现在将参照附图来详细描述本发明的各种示例性实施例。应注意到:除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的部件和步骤的相对布置、数字表达式和数值不限制本发明的范围。
以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本发明及其应用或使用的任何限制。
对于相关领域普通技术人员已知的技术、方法和设备可能不作详细讨论,但在适当情况下,所述技术、方法和设备应当被视为说明书的一部分。
在这里示出和讨论的所有例子中,任何具体值应被解释为仅仅是示例性的,而不是作为限制。因此,示例性实施例的其它例子可以具有不同的值。
应注意到:相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦某一项在一个附图中被定义,则在随后的附图中不需要对其进行进一步
讨论。
本发明为了解决利用电视进行视频通话时存在的因摄像头的位置固定而导致人在视频画面中的位置很可能处于图像边缘、甚至在视频画面中消失的问题,提供了一种摄像视角调节方法,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:在通过电视建立视频通话连接时,获取摄像头采集到的视频图像,其中,该摄像头即为对应电视配置的摄像头。
该获取视频图像的动作在通过电视建立视频通话连接的过程中持续进行。
步骤S2:判断视频图像的当前帧中是否存在人脸特征,如存在人脸特征,则执行步骤S3,如不存在人脸特征,则或者继续执行步骤S2或者执行其他附加的判断动作。
该步骤可以通过任意的人脸特征识别方法进行该判断。例如,该人脸特征识别方法可以采用基于人体肤色分割当前帧得到二值图像进行,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S201:基于人体肤色分割当前帧得到二值图像。
步骤S202:判断二值图像中是否存在对应人体肤色的像素点,如存在,则执行步骤S203,如不存在则确定当前帧中不存在人脸特征。
步骤S203:将由对应人体肤色的像素点围成的连通域与人脸轮廓模板进行比对,如果相似度满足设定百分比,则确定当前帧中存在人脸特征,否则确定当前帧中不存在人脸特征。
进一步地,本发明方法还可以支持用户指定追踪目标,即在周边环境具有多个人,且用户希望摄像角度调节以自身为基准进行的情况下,其在进行视频通话时可以指定自身为摄像角度调节的追踪目标,具体为:
步骤S204:在接收到用户输入的指定追踪目标指令后,获取被指定的追踪目标的面部图像作为基准模板。
该面部图像可以是用户预先存储的照片,这样,用户在输入指定追踪目标指令后,只需通过点选浏览模板、并选择预先存储的照片作为基准模板即可。该面部图像也可以是在用户输入指定追踪目标指令后,通过点选
添加模板,进而使摄像头通过拍照的方式获取。
步骤S205:判断视频图像的当前帧中是否存在与基准模板相匹配的人脸特征,如存在,则执行步骤S3,如不存在,则或者继续执行步骤S205或者执行其他附加的判断动作。
步骤S3:确定人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置。
这可以选定人脸特征的任意像素点的位置作为人脸特征位置,也可以选定人脸特征的中心位置作为人脸特征位置。
步骤S4:计算使得人脸特征位置位于视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
该视频图像的中央位置例如可以设定为各帧图像的位于中间的一列像素点的位置,而该步骤S4可以进一步限定为:计算使得人脸特征位置位于视频图像的沿水平方向对齐的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
步骤S5:根据该视角偏差计算摄像头所需的偏转角度,以使人脸特征位置在摄像头旋转该偏转角度后位于视频图像的中央位置。
步骤S6:控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转该偏转角度。
由此可见,本发明摄像视角调节方法能够根据人脸特征在视频图像中的位置调节摄像头的角度,以将识别出的人脸特征调节对焦至视频图像的中央位置,这样,用户在通过电视进行视频通话时便可在一定区域内自由运动,而不影响其位于摄像头的焦点位置,进而能够始终保证用户基本处于视频画面的中央位置,以使通过电视进行视频通话的优势得以最好的体现。
由于用户在通过电视进行视频通话的过程中进行自由活动可能无法始终面对摄像头,这样就会影响人脸特征的可靠识别,进而有可能导致目标追踪的失败,基于该问题,为了提高本发明方法进行目标追踪的适应范围,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,本发明方法还附加了如下判断动作,即如果不存在人脸特征,则执行以下步骤S7。
步骤S7:判断当前帧中是否存在运动目标,如存在,则执行步骤S8,如不存在,则继续执行上述步骤S2。
由于室内环境中如果识别出运动目标,则该运动目标基本是运动人体
目标,所以在此仅判断是否存在运动目标基本可以达到判断是否存在运动人体目标的目的,而且可以减少计算量,提高摄像视角调节的响应速度。
该步骤可以通过任意的运动目标识别方法进行该判断。例如,该运动目标识别方法可以采用图像序列差分法进行,具体为:将当前帧与视频图像的上一帧的对应像素点的灰度值相减,如存在灰度值的变化超过设定变化量的区域,则确定当前帧中存在运动目标。
如果需要进一步确定识别出的运动目标是否为运动人体目标,则只需再将识别出的运动目标与人体模板库中的各模板进行比对即可。
步骤S8:确定运动目标在当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置。
可以选定运动目标的任意像素点的位置作为运动目标位置,也可以选定运动目标的中心位置作为运动目标位置。
步骤S9:计算使得运动目标位置位于视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
该步骤S9可以进一步限定为:计算使得运动目标位置位于视频图像的沿水平方向对齐的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
为了提高本发明方法的稳定性,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,上述步骤S6可以进一步限定为:在偏转角度的绝对值大于设定的基准角度时,控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。即如果偏转角度较小(对应人脸特征位置或者运动目标位置靠近视频图像的中央位置的情况),则为了提高方法实施的稳定性,则可以忽略该视角偏差,不进行摄像视角的调节。
由于在通过电视进行视频通过的过程中,周边环境可能具有多个人,这样就会识别出多个人脸特征或者运动目标,这样,本发明方法可以设置为任意选定一人脸特征或者运动目标为基准进行摄像视角的调节,也可以采用就近原则进行摄像视角的调节,即如存在两个以上(包括两个)人脸特征,则上述步骤S3中确定人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置具体为:
确定距离视频图像的中央位置最近的人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置。
同理,如存在两个以上运动目标,则上述步骤S8中确定运动目标在当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置具体为:
确定距离视频图像的中央位置最近的运动目标在当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置。
本发明还提供了能够实现上述摄像视角调节方法的一种摄像视角调节系统,如图2所示,其包括图像获取模块1、识别模块2、偏转角度计算模块3和执行模块4,其中,该图像获取模块1用于在通过电视建立视频通话连接时,获取摄像头采集到的视频图像;该识别模块2用于判断视频图像的当前帧中是否存在人脸特征,如存在人脸特征,则确定人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置;该偏转角度计算模块3用于计算使得人脸特征位置位于视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差,并根据视角偏差计算摄像头所需的偏转角度;该执行模块4用于控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
上述识别模块2还可以用于在不存在人脸特征时,判断当前帧中是否存在运动目标,如存在,则确定运动目标在当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置;对应地,上述偏转角度计算模块3还用于计算使得运动目标位置位于视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
上述识别模块2还可以具体用于将当前帧与视频图像的上一帧的对应像素点的灰度值相减,如存在灰度值的变化超过设定变化量的区域,则确定当前帧中存在运动目标。
上述识别模块2还可以用于在接收到用户输入的指定追踪目标指令后,获取被指定的追踪目标的面部图像作为基准模板,并判断当前帧中是否存在与基准模板相匹配的人脸特征,如存在,则确定人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置。
上述识别模块2还可以用于在识别出两个以上人脸特征时,确定距离视频图像的中央位置最近的人脸特征在当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置。
上述识别模块2还可以用于在识别出两个以上运动特征时,确定距离视频图像的中央位置最近的运动目标在当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置。
上述执行模块4还可以具体用于在偏转角度的绝对值大于设定的基准
角度时,控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
在上述摄像视角调节系统的基础上,本发明还提供了一种电视,以通过该电视进行视频通话时能够追踪用户进行摄像视角调节,为此,该电视除具有进行视频通话的基本配置,即摄像头和视频通话系统外,还包括具有一个转动自由度的云台、对应云台的云台驱动系统、及本发明摄像角度调节系统,该云台的转轴沿竖直方向设置,摄像头安装在云台上,以通过云台带动摄像头在水平方向上转动,执行模块4具体通过云台驱动系统控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转计算出的偏转角度。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分相互参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,但本领域技术人员应当清楚的是,上述各实施例可以根据需要单独使用或者相互结合使用。另外,对于系统实施例而言,由于其是与方法实施例相对应,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的对应部分的说明即可。以上所描述的系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的。
本发明可以是装置、方法和/或计算机程序产品。计算机程序产品可以包括计算机可读存储介质,其上载有用于使处理器实现本发明的各个方面的计算机可读程序指令。
计算机可读存储介质可以是可以保持和存储由指令执行设备使用的指令的有形设备。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是――但不限于――电存储设备、磁存储设备、光存储设备、电磁存储设备、半导体存储设备或者上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:便携式计算机盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、便携式压缩盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能盘(DVD)、记忆棒、软盘、机械编码设备、例如其上存储有指令的打孔卡或凹槽内凸起结构、以及上述的任意合适的组合。这里所使用的计算机可读存储介质不被解释为瞬时信号本身,诸如无线电波或者其他自由传播的电磁波、通过波导或其他传输媒介传播的电磁波(例如,通过光纤电缆的光脉冲)、
或者通过电线传输的电信号。
这里所描述的计算机可读程序指令可以从计算机可读存储介质下载到各个计算/处理设备,或者通过网络、例如因特网、局域网、广域网和/或无线网下载到外部计算机或外部存储设备。网络可以包括铜传输电缆、光纤传输、无线传输、路由器、防火墙、交换机、网关计算机和/或边缘服务器。每个计算/处理设备中的网络适配卡或者网络接口从网络接收计算机可读程序指令,并转发该计算机可读程序指令,以供存储在各个计算/处理设备中的计算机可读存储介质中。
用于执行本发明操作的计算机程序指令可以是汇编指令、指令集架构(ISA)指令、机器指令、机器相关指令、微代码、固件指令、状态设置数据、或者以一种或多种编程语言的任意组合编写的源代码或目标代码,所述编程语言包括面向对象的编程语言—诸如Smal ltalk、C++等,以及常规的过程式编程语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的编程语言。计算机可读程序指令可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络—包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。在一些实施例中,通过利用计算机可读程序指令的状态信息来个性化定制电子电路,例如可编程逻辑电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或可编程逻辑阵列(PLA),该电子电路可以执行计算机可读程序指令,从而实现本发明的各个方面。
这里参照根据本发明实施例的方法、装置(系统)和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或框图描述了本发明的各个方面。应当理解,流程图和/或框图的每个方框以及流程图和/或框图中各方框的组合,都可以由计算机可读程序指令实现。
这些计算机可读程序指令可以提供给通用计算机、专用计算机或其它可编程数据处理装置的处理器,从而生产出一种机器,使得这些指令在通过计算机或其它可编程数据处理装置的处理器执行时,产生了实现流程图

Claims (10)
- 一种摄像视角调节方法,其特征在于,包括:在通过电视建立视频通话连接时,获取摄像头采集到的视频图像;判断所述视频图像的当前帧中是否存在人脸特征,如存在人脸特征,则:确定所述人脸特征在所述当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置;计算使得所述人脸特征位置位于所述视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差;根据所述视角偏差计算摄像头所需的偏转角度;控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:如不存在人脸特征,则:判断所述当前帧中是否存在运动目标,如存在,则确定所述运动目标在所述当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置,并计算使得所述运动目标位置位于所述视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述当前帧中是否存在运动目标包括:将所述当前帧与所述视频图像的上一帧的对应像素点的灰度值相减,如存在灰度值的变化超过设定变化量的区域,则确定所述当前帧中存在运动目标。
- 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度具体为:在所述偏转角度的绝对值大于设定的基准角度时,控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
- 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,如存在两个以上人脸特征,则确定所述人脸特征在所述当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置具体为:确定距离所述视频图像的中央位置最近的人脸特征在所述当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置。
- 一种摄像视角调节系统,其特征在于,包括:图像获取模块,用于在通过电视建立视频通话连接时,获取摄像头采集到的视频图像;识别模块,用于判断所述视频图像的当前帧中是否存在人脸特征,如存在人脸特征,则确定所述人脸特征在所述当前帧中的位置作为人脸特征位置;偏转角度计算模块,用于计算使得所述人脸特征位置位于所述视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差,并根据所述视角偏差计算摄像头所需的偏转角度;以及,执行模块,用于控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述识别模块还用于在不存在人脸特征时,判断所述当前帧中是否存在运动目标,如存在,则确定所述运动目标在所述当前帧中的位置作为运动目标位置;所述偏转角度计算模块还用于计算使得所述运动目标位置位于所述视频图像的中央位置存在的视角偏差。
- 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述识别模块具体用于将所述当前帧与所述视频图像的上一帧的对应像素点的灰度值相减,如存在灰度值的变化超过设定变化量的区域,则确定所述当前帧中存在运动目标。
- 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述执行模块具体用于在所述偏转角度的绝对值大于设定的基准角度时,控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
- 一种电视,具有摄像头和视频通话系统,其特征在于,所述电视还包括具有一个转动自由度的云台、对应所述云台的云台驱动系统、及权利要求6至9中任一项所述的摄像角度调节系统,所述云台的转轴沿竖直方向设置,所述摄像头安装在所述云台上,以通过所述云台带动所述摄像 头在水平方向上转动,所述执行模块具体通过所述云台驱动系统、控制云台带动摄像头在水平方向上旋转所述偏转角度。
