Description

安全支付银行卡及安全支付方法 技术领域
本发明涉及金融支付领域,特别是涉及一种安全支付银行卡及安全支付方法。
背景技术
目前市面上所用的银行卡主要有磁条卡和芯片(IC)卡,在支付时采用输入数字密码完成支付程序。然而,数字密码在输入时往往很难做到不被他人偷窥,容易造成密码泄漏,所以已经不够安全。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是现有银行卡支付不够安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种安全支付银行卡,包括卡片主体及芯片,所述芯片嵌入设置于所述卡片主体,所述安全支付银行卡还包括生物识别装置,所述生物识别装置与所述芯片通讯连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物识别装置与所述芯片电性连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物识别装置的数量为一个、两个或多个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物识别装置的数量为两个或多个时,其均与所述芯片连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述安全支付银行卡还包括内置电源,所述内置电源为所述生物识别装置供电。
本发明还提供一种安全支付方法,包括步骤:
读取银行卡,发起支付请求;
通过银行卡内置的生物识别装置对支付请求进行生物验证。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,还包括通过数字密码对支付请求进行数字密码验证,所述数字密码验证步骤位于生物验证之前或之后。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,数字密码验证和生物验证任一未通过,拒绝支付请求。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,数字密码和生物验证任一通过,允许支付请求。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,还包括预先通过有线或无线方式将正确的生物验证信息输入至银行卡内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物识别装置为电容式生物识别装置或光感式生物识别装置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的安全支付方法及安全支付银行卡在现有银行卡保密的基础上加入了生物验证方式来进一步提升支付的安全性,其验证方式可以单独使用生物验证,也可以与密码支付相结合,具备较好的实用性。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种安全支付银行卡,请参阅图1,所述安全支付银行卡包括卡片主体1、芯片2,生物识别装置3,所述芯片2嵌入设置于所述卡片主体1, 所述生物识别装置3与所述芯片2通讯连接。其中,所述生物识别装置3与所述芯片2通过信号线5连接并传递通讯信号。
进一步的,所述卡片主体1的一侧设置有磁条4,所述生物识别装置3与所述芯片2通过电源线6连接,从而可以通过所述电源线6给所述生物识别装置3供电。当然,根据需要,所述信号线5和所述电源线6也可以合并,即在供电的同时也传递通讯信号。
所述生物识别装置3用来存储正确的生物信息,并对外部输入的生物信息进行验证,其可以为电容式指纹识别装置,也可以为超声波指纹识别装置,或者是其它合适的生物识别装置。在可行的替代实施方案中,正确的生物信息也可以存储于所述芯片2内,当需要对外部输入的生物信息进行验证时,再从所述芯片2内读取正确的生物信息亦可。
所述生物识别装置3的数量优选为一个,当然,根据实际需求,其也可以为两个或者更多个,例如图2所示。当所述生物识别装置3的数量为两个或更多个时,其均与所述芯片2连接,此时所述生物识别装置3的电源可以连接所述芯片2的电源线6获得。
在另一个实施方式中,所述安全支付银行卡还包括内置电源7,所述内置电源7用于为所述生物识别装置3供电,例如图3所示。此时,所述生物识别装置3的供电可以不需依赖所述芯片2的电源输入线,而是由所述内置电源7直接供电,进一步提升所述安全支付银行卡的可靠性。
本发明还提供一种安全支付方法,请参阅图4,包括步骤:
读取银行卡,发起支付请求;
通过银行卡内置的生物识别装置对支付请求进行生物验证。
在所述安全支付方法中,还可以与传统的数字密码结合来进一步提升支付安全。当收到支付请求后,可以单独通过数字密码对所述支付请求进行验证,也可以单独通过生物验证对所述支付请求进行验证,还可以一并通过数字密码和生物验证对所述支付请求进行验证。
这两种验证方式可以灵活结合。例如,数字密码的验证步骤可以位于生物验证之前,也可以位于生物验证之后。既可以设置为只有数字密码验证和生物验证全部通过,才允许支付请求,也可以设置为数字密码和生物验证任一通过, 即允许支付请求。
此外,正确的生物验证信息可以预先通过有线或无线方式输入至银行卡内。其中的无线方式例如可以为近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)方式。
相较于现有技术,本发明的安全支付方法及安全支付银行卡在现有银行卡保密的基础上加入了生物验证方式来进一步提升支付的安全性,其验证方式可以单独使用生物验证,也可以与密码支付相结合,具备较好的实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全支付银行卡,包括卡片主体及芯片,所述芯片嵌入设置于所述卡片主体,其特征在于,所述安全支付银行卡还包括生物识别装置、超声波识别装置、虹膜识别装置、语音识别装置、图像识别装置、人脸识别装置等生物识别装置中的一种或多种,所述生物识别装置与所述芯片通讯连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全支付银行卡,其特征在于,所述生物识别装置与所述芯片电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全支付银行卡,其特征在于,所述生物识别装置的数量为一个、两个或多个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全支付银行卡,其特征在于,所述生物识别装置的数量为两个或多个时,其均与所述芯片连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安全支付银行卡,其特征在于,所述安全支付银行卡还包括内置电源,所述内置电源为所述生物识别装置供电。
  6. 一种安全支付方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    读取银行卡,发起支付请求;
    通过银行卡内置的生物识别装置对支付请求进行生物识别验证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全支付方法,其特征在于,还包括通过数字密码对支付请求进行数字密码验证,所述数字密码验证步骤位于生物验证之前或之后。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全支付方法,其特征在于,数字密码验证和生物验证任一未通过,拒绝支付请求。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的安全支付方法,其特征在于,数字密码和生物验证任一通过,允许支付请求。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的安全支付方法,其特征在于,还包括预先通过有线或无线方式将正确的生物验证信息输入至银行卡内。
