Description

소정의 환율로 외화 상품을 거래하는 것을 지원하기 위한 방법, 서버 및 사용자 단말
본 발명은, 소정의 환율로 외화 상품을 거래하는 것을 지원하기 위한 방법, 서버 및 사용자 단말에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 환전 수요자와 환전소들 사이에 역경매를 통해 낙찰된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래를 수행하는 것을 지원하기 위한 방법, 서버 및 사용자 단말에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 일반인이 외화를 구입하기 위해서 은행을 방문해야 했으나, 2015년부터는 일반인도 사설환전소를 통해 적법하게 외화를 구입할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 따라 한국은행에 등록된 전국의 1400여개 환전소에서 일반인을 상대로 한 외화 거래가 활발히 이루어지게 되었다.
그런데, 일반적으로 사설환전소는 은행보다 고객에게 유리한 환율을 제공함에도 대부분 규모가 작아 자신들의 환율 정보를 고객에게 효율적으로 알리지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 발명자는 한국특허출원 제2014-0152926호 “환율 정보 플랫폼 시스템 및 그 정보 처리 방법”을 통해 전국 각지에 위치하는 환전소들이 제공하는 실시간 환율 정보를 단말을 통해 일목요연하게 제공함으로써 환전 수요자가 편리하게 원하는 환전소를 통해 저렴하게 환전을 할 수 있도록 지원하는 기술을 발명한 바 있다.
다만, 환전 수요자 입장에서는 직접 환율을 비교하고 따져볼 필요도 없이 여러 환전소가 제공하는 외화 상품 중에 상대적으로 유리한 환율을 제공하는 외화 상품을 간편하게 구매할 수 있다면 더욱 사용자 편의성 및 이익이 도모될 수 있을 것이다. 이 경우, 환율이 수시로 변하여 환전소가 구입한 외화도 시기에 따라 구입 환율이 다를 수 있으므로, 환전소는 같은 종류의 외화라도 판매 상품에 따라 환율 정책을 다르게 할 수 있다.
발명자는 상기의 점에 착안하여 여러 환전소가 경쟁적으로 고객에게 유리한 환율로 환전 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 외화 상품을 내놓고, 환전 수요자는 제공된 외화 상품 중 유리한 환율을 제공하는 외화 상품을 간편하게 구입할 수 있도록 하는 외화 상품 역경매 시스템을 발명하기에 이르렀다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점들을 모두 해결하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 여러 환전소가 경쟁적으로 고객에게 유리한 환율로 환전 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 외화 상품을 내놓고, 환전 수요자는 제공된 외화 상품 중 유리한 환율을 제공하는 외화 상품을 간편하게 구입할 수 있도록 함으로써 환전 수요자의 편의성 및 이익을 도모하는 외화 상품 역경매 시스템을 제공하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 여러 환전소가 단말을 통해 소정의 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매하는 복수의 외화 상품을 내놓으면, 복수의 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여하고, 환전 수요자가 자신의 단말을 통해 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위를 가지는 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 구매할 수 있도록 함으로써, 환전 수요자의 편의성과 이익을 도모하는 외화 상품 역경매 시스템을 제공하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 환전 수요자 및 환전소가 단말을 통해 간편하게 외화 역경매에 참여하고 환전 수요자가 역경매에서 낙찰된 외화를 공항 등에서 수령함으로써 환전 수요자가 환전소를 돌아다니지 않고 편리하게 공항환전소보다 저렴한 가격에 외화를 매입하고 수령할 수 있도록 하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 방식으로 외화 거래 예약이나 외화 거래를 하고 외화수령권자의 수령권한이 식별되면, 환전된 외화가 충전된 카드가 발급되어 현금카드 형태로 편리하게 환전된 외화를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 대표적인 구성은 다음과 같다.

참고로, 본 발명에서 “외화 상품”이란 소정의 환율로 거래될 수 있는 외화 관련 다양한 상품을 포함하는 광의의 개념일 수 있음은 물론이나, 협의적으로는 소정의 환율로 거래될 수 있는 외환(foreign exchange)에 대한 매매(賣買)에 관한 것을 의미한다 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외화 거래 시스템의 구성을 도시한 개념도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외화 거래 시스템(1000)은, 서버(100), 사용자 단말(200), 환전소 단말(300), 배송자 단말(400)을 포함한다.
도 1을 참조하면, 복수의 환전소(30-1, 30-2,… , 30-n) 각각은 환전소 단말(300-1, 300-2, …, 300-n)을 통해 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청을 획득하여 서버(100)로 전송할 수 있다. 이때, 외화 상품 판매 요청은 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 외화 상품 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 예에서 제1 환전소 단말(300-1)은 외화 상품 A의 판매 요청을 서버(100)로 전송하고 있다. 외화 상품 A는 위안화 50,000위안을 환율 178원에 판매하는 상품이다. 유사하게 제2 환전소(300-2)는 외화 상품 B의 판매 요청을 서버(100)로 전송하고 있다. 외화 상품 B는 위안화 5,000위안을 환율 180원에 판매하는 상품이다.
서버(100)는 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청을 수신하여 소정의 조건에 따라 각 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여할 수 있다. 여기서 소정의 조건은 각 외화 상품의 환율 및 각 외화 상품 판매 요청의 획득 순서 중 적어도 일부를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 환율이 낮을수록 판매순위가 높아질 수 있고, 같은 환율에서는 외화 상품 판매 요청이 빨리 입력될수록 판매순위가 높아질 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 예에서는 환율에 낮을수록 판매순위가 높게 부여되어 외화 상품 A, 외화 상품 C, 외화 상품 B 순으로 판매순위가 부여되었음을 알 수 있다. 이때, 외화 상품에 대한 정보 및 판매순위에 대한 정보는 데이터베이스에 저장될 수 있다.
환전 수요자는 자신의 사용자 단말(200)을 통해 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청을 입력할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(200)은 입력된 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청을 서버(100)로 전송할 수 있다. 서버(100)는, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다. 도 1의 예에서 제1 사용자 단말(200-1)을 통한 외화 상품 구매 요청이 제2 사용자 단말(200-2)을 통한 외화 상품 구매 요청에 비해 먼저 입력된 경우, 서버(100)는, 판매순위가 가장 높은 외화 상품 A의 적어도 일부를 제1 사용자 단말(200-1)과의 외화 상품 거래의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(200-1, 200-2)은 두 개 이상일 수도 있으나 설명의 편의 상 사용자 단말(200-1, 200-2)이 두 개인 것으로 도시하였다. 사용자 단말의 사용자가 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보를 입력하면 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성립될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 서버(100)는, 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보의 감지는, (i) 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액이 가상 계좌로 입금되거나 (ii) 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 가상의 포인트가 사용되거나 (iii) 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 담보물이 지급되는 경우 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 서버(100)는 외화수령권자가 외화를 수령할 특정 장소 및 특정 일시에 대한 정보를 외화수령권자 단말로 전송하여 외화수령권자가 상기 특정 일시에 상기 특정 장소에서 외화를 수령하도록 지원할 수 있다. 이때, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 외화수령권자 단말은 사용자 단말(200-1)일 수도 있고, 이와 별도의 단말일 수도 있다. 후자의 경우, 외화수령권자와 외화 상품을 구매한 사용자가 상이할 수 있다. 다만, 외화수령권자와 외화 상품을 구매한 사용자가 동일한 경우라도 외화수령권자 단말과 외화 상품을 구매한 사용자 단말은 상이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 외화 상품을 구매한 사용자 단말이 스테이셔너리(stationary) 단말이고, 외화수령권자 단말은 모바일(mobile) 단말일 수 있다.
또한, 서버(100)는, 상기 특정 장소 및 상기 특정 일시에 대한 정보를 배송 서버(미도시) 및 배송자 단말 중 적어도 일부에 전송하여 배송자가 상기 특정 일시에 상기 특정 장소로 출동하여 외화를 외화수령권자에게 전달하도록 지원할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 예에서 서버(100)는 특정 장소 및 특정 일시에 대한 정보를 배송자 단말(400)에 전송하여 배송자 단말(400)을 소지한 배송자가 특정 일시에 특정 장소로 출동하여 외화를 외화수령권자에게 전달하도록 지원하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 상기의 경우 배송자는 우선 외화 거래가 이루어진 환전소에 방문하여 외화 거래가 이루어진 외화를 획득하고, 특정 일시에 특정 장소에 출동하여 외화수령권자에게 배달할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 상기 특정 장소는 공항(40)일 수 있다.
이처럼 본 발명은 여러 환전소가 경쟁적으로 고객에게 유리한 환율로 환전을 할 수 있는 외화 상품을 제공하고, 환전 수요자는 제공된 외화 상품 중 유리한 환율을 제공하는 외화 상품을 구입할 수 있도록 함으로써 환전 수요자의 편의성 및 이익을 도모하는 외화 상품 역경매 시스템(1000)을 제공한다.
이하에서는 상술한 서버(100)의 구성을 설명하면서, 본 발명에 따른 외화 상품 거래를 지원하는 방법에 대해서 좀더 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
먼저, 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버(100)는 통신부(110), 프로세서(120), 데이터베이스 관리부(130)를 포함할 수 있다.
우선, 프로세서(120)는 각종 데이터 연산 및 처리를 수행하는 구성이다. 특히, 프로세서(120)는, 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되면, 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여할 수 있다. 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 후술할 통신부(110)는, 복수의 환전소 단말(300-1, 300-2, …, 300-n)로부터 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청을 수신할 수 있다. 프로세서(120)는 수신된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 대하여 소정의 조건에 따라 판매순위를 부여할 수 있다. 전술한 바와 같이 상기 소정의 조건은 각 외화 상품의 환율 및 각 외화 상품 판매 요청의 획득 순서 중 적어도 일부를 포함할 수 있다. 외화 상품에 대한 정보 및 판매순위에 대한 정보는 데이터베이스에 저장될 수 있다.
또한, 프로세서(120)는, 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 높은 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품을 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다. 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 후술할 통신부(110)는, 환전 수요자의 사용자 단말(200)로부터 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청을 수신할 수 있고, 이 경우, 프로세서(120)는 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 상기 수신된 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하면, 프로세서(120)는 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 초과된 금액에 해당하는 차순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품을 추가적으로 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다.
도 3은 외화 구매 요청 금액이 상위 1순위의 판매 순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 대상 상품을 결정하는 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3의 예를 참조하면, 외화 상품 구매 요청에 따른 외화 금액이 10,000위안이고, 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 1 순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품은 5,000위안의 외화 상품E인 것을 알 수 있다. 이 경우 외화 상품 구매 요청에 따른 외화 금액이 상위 1 순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하므로 프로세서(120)는 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 초과된 금액인 5,000위안에 해당하는 차순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품인 외화 상품 F를 추가적으로 상기 외화 상품 거래의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다. 이 때, 외화 상품 F는 전체 금액이 7,000위안이므로 이 중에서 5,000위안 부분만 상기 외화 상품 거래의 대상 상품으로 결정될 수 있다.
한편, 전술한 실시예와 달리 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내에 판매순위가 동일하게 부여된 외화 상품이 복수 개 존재할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 판매순위가 상위 1순위인 외화 상품이 여러 개 존재할 수 있다. 이 경우, 복수 개의 상위 1순위 외화 상품이 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품이 될 수 있다. 이를 일반화하여 설명하면, 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 상위 n 순위 내의 동일한 판매순위가 부여된 복수의 외화 상품 중 제1 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 제2 외화 상품의 적어도 일부가 상기 초과된 금액의 적어도 일부를 충당하기 위하여 사용될 수 있다.
도 4는 외화 구매 요청 금액이 상위 1순위의 판매 순위가 부여된 복수 개의 외화 상품 중 제1 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 대상 상품을 결정하는 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4의 예를 참조하면, 외화 상품 구매 요청에 따른 외화 금액이 10,000위안이고, 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 1 순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품은 5,000위안의 외화 상품 H와 7,000위안의 외화 상품 I인 것을 알 수 있다. 이처럼 외화 상품 구매 요청에 따른 외화 금액이 상위 1 순위의 판매순위가 부여된 복수 개의 외화 상품 중 제1 외화 상품 H의 금액을 초과하므로 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 제2 외화 상품 I의 적어도 일부인 5,000위안이 상기 초과된 금액을 충당하기 위하여 사용될 수 있다. 프로세서(120)는, 제1 외화 상품인 외화 상품H와 동일한 판매순위가 부여된 제2 외화 상품인 외화 상품 I를 외화 상품H와 함께 외화 상품 거래의 대상 상품으로 결정할 수 있다. 도 3의 예에서 외화 상품 I는 전체 금액이 7,000위안이므로 이 중에서 5,000위안 부분만 상기 외화 상품 거래의 대상 상품으로 결정될 수 있다. 물론, 상품 H 의 일부와 상품 I 의 일부를 합하여 10,000 위안이 충당되도록 할 수도 있음은 물론이라 할 것이다.
한편, 환전소는 팔리지 않은 외화 상품의 환율을 조정하거나 매각할 외화에서 제외하는 방법으로 환율 경쟁에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 후자의 경우 환전소는 해당 외화 상품 판매 요청을 철회할 수 있다. 프로세서(120)는, 적어도 하나의 외화 상품의 환율이 변경되거나 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 철회되면, 이에 따라 각 외화 상품의 판매순위를 변경할 수 있다. 가령, 환전소는 외화 상품 J의 환율을 181원 미만으로 떨어뜨리는 경우 얻을 손실을 우려하여 외화 상품 J를 환율이 올랐을 때 재판매하고자 외화 상품 판매 요청을 철회할 수도 있다. 한편, 매각을 철회하지 않는 대신에, 팔리지 않은 외화 상품의 환율을 조정하는 일례를 설명하자면, 도 4의 예에서 외화 상품 J를 내놓은 환전소는 외화 상품 J가 팔리지 않는 경우, 환율을 181원보다 적은 179원으로 조정함으로써 판매순위에 영향을 미치도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 프로세서(120)는, 통신부(110), 후술할 데이터베이스 관리부(130) 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행한다. 즉, 프로세서(120)는 서버(100)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어함으로써, 통신부(110), 데이터베이스 관리부(130)에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어한다.
프로세서(120)는 MPU(Micro Processing Unit) 또는 CPU(Central Processing Unit), 캐쉬 메모리(Cache Memory), 데이터 버스(Data Bus) 등의 하드웨어 구성을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 운영체제, 특정 목적을 수행하는 어플리케이션의 소프트웨어 구성을 더 포함할 수도 있다.
이처럼 본 발명은 여러 환전소가 단말을 통해 소정의 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매하는 복수의 외화 상품을 내놓으면, 복수의 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여하고, 환전 수요자가 자신의 단말을 통해 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위를 가지는 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 구매할 수 있도록 함으로써, 환전 수요자의 편의성과 이익을 도모하는 외화 상품 역경매 시스템을 제공한다.
다시 도 2를 참조하면, 데이터베이스 관리부(130)는 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품이 결정되고, 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되는 경우, 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원하는 구성이다. 좀더 구체적으로, 데이터베이스 관리부(130)는, 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원할 수 있다. 이때, 별도의 결제 대행 서버(Payment Gateway Server)가 존재하는 경우, 결제 대행 서버(미도시)는, 외화 상품 거래 금액 또는 외화 상품 거래를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 거래 예약 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 외화 상품 거래 금액 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 금액이 지급되었음을 나타내는 정보를 서버(100)로 전송할 수 있다. 상기와 같이 생성된 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보는 데이터베이스에 저장될 수 있다.
반면, 소정 시간 내에 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되지 않으면, 당해 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 진행이 중단될 수 있다.
통신부(110)는, 사용자 단말(200), 환전소 단말(300)과 각종 데이터를 송수신하는 구성이다. 특히, 전술한 바와 같이 통신부(110)는, 복수의 환전소 단말(300-1, 300-2, …, 300-n)로부터 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청을 수신하여 프로세서(120)로 하여금 수신된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 대하여 소정의 조건에 따라 판매순위를 부여하도록 지원할 수 있다. 또한, 통신부(110)는, 환전 수요자의 사용자 단말(200)로부터 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청을 수신하여 프로세서(120)로 하여금 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 상기 수신된 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정하도록 지원할 수 있다. 또한, 통신부(110)는 상기 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 외화수령권자 단말로 전송하여 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 이루어지도록 지원할 수 있다. 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보는 거래되는 외화 정보, 외화 거래의 환율 정보 및 외화 거래 액수 정보 중 적어도 일부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 통신부(110)는, (i) 외화수령권자의 수령권한을 식별하기 위한 고유값을 생성하여 외화수령권자 단말로 전송하는 프로세스 및 (ii) 외화수령권자가 외화를 수령할 특정 장소 및 특정 일시에 대한 정보를 상기 외화수령권자 단말로 전송하여 외화수령권자가 상기 특정 일시에 상기 특정 장소에서 상기 외화를 수령하도록 지원하는 프로세스 중 적어도 일부를 더 수행할 수 있다. 이때, 고유값은 외화수령권자의 식별 정보가 될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 (ii)에서, 통신부(110)는, 상기 특정 장소 및 상기 특정 일시에 대한 정보를 배송 서버 및 배송자 단말 중 적어도 일부에 전송하여 배송자가 상기 특정 일시에 상기 특정 장소로 출동하여 상기 외화를 상기 외화수령권자에게 전달하도록 지원할 수 있다. 여기서, 배송 서버는 외화 배송 현황을 관리하는 서버로서, 성사된 외화 상품 거래 정보, 외화 배달 장소, 외화 공급 환전소 정보 및 외화 배달 일시 정보, 및 외화수령권자의 수령권한을 식별하기 위한 고유값 정보 중 적어도 일부를 저장할 수 있다. 특정 장소는 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 공항(40)이 될 수 있다.
외화수령권자는 특정 장소에서 외화수령권한을 증명하는 고유값을 제시할 수 있다. 고유값은 배송자 단말(400)에 입력될 수 있다. 배송자 단말(400)은 입력된 고유값을 서버(100) 또는 배송 서버(미도시)로 전송할 수 있다.
고유값이 서버(100)로 전송되는 경우, 프로세서(120)는 상기 수신된 고유값과 상기 생성된 고유값을 비교하고 비교 결과에 대한 정보를 배송자 단말(400), 배송 서버 및 외화수령권자 단말 중 적어도 일부로 전송할 수 있다. 고유값에 따라 외화수령권자의 수령권한이 식별되면, 외화수령권자는 상술한 특정 장소에서 외화를 현금으로 받을 수 있다. 다만, 이와 달리 거래된 외화는 소정의 계좌로 입금될 수도 있다.
외화수령권자가 외화를 수령한 후 배송자 단말(400)에 외화수령이 완료되었음을 나타내는 정보가 입력되면, 배송자 단말(400)은 서버(100) 또는 배송 서버로 외화수령사실을 나타내는 정보를 전송할 수 있다. 외화 상품 거래 예약의 경우는 외화수령권자는 외화 상품 거래 금액에서 외화 상품 거래 예약 금액을 제외한 나머지 잔액을 치르고 외화를 수령할 수 있다. 서버(100)의 통신부(110)(또는 배송 서버의 통신부)는 외화수령완료 사실을 나타내는 정보를 외화수령권자 단말 및 배송자 단말(400)에 전송할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(200)과 외화수령권자 단말이 상이한 경우에는 외화수령완료 사실을 나타내는 정보는 사용자 단말(200)에도 전송될 수 있다.
한편, 상기와 같이 고유값에 따라 외화수령권자의 수령권한이 식별되는 경우, 구입된 외화가 충전된 카드가 발급될 수 있다. 외화수령권자는 발급된 카드를 외화 상품 거래 신청 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 신청에서 지정된 장소(예를 들어, 공항)에서 수령할 수 있다. 사용자는 카드를 이용하여 공항이나 환전된 통화가 사용되는 국가에 있는 ATM에서 현금을 인출할 수 있고, 카드 가맹점에서 직접 결제를 수행할 수도 있다. 카드가 사용되어 현금이 인출되거나 결제가 이루어지면 카드의 잔액은 인출된 현금 또는 결제분만큼 감소된다.
충전된 외화를 사용하여 카드의 충전 금액이 부족해지는 경우 카드상에서 추가환전을 수행할 수도 있다. 즉, 발급된 카드의 고유번호가 입력되는 등으로 발급된 카드가 인증되고 특정 통화에 대한 추가환전 거래 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 데이터베이스 관리부(130)는, 소정의 환율에 따라 환전 거래가 성사되었음을 나타내는 추가 환전 거래 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원하고 추가 환전 거래분만큼 상기 카드의 잔액이 증가되도록 지원할 수 있다.
카드가 사용되고 잔액이 남아 있는 경우, 원래의 통화로 역환전될 수도 있다. 이 경우 카드의 고유번호가 입력되는 등으로 상기 카드가 인증되고 단말을 통해 카드의 잔액 중 적어도 일부에 대한 역환전 요청이 입력되면, 데이터베이스 관리부(130)는, 소정의 환율에 따라 역환전 거래가 성사되었음을 나타내는 역환전 거래 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원하고 카드 상에서 역환전 거래분의 외화 잔액을 역환전시키도록 지원할 수 있다.
사용자가 복수의 종류의 외화를 거래하는 경우, 카드에 복수의 종류의 외화가 충전될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 유럽을 여행하는 사람의 카드에는 유로화, 영국 파운드화, 터키 리라화가 각각 충전될 수 있다.
이처럼 복수의 종류의 외화가 충전된 경우, 사용자는 충전된 복수의 종류의 외화를 각각 다른 통화로 환전할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 복수의 종류의 통화가 충전된 카드가 인증되고 단말을 통해 상기 카드 잔액 중 제1 통화의 소정의 금액을 제2 통화의 소정의 금액으로 환전하는 요청이 입력되면, 데이터베이스 관리부(130)는, 소정의 환율에 따라 환전 거래가 성사되었음을 나타내는 환전 거래 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원하고 상기 카드 상에서 제1 통화의 소정의 금액을 제2 통화의 소정의 금액으로 환전시키도록 지원할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 영국 여행을 끝내고 터키로 떠난 여행자는 카드에 남은 파운드 잔액을 리라로 환전할 수 있다.
또한, 외화수령권자의 카드가 기발급된 경우, 상기 기발급된 카드가 인증되면, 거래된 외화가 상기 기발급된 카드로 충전될 수도 있다. 이 경우 간편한 방법으로 해외 송금이 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어, A국에서 B 국으로 해외 송금을 하고자 하는 경우, B 국에 있는 사람의 기발급된 카드가 인증되면, 거래된 외화 금액이 B 국에 있는 사람의 카드로 충전될 수 있다. 사업자별로 카드를 소지하는 경우 해외쇼핑 등 결제대금 수금의 용도로 사용이 가능하다.
한편, 상술한 카드는 마그네틱 카드와 같은 물리적인 카드뿐 아니라 모바일앱 카드와 같은 가상 카드를 포함할 수 있다. 가상 카드가 발급되는 경우, 사용자는 상기 가상 카드를 사용하여(이 경우, 가상 카드가 저장된 단말을 사용할 수 있다.) 공항이나 환전된 통화가 사용되는 국가에 있는 ATM에서 현금을 인출할 수 있고, 카드 가맹점에서 직접 결제를 수행할 수도 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 구성으로 인해 사용자가 환율이 좋을 때 미리 카드에 외화를 적립해 놓을 수 있게 된다. 적립금에 대해서 일정 이율을 보장하는 경우 예금 기능을 제공할 수도 있다. 또한, 신용카드 사용자의 경우 환율이 불리할 뿐 아니라 실시간 환율적용으로 환율변동의 위험을 사용자가 부담하지만, 본 발명의 경우는 신용카드에 비해 환율에서 유리하고 환율변동의 위험을 분산시킬 수 있게 된다. 또한, 은행 등과 제휴된 카드에 적립되는 경우 환전 고객들은 미리 자신의 돈을 넣고 나중에 돈을 받게 됨으로써 생길 수 있는 불안감에서 상당 부분 벗어날 수 있다.
한편, 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보가 생성된 후 소정 일시에 외화 수령이 이루어지지 않거나 외화 상품 거래 예약 잔액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되지 않는 경우, 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약은 취소될 수 있다. 외화 상품 거래 예약이 취소되는 경우 예약금은 취소수수료로 서버(100)를 관리하는 서비스 제공자에게 지급될 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말(200)의 구성과 동작을 설명한다. 다만, 상술한 내용과 중복되는 내용에 대해서는 기재를 생략한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말(200)은 프로세서(210), 통신부(220)를 포함할 수 있다.
프로세서(210)는 후술할 통신부(220) 및 다른 구성요소 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행한다. 즉, 프로세서(210)는 사용자 단말(200)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어함으로써, 통신부(220) 및 다른 구성요소에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어한다.
프로세서(210)는 MPU(Micro Processing Unit) 또는 CPU(Central Processing Unit), 캐쉬 메모리(Cache Memory), 데이터 버스(Data Bus) 등의 하드웨어 구성을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 운영체제, 특정 목적을 수행하는 어플리케이션의 소프트웨어 구성을 더 포함할 수도 있다.
통신부(220)는, 서버(100)와 각종 정보를 송수신하는 구성이다. 특히, 통신부(220)는, (i) 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되어 서버(100)에 의해 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위가 부여되고, 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 상기 입력된 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청을 서버(100)에 전송하여 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 것을 요청하고, (ii) 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 상기 서버(100)로 하여금 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하도록 지원할 수 있다.
또한, 도면에는 도시되지 않았으나, 사용자 단말(200)은 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 사용자 인터페이스 제공부는 본 발명에 따른 외화 상품 역경매 서비스를 제공하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자 인터페이스 제공부는, 특정 애플리케이션 또는 웹브라우저 상에서 사용자 인터페이스를 디스플레이할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(200)은 모바일 단말 또는 스테이셔너리(stationary) 단말일 수 있는데, 사용자 단말(200)이 모바일 단말인 경우 전용 애플리케이션을 통해 상기 사용자 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있고 사용자 단말(200)이 PC와 같은 스테이셔너리 단말인 경우 웹브라우저를 통해 상기 사용자 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있으나, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
전술한 사용자 단말(200)은 다양한 모바일 장치로 구현 가능하다. 예를 들어, 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, 스마트 워치(smart watch), 스마트 안경(smart glasses), PMP, MP3 플레이어, PDA, 셀 폰, 랩탑 컴퓨터, 기타 이동성 있는 단말 장치 중 어느 하나로 구현 가능하다.
한편, 이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.

  1. 소정의 환율로 외화 상품을 거래하는 것을 지원하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    (a) 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되면, 서버가, 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여하는 단계,
    (b) 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 상기 서버가, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정하는 단계, 및

    (a) 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되어 서버에 의해 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위가 부여되고, 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 사용자 단말이, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 것을 요청하는 단계, 및
    (b) 상기 사용자 단말이, 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보를 전송하여, 상기 서버로 하여금 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하도록 지원하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.

  23. 소정의 환율로 외화 상품을 거래하는 것을 지원하기 위한 서버에 있어서,
    (i) 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되면, 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위를 부여하고, (ii) 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정하는 프로세서, 및
    상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하거나 생성하도록 지원하는 데이터베이스 관리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  24. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 소정의 조건은 각 외화 상품의 환율 및 각 외화 상품 판매 요청의 획득 순서 중 적어도 일부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  25. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 초과된 금액에 해당하는 차순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품을 추가적으로 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  26. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내에 판매순위가 동일하게 부여된 외화 상품이 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 상기 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 상위 n 순위 내의 동일한 판매순위가 부여된 복수의 외화 상품 중 제1 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 제2 외화 상품의 적어도 일부가 상기 초과된 금액의 적어도 일부를 충당하기 위하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  27. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 프로세서는,
    적어도 하나의 외화 상품의 환율이 변경되거나 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 철회되면, 이에 따라 각 외화 상품의 판매순위를 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  28. 소정의 환율로 외화 상품을 거래하는 것을 지원하기 위한 사용자 단말에 있어서,
    프로세서, 및
    (i) 소정 액수의 소정 통화를 소정의 환율로 판매할 것을 요청하는 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 획득되어 서버에 의해 소정의 조건에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청의 대상인 각 외화 상품에 판매순위가 부여되고, 외화를 구매할 것을 요청하는 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매를 예약하기 위한 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청이 입력되면, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 적어도 일부를 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정할 것을 요청하고, (ii) 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 상기 외화 상품 거래 예약의 금액에 대응되는 정보가 감지되면, 상기 서버로 하여금 상기 대상 상품으로 결정된 외화 상품의 환율에 따라 소정 액수의 소정 통화에 대한 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약이 성사되었음을 나타내는 외화 상품 거래 정보 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약 정보를 생성하도록 지원하는 통신부를 포함하는 사용자 단말.
  29. 제28항에 있어서,
    상기 소정의 조건은 각 외화 상품의 환율 및 각 외화 상품 판매 요청의 획득 순서 중 적어도 일부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  30. 제28항에 있어서,
    상기 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 초과된 금액에 해당하는 차순위의 판매순위가 부여된 외화 상품이 추가적으로 상기 외화 상품 거래 또는 외화 상품 거래 예약의 대상 상품으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  31. 제28항에 있어서,
    상기 판매순위가 부여된 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 중 상위 n 순위 내에 판매순위가 동일하게 부여된 외화 상품이 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 상기 외화 상품 구매 요청 또는 외화 상품 구매 예약 요청에 따른 외화 금액 또는 상기 외화 금액에 대응되는 국내 통화의 금액이 상기 상위 n 순위 내의 동일한 판매순위가 부여된 복수의 외화 상품 중 제1 외화 상품의 금액을 초과하는 경우, 상기 복수의 외화 상품 중 제2 외화 상품의 적어도 일부가 상기 초과된 금액의 적어도 일부를 충당하기 위하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  32. 제28항에 있어서,
    적어도 하나의 외화 상품의 환율이 변경되거나 적어도 하나의 외화 상품 판매 요청이 철회되면, 이에 따라 각 외화 상품의 판매순위가 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
