所述的绕线器还包括:绕线器盖13;所述绕线器盖13扣合在绕线器上壳11和绕线器下壳12上,与所述绕线器下壳12的下基板1202连接。
所述下基板1202由第一层基板12021和第二层基板12022构成阶梯型结构;所述第一层基板包括固定卡120211;所述下基板1202通过固定卡120211与所述绕线器盖13卡接。
绕线器上壳11还包括一个第三柱体1105,第三柱体1105位于第一柱体1101内与第一线头放置槽1103底部连接,第三柱体1105和上基板1102的轴心相同。所述绕线器下壳12还包括一个第四柱体1205,第四柱体1205位于第二柱体1201内部,第四柱体1205与下基板1202的轴心相同,第四柱体1205可以与下基板1202直接相连。另外,第二线头放置槽1203也可以穿透第二柱体1201的两端,则此种结构下,第四柱体1205可以位于第二线头放置槽1203的顶部。
在绕线器上壳11和绕线器下壳12卡接时,第三柱体1105与下基板的第四柱体1205相连接。其中,第三柱体1105和第四柱体1205可以是尺寸 相同的柱体,则两者直接连接,第三柱体1105和第四柱体1205也可以是插针和插孔的形式,在绕线器上壳11和绕线器下壳12卡接时,第三柱体1105插入第四柱体1205内。
所述第一柱体1101和第二柱体1201为尺寸相同的圆柱体;所述上基板1102和下基板1202为圆形。所述上基板1102的直径大于所述第一柱体1101的底面的直径,且所述上基板1102的直径小于所述下基板1202的第二层基板12022的直径。
所述绕线器盖13的底面为圆形,所述绕线器盖13的底面的直径大于所述上基板1102的直径,且所述绕线器盖13的底面的直径等于所述下基板1202的第二层基板12022的直径。
所述第一线头放置槽1103的形状与数据线一端的数据线头的形状相同,例如采用第一线头放置槽1103放置数据线与移动设备连接的数据线头,则第一线头放置槽1103与连接移动设备的数据线头的形状相同,若第一线头放置槽1103放置数据线的USB型数据线头,则第一线头放置槽1103与USB型数据线头的形状相同。
所述第二线头放置槽1203的尺寸大于数据线的USB型数据头的尺寸,以能够在第二线头放置槽1203中放置USB型数据头。
在采用绕线器收纳数据线时,可以将数据线的一个数据线头如插入USB插孔的USB型数据线头,置于第二线头放置槽1203内,然后将数据线部分缠绕在第二柱体1201中,另一部分缠绕在第一柱体1101中,并将数据线的另一个数据线头如连接移动设备的数据线头,放置于第一线头放置槽1103。旋转绕线器上壳11,使得绕线器上壳11的限位卡1104通过所述卡槽12041进入所述限位槽1204内,从而绕线器上壳11和绕线器下壳12扣合,之后限位卡1104可以在所述限位槽1204内移动,使得绕线器上壳11的第一线头放置槽1103和绕线器下壳12的第二线头放置槽1203的位置发生渐进变化,即通过调整限位卡1104在所述限位槽1204内位置可以改变第一线头放置槽1103和第二线头放置槽1203的相对位置。在两者相对位置变化的过程中,数据线可以在第一柱体1101和第二柱体1201上缠绕,直到数据线缠绕完毕,此时数据线的两头固定在第一线头放置槽1103和第二线头放置槽1203中,从而通过绕线器能够有效收纳数据线且保证绕线整齐,防止数据线 由于折叠而造成损坏。
然后将绕线器盖13扣合在绕线器上壳11和绕线器下壳12上,与所述绕线器下壳12的下基板1202连接,使得数据线的两头都能置于绕线器盖内,免于磨损,保证产品质量。下基板1202通过固定卡120211与绕线器盖13卡接使得绕线器盖13和下基板1202的连接更稳固。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种绕线器,其特征在于,包括:绕线器上壳和绕线器下壳;
    所述绕线器上壳包括第一柱体、上基板和第一线头放置槽;所述第一柱体的一端和上基板连接,所述上基板的凹槽和第一柱体的凹槽连接构成第一线头放置槽;
    所述绕线器下壳包括第二柱体、下基板和第二线头放置槽;所述第二柱体的一端和下基板连接,所述第二柱体连接下基板一侧的凹槽构成第二线头放置槽;
    所述绕线器上壳的第一柱体卡接所述绕线器下壳的第二柱体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述绕线器上壳还包括至少一个限位卡,所述限位卡与所述第一柱体的另一端的内壁连接;所述绕线器下壳还包括:限位槽,所述限位槽与所述第二柱体的另一端的内壁连接;
    所述第一柱体的限位卡卡接所述第二柱体的限位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述限位槽包括与限位卡连接的至少一个卡槽;所述限位卡通过所述卡槽进入所述限位槽内,在所述限位槽内移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述的绕线器还包括:绕线器盖;
    所述绕线器盖扣合在绕线器上壳和绕线器下壳上,与所述绕线器下壳的下基板卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述下基板由第一层基板和第二层基板构成阶梯型结构;所述第一层基板包括固定卡;
    所述下基板通过固定卡与所述绕线器盖卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述第一柱体和第二柱体为尺寸相同的圆柱体;所述上基板和下基板为圆形。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述上基板的直径大于所述第一柱体的底面的直径,且所述上基板的直径小于所述下基板的第二层基板的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述绕线器盖的底面 为圆形,所述绕线器盖的底面的直径大于所述上基板的直径,且所述绕线器盖的底面的直径等于所述下基板的第二层基板的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述第一线头放置槽的形状与数据线一端的数据线头的形状相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线器,其特征在于,所述第二线头放置槽的尺寸大于数据线的USB型数据线头的尺寸。
