本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别是涉及一种新型绝缘面料。
背景技术
电力是一把双刃剑,既推动了人类文明的不断进步,又在进步的过程中夺走了无数人的生命。对于电力工作者而言,电工是一种高危行业,特别是高压线路的铺设和抢修的时候,停电意味着巨额的损失和施工进度的延迟,往往是带电操作,给电工的生命安全带来了种种威胁。
市面上有的绝缘面料制成的服装,虽有一些效果,但是不能彻底的隔绝电,残留的电还是会穿透面料,烫伤皮肤,甚至威胁生命,因此需要一种更为安全有效的绝缘面料来保护带电工作者的生命安全。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型绝缘面料,具有良好的绝缘性,而且体感舒适,透气性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种新型绝缘面料,是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线是由电绝缘聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维混纺编制而成,所述纬线是由聚酰亚胺纤维和kynol纤维混纺编制而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经线中电绝缘聚酯纤维的含量40%-50%,尼龙纤维的含量为50%-60%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纬线中聚酰亚胺纤维的含量20%-35%,kynol纤维的含量为65%-80%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经线和纬线按照1:3 的比例进行排列的。
本发明的有益效果在于:一种新型绝缘面料,质地牢固,不易刺穿,防风、防水,不但具有较强的绝缘功能,还具有耐热抗燃、防辐射、吸湿透气、柔软、耐磨等优点,而且阻燃,制成绝缘手套或者绝缘服,安全性高。此绝缘面料的出现,带给电力工作者们福音,绝缘防护服已成为每个带电工作者必备的工作服,因此,绝缘面料的市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述。
本发明所述为一种新型绝缘面料,如图1所示,是由经线1和纬线2交织而成,所述经线1是由电绝缘聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维混纺编制而成,所述纬线2是由聚酰亚胺纤维和kynol纤维混纺编制而成。
进一步地,所述经线1中电绝缘聚酯纤维的含量40%-50%,尼龙纤维的含量为50%-60%。
进一步地,所述的纬线2中聚酰亚胺纤维的含量20%-35%,kynol纤维的含量为65%-80%。
进一步地,所述经线1和纬线2按照1:3 的比例进行排列的。
综上所述,本发明所述为一种新型绝缘面料,质地牢固,不易刺穿,防风、防水,不但具有较强的绝缘功能,还具有耐热抗燃、防辐射、吸湿透气、柔软、耐磨等优点,而且阻燃,制成绝缘手套或者绝缘服,安全性高。此绝缘面料的出现,带给电力工作者们福音,绝缘防护服已成为每个带电工作者必备的工作服,因此,绝缘面料的市场前景广阔。

  1. 一种新型绝缘面料,是由经线和纬线交织而成,其特征在于:所述经线是由电绝缘聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维混纺编制而成,所述纬线是由聚酰亚胺纤维和kynol纤维混纺编制而成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绝缘面料,其特征在于:所述经线中电绝缘聚酯纤维的含量40%-50%,尼龙纤维的含量为50%-60%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绝缘面料,其特征在于:所述的纬线中聚酰亚胺纤维的含量20%-35%,kynol纤维的含量为65%-80%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绝缘面料,其特征在于:所述经线和纬线按照1:3 的比例进行排列的。
