一种煤块破碎机械装置 技术领域
本发明涉及了一种破碎作业机械技术领域,尤其涉及了一种煤块破碎机械装置。
背景技术
随着工业的迅速发展和资源的迅速减小,对资源的需求量越来越大,因此,提高资源的利用率是一个长期的艰巨的任务,例如,工业中会用破碎机将煤炭破碎成块状或粉状来燃烧,破碎机将煤炭破碎,粉磨,增加了物料的表面积,为提高煤炭的燃烧效率创造了有利条件,因此破碎机的进步和发展具有积极的意义。破碎机是一种将大块物品破碎成较小颗粒的常用机械,在工业生产、农业种植以及化学领域都具有广泛的应用,但是现有的破碎机过粉碎现象比较严重,破碎产品粒度不均匀,会造成较大的经济损失。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种结构简单、破碎产品粒度均匀以及过粉碎现象少的煤块破碎机械装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种煤块破碎机械装置,包括机体、破碎架a、破碎架b和破碎辊,所述机体的前侧通过轴承连接有进料主通道,所述进料主通 道的两侧连接有分通道a和分通道b,所述分通道a、b分别连接设置于机体两侧的破碎架a和破碎架b,所述机体内设有一破碎腔,所述破碎腔内设置有一组相对称的破碎辊,每个破碎辊的底部均连接从动轮,从动轮连接主动轮,所述主动轮连接机体后侧的动力设备。
进一步地,所述破碎架a、b上分别安装有破碎块a和破碎块b。
进一步地,两个破碎辊的辊面上分别设置有破碎器a和破碎器b。
进一步地,所述破碎器a、b为交错设置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,主要通过破碎辊上的破碎器a、b的相对转动来进行破碎,减少了传统采用挤压破碎而导致过粉碎现象严重的情况,破碎后的产品粒度较为均匀,破碎效果好,而且破碎块a、b的预破碎有效的提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种煤块破碎机械装置,包括机体1、破碎架a6、破碎架b7和破碎辊9,机体1的前侧通过轴承2连接有进料主通道3,进料主通道3的两侧连接有分通道a4和分通道b5,分通道a4、b5分别连接设置于机体1两侧的破碎架a6和破碎架b7,机体1内设有一破碎腔8,破碎腔8内设置有一组相对称的破碎辊9,每个破碎辊9的底部均连接从动轮10,从动轮10连接主动轮11,主动轮11连接机体1后侧的动力设备12。
其中,破碎架a6、b7上分别安装有破碎块a13和破碎块b14,破碎块a13、b14分别对进入破碎腔8破碎的煤炭进行预破碎,两个破碎辊9的辊面上分别设置有破碎器a15和破碎器b16,破碎器a15、b16为交错设置,保证能够顺畅的进料并破碎,当大块煤炭进入破碎辊9的中间时,由于破碎器a15、b16的相对转动,因而受到破碎器a15、b16的破碎作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,主要通过破碎辊上的破碎器a、b的相对转动来进行破碎,减少了传统采用挤压破碎而导致过粉碎现象严重的情况,破碎后的产品粒度较为均匀,破碎效果好,而且破碎块a、b的预破碎有效的提高了工作效率。

  1. 一种煤块破碎机械装置,包括机体、破碎架a、破碎架b和破碎辊,其特征在于:所述机体的前侧通过轴承连接有进料主通道,所述进料主通道的两侧连接有分通道a和分通道b,所述分通道a、b分别连接设置于机体两侧的破碎架a和破碎架b,所述机体内设有一破碎腔,所述破碎腔内设置有一组相对称的破碎辊,每个破碎辊的底部均连接从动轮,从动轮连接主动轮,所述主动轮连接机体后侧的动力设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤块破碎机械装置,其特征在于:所述破碎架a、b上分别安装有破碎块a和破碎块b。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤块破碎机械装置,其特征在于:两个破碎辊的辊面上分别设置有破碎器a和破碎器b。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种煤块破碎机械装置,其特征在于:所述破碎器a、b为交错设置。
