随着数据信息编码技术的快速发展,以及用户终端的处理能力的提高,数据信息处理模式也发生较大的变化,众所周知的条形码出现后,随着基于条形码技术的应用系统不断完善,带来产品流通领域的巨大变革,二维码出现于上世纪八十年代,但因个人终端缺乏高效、系统、专用的管理工具而长期不能广泛使用,国内直到出现微信、支付宝等应用程序的部分功能使用二维码,才使得更多的用户可以利用二维码,我国拥有自主知识产权、可加载更大信息量的三维码更是因个人处理系统的匮乏而更多的停留在应用展望阶段,可见识别码技术的利用挖掘,严重依赖于用户识别码处理系统的跟进,现阶段仍缺少用户终端的更为系统化、体验更好的专用的识别码处理系统程序,建立识别码处理系统的技术难点在于,识别码不同于条形码,可包含的数据信息从文件格式和类别到数据量都有较大差异,难于用简单格式处理内容差异大的识别码数据,更难于在用户终端本地进行统一管理。
用户目前仍难更便捷地获取、识别、保存并使用广泛存在的二维码,例如微信、支付宝的扫码功能,更多地为实现微信号关注、支付链接而存在,信息内容也多局限于地址链接,解码后的信息无法进行自定义处理、保存与操作; 目前个人终端难以实现对本地显示的识别码进行快速识别,同时对其它媒介所显示的识别码扫码后不能便捷地保存原识别码,不便于直接利用原识别码进行快速分享,识别码的信息交换链到此中断;不能对解码生成的文件进行智能分析标记、自定义处理,也不能实现有效管理与便捷操作;在扫描获取识别码后,如因网络问题、用户时间问题不能即时处理时,缺乏更多的中间过渡处理方法;由于识别码的数据信息被图像所替代,病毒及恶意软件有了一定的伪装,用户扫码过程中存在较大的安全隐患。
现有个人终端的信息处理方式都是零散分布并割裂式管理,通讯方式之间缺乏整合与关联;信息获取过于依赖互联网检索和网络环境,信息管理方式滞后,制约了用户终端设备通讯效率和信息处理能力。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提出一种识别码智能分析处理系统及其处理方法,解决上述背景技术的问题、改善技术不足的识别码智能分析处理的系统及其处理方法。

进一步地,还包括一中间处理模块,用以处理获取原码至生成所述信息卡的中间过程,用以获取保管原码,用以在对原码进行识别及解码、智能分析、标记、创建关联、安全扫描、生成信息卡过程的断续或连贯的处理与保存。
进一步地,还包括一用户设置模块,用以完成用户在线注册,完成多种信息的录入,便于用户在生成识别码的过程中引用相关设定内容,用户根据喜好、习惯或需要,在用户终端添加或删除可选功能,同时设定并定义识别生成模块、中间处理模块、处理操作模块中的处理步骤方法及参数。
进一步地,还可包括与用户终端通过互联网建立连接的服务器,用以支持或辅助用户终端完成识别码智能分析处理系统的功能以及存储备份用户数据。

所述分享关联的存在方式包括在信息卡中以分享途径链接形式直观存在以及通过点击识别码图像弹出分享途径选择对话的形式存在。

步骤S16:对识别标记及其连接部分,判断具有可操作项目的部分,创建操作关联;
步骤S17:调用系统存在的安全管理应用程序对所述数据信息及链接进行安全扫描。

方式4:系统设定本地信息卡储存容量,在系统达到该设定阀值后,系统提示用户进行清理删除,或自动按用户设定的删除规则进行自动清理删除。

在用户终端具备摄像头、图像处理模块的情况下,使得用户终端获得对多种识别码的识别、处理与自定义功能,如用户终端可不再局限于扫码,还可直接识别本地显示的识别码,并可进行原码的复制保存,实现了用户对原码的延续使用和更简捷的分享,如在分享过程,可直接对原码进行分享操作,也可在信息卡中存在多种链接及附加码,通过大码套小码或链接的连环信息呈现方式,实现信息的多层级延伸扩展。
本发明可调用安全管理程序实现对识别码及其包含的信息、链接进行安全扫描,降低用户使用识别码的安全风险。
本发明利用中间处理模块,用户在获取识别码后有一个过渡保存与处理的选择,如用户没时间或网络不便时,也在是在对识别码的处理过程中,可直观判断其利用价值及安全程度,进而选择删除,减少网络风险与无价值操作。
本发明通过多种算法和逻辑比对,对识别码解码后可能存在的复杂多样的内容,进行识别与切分,对连通段内容按系统标准分别赋予识别标记,并对通讯对象、通讯方式、操作对象创建操作关联,形成信息抽取与操作的基础,再自动匹配信息卡格式模版,抽取不同字段完成信息卡的格式对应;智能分析处理的有益效果是可以处理内容多样化的识别卡,建立标准模版进行转录,将识别码转译为信息卡,实现了系统化管理;通过系统的智能分析处理,充分利用已知技术优化了识别码交换处理模式,形成一站式的识别码处理,进一步挖掘了识别码的应用价值,尤其如三维码,使之得以更广泛的推广应用,大大丰富了信息交流的途径与应用场景。

在本实施例中,在所述识别生成模块及中间处理模块的操作步骤中,还可包括:
在生成信息卡前,检索数据信息中的联系方式和/或联系信息;
将检索出的联系方式和/或联系信息导入终端机的通讯录、导入通讯应用的通讯录;
如,长乐海鲜餐厅,电话:0591-8888888,地址:长乐滨海工业园区;
当然,用户也可在查看信息卡片过程中,完成上述检索、导入的动作。
在本实施例中,还包括处理操作模块,其中包含处理功能单元和操作功能单元。
所述处理功能单元的备注信息卡方法步骤:用户在信息卡UI中进行自定义备注操作,备注内容包含以下一项或多项:添加或更改标题、说明、评价、评级、优先级选择;如长乐海鲜餐吧的标题,可添如图3(a)与图3(b)所示的说明评价;
其中,信息卡评级可以是信息卡生成时自带评级(是其他用户的评级,如附图2中的评级B),用户可根据对信息卡内容的综合判断、评价进行评级或用餐后修改评级,如图3(a)与图3(b)中评级B+;
用户根据信息卡的重要性、认可度、预估使用频率或其它因素的一种或多种 进行判断并选择,也可由系统按预设默认优先级自动选择,如图3(a)与图3(b)中的优先级B;优先级是系统保存、检索、清理中的排序依据。
在本实施例中,用户可对信息卡的所有备注内容进行随时修改。
在本实施例中,所述处理功能单元的分类信息卡的操作方法步骤包含以下不定顺序的一个或多个:
用户可所述分类及其下级别分类进行自定义或修改分类,如将商业信息卡改为消费卡,其下分餐厅卡、影院卡、娱乐卡、购物卡;
用户自定义或修改分类及其下级分类所对应的目录顺序,如将最常用的消费卡调到第一顺序位,在其子目录将购物卡调到第一顺序位;
根据用户最新的定义的分类,系统可自动或用户手动进行分类目录、子目录及对应信息卡的排序;
在本实施例中,所述的分类信息卡操作方法步骤还包含以下不定顺序的一个或多个:
用户在完成信息卡备注后进行分类选择,按照分类目录、子目录的顺序进行选择;
用户可随时在信息卡UI对具体信息卡的分类进行修改;
保存分类或保存修改。
在本实施例中,所述处理功能单元的删除信息卡的操作方法步骤包含以下不定顺序的一个或多个:
所述处理功能单元删除信息卡,用户可删除一个或一组、一类或多类信息卡;
在本实施例中,用户可设定本地中间处理模块及信息卡储存容量,如在系统达到该设定阀值后,系统提示用户进行清理删除,或系统自动按用户设定的删除规则进行自动清理删除;
如用户可设定中间处理模块储存容量上限为50MB,系统信息卡储存容量上限为2GB。
在本实施例中,所述处理功能单元保存信息卡,用户在完成每个步骤进行保存,也可以是连续完成多个步骤后的最终保存处理;
在本实施例中,所述处理功能单元检索查看信息卡,可检索查看信息卡,对信息卡查看后选择删除或继续,可对信息卡进行备注或修改备注,用户可修改信息卡分类;
在本实施例中,处理功能单元检索查看信息卡,用户可对信息卡上显示的附加码进行点击并识别,生成新的信息卡;
在本实施例中,检索查看信息卡可通过以下一个或多个方式操作:用户可通过分类目录手动查找、查看本地储存的信息卡;用户可通过系统智能搜索功能,在检索对话框输入标题或内容,检索出一个或多个目标信息卡;用户可在线检索互联网上包含指定标题或内容并带有三维码、二维码的网页进行查看。
在本实施例中,所述操作功能单元包括通讯操作和分享操作,其中
所述通讯操作,用户在所显示的本地信息卡UI,对所包含的通讯方式关联进行点击,如点击图3(a)与图3(b)所示的长乐海鲜吧的电话号码0591—888888,点击后系统跳转到关联所对应的通讯UI并对通讯对象执行通讯操作,完成该通讯方式关联的操作后,系统提示用户选择留在当前界面或返回信息卡显示界面;
在本实施例中,所述分享操作,在所显示的本地信息卡UI,对所包含的分享关联进行点击,弹出分享途径选择的对话进行选择操作,如在图3(a)与图3(b)所示的原码图像上长按即可弹出识别或分享的操作选择,或点击图3(a) 与图3(b)所示QQ、微信、空间的分享途径链进行操作,对原码(三维码、二维码)和\或信息卡其它内容进行分享操作;
当然,也可由其它终端对信息卡UI上的原码进行扫描识别,实现分享;
用户点击后系统跳转到分享关联\链接对应的终端应用界面并选择执行分享指令,完成该分享关联的操作后,系统提示用户选择留在当前界面或返回信息卡显示界面。
在本实施例中,所述用户设置模块,设置项目及方法有一下一种或多种:用户在线注册,完成多种信息的录入,便于用户在线生成识别码的过程中引用相关内容;用户根据喜好、习惯或需要,在用户终端添加或删除可选功能,同时设定并定义识别生成模块、中间处理模块、处理操作模块中的处理步骤方法及参数;如可选择中间处理模块、识别码在线制作、信息卡服务器备份同步、系统通信等系统或服务器所提供的可选功能或服务;
如默认的原码处理选择识别生成模块或中间处理模块;信息卡默认的模版选择初始数据信息原貌保存\标记后按格式模版保存\自动选择添加自定义栏目的模版进行保存;设置未分类信息卡的默认保存目录;设定安全扫描调用默认程序;设置信息卡分类;设置储存参数;设置备份与同步、消息接收或发送的设置。
在本实施例中,可包括与用户终端通过互联网连接的服务器,用户可以选择在线完成或通过服务器在线支持下完成所述识别码的识别并生成信息卡;所述信息卡的处理操作;
在系统对原码的识别生成过程中,对初始数据信息的智能分析判断、标记,通过服务器在线辅助完成,会提高识别效率和精确度;
当然,基于服务器的强大处理能力,还可帮助用户实现以下一种或多种功能:用户对其所制作或管理的识别码进行管理;可对自己制作的识别码,在不改变识别码图像的情况下,修改该识别码所包含的数据信息内容;用户设置的保存与更新;用户信息卡片的在云端的备份与更新;对进入系统的识别码及包含的信息进行安全扫描,赋予安全标识;对进入系统的识别码及包含的信息进行信誉认证,并添加认证标识;对进入系统服务器的识别码及包含的信息根据所用使用该识别码的用户的评级加权平均进行评级,并添加评级标识;在用户对其所制作的识别码的信息内容进行修改后,对使用该识别码的其他用户推送修改内容,或在用户同步过程中更新内容;在服务器向用户终端推荐、或用户通过服务器向其他用户分享识别码;
用户根据需要,可在终端系统上添加服务器所支持的功能的模块或快捷方式。
通过本实施例可对识别码解码后的数据信息进行智能分析识别、标记、切分、创建关联的处理,使三维码、二维码之类的识别码所包含的内容可以通过系统完成标准化处理,在此基础上实现格式模版的对应,进而实现了用户终端对识别码携带信息的系统化自主管理、实现了识别码的持续分享与传播;尤其是对于智能手机为代表的个人终端,通过将一定数据大小范围内的数据信息(较大信息量的如书籍,可按章节分别生成若干识别码)压缩在识别码内进行数据信息流转,并转换为信息卡进行管理,建立识别码加信息卡的处理架构,使之可能成为个人终端一种数据信息处理可选模式。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的等同变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:包括
    一识别生成模块,用以通过用户终端将原码识别解析,解码为数据信息,并在此基础上生成一种或多种格式模版的信息卡;
    一处理操作模块,用以用户在所述信息卡UI自定义处理或操作,所述自定义处理或操作包括以下两种或多种功能的组合:删除信息卡、备注信息卡、分类信息卡、保存信息卡、检索查看、通讯操作和分享操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:还包括一中间处理模块,用以处理获取原码至生成所述信息卡的中间过程,用以获取保管原码,用以在对原码进行识别及解码、智能分析、标记、创建关联、安全扫描、生成信息卡过程的断续或连贯的处理与保存。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:还包括一用户设置模块,用以完成用户在线注册,完成多种信息的录入,便于用户在生成识别码的过程中引用相关设定内容,用户根据喜好、习惯或需要,在用户终端添加或删除可选功能,同时设定并定义识别生成模块、中间处理模块、处理操作模块中的处理步骤方法及参数。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:还可包括
    与用户终端通过互联网建立连接的服务器,用以支持或辅助用户终端完成识别码智能分析处理系统的功能以及存储备份用户数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述服务器用以用户选择在线完成以下两种或多种功能:
    所述识别码的识别并生成信息卡;
    所述信息卡的处理操作;
    用户对其所制作或管理的识别码进行管理;对自己制作的识别码,在不改变识别码图像的情况下,修改该识别码所包含的数据信息内容;
    用户设置的保存与更新;
    用户信息卡片的备份与更新;
    对进入系统的识别码及包含的信息进行安全扫描,赋予安全标识;
    对进入系统的识别码及包含的信息进行信誉认证,并添加认证标识;
    对进入系统的识别码及包含的信息根据所用使用该识别码的用户的评级加权平均进行评级,并添加评级标识;
    在用户对其所制作的识别码的信息内容进行修改后,对使用该识别码的其他用户推送修改内容,或在用户同步过程中更新内容;
    在服务器向用户终端推荐、或用户通过服务器向其他用户分享识别码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述识别码是系统可识别并包括经过编码技术处理的数据信息内容的三维码、二维码图像,识别码在系统中分为原码与附加码;所述原码为系统通过互联网或其它媒介所获取的原始的所述识别码;所述附加码是经过对原识别码进行识别或扫描解码后的数据信息中包含并显示出的其它三维码、二维码,附加码同样是数据信息的载体,作为原始识别码后续或附加信息的载体,当用户对附加码进行识别解码时,附加码成为其所加载的新的数据信息的原码;所述数据信息为以下一种或多种文件格式:文字、图像、音频、视频文件、动画、通讯方式、一种或多种标识、RUL地址、支付链接、网址链接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述用户终端为用户带有包括成像镜头、具备图形识别处理能力的智能设备,包括电脑、智能手机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述识别生成模块包括识别功能单元以及生成功能单元;
    所述识别功能单元用以对用户终端本地所显示的三维码、二维码通过系统识别并解码为数据信息,对存在于其它设备或媒介上所显示的三维码、二维码通过系统进行扫描、识别并解码为数据信息;同时在识别过程可复制、镜像、截图并保存原码图像;对解码后的数据信息的内容进行分析与逻辑比对,判断识别其存在的文件格式与类别,按照文件格式与类别分别赋予系统识别标记,对标记对应内容进行连接;同时调用系统存在的安全管理应用程序对所述数据信息及链接进行安全扫描;
    所述生成功能单元用以对所述识别功能单元处理后的数据信息,根据系统识别标记,对部分可操作对象建立操作关联,根据数据量及文件格式,自动选择系统存在的信息卡模版,并按照信息的系统识别标记与信息卡模板进行格式化对应,同时可添加自定义信息字段,生成模版格式的信息卡并推送至用户终端显示。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述备注信息卡为用户对识别解码后的数据信息在信息卡中进行自定义备注,备注内容包括:添加或更改标题、说明、评价,评级以及优先级选择;用户可对信息卡的所有备注内容进行修改。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:
    所述评级为用户根据对信息卡内容或体验的综合判断、评价,进行评级或修改评级;信息卡评级包括信息卡生成时自带评级以及用户自己评级;评级分为两个或两个以上的多个级别选项供用户选择;
    所述优先级选择为用户根据包括信息卡的重要性、认可度以及预估使用频率进行判断并选择,优先级分为两个或两个以上的多个级别优先级供用户选择,优先级选择包括系统按预设默认优先级自动选择以及用户自己选择。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述分类信息卡为按照分类将信息卡归入以下一类或多类,并对应建立信息卡分类目录 及子目录:用户信息卡、联系人信息卡、物品信息卡、商业信息卡、知识信息卡;用户可对上述分类及其下级别分类进行分类的修改或建立自定义分类;用户可对具体信息卡的分类进行修改;根据用户最新的定义的分类,系统可自动或用户手动进行分类目录、子目录及对应信息卡的排序。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述用户信息卡为用户所直接管理的信息卡,包括用户本人的信息卡、用户所制作、用户所管理或有关联的其它信息卡、用户所收藏的其它类别信息卡。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述检索查看包括以下一种或多种操作:
    操作1:用户通过分类目录手动查找、查看本地储存的信息卡;
    操作2:用户通过系统智能搜索功能,按标题或内容,检索出一个或多个目标信息卡进行查看;
    操作3:用户在线检索互联网上包含指定标题或内容并带有三维码、二维码的网页进行查看。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述的通讯操作包括以下操作:
    操作1:在所显示的本地信息卡UI,对所包含的通讯方式关联进行点击;所述通讯方式包括:电话、网络电话、短信、微信、QQ、邮件、Facebook、钉钉、APP;所述通讯方式还包括用户通过支付链接进行在线支付的操作、通过用户终端所支持的功能或程序、通过Web链接实现的通讯方式;
    操作2:系统跳转到关联所对应的通讯UI并对通讯对象执行通讯操作;
    操作3:完成该通讯方式关联的操作后,系统提示用户选择留在当前界面或返回信息卡显示界面。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述的分享操作包括以下操作:
    操作1:在所显示的本地信息卡UI,对所包含的分享关联进行点击,对原码、信息卡其它内容进行分享发送;
    操作2:系统跳转到终端对应的分享关联应用界面并选择执行分享指令;
    操作3:完成该分享关联的操作后,系统提示用户选择留在当前界面或返回信息卡显示界面;
    其中,所述分享的方式包括通过互联网模式进行:短信、微信、QQ、邮件、Facebook、钉钉、博客、网络空间、本系统的其它用户;所述分享还包括通过近场通信技术完成:WIFI、Bluetooth、NFC、红外通讯、ZigBee;所述分享还包括由其它终端对信息卡UI上的原码进行扫描识别,实现分享;
    所述分享关联的存在方式包括:在信息卡中以分享途径链接形式直观存在、通过点击识别码图像弹出分享途径选择对话的形式存在。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统,其特征在于:所述的格式模版包括:
    格式模板1:用户终端显示解码后的数据信息原貌;
    格式模板2:用户终端显示添加了标记、操作关联的数据信息;
    格式模板3:用户终端显示添加了标记、操作关联、自定义字段与栏目的数据信息。
  17. 一种基于权利要求1所述的识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    步骤S1:对原码进行识别操作;
    步骤S2:生成一种或多种格式模版的信息卡;
    步骤S3:用户在所述信息卡UI自定义处理或操作。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于:步骤S1具体包括以下一个或多个步骤:
    步骤S11:对用户终端本地显示的原码,通过识别功能单元,进行读取、识别并解码为数据信息;
    步骤S12:对存在于其它设备或媒介上显示出来的原码通过识别功能单元进行扫描、识别并解码为数据信息;
    步骤S13:对原识别码进行镜像、截图或复制并保存;
    步骤S14:对所述数据信息进行分析与逻辑比对,判断识别存在的文件格式与类别,按照文件格式与类别分别赋予系统识别标记;
    步骤S15:对识别标记所对应的部分,分别进行内容连接,切分为一个或多个不同标记的段落;
    步骤S16:对识别标记及其连接部分,判断具有可操作项目的部分,创建操作关联;
    步骤S17:调用系统存在的安全管理应用程序对所述数据信息及链接进行安全扫描。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于:步骤S2具体包括以下一个或多个步骤:
    步骤S21:对信息卡检索出所述内容标记中的联系对象、联系方式、联系信息进行抽取;
    步骤S22:提示用户选择与操作,是否将检索出的所述联系对象、联系方式、联系信息导入终端机的通讯录、本地通讯软件的通讯录;
    步骤S23:根据数据大小及文件格式与类别,自动选择系统存在的信息卡模版,并按照数据信息的系统识别标记与信息卡模板进行格式化对应;
    步骤S24:添加两个或多个自定义项目,所述自定义项目包括标题、原码、信息卡备注栏目;
    步骤S25:生成相应模版格式内容的信息卡并推送至用户终端显示。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3具体包括:包括以下两种或多种功能的组合:删除信息卡、备注信息卡、分类信息卡、保存信息卡、检索查看、通讯操作和分享操作。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于:所述删除信息卡包括以下一种或多种方式:
    方式1:用户对保存在中间处理模块的原码及其中间数据信息进行删除,包括是用户手动删除以及系统按用户设定自动删除、定期清理删除;
    方式2:在信息卡生成后,用户根据所显示的信息内容,选择放弃保存信息卡并删除相关信息,或在查看过程删除该信息卡;
    方式3:在用户检索查看本地所储存的信息卡的过程中,删除一个或一组、一类或多类信息卡;
    方式4:系统设定本地信息卡储存容量,在系统达到该设定阀值后,系统提示用户进行清理删除,或自动按用户设定的删除规则进行自动清理删除。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的一种识别码智能分析处理系统的处理方法,其特征在于:所述保存信息卡具体为用户在完成每个步骤进行保存操作或者用户连续完成多个步骤后进行保存。
