾均匀顺畅,360度旋转倾斜出雾,全方位加湿。本发明实施例还提供了一种应用上述出雾盖装配结构的加湿器。

- 一种出雾盖装配结构,应用于加湿器中出雾盖(1)在水箱(2)上的装配,其特征在于,所述出雾盖(1)包括盖本体(10),和设置在所述盖本体(10)底部的卡扣件(11);所述水箱(2)具有用于同所述卡扣件(11)配合的圆弧卡槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出雾盖装配结构,其特征在于,所述圆弧卡槽为完整的环形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出雾盖装配结构,其特征在于,所述圆弧卡槽设置在所述水箱(2)的出雾通道处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出雾盖装配结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣件(11)包括连接杆(111)和卡扣本体(112);所述连接杆(111)沿竖直方向设置,所述连接杆(111)的顶端固定连接于所述盖本体(10),所述卡扣本体(112)设置在所述连接杆(111)的底端。
