2、 本实用新型的驱动机构包括设在横向锁舌上的环形槽,环形槽的至少一直侧壁上设有多个凸出的第一齿牙,环形槽内设有与第一齿牙配合而驱动横向锁舌横向移动的驱动齿轮,壳体内还设有竖向的竖向滑块,竖向滑块上设有多个能与驱动齿轮配合而驱动竖向滑块竖向移动的第二齿牙,竖向锁杆连接在竖向滑块上,壳体内还设有用于使竖向滑块移动复位的第一复位弹簧。当需要打开开关门时,转动驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与横向锁舌上的第一齿牙配合,从而驱动横向锁舌从门框的横向插口内退出,而在驱动齿轮与横向锁舌配合的过程中,驱动齿轮同时与竖向滑块上的第二齿牙配合,从而又驱动竖向滑块竖向运动,进而带动竖向滑块上的竖向锁杆从门框上的竖向插口内退出,于是完成开关门与门框的解锁。结构简单,使得用户操作起来非常简便快捷。
3、 本实用新型的驱动机构还可以采用另外一种结构,包括能在壳体内转动的转动杆,转动杆上设有横向铰接部和竖向铰接部,横向铰接部与横向锁舌之间设有与二者铰接的第一连动板,壳体内设有能在其内上下滑行的竖向滑座,竖向铰接部与竖向滑座之间设有与二者铰接的第二连动板,竖向滑座与竖向锁杆连接。当需要打开开关门时,转动转动杆,由于转动杆上的横向铰接部与横向锁舌之间的第一连动板与二者是铰接的,所以在转动杆转动的过程中第一连动板能够拉动横向锁舌横向移动,而转动杆上的竖向铰接部与竖向滑座之间的第二连动板与二者也是铰接的,所以在转动杆转动的过程中第二连动板有能拉动竖向滑座竖向移动,所以在转动杆转动的过程中,横向锁舌和竖向滑座分别在横向和竖向运动,从而使横向锁舌与竖向锁杆与门框解锁,结构简单,使得用户操作起来非常简便快捷。
4、 本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,成本低廉,制造方便,适合推广。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,一种新型宠物笼门,包括门框1和能相对门框1转动而开闭的开关门2,所述的开关门2与门框1之间设有锁定装置3,所述的锁定装置3包括设在开关门2上的壳体31,所述的壳体31内设有能横向移动而插入门框1上的横向插口的横向锁舌32,所述的壳体31内还设有能竖向移动而插入门框1上的竖向插口的竖向锁杆33,所述的壳体31上还设有与横向锁舌32配合并在驱动横向锁舌32开锁的过程中同时驱动竖向锁杆33开锁的驱动机构34。开关门2通过横向锁舌32和竖向锁杆33与门框1锁定,使开关门2与门框1之间的锁闭点至少为两个,增强了开关门2锁闭的牢固性,避免宠物跑出,而且驱动机构34能够在驱动横向锁舌32移动的同时驱动竖向锁杆33移动,使横向锁舌32与竖向锁杆33的动作达到一致性,操作更方便快捷。
如图3至图6所示,所述的驱动机构34包括设在横向锁舌32上的环形槽341,所述的环形槽341的至少一直侧壁上设有多个凸出的第一齿牙342,所述的环形槽341内设有与第一齿牙342配合而驱动横向锁舌32横向移动的驱动齿轮343,所述的壳体31内还设有竖向的竖向滑块344,所述的竖向滑块344上设有多个能与驱动齿轮343配合而驱动竖向滑块344竖向移动的第二齿牙345,所述的竖向锁杆33连接在竖向滑块344上。
如图4和图6所示,所述的壳体31内还设有用于使竖向滑块344移动复位的第一复位弹簧346。
如图4至图6所示,所述的竖向滑块344为两个,并设在横向锁舌32的上下两侧,两个竖向滑块344上的第二齿牙345分别与驱动齿轮343配合从而在驱动齿轮343转动时两个竖向滑块344能在竖向方向相向运动或相背运动,与竖向滑块344连接的竖向锁杆33为两根,并分别与门框1的上边框和下边框配合。这样的结构使的开关门2与门框1之间的锁闭点达到3个,更确保了宠物不能冲宠物笼内跑出。
如图4和图6所示,所述的壳体31包括上壳体311和下壳体312,所述的下壳体312内设有横向筋313,所述的第一复位弹簧346设在竖向滑块344与横向筋313之间。
如图2和图5所示,所述的驱动齿轮343上连接有外露于壳体31的转动把手347。
当需要打开开关门2时,通过转动把手347转动驱动齿轮343,驱动齿轮343与横向锁舌32上的第一齿牙342配合,从而驱动横向锁舌32从门框1的横向插口内退出,而在驱动齿轮343与横向锁舌32配合的过程中,驱动齿轮343同时与竖向滑块344上的第二齿牙345配合,从而又驱动竖向滑块344竖向运动,进而带动竖向滑块344上的竖向锁杆33从门框1上的竖向插口内退出,于是完成开关门2与门框1的解锁。结构简单,使得用户操作起来非常简便快捷。在驱动齿轮343转动的过程中,同时驱动横向锁舌32横向移动,又同时驱动横向锁舌32两侧的竖向滑块344在竖向方向上相向运动,使得开关门2与门框1之间的3个锁定点同时解锁,操作非常简便快捷。而且门框1与开关门2之间存在3个锁定点,更确保了宠物不能从宠物笼内跑出。在竖向滑块344的运动过程中,第一复位弹簧346受到压缩,当开关门完全打开并松开转动把手347后,第一复位弹簧346伸长,从而驱动竖向滑块344竖向运动,进而带动驱动齿轮343转动,进而使得横向锁舌32和竖向锁杆33伸出。所以在需要锁闭开关门2时,只需转动转动把手347,使横向锁舌32和竖向锁杆33分别在横向和竖向运动而缩进,此时第一复位弹簧346受到压缩,当横向锁舌32和竖向锁杆33分别与门框1上的横向插口和竖向插口对准时,松开转动把手347,在第一复位弹簧346的作用下,横向锁舌32和竖向锁杆33再次伸出,从而完成开关门2与门框1的锁定。
实施例2:
如图7和图8所示,一种新型宠物笼门,包括门框1和能相对门框1转动而开闭的开关门2,所述的开关门2与门框1之间设有锁定装置3,所述的锁定装置3包括设在开关门2上的壳体31,所述的壳体31内设有能横向移动而插入门框1上的横向插口的横向锁舌32,所述的壳体31内还设有能竖向移动而插入门框1上的竖向插口的竖向锁杆33,所述的壳体31上还设有与横向锁舌32配合并在驱动横向锁舌32开锁的过程中同时驱动竖向锁杆33开锁的驱动机构34。
如图7至图10所示,所述的驱动机构34包括能在壳体31内转动的转动杆34a,所述的转动杆34a上设有横向铰接部34b和竖向铰接部34c,所述的横向铰接部34b与横向锁舌32之间设有与二者铰接的第一连动板34d,所述的壳体31内设有能在其内上下滑行的竖向滑座34e,所述的竖向铰接部34c与竖向滑座34e之间设有与二者铰接的第二连动板34f,所述的竖向滑座34e与竖向锁杆33连接。
如图8和图10所示,所述的壳体31内还设有用于使竖向滑座34e移动复位的第二复位弹簧34g。
如图8至图10所示,所述的竖向滑座34e为两个,并分别设在横向锁舌32的上下两侧,所述的转动杆34a上的竖向铰接部34c为两个,并分别设在横向铰接部34b的上下两侧,所述的第二连动板34f为两个,并分别设在横向锁舌32的上下两侧用于连接相对应的竖向滑座34e和竖向铰接部34c。这样的结构使的开关门2与门框1之间的锁闭点达到3个,更确保了宠物不能冲宠物笼内跑出。
如图8和图10所示,所述的壳体31包括上壳体311和下壳体312,所述的下壳体312内设有横向板314,所述的第二复位弹簧31设在竖向滑座34e与横向板314之间。
如图10所示,所述的转动杆34a上连接有外露于壳体31的旋转把手34h。旋转把手34h的设置便于用于转动转动杆34a。所述的驱动齿轮343上连接有外露于壳体31的转动把手347。

Claims (1)

1、 一种新型宠物笼门,包括门框(1)和能相对门框(1)转动而开闭的开关门(2),所述的开关门(2)与门框(1)之间设有锁定装置(3),其特征在于:所述的锁定装置(3)包括设在开关门(2)上的壳体(31),所述的壳体(31)内设有能横向移动而插入门框(1)上的横向插口的横向锁舌(32),所述的壳体(31)内还设有能竖向移动而插入门框(1)上的竖向插口的竖向锁杆(33),所述的壳体(31)上还设有与横向锁舌(32)配合并在驱动横向锁舌(32)开锁的过程中同时驱动竖向锁杆(33)开锁的驱动机构(34)。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构(34)包括设在横向锁舌(32)上的环形槽(341),所述的环形槽(341)的至少一直侧壁上设有多个凸出的第一齿牙(342),所述的环形槽(341)内设有与第一齿牙(342)配合而驱动横向锁舌(32)横向移动的驱动齿轮(343),所述的壳体(31)内还设有竖向的竖向滑块(344),所述的竖向滑块(344)上设有多个能与驱动齿轮(343)配合而驱动竖向滑块(344)竖向移动的第二齿牙(345),所述的竖向锁杆(33)连接在竖向滑块(344)上。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的壳体(31)内还设有用于使竖向滑块(344)移动复位的第一复位弹簧(346)。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构(34)包括能在壳体(31)内转动的转动杆(34a),所述的转动杆(34a)上设有横向铰接部(34b)和竖向铰接部(34c),所述的横向铰接部(34b)与横向锁舌(32)之间设有与二者铰接的第一连动板(34d),所述的壳体(31)内设有能在其内上下滑行的竖向滑座(34e),所述的竖向铰接部(34c)与竖向滑座(34e)之间设有与二者铰接的第二连动板(34f),所述的竖向滑座(34e)与竖向锁杆(33)连接。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的壳体(31)内还设有用于使竖向滑座(34e)移动复位的第二复位弹簧(34g)。
6、 根据权利要求2或3所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的竖向滑块(344)为两个,并设在横向锁舌(32)的上下两侧,两个竖向滑块(344)上的第二齿牙(345)分别与驱动齿轮(343)配合从而在驱动齿轮(343)转动时两个竖向滑块(344)能在竖向方向相向运动或相背运动,与竖向滑块(344)连接的竖向锁杆(33)为两根,并分别与门框(1)的上边框和下边框配合。
7、 根据权利要求4或5所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的竖向滑座(34e)为两个,并分别设在横向锁舌(32)的上下两侧,所述的转动杆(34a)上的竖向铰接部(34c)为两个,并分别设在横向铰接部(34b)的上下两侧,所述的第二连动板(34f)为两个,并分别设在横向锁舌(32)的上下两侧用于连接相对应的竖向滑座(34e)和竖向铰接部(34c)。
8、 根据权利要求3所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的壳体(31)包括上壳体(311)和下壳体(312),所述的下壳体(312)内设有横向筋(313),所述的第一复位弹簧(346)设在竖向滑块(344)与横向筋(313)之间。
9、 根据权利要求5所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的壳体(31)包括上壳体(311)和下壳体(312),所述的下壳体(312)内设有横向板(314),所述的第二复位弹簧(31)设在竖向滑座(34e)与横向板(314)之间。
10、 根据权利要求2或3所述的新型宠物笼门,其特征在于:所述的驱动齿轮(343)上连接有外露于壳体(31)的转动把手(347)。
