现有技术中为了使指甲上的指甲油快速变干,使用指甲油风干机或指甲油烘干机,现有的指甲油风干机包括电机和直接固定在电机的输出轴上的风叶,风叶包括几个间隔布置的叶片,叶片一般为三个,三个叶片形成板状结构。指甲油风干机的出风口设置在风叶位置处,风叶转动吹出的风朝向出风口以便风干指甲上的指甲油。电机安装固定在指甲油风干机的壳体内部,进风口设置在指甲油风干机的壳体的其他位置处,这样风叶转动,使得壳体外部的空气通过进风口进入到壳体内,在由壳体的空腔经过电机到达风叶位置,通过风叶的转动形成气流。但是,风叶转动时把从进风口吸入的空气一部分从出风口位置吹出,一部分吹向壳体内部四周,这样就减弱了气流的强度,从而使得风叶吹出的风减小,进而对指甲上的指甲油的风干效果不好。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对指甲上的指甲油风干效果好的指甲油风干机。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种指甲油风干机,包括电机、固定在所述电机的输出轴上的风叶、与所述电机电性连接的电池以及与所述电池电性连接的照明指示灯,所述指甲油风干机还包括用于封闭所述风叶的封闭装置,所述封闭装置设置有与所述指甲油风干机的进风口连通的进风通道和与所述指甲油风干机的出风口连通的出风通道。
优选的,所述封闭装置包括用于放置所述风叶的风槽,所述风叶可在所述风槽内转动。风槽适合风叶大小设置,风叶可在风槽内自由转动,通过风槽对风叶吹风的限制,使得风叶吹风效果更好。
优选的,所述封闭装置还包括封闭所述风槽的开口的风槽盖,所述风槽盖设置有所述的进风通道。
优选的,所述风槽设置在固定架上,所述风槽盖通过螺钉固定在所述固定架上。螺钉固定牢固、方便拆卸和安装,固定架固定在指甲油风干机的壳体上, 把风叶和电机固定在固定架上并由风槽盖封闭,从而使得风叶和电机形成一个整体,这样就方便安装固定风叶,以及方便设置风叶的吹风方向。
优选的,所述风槽盖设置有用于放置在所述固定架上的凸沿。风槽盖设置凸沿放置在固定架上使得风槽盖和固定架之间接触面增加,实现定位,以便再通过螺钉固定。
优选的,所述封闭装置包括用于放置所述电机的电机槽。电机安放在电机槽内对电机进行定位,以便电机固定更加牢固。
优选的,所述指甲油风干机在所述出风口位置设置有用于放置手指的放置位。方便使用者把手指放置在放置位,以便风干手指上的指甲油。
优选的,所述指甲油风干机还包括固定在所述放置位的放置壳,所述指甲油风干机的开关设置在所述放置壳和指甲油风干机的壳体之间,当按压所述放置壳时所述放置壳触发所述开关。这样设置方便使用者控制开关和使用,从而方便使用,节省电量;当需要风干指甲油时把手指放置在放置壳处此时对放置壳产生压力从而触发开关,以便风干指甲油;当指甲油风干后拿开手指放置壳受压消除恢复原状,从而关闭开关,指甲油风干机停止工作。
优选的,所述放置壳和壳体之间设置有弹性件。弹性件具有弹性,弹性件支撑放置壳,对开关起到保护作用。
优选的,所述风叶包括出风片和进风片,所述出风片设置在所述出风口位置处,所述进风片设置在所述进风口位置处,当所述风叶转动时所述进风片从所述进风口吸入空气并直接传递至所述出风片,所述出风片把空气从所述出风口处吹出。指甲油风干机工作,电机驱动风叶转动,风叶转动使得进风片和出风片转动,进风片转动从进风口和进风通道吸入空气,并直接把吸入的空气传递到出风片位置,出风片转动把空气从出风通道和出风口位置处吹出,形成气流;空气从进风口和进风通道进入经过风叶直接到达出风通道和出风口并被吹出,无需经过壳体内的其他位置,也无需经过电机,这样就不会削弱形成的气流强度,从而使得从出风口处吹出的风速大,风干效果好。
本发明的风叶被封闭装置封闭,封闭装置的进风通道与进风口连通,出风通道与出风口连通,从而风叶转动时把空气从进风通道和进风口吸入,并通过出风通道和出风口把空气吹出,在此过程中风叶吹出的风由于有封闭装置阻挡而不会向其他位置吹,这样就不会浪费风叶吹出的风量,不会减小风速,从而对指甲上的指甲油风干效果好。另外,照明指示灯和电池电性连接,能够起到照明的作用,更加方便使用者使用。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种指甲油风干机,包括电机、固定在所述电机的输出轴上的风叶、与所述电机电性连接的电池以及与所述电池电性连接的照明指示灯,所 述指甲油风干机还包括用于封闭所述风叶的封闭装置,所述封闭装置设置有与所述指甲油风干机的进风口连通的进风通道和与所述指甲油风干机的出风口连通的出风通道。本发明的风叶被封闭装置封闭,封闭装置的进风通道与进风口连通,出风通道与出风口连通,从而风叶转动时把空气从进风通道和进风口吸入,并通过出风通道和出风口把空气吹出,在此过程中风叶吹出的风由于有封闭装置阻挡而不会向其他位置吹,这样就不会浪费风叶吹出的风量,不会减小风速,从而对指甲上的指甲油风干效果好。另外,照明指示灯和电池电性连接,能够起到照明的作用,更加方便使用者使用。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
需要说明书的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样的结构在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”及其任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。
本发明公开一种指甲油风干机,如图1至7所示,包括壳体100、固定在所述壳体100内的电机300、电池400、开关500和固定在所述电机300的输出轴310上的风叶200,电池400与金属的弹片500接触,弹片500通过导线分别与电机300、开关500电性连接,电池100为指甲油风干机10供电,通过开关500控制指甲油风干机10的开和关。指甲油风干机还包括用于封闭风叶200的封闭装置,该封闭装置包括固定架120和风槽盖140,其中,电机和风叶安装在固定架120内并由风槽盖140封闭。
本实施例指甲油风干机的壳体上还安装有与电池400电性连接的照明指示灯(图中未示出),起到照明作用,通过该照明指示灯更加方便使用者使用。
如图2所示,所述壳体100设置有进风口111和出风口121,其中,出风口12位于固定架120上,固定架120是壳体100的一部分,壳体100还包括上壳110和下壳130,固定架120安装固定在上壳110和下壳130之间。且进风口111 设置在上壳110上。封闭装置包括与进风口111连通的进风通道141和与出风口121连通的出风通道。本实施例进风通道141设置在风槽盖140上,出风通道和出风口为同一结构,即出风通道是出风口。这是封闭装置气流流通的一种具体方式。
在本实施例中,在指甲油风干机10设置有用于放置所述电机300的电机槽123和用于放置所述风叶200的风槽122,参见图5和图6所示,具体是,风槽122和电机槽123都位于固定架120上。设置电机槽对电机起到限位作用,以便电机固定更加牢固;风槽适合风叶大小设置,风叶可在风槽内自由转动,通过风槽对风叶吹风的限制,使得风叶吹风效果更好。所述出风口121位于所述风槽122的侧壁处,当把上壳和固定架安装固定后,所述进风口位于所述风槽122的开口处。设置风槽122和电机槽123还防止从进风口进入到壳体内的空气向四周扩散,从而把空气限制在风槽内以便从出风口向外吹出。参见图2和图4,风槽盖140封闭风槽122的开口,风槽盖140的进风通道141与所述进风片210相对应。通过风槽盖140封闭风槽122对风槽122内的空气的限制效果更好。
在本实施例中,风槽盖140通过螺钉固定在所述固定架120上,螺钉固定牢固、方便拆卸和安装,参见图3至图6,固定架120设置有第一螺丝孔124,对应的,风槽盖140设置有与第一螺丝孔对应的第二螺丝孔142,第一螺丝孔和第二螺丝孔通过螺钉串接。固定架120固定在指甲油风干机10的上壳110和下壳130之间,把风叶200和电机300固定在固定架120上并由风槽盖140封闭,从而使得风叶200和电机300形成一个整体,这样就方便安装固定风叶,以及方便设置风叶200的吹风方向。
在本实施例中,所述风槽盖140设置有用于放置在所述固定架120上的凸沿。风槽盖设置凸沿放置在固定架上使得风槽盖和固定架之间接触面增加,实现定位,以便再通过螺钉固定。
如图7所示风叶的结构示意图,所述风叶200包括出风片220和进风片210,把风叶固定在壳体100内部时,所述出风片220设置在所述出风口121位置处, 所述进风片210设置在所述进风口110位置处,当所述风叶200转动时所述进风片210从所述进风口吸入空气并直接传递至所述出风片220,在进风片210把吸入的空气传递至出风片220之间无外物阻挡,进而所述出风片220直接把空气从所述出风口121处吹出。本发明风叶转动时产生的气流流通顺畅,无外物阻挡,从而可以增加流动速度和风量,进而使得指甲油风干机对指甲的风干效果更佳。
如图7所示,风叶200的整体为圆柱体结构,其中,风叶200的转轴240位于风叶200的中心位置处,所述转轴240和所述输出轴固定连接,转轴240上设置有轴孔250,电机上的输出轴插入到轴孔内与风叶实现固定连接;结合图2和图3,电机300上的输出轴310插入到轴孔250内与风叶200实现固定连接,从电机300的输出轴310驱动风叶200。
风叶200还包括圆环形结构的限风圈230,所述进风片210一端和所述限风圈230固定连接,所述进风片210另一端和所述风叶200的转轴240连接,在转轴240周围设置多个均匀布置的进风片210,并在转轴240外围设置限风圈230,这样进风片210就位于限风圈230和转轴240之间,风叶200转动时限风圈230就防止进风片210吸入的空气向四周传播,从而使得进风片210吸风效果更好。
如图5和图7所示,限风圈230包括内环面260、外环面270、第一面280和与所述第一面280相对的第二面290,所述内环面260、第一面280、外环面270和第二面290首位相连。所述进风片210和所述内环面260固定连接,所述进风片210在所述第一面280形成的平面内或和所述第一面280形成的平面贴合,即进风片未凸出第一面,本实施例中,进风片210和第一面280形成的平面贴合;当所述风叶200固定在所述壳体内时所述第一面靠近所述进风口,这样设置防止进风片210凸出限风圈230的第一面280,从而使得限风圈230防止进风片210吸入的风向四周传播的效果最佳。当然,把限风圈设置在进风片的中间位置或其他位置也是可以的,只是一旦进风片向第一面方向凸出进风片吸 入的空气有一部分就会从限风圈第一面上向四周扩散,从而限风效果不佳。
风叶200的出风片220与进风片210一体设置,生产过程中一体成型,出风片220位于进风片210的另一端的端部位置处,以便吹风。且出风片220与第二面290固定连接,具体是一体设置,生产过程也是一体成型,这样进风片210、出风片220及限风圈230三者一体成型,结构强度大。进风片210吸入的空气经过进风片210直接到达出风片220位置,通过出风片220的作用使得空气直接从出风口向外吹出,这样空气从进风口进入壳体内经过风叶直接到达出风口,对形成气流的阻碍大大减少,从而增加气流强度,增加吹风速度,风干效果更佳。而且出风片和第二面固定连接,增加出风片强度。
在本实施例中,进风片210从所述内环面260向所述第二面290方向凸出,进风片210从内环面260向第二面290方向凸出增加进风片210的大小,从而使得进风片210的吸风能力,进而增加出风量,使得风干效果更好。
如图1和图2所示,壳体100在所述出风口121位置设置有用于放置手指的放置位170,方便使用者把手指放置在放置位170,以便风干手指上的指甲油。所述壳体100包括固定在所述放置位170的放置壳160,所述指甲油风干机100的开关700设置在所述壳体100和放置壳160之间。
本实施例的开关700安装固定在下壳130上,由放置壳160覆盖,放置壳160固定在下壳上,且由两个弹性件600连接,当按压所述放置壳160时两个弹性件600形变收缩,使得所述放置160壳触发所述开关700;弹性件具有弹性,弹性件600支撑放置壳160,对开关起700到保护作用。这样设置方便使用者控制开关700和使用,当需要风干指甲油时把手指放置在放置壳160处此时对放置壳160产生压力从而触发开关700,以便风干指甲油;当指甲油风干后拿开手指放置壳160受压消除弹性件恢复顶起放置壳160,进而使得放置壳触发开关700的作用力消失,开关700断开,从而关闭开关,指甲油风干机停止工作。这种需要风干指甲油时通过把有需要风干的指甲放置在放置壳位置即可触发开关,这样不仅方便控制,而且节省电量。这是触发开关的一种具体方式,当然, 也可以通过其他方式设置开关。
本实施例弹性件为弹簧,弹簧弹性好,强度大,支撑力度大。当然,也可以设置其他具有弹性的,比如海绵。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种指甲油风干机,其特征在于,包括电机、固定在所述电机的输出轴上的风叶、与所述电机电性连接的电池以及与所述电池电性连接的照明指示灯,所述指甲油风干机还包括用于封闭所述风叶的封闭装置,所述封闭装置设置有与所述指甲油风干机的进风口连通的进风通道和与所述指甲油风干机的出风口连通的出风通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述封闭装置包括用于放置所述风叶的风槽,所述风叶可在所述风槽内转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述封闭装置还包括封闭所述风槽的开口的风槽盖,所述风槽盖设置有所述的进风通道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述风槽设置在固定架上,所述风槽盖通过螺钉固定在所述固定架上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述风槽盖设置有用于放置在所述固定架上的凸沿。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述封闭装置包括用于放置所述电机的电机槽。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述指甲油风干机在所述出风口位置设置有用于放置手指的放置位。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述指甲油风干机还包括固定在所述放置位的放置壳,所述指甲油风干机的开关设置在所述放置壳和指甲油风干机的壳体之间,当按压所述放置壳时所述放置壳触发所述开关。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述放置壳和壳体之间设置有弹性件。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的指甲油风干机,其特征在于,所述风叶包括出风片和进风片,所述出风片设置在所述出风口位置处,所述进风片设置在所述进 风口位置处,当所述风叶转动时所述进风片从所述进风口吸入空气并直接传递至所述出风片,所述出风片把空气从所述出风口处吹出。
