Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin.
Patent Document 1 discloses a sanitary napkin provided with a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber. The absorber is provided between the top sheet and the back sheet. The absorber has a high basis weight part having a relatively high basis weight and a low basis weight part having a relatively low basis weight adjacent to the high basis weight part. A plurality of low basis weight parts are linearly formed in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the sanitary napkin. A high basic weight part is corresponded to the site | part divided by these linear low basic weight parts. Each of the plurality of high basis weight portions has a rectangular shape in plan view, except for those located on the edges of the absorber. The high basis weight parts of the absorbent body have the same shape and the same size except those located at the edge of the absorbent body. As a result, in Patent Document 1, the excretory fluid can be absorbed and diffused quickly, discomfort caused by the wetness of the wearer can be eliminated, and there is moderate flexibility despite having a leak-proof groove. It is said that excellent fit can be obtained.
The inventors of the present application have found the following problems with respect to an absorbent article including an absorber as described in Patent Document 1. The wearer's body has various shapes (curvatures) depending on the site. Therefore, if the size of the high basis weight portion of the absorbent body is constant, even if the absorbent article appropriately fits to a part where the wearer is present, the absorbent article is difficult to fit to other parts of the wearer. There is.
It is also conceivable to make it easier to fit the wearer's body by reducing the size of the high basis weight portion of the absorber. However, if the size of the high basis weight part is too small, the entire absorbent article is easily bent. Thereby, an absorptive article may be twisted and there is a possibility of giving a wearer discomfort.
Further, it is necessary to place the absorbent article along the buttocks of the wearer for a sense of security of the wearer. In particular, for the wearer's sense of security, it is preferable that the rear part of the absorbent article bends with a relatively gentle curve so as to wrap the entire buttock. For this purpose, it is not preferable to make the size of the high basis weight part of the absorbent too small in the rear part of the absorbent article. Moreover, in the back part of the absorbent article which receives a strong pressure from the buttocks in the sleeping position, it is not preferable to make the size of the high basis weight part of the absorbent too small from the viewpoint of durability.
Therefore, it is desired to provide an absorbent article that can be more easily fitted to each part of the wearer and can reduce discomfort given to the wearer.
The absorbent article according to an aspect includes a front-rear direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other, an excretion opening contact area facing the excretion opening of the wearer, and a rear side of the excretion opening contact area in the width direction. In a rear side region having an inflated hip flap, at least an absorber disposed in an area extending from the excretory opening contact area and extending over the rear side area, and at least in an area extending from the excretion opening contact area and extending over the rear side area An absorbent article having a plurality of grooves that divide the absorbent body into a plurality of compartments, wherein the absorbent article is positioned behind the excretory opening contact area and at the maximum width of the hip flap The first position where the width of the absorbent article in the width direction is the narrowest and the second position corresponding to the position of the maximum width of the hip flap, and on the first position, The length of the compartment along the front-rear direction The center groove as one of the plurality of grooves is smaller than the length along the front-rear direction of the section on the second position, and the absorbent article in the width direction is in the rear side region. It is provided along a center line connecting the centers of the two.

(1) Overall Configuration of Absorbent Article FIG. 1 is a plan view of the absorbent article in one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the absorbent article as seen from the side opposite to FIG. FIG. 5 is a schematic view of an absorbent article in use in a standing posture. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the absorbent article in a virtual state in which the wearer's buttocks are not crushed in the sleeping position. Drawing 7 is a mimetic diagram of an absorptive article in the state where a wearer's buttocks was crushed in the sleeping posture. FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the absorbent article in use along the line 6A-6A in FIG.
The absorbent article 1 has a front-rear direction L, a width direction W, and a thickness direction T. The front-rear direction L is a direction extending from the front side (abdomen side) of the wearer to the rear side (back side), or a direction extending from the rear side of the wearer to the front side. The width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction L. The “skin side” corresponds to the side facing the wearer's skin when in use. The “non-skin side” corresponds to a side opposite to the skin side, that is, a side facing away from the wearer's skin when in use.
The absorbent article 1 has an excretion opening contact area S1, a front side area S2, a rear side area S3, and an intermediate area S4. The excretion opening contact area S1 is an area facing the excretion opening (for example, vaginal opening) of the wearer. When the absorbent article is attached to the underwear, the excretion opening contact area S1 is located in the crotch part of the underwear. That is, the excretion opening contact area S1 is an area disposed between the wearer's inseam, that is, between the wearer's legs.
The front side area S2 is located in front of the excretory opening contact area S1. The front edge of the front region S2 defines the front edge 91 of the absorbent article 1. The rear side region S3 is located behind the excretory opening contact region S1 and the intermediate region S4. The rear end edge of the rear side region S3 defines the rear end edge 92 of the absorbent article 1. The length in the front-rear direction L of the rear side region S3 may be longer than the length in the front-rear direction L of the excretory opening contact region S1.
The intermediate area S4 is an area between the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear area S3. The length of the intermediate area S4 in the front-rear direction L may be 10 to 50 mm.
The rear side region S3 includes a first rear side region S3a that is in front of the center of the rear side region S3 in the front-rear direction L, and a second rear side region S3b that is rearward of the center of the rear side region S3 in the front-rear direction L. ,including.
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the intermediate region S4 is located slightly rearward of the wearer's crotch. The intermediate area S4 corresponds to an area where the curvature of the wearer's body is relatively high. As described above, the region having a relatively high curvature of the wearer's body corresponds to a region having a length of 10 to 50 mm on the rear side of the excretory opening contact region S1.
The first rear side region S3a faces a body part having a lower curvature than the intermediate region S4. Further, the second rear side region S3b faces a body part having a lower curvature than the first rear side region S3a.
The wing 3 may be provided in the excretion opening contact area S1. The wing 3 is folded back to the non-skin surface side of the crotch portion of the underwear during use. Further, a hip flap 4 swelled outward in the width direction W may be provided in the rear side region S3. The wing 3 extends outward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the absorption core described later in the excretory opening contact area S1. The hip flap 4 is provided in the rear side region S3 and is a portion that swells in the width direction W. In the present embodiment, the hip flap 4 is a portion extending outward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the absorption core described later in the excretory opening contact area S1. Instead of this, the hip flap 4 may be provided with an absorber.
The front edge of the wing 3 is defined by the root of the wing 3, and corresponds to the portion located on the front side of the two portions that are recessed most in the width direction W. The front edge of the wing 3 may define a boundary between the excretory opening contact area S1 and the front side area S2. The rear edge of the wing 3 is defined by the root of the wing 3, and corresponds to a portion located on the rear side of the two portions that are recessed most in the width direction W. Here, a region between the front end edge of the wing 3 and the rear end edge of the wing 3 in the front-rear direction L is referred to as a “wing region”. In the absorbent article having a wing, the excretion opening contact area S1 is substantially the same area as the wing area. Therefore, it should be noted that in the present specification, the term “excretion opening contact area S1” can be read as “wing area”.
Below, the position where the width | variety of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W is the narrowest in the rear side rather than the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and the position P2 of the maximum width of the hip flap 4 is referred to as "the 1st position P1. ". In the absorbent article having wings, the first position P1 corresponds to the rear edge of the wing 3 described above. Hereinafter, the position corresponding to the position of the maximum width of the hip flap is referred to as “second position P2”. Furthermore, an intermediate position between the first position P1 and the second position is referred to as a “third position P3”.
The absorbent article 1 has an absorbent body 30. The absorber 30 is provided at least in the excretion opening contact area S1, the intermediate area S4, and the rear area S3. The absorber 30 may extend from the excretory opening contact area S1 to the front side area S2. The absorber 30 is sandwiched between the liquid-permeable skin sheet 10 and the liquid-impermeable non-skin sheet 20. The absorber 30 may have an absorbent core that includes an absorbent material that absorbs liquid, and a core wrap that wraps the absorbent core. The absorbent material constituting the absorbent core can be formed from, for example, hydrophilic fibers, pulp, and superabsorbent polymer (SAP).
The skin sheet 10 may include a top sheet 11 and a side sheet 12. The top sheet 11 covers the absorber 30. The side sheet 12 extends from the end of the top sheet 11 in the width direction W to the outside in the width direction W. The inner edge 12 </ b> E of the side seat 12 extends along the front-rear direction L and is folded back to the outside in the width direction W. An elastic member 90 that expands and contracts in the front-rear direction L is disposed between the folded side sheets 12. The inner edge 12 </ b> E of the side sheet 12 is not joined to the top sheet 11. The stretchable member 90 is joined to the side sheet 12 in a state of being stretched to a predetermined length. Thereby, the inner edge 12E of the side seat 12 is contracted in the front-rear direction L in the natural state. In this manner, the inner edge 12E of the side seat 12 and the stretchable member 90 constitute an upright leakproof cuff.
The joint between the stretchable member 90 and the side sheet 12 is a portion that expresses the stretchable force of the stretchable member 90. The elastic member 90 has non-joined portions that are not joined to the side sheet 12 at both ends in the front-rear direction L. The non-joined portion of the stretchable member 90 is a portion where the stretchable force of the stretchable member 90 cannot be expressed. In the present specification, a portion of the stretchable member 90 excluding a portion where the stretchable force of the stretchable member 90 cannot be expressed is referred to as an “effective length portion” of the stretchable member 90.
It is preferable that the effective length portion of the elastic member 90 is disposed on the front side of the position P2 of the maximum width of the hip flap 4. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the vicinity of the position P2 of the maximum width of the hip flap 4 and the region on the rear side thereof from contracting in the front-rear direction L. As a result, it can deform | transform so that back side area S3 may wrap a wearer's buttocks widely.
(2) Detailed Configuration of Absorber The absorber 30 has a plurality of grooves 42 that divide the absorber 30 into a plurality of sections (high weight per unit area) 40 at least in the intermediate region S4 and the rear region S3. In the present embodiment, a plurality of grooves 42 that divide the absorber 30 into a plurality of sections 40 are formed only in the intermediate region S4 and the rear side region S3. Instead, the plurality of grooves 42 that divide the absorber 30 into the plurality of sections 40 may be provided in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the front side area S2.
The portion partitioned by the plurality of grooves 42 constitutes a high basis weight 40 having a larger basis weight than the grooves 42. The groove 42 has a basis weight lower than the basis weight of the high basis weight portion 40. The groove 42 may be formed from a recess having a thickness smaller than that of the high basis weight 40. Moreover, the groove | channel 42 may be a part in which an absorption material does not exist. In this case, the groove 42 is a region where the basis weight of the absorbent material is substantially zero, and constitutes a through groove.
The basis weight of the absorbent material in the groove 42 is preferably 150 g / m 2 or less, more preferably 100 g / m 2 or less. Further, the basis weight of the absorbent material in the groove 42 is more preferably substantially 0 g / m 2 . Further, the basis weight of the absorbent material in the groove 42 is preferably 60% or less, and more preferably 50% or less of the basis weight of the absorbent material in the high basis weight portion 40.
In the present embodiment, the high basis weight portion 40 partitioned by the plurality of grooves 42 is provided in the intermediate region S4 and the rear region S3. The high basis weight portion 40 is partitioned into a rectangular shape or a square shape, except for those arranged on the edge of the absorber 30. From the viewpoint of facilitating following the movement of the body, the high basis weight portion 40 has substantially the same shape except for those present at the edge of the absorber 30 in the same region S1, S2, S3, S4. It is preferable. Instead, the high basis weight 40 may have a shape other than a rectangular or square shape.
The groove 42 is preferably formed linearly in the front-rear direction L and the width direction W. Alternatively, the groove 42 may have a curved or bent shape.
Instead of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, high weighted portions 40 having different shapes or sizes may exist in the same region S3, S4. In this case, the groove 42 may not be formed linearly in the front-rear direction L and the width direction W. The groove 42 becomes a boundary where the rigidity of the absorber 30 changes. Therefore, the groove 42 is likely to be a base point for deformation of the absorber 30. The groove 42 extending in the width direction W preferably extends from one end of the absorber 30 to the other end at least in the intermediate region S4.
In the absorbent article which concerns on this embodiment, the length along the front-back direction L of the high weight part 40 on the 1st position P1 is longer than the length along the front-back direction L of the high weight part 40 on the 2nd position P2. Is also small. Here, in the present specification, when there is no high weighted portion 40 on the first position P1 or the second position P2, that is, when the first position P1 or the second position P2 is located in the groove 42, the “first position P1 The “high fabric weight section 40” and the “high fabric weight section 40 on the second position P2” are respectively “the high fabric weight section 40 adjacent to the first position P1” and “the high fabric weight section 40 adjacent to the second position P2”. It shall be interpreted as In addition, when the lengths of the plurality of high weighted portions 40 on the first position P1 and the second position P2 are different from each other, the “length along the front-rear direction L of the high weighted portion 40” It means “the maximum value of the length along the front-rear direction L of the high weighted portion 40”.
With the above configuration, the length of the high weighted portion 40 along the front-rear direction L is generally shorter in the intermediate region S4 than in the rear region S3. Thereby, the absorber 30 becomes easy to deform | transform into the front-back direction L in intermediate region S4. In order to exert the effect more effectively, the length along the front-rear direction L of all the high basis weights 40 on the first position P1 is in the front-rear direction L of all the high basis weights 40 on the second position P2. Preferably less than the length along.
The intermediate region S4 including the first position P1 is a place where a force from the wearer's leg is easily applied. Since the intermediate area S4 is easily deformed in the front-rear direction L, the absorbent body 30 in the intermediate area S4 can be deformed following the movement of the wearer. Thereby, even if it is a wearer's operation | movement, the state which made the absorbent article 1 fit to a body can be maintained in a wearer's excretion opening vicinity.
Here, when the length of the intermediate region S4 in the front-rear direction L is 10 mm to 50 mm, it becomes easy to fit the intermediate region S4 of the absorbent body 30 particularly to a portion with a high curvature of the wearer's body. .
Further, in the rear side region S3, the length of the high basis weight portion 40 along the front-rear direction L is generally long. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the rear side area S3 from being easily bent as a whole, and to prevent the rear side area S3 from being twisted. As a result, discomfort given to the wearer can be reduced. In addition, since back side area S3 is an area | region which opposes a wearer's buttocks of comparatively small curvature, even if the size of the high weight part 40 is comparatively large, it can be made to fully fit a wearer's buttocks ( (See also FIG. 5).
In particular, in a sanitary napkin for night use in which the length of the rear side region S3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than the length of the front side region S2 in the front-rear direction L, the rear side region S3 is Since it is strongly crushed by the buttocks, the absorber 30 is liable to be kinked. It is particularly preferable that the length of the rear side region S3 in the front-rear direction L is relatively long so as to suppress the kinking of the absorber in the rear side region S3.
Further, since the length in the front-rear direction L of the intermediate area that is relatively easily deformed is 10 mm or more, the deformation of the excretory opening contact area S1 is hardly transmitted to the rear side area S3. Thereby, the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S3 are easily deformed into different shapes. Thereby, each area | region S1, S2, S3 of the absorber 30 becomes easy to fit according to a wearer's body shape.
The central groove 42a as one of the plurality of grooves 42 is provided along the center line CL connecting the centers of the absorbent articles in the width direction W in the rear side region S3. Thus, the center of the rear side region S3 in the width direction W is deformed into a convex shape by receiving a force from the outside to the inside in the width direction W (see FIG. 8). The center of the rear side region S3 in the width direction W faces the wearer's crack. Therefore, it becomes easy to fit rear side area S3 according to a wearer's explosion.
The center groove 42a preferably has a length of 120 mm or more, more preferably 150 mm or more in the front-rear direction L in the rear side region S3. In the cross section along the front-rear direction L of the wearer's body, a groove (crack) between the hips exists in a region from the back to the caudal bone from the back of the perineum. Since the central groove 42a extends long in the rear side region S3 as described above, during use of the absorbent article, the rear side region S3 is a region of the wearer's heel in the region from the back to the caudal bone rather than the perineum. Can project towards the fissure.
The length along the front-rear direction L of the high basis weight 40 on the first position P1 is smaller than the length along the front-rear direction L of the high basis weight 40 on the third position P3. Furthermore, the length along the front-rear direction L of the high basis weight 40 on the third position P3 is smaller than the length along the front-rear direction L of the high basis weight 40 on the second position P2. In the present specification, when there is no high weighted portion 40 on the third position P3, that is, when the third position P3 is located in the groove 42, the “high weighted portion 40 on the third position P3” is “the third position P3”. The high weight per unit area 40 adjacent to P3 is to be interpreted. Further, when the lengths of the plurality of high basis weight portions 40 at the third position P3 are different from each other, the “length along the front-rear direction L of the high basis weight portions 40” is “the front-rear direction of the plurality of high basis weight portions 40” It means “the maximum value of the length along L”. With this configuration, the size of the high weight portion 40 is relatively large in the second rear side region S3b facing the portion of the wearer's buttocks from the back. Therefore, in the part from the back of a wearer's buttocks, it can suppress that the absorbent article 1 is kinked, and can give a wearer a sense of security.
Preferably, the area of the high basis weight 40 on the first position P1 is smaller than the area of the high basis weight 40 on the second position P2. In the present specification, when there is no high weighted portion 40 on the first position P1 or the second position P2, that is, when the first position P1 or the second position P2 is located in the groove 42, “high on the first position P1” The “area of the basis weight 40” and “the area of the high basis weight 40 on the second position P2” are respectively “the area of the high basis weight 40 adjacent to the first position P1” and “the height adjacent to the second position P2. It shall be interpreted as “the area of the basis weight 40”. Further, when the lengths of the plurality of high weighted portions 40 on the first position P1 or the second position P2 are different from each other, “the area of the high weighted portion 40 on the first position P1” and “the second position P2”. The “area of the high fabric weight 40” is “the maximum value of the area of the high fabric 40 on the first position P1” and “the maximum value of the area of the high fabric 40 on the second position P2,” respectively. means. Thereby, generally, the size of the high weight part 40 in the intermediate region S4 is smaller than the area of the high weight part 40 in the rear side region S3. Therefore, the absorber 30 can be easily deformed by the front-rear direction L and the width direction W in the intermediate region S4, and the absorber 30 in the intermediate region S4 can be more easily deformed following the operation of the wearer.
The high basis weight portions 40 of the absorbent body 30 may all have the same thickness or may have different thicknesses. Moreover, in the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1, the thickness of the absorber which exists in the area | region pinched by the pair of front side compression parts 81 mentioned later is thicker than the thickness of the high weight part 40 in intermediate | middle area S4 and back side area S3. May be. Since the excretion opening contact area S1 is an area facing the wearer's excretion opening, it is easy to fit the absorbent body to the wearer's excretion opening by increasing the thickness of the absorption body of the excretion opening contact area S1. be able to.
The portion where the thickness of the absorber is thick as described above is hereinafter referred to as “middle / high portion”. When the middle-high portion is present in a region sandwiched between the pair of front-side compressed portions 81, the groove 42 may not be formed in the middle-high portion. Thereby, the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 can be made to adhere | attach a wearer's skin more easily.
In the present specification, the length of the high basis weight portion 40 is measured by a ruler in a state where the absorbent article 1 is stretched until the absorbent article 1 is free from wrinkles.
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 5 is rotated 90 degrees, and shows a state where the wearer lies on his back. Although the wearer's body is lying on his / her back, the wearer's body is pressed by the bedding, but FIG. 6 shows a virtual state where the wearer's body is not pressed by the bedding for convenience of explanation. . FIG. 6 illustrates a line LB indicating the bedding. A region where the body overlaps with the line LB of the bedding is a region where the body is pressed by the bedding and is deformed while the body is sleeping. FIG. 7 shows a state where the body of the wearer sleeping on his back is deformed by being pressed by the bedding. In the state shown in FIG. 7, the area | region which has overlapped with the line of a body and bedding in FIG. 6 has deform | transformed. More specifically, the bulge of the wearer's buttocks is crushed, and a part of the wearer's buttocks is flat. The crushed part of the buttocks moves to the crotch side (left direction in FIG. 7) and swells from the base of the leg to the leg tip side. The intermediate area S4 is arranged in the collapsed part of the buttocks. Since the high weighted portion 40 of the intermediate area S4 is relatively small as described above, the intermediate area S4 is flexibly deformed along the crushed portion of the buttock and arranged along the crushed portion of the buttock. Is done. Thereby, even in the sleeping posture, the absorbent article 1 can be fitted to the body, and a gap can be prevented from being generated between the absorbent article 1 and the wearer's buttocks. As a result, the uncomfortable feeling given to the wearer can be reduced.
(3) Pressing part The absorbent article 1 has a pressing part formed by compressing at least the absorber 30 in the thickness direction T. This pressing part may have the front side pressing part 81 and a pair of longitudinal pressing part 82 (refer FIG. 1). The front pressing part 81 and the longitudinal pressing part 82 may be parts where the skin sheet 10 and the absorbent body 30 are compressed in the thickness direction T.
The front squeezing part 81 is provided at least in the excretion opening contact area S1 and extends along the front-rear direction L. The front side pressing part 81 may extend from the excretion opening contact area S1 to the front side area S2. The front side compression part 81 is bent toward the width direction W in the vicinity of the front end edge of the absorber 30, and is continuously connected to the U shape. Instead, the front pressing part 81 may be provided separately on both sides across the center line CL that connects the centers of the absorbent articles in the width direction. That is, the pair of front pressing parts 81 may be provided separately in a form separated from each other.
The pair of front pressing parts 81 may have a constriction 81a constricted inside the width direction W in the front region S2. The constriction 81a may have a shape constricted more inward than the form shown in FIG. Thereby, even if the excretory opening contact area S1 is deformed convexly toward the wearer's excretion opening, the front side area S2 can be maintained in a relatively flat shape. Thereby, the absorbent article 1 can be easily fitted to the wearer's body even in the region in front of the wearer's excretion opening.
When the wearer wears shorts to which an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin is attached, the excretory opening contact area S1 is a force that compresses the absorbent article in the width direction W from both legs of the wearer. Receive. This force is applied to the front squeezed portion 81 provided in the excretion opening contact area S1. The front side compression part 81 has rigidity higher than the rigidity of the part in which the absorber 30 is not compressed. Therefore, the front side compression part 81 which received the force toward the inner side from the width direction outer side W compresses the absorber 30 of the center part of the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area S1 in the width direction. Thereby, the absorber 30 of the center part of the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area S1 deform | transforms into convex shape so that it may contact | adhere with a wearer's body.
The longitudinal pressing part 82 extends along the front-rear direction L. The longitudinal pressing portion 82 may extend linearly in the front-rear direction L, or may extend in a curved manner inclined with respect to the front-rear direction L. The longitudinal pressing portion 82 may extend from the first rear side area S3a to the second rear side area S3b.
The pair of longitudinal pressing portions 82 are provided on both sides of the center line CL, more specifically, the center groove 42a, in the rear side region S3. Since the pair of longitudinal compression portions 82 have relatively high rigidity, they serve as a base point for deformation of the absorbent body 30. The central groove 42a sandwiched between the pair of longitudinal pressing portions 82 is more likely to protrude toward the wearer's body. Thereby, rear side area S3 of an absorbent article can be made to fit more according to a wearer's crack (refer FIG. 8).
The front squeezing part 81 and the longitudinal squeezing part 82 are separated from each other at the high weighted part 40 on the first position P1, preferably at the intermediate area S4. Since the front pressing part 81 and the longitudinal pressing part 82 are divided at the intermediate area S4, the force applied to the front pressing part 81 is suppressed from being transmitted to the rear side area S3 via the pressing part. Thereby, excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and rear side area | region S3 can be made easy to change independently. Moreover, since the front side compression part 81 and the longitudinal compression part 82 with comparatively high rigidity are parted in the intermediate area S4, the absorber 30 can deform | transform comparatively freely in the intermediate area S4. Thereby, the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and back side area | region S3 can be made to change easily more independently.
The absorbent article 1 may have a pressure-bonding part 51 obtained by compressing the absorbent body 30 along the groove 42. The crimping part 51 can be formed by embossing. It is preferable that the crimping | compression-bonding part 51 is formed only in the absorber 30 and is not formed in the skin sheet 10. Specifically, when the groove 42 is a through groove, the crimping part 51 may be formed in a core wrap that wraps an absorbent core made of an absorbent material. Moreover, when the groove | channel 42 is not a penetration groove | channel, the crimping | compression-bonding part 51 may be formed in the core wrap and absorption material which wrap the absorption core which consists of absorption materials. Since the crimping | compression-bonding part 51 is not formed in the skin sheet 10, the touch of the skin sheet 10 which touches a wearer's skin can be improved.
The crimping portion 51 may be provided on the groove 42 along the width direction W adjacent to at least the high weighted portion 40 on the first position P1. Preferably, the crimping part 51 is provided along the width direction W in the intermediate area S4. The crimping | compression-bonding part 51 may be provided on the groove | channel 42 in the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1, the front side area S2, and the rear side area S3. Further, the crimping part 51 may be provided on the groove 42 extending along the front-rear direction L.
The crimp part 51 suppresses that the shape of the absorbent material of the high basis weight part 40 collapses. Thereby, the shape of the high fabric weight part 40 can be maintained over a long period of time.
(4) Adhesive region As shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent article 1 includes a first main body adhesive region 61, a second main body adhesive region 62, and a wing provided with an adhesive for fastening the absorbent article 1 to the underwear S. It has an adhesive region 63 and a hip flap adhesive region 64. These adhesive regions 61 to 64 are provided on the non-skin surface side of the non-skin surface sheet 20 provided on the non-skin surface side with respect to the absorbent body 30. The adhesive regions 61 to 64 may be covered with a release sheet in a state before use. The release sheet prevents deterioration of the adhesive in the adhesive regions 61 to 64 before use. The release sheet is removed by the wearer during use.
The first main body adhesive region 61 is disposed in front of the second main body adhesive region 62. The first main body adhesive region 61 and the second main body adhesive region 62 extend in the front-rear direction L. The 1st main body adhesion field 61 may be arranged ranging over excretion mouth contact field S1 and front side field S2. The second main body adhesive region 62 is disposed in the rear side region S3. The second main body adhesive region 62 may be disposed across the first rear side region S3a and the second rear side region S3b.
The 1st main body adhesion area | region 61 and the 2nd main body adhesion area | region 62 are the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and back side area | region S3, and are provided avoiding the high weight part 40 on the 1st position P1, especially the intermediate | middle area | region S4. . Specifically, it is preferable that the adhesive regions 61 to 64 are not provided in the intermediate region S4. Since the intermediate area S4 is not directly fixed to the shorts in the adhesive areas 61 to 64, the absorbent article can be deformed relatively freely in the intermediate area S4. Thereby, excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and back side area | region S3 can be changed into a mutually different shape according to the shape of a wearer's body (refer also FIG. 5).
Further, the first main body adhesive region 61 and the second main body adhesive region 62 do not exist at the central groove 42a. Accordingly, the rear side region S3 is easily deformed into a convex shape at the central groove 42a. In particular, the rear side region S3 is easily deformed into a convex shape at the center groove 42a by receiving a force from the underwear through the adhesive regions 61 and 62 toward the outside in the width direction. Thereby, the rear side area | region S3 of an absorbent article can be made to fit more according to a wearer's crack.
The wing adhesive region 63 is provided in the wing 3. The hip flap adhesive region 64 is provided in the hip flap 4. The pair of longitudinal pressing portions 82 is preferably provided in a region overlapping the second main body adhesive region 62. Thereby, force becomes easy to be transmitted from the underwear to the pair of longitudinal pressing portions 82 via the second main body adhesive region 62. Thereby, a pair of longitudinal pressing part 82 becomes easy to compress the absorber 30 to the width direction W, and the absorber 30 becomes easy to deform | transform by convex shape in the center groove | channel 42a.
(5) Folding of absorbent article The absorbent article 1 may be individually packaged in a folded state. Hereinafter, folding of the absorbent article 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the absorbent article 1 folded along the fold line FL of FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 4 is a schematic side view of the absorbent article 1 folded along the fold lines F1 to F3 of FIG.
The absorbent article 1 has a front / rear fold line FL extending along the front / rear direction L, and a first fold line F1, a second fold line F2, and a third fold line F3 extending along the width direction W. Good. These folding lines FL, F1, F2, and F3 are lines for folding the absorbent article 1. The front-rear fold line FL may be provided outside the outer end of the absorber 30 in the width direction W.
The first fold line F1 is located on the rearmost side among the plurality of fold lines F1, F2, and F3 along the width direction W. It is preferable that the first folding line F1 passes over the groove 42 of the absorber in the rear side region S3. More preferably, the first fold line F1 does not pass through the high weighted portion 40 of the absorber. The first fold line F <b> 1 causes creases in the absorbent article 1. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 is easily deformed along the first fold line F1. The first fold line F1 makes the rear side region S3 easily deformed along the roundness in the front-rear direction of the wearer's buttocks. Therefore, it becomes easy to fit rear side area S3 along the roundness of a wearer's buttocks.
It is preferable that the first fold line F1 does not pass through the hip flap adhesive region 64. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the folds from being attached to the hip flap adhesive region 64. If a crease is attached to the hip flap adhesive region 64, the hip flap adhesive region 64 adhered to the undergarment is easily peeled off by the crease. On the other hand, since the first fold line F1 does not pass through the hip flap adhesive region 64, the hip flap 4 can be stably fixed to the underwear.
The second fold line F2 is provided between the first fold line F1 and the third fold line F3 in the front-rear direction L. The second fold line F2 may be disposed on the front side of the pair of longitudinal pressing portions 82. The second fold line F <b> 2 may pass over the second main body adhesive region 62.
In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the second fold line F <b> 2 is provided at a position away from the groove 42 extending in the width direction W. Instead, the second fold line F2 may be provided on the groove 42 extending in the width direction W. In this case, there is an advantage that the absorbent article 1 can be easily folded at the position of the second fold line F2. In addition, since the position of the groove 42 of the absorbent body 30 is likely to be a folding base point even during use of the absorbent article, even if a crease due to the second fold line F2 is attached to the groove 42, the absorbent structure It does not reduce the fit of the article.
The third fold line F3 is provided in front of the second fold line F2. The third fold line F3 may be provided in the front side area S2. Since the third fold line F3 is provided on the front side of the wing 3, it is possible to prevent the wing 3 from being folded.
The absorbent article 1 is first folded inward from the front / rear fold line FL so that the non-skin side is exposed to the outside (see FIG. 3). From the state shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent article 1 is preferably folded in the order of the first fold line F1, the second fold line F2, and the third fold line F3 (see FIG. 4).
In the state where the absorbent article 1 is folded, the rear end edge 92 of the absorbent article is located inside the absorbent article. In the state in which the absorbent article 1 is folded, the front end edge 91 of the absorbent article is located outside the absorbent article. The first fold line F1 is located inside the folded absorbent article 1. The second fold line F2 and the third fold line F3 are located outside the folded absorbent article 1.
When the absorbent article 1 is folded as described above, the curvature of the absorbent article 1 is the largest at the first fold line F1. Since the position of the first fold line F1 having the highest curvature passes on the groove 42, the absorbent article 1 can be neatly folded. On the other hand, the curvature of the absorbent article 1 is relatively small at the second fold line F2 and the third fold line F3. Therefore, even if the second fold line F2 and the third fold line F3 do not pass over the groove 42, the absorbent article 1 can be folded relatively neatly.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the front-rear fold line FL along the front-rear direction L is located outside the absorbent body 30 in the width direction W. Instead, the front and rear fold line FL may pass over the absorber 30. By passing the front-rear fold line FL over the absorber 30, the absorbent article 1 can be folded more compactly.
In addition, when the front / rear fold line FL passes over the absorber 30, the front / rear fold line FL preferably passes through the groove 42 along the front / rear direction L. Thereby, the absorbent article 1 can be easily folded at the position of the front and rear fold line FL.
(6) Second Embodiment FIG. 9 is a plan view of an absorbent article in the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the following, description of the same configuration as that of the first embodiment may be omitted.
The absorbent article 1 according to the second embodiment includes a plurality of high basis weight portions 40 and a plurality of grooves 42 as in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, a plurality of grooves 42 that divide the absorber 30 into a plurality of sections 40 are formed not only in the intermediate area S4 and the rear side area S3 but also in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the front side area S2. . In the second embodiment, the length of the high basis weight portion 40 in the width direction W is longer on the outer side than the center in the width direction.
In the example shown in FIG. 9, the absorber 30 is divided into a region R1 closest to the center line CL, a region R3 outermost in the width direction, and a region R2 between the region R1 and the region R2. Here, the length in the width direction W of the high weight portion 40 in the region R1 closest to the center line CL is shorter than the length in the width direction W of the high weight portion 40 in the region R2. The length in the width direction W of the high weight portion 40 in the region R2 is shorter than the length in the width direction W of the high weight portion 40 in the outermost region R3 in the width direction.
In the second embodiment, the high weighted portion 40 is partitioned into rectangles or squares by the regions R1, R2, and R3. Further, the groove 42 is formed linearly in the front-rear direction L and the width direction W. In the same area | region R1, R2, R3, it is preferable that the high fabric weight part 40 is substantially the same shape except what exists in the edge of the absorber 30. FIG. Instead of the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, there may be high basis weight portions 40 having different shapes or sizes in the same region R <b> 1, R <b> 2, R <b> 3. In this case, the length in the width direction W of the plurality of high weight portions 40 in the region R1 closest to the center line CL is preferably shorter than the length in the width direction W of the plurality of high weight portions 40 in the region R2. . Moreover, it is preferable that the length of the width direction W of the some high weight part 40 in area | region R2 is shorter than the length of the width direction W of the several high weight part 40 of area | region R3 outermost in the width direction.
As described above, the length of the high weighted portion 40 along the width direction W becomes longer as it gets closer to the center line CL. Thereby, the area | region near centerline CL of an absorbent article becomes easy to deform | transform. A region near the center line CL of the absorbent article faces a portion having a relatively high curvature such as a wearer's excretion opening or a rupture. Therefore, by making the region near the center line CL of the absorbent article easier to deform, the absorbent article 1 can be more easily fitted to the wearer's body.
(7) Third Embodiment FIG. 10 is a plan view of an absorbent article according to a third embodiment. In 3rd Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the structure same as 1st Embodiment. In the following, description of the same configuration as that of the first embodiment may be omitted.
The absorbent article 1 according to the third embodiment has a plurality of high basis weight portions 40 and a plurality of grooves 42 as in the first embodiment. In the third embodiment, a plurality of grooves 42 that divide the absorber 30 into a plurality of sections 40 are formed not only in the intermediate area S4 and the rear side area S3 but also in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the front side area S2. . In 3rd Embodiment, the length of the width direction W of the high fabric weight part 40 in intermediate region S4 is shorter than the length of the width direction W of the high fabric weight part 40 in rear side region S3.
It is preferable that the high basis weight portion 40 has substantially the same shape except for those present at the edge of the absorber 30 in the same region S1, S2, S3a, S3b. Instead of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, there may be high weighted portions 40 having different shapes or sizes in the same region S1, S2, S3a, S3b. In this case, it is preferable that the length in the width direction W of the plurality of high weight portions 40 in the intermediate region S4 is shorter than the length in the width direction W of the plurality of high weight portions 40 in the rear side region S3.
Moreover, the length of the width direction W of the some high weight part 40 in the 1st back side area 3a is shorter than the length of the width direction W of the some high weight part 40 in the 2nd back side area 3b. Is more preferable.
In the absorbent article 1 according to the third embodiment, the size of the high weighted portion 40 of the intermediate area S4 is relatively small, and therefore the intermediate area S4 is more easily deformed. Thereby, it can make it easy to make middle region S4 fit with respect to a wearer's comparatively high curvature part.
Also, the size of the high weighted portion 40 in the rear side area S3 is relatively large. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the rear side region S3 from being easily bent as a whole, and to prevent the rear side region S3 from being twisted. 5).
(8) 4th Embodiment FIG. 11: is a top view of the absorbent article in 4th Embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the following, description of the same configuration as that of the first embodiment may be omitted.
The absorbent article 1 according to the fourth embodiment includes a plurality of high basis weight portions 40 and a plurality of grooves 42 as in the first embodiment. The center groove 42a as one of the plurality of grooves 42 is provided along the center line CL in the rear side region S3.
In the fourth embodiment, the width of the central groove 42a in the width direction W becomes wider from the rear side region S3 toward the intermediate region S4. Accordingly, in the portion where the width of the central groove 42a is wide, that is, in the first rear side region S3a and the intermediate region S4, the vicinity of the center line CL of the absorbent body 30 easily protrudes toward the wearer's rupture. On the other hand, in the portion where the width of the central groove 42a is narrow, that is, the rear portion of the second rear side region S3b, the vicinity of the center line CL of the absorbent body 30 hardly protrudes toward the wearer and becomes relatively flat. . The rear part of the second rear side region S3b faces the region near the sacrum on the back side of the wearer's rupture. Therefore, it becomes easy to fit a wearer's body because the back side part of the 2nd back side field S3b becomes comparatively flat.
