本实用新型涉及低压电器领域,特别涉及一种万能式断路器。
背景技术
万能式断路器本体支撑件通常由基座和底板组成,操作机构和控制器设于基座的一侧。
现有万能式断路器在基座一侧设置控制器线槽用于放置控制器的引线,然后在其上方加盖压线板起到保护作用。压线板通常由DMC材料压制而成,中间有一个螺纹嵌件,两端有螺纹通孔,现用压线板厚度较大,并需要三个螺钉进行固定,不仅成本较高,而且给装配带来不便。
现有万能式断路器电流互感器置于基座和底板之间,电流互感器从主回路母线上获取主回路电流信息,传输至控制器,由控制器判断主回路是否正常通电。这种电流互感器安装结构的装配顺序为:1.在本体基座上安装主回路母线;2.在主回路母线上安装电流互感器;3.盖上本体底板。这种结构更换电流互感器需要将底板拆卸之后才能更换,装配复杂,也不利于产品维护,因此有必要加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单紧凑,便于拆卸,成本低的万能式断路器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种万能式断路器,包括断路器本体,所述断路器本体包括本体基座和设置于本体基座一侧的操作机构1,所述本体基座包括相互扣合的基座架2和基座底板3,所述操作机构1设于基座架2的外侧,还包括电流互感器5,所述电流互感器5设于基座底板3的外侧。
进一步,所述本体基座内分排设有主回路母线7和静母线,主回路母线7和静母线的一端伸出基座底板3的外侧,主回路母线7安装于基座架2的内侧,基座底板3的内侧设有用于安装静母线的相互间隔的静母线安装腔32,基座底板3的外侧设有用于安装电流互感器5的互感器安装腔31。
进一步,所述静母线安装腔32和互感器安装腔31沿基座底板3垂直分层朝向相反设置。
进一步,还包括盖板6,盖板6设于互感器安装腔31上方对电流互感器5进行固定。
进一步,所述互感器安装腔31的两端设有与盖板6进行固定的固定柱312,固定柱312的中部设有第一安装孔313。

进一步,所述嵌件21a为一圆柱状嵌件;嵌件21a的中部设有嵌件固定孔211a,压线板4上设有与嵌件固定孔211a相应的第一固定孔401。
进一步,所述压线板4为一块环氧玻璃平板。
本实用新型万能式断路器,将电流互感器设于基座底板的外侧,装配方便,降低生产成本,同时拆卸维修方便快捷。静母线安装腔和互感器安装腔沿基座底板垂直分层朝向相反设置,合理利用基座底板的内部空间。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1至8给出的实施例,进一步说明本实用新型万能式断路器的具体实施方式。本实用新型万能式断路器不限于以下实施例的描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型万能式断路器(图中所示为四极断路器),包括断路器本体。所述断路器本体包括本体基座和设置于本体基座一侧的操作机构1和控制器。所述本体基座包括基座架2和基座底板3,操作机构1和控制器设于基座架2的一侧。本体基座内部设有用于分隔各极导电系统的相间隔板11,防止各极导电系统间发生相间短路。
如图2-5所示,本实用新型万能式断路器(图中所示为三极断路器),基座架2设置控制器的一侧还设有控制器线槽21,所述控制器线槽21的内部设有嵌件21a,控制器线槽21上设有压线板4,控制器与压线板4一起与控制器线槽21的内部的嵌件21a固定,压线板通过控制器与嵌件21a的连接固定。本实用新型万能式断路器,在控制器线槽上方设置压线板进行遮蔽和保护,通过在控制器线槽内部设置单独的嵌件,压线板通过控制器与嵌件21a的连接固定,无需再在压线板上设置单独的嵌件固定结构,压线板的厚度也可以变薄,控制器线槽的内部空间变大。
如图2、3所示,控制器线槽21设于基座架2靠近底部一端,所述嵌件21a设于控制器线槽21靠近基座架2底部一端。控制器线槽21上方压线板4的一侧留有控制器导线伸出的出线孔41。出线孔41用于控制器导线引出。
如图3、4、5所示,嵌件21a为一圆柱状嵌件,嵌件21a的中部设有嵌件固定孔211a,压线板4上设有与嵌件固定孔211a相应的第一固定孔401。压线板4为一块环氧玻璃薄板。控制器与嵌件21a连接时螺钉穿过第一固定孔401和嵌件固定孔211a连接,在满足原来功能要求的情况下,降低生产成本,减小装配的工作量,使线槽内部空间变大。所述嵌件21a与基座架2一体成型,嵌件21a也可以为基座架2成型前预埋入基座架2上的金属嵌件,如铜嵌件。
具体地,如图4所示,控制器线槽21的一端设有用于接线的进线孔211,另一端设有二阶台阶,所述二阶台阶包括位于上层的第一台阶面212和位于下层的第二台阶面213,所述嵌件21a设于第一台阶面212上,所述第二台阶面213的一端设有螺纹孔214。
如图6-8所示,本实用新型万能式断路器还包括电流互感器5(图中所示为四极断路器),所述电流互感器5设于基座底板3的外侧。本实用新型万能式断路器,将电流互感器设于基座底板3的外侧,装配方便,降低生产成本,同时拆卸维修方便快捷。
如图6、7所示,本体基座内分排设有主回路母线7和静母线,主回路母线7和静母线的一端伸出基座底板3的外侧,主回路母线7安装于基座架2的内侧,基座底板3的内侧上层设有用于安装静母线的相互间隔的静母线安装腔32,基座底板3的外侧下层设有用于安装电流互感器5的互感器安装腔31。静母线和电流互感器5分别安装于基座底板3的两侧。所述静母线安装腔32和互感器安装腔31沿基座底板3垂直分层朝向相反设置。静母线安装腔32和互感器安装腔31沿基座底板3垂直分层朝向相反设置,合理利用基座底板3的内部空间。

如图6、7所示,所述静母线安装腔32的底部设有静母线穿过的静母线安装孔321,所述互感器安装腔31的底部设有主回路母线安装孔311,固定于基座架2上的主回路母线7从基座底板3的内侧的主回路母线安装孔311伸出至基座底板3的外侧的互感器安装腔31后,电流互感器5套装在主回路母线7上,电流互感器5与控制器连接。分别设置静母线安装孔321和主回路母线安装孔311,对静母线和主回路母线7进行固定,结构稳固,电流互感器5套装在主回路母线7上,与控制器连接,将检测到的电流信息传输至控制器。
安装时,先分别将静母线和主回路母线7固定于本体基座内,在基座架2上装配基座底板3,在基座底板3的外侧的互感器安装腔31装配电流互感器5,接着拿盖板6盖住互感器安装腔31。装配过程简洁,更换电流互感器时,只需要拆下盖板6即可进行更换以及维修。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的万能式断路器,其特征在于:所述本体基座内分排设有主回路母线(7)和静母线,主回路母线(7)和静母线的一端伸出基座底板(3)的外侧,主回路母线(7)安装于基座架(2)的内侧,基座底板(3)的内侧设有用于安装静母线的相互间隔的静母线安装腔(32),基座底板(3)的外侧设有用于安装电流互感器(5)的互感器安装腔(31)。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的万能式断路器,其特征在于:还包括控制器,所 述控制器设于基座架(2)设置操作机构(1)的一侧,基座架(2)的一侧设有与控制器相应的控制器线槽(21),所述控制器线槽(21)设于基座架(2)靠近底部一端,所述控制器线槽(21)的内部设有嵌件(21a),控制器线槽(21)上设有压线板(4),控制器与压线板(4)一起与控制器线槽(21)的内部的嵌件(21a)固定,压线板通过控制器与嵌件(21a)的连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的万能式断路器,其特征在于:所述嵌件(21a)为一圆柱状嵌件;嵌件(21a)的中部设有嵌件固定孔(211a),压线板(4)上设有与嵌件固定孔(211a)相应的第一固定孔(401)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的万能式断路器,其特征在于:所述压线板(4)为一块环氧玻璃平板。
