Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Bestinnnnung einer Höhe (h) eines Fahrzeugfahrgestells (50) relativ zu einer Komponente (60) einer Radaufhängung ist offenbart, wobei die Komponente (60) sich bei einer Änderung der Höhe (h) bewegt. Die Vorrichtung umfasst zumindest einen ersten Beschleunigungssensor (110), der an der Komponente (60) der Radaufhängung anbringbar und ausgebildet ist, um einen Beschleunigungswert (a1) zu erfassen. Die Vorrichtung umfasst weiter eine Auswerteeinheit (200) zum Berechnen der Höhe (h) des Fahrgestells (50) basierend auf dem erfassten Beschleunigungswert (a1).
