背景技术
观光电梯的轿厢和井道在同一侧,至少有一面是透明玻璃组成的,以便于乘客观看外面的风景,拓展了电梯的视觉空间,因此受到很多宾馆、酒店、办公楼的青睐。但同时,由于很多观光电梯是装设在建筑物外墙,可能受阳光的照射,尤其在酷暑天气下,轿厢的环境相对封闭,温度高且阳光直射给乘客带来很大的困扰。

技术方案:本实用新型所述的一种观光电梯轿厢用遮光窗帘,包括驱动机构,帘布以及帘布运行的轨道,所述驱动机构包括管状电机、驱动轮、滑轮以及升降绳,所述管状电机分别安装在轿厢的顶部,所述滑轮设在轿厢的底部,所述管状电机的两端部分别设有驱动轮,所述驱动轮与所述滑轮相对垂直设置,所述驱动轮与所述滑轮之间通过升降绳连接,所述升降绳通过底部的滑轮与驱动轮形成可上下运行的回路;所述管状电机两端部还分别设有轨道,所述帘布的一端端部与所述升降绳固定连接,另一端与所述管状电机连接。
进一步的,所述驱动机构设置在安装轿厢玻璃的一侧,且所述驱动机构设在轿厢玻璃的内侧。

进一步的,所述管状电机采用遥控或者开关控制方式进行驱动。

具体实施方式
如图1到图4所示的一种观光电梯轿厢用遮光窗帘,包括驱动机构,帘布5以及帘布运行的轨道4,所述驱动机构包括管状电机1、驱动轮6、滑轮9以及升降绳7,所述管状电机1分别安装在轿厢的顶部,所述滑轮9设在轿厢的底部,所述管状电机1的两端部分别设有驱动轮6,所述驱动轮6与所述滑轮9相对垂直设置,所述驱动轮6与所述滑轮9之间通过升降绳7连接,所述升降绳7通过底部的滑轮9与驱动轮9形成可上下运行的回路;所述管状电机1两端部还分别设有轨道4,所述帘布5的一端端部8与所述升降绳7固定连接,另一端与所述管状电机1连接。
为保证电梯的正常运行以及本结构方便控制,作为上述技术方案的进一步优化:
进一步的,所述驱动机构设置在安装轿厢玻璃2的一侧,且所述驱动机构设在轿厢玻璃2的内侧。
进一步的,所述轨道4通过螺丝固定在轿厢壁3与轿厢玻璃2的连接处。
进一步的,所述轿厢壁3采用弯角结构。
进一步的,所述管状电机1采用遥控或者开关控制方式进行驱动。
本实用新型的工作原理为:一般情况下帘布是收卷在管状电机上的,当需要放下帘布进行遮阳时,可以通过遥控或者手动开关进行控制管状电机进行转动,从而驱动轮驱动升降绳运动,最终升降绳带动帘布进行下降操作,从而实现了遮阳功能,当要进行收卷帘布时,与上述步骤相反,驱动管状电机进行相反方向的运转即可。

  1. 一种观光电梯轿厢用遮光窗帘,其特征在于:包括驱动机构,帘布(5)以及帘布运行的轨道(4),所述驱动机构包括管状电机(1)、驱动轮(6)、滑轮(9)以及升降绳(7),所述管状电机(1)分别安装在轿厢的顶部,所述滑轮(9)设在轿厢的底部,所述管状电机(1)的两端部分别设有驱动轮(6),所述驱动轮(6)与所述滑轮(9)相对垂直设置,所述驱动轮(6)与所述滑轮(9)之间通过升降绳(7)连接,所述升降绳(7)通过底部的滑轮(9)与驱动轮(9)形成可上下运行的回路;所述管状电机(1)两端部还分别设有轨道(4),所述帘布(5)的一端端部(8)与所述升降绳(7)固定连接,另一端与所述管状电机(1)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种观光电梯轿厢用遮光窗帘,其特征在于:所述驱动机构设置在安装轿厢玻璃(2)的一侧,且所述驱动机构设在轿厢玻璃(2)的内侧。
