本发明涉及射频激光器,具体涉及带有通水阀块的射频激光器。
背景技术
目前市场上存在的传统的射频激光器都不具有通水阀块。
没有安装通水阀块的射频激光器主要存在以下缺陷:
(1)冷却水管接口多,杂乱无章,
(2)冷却水管靠焊接密封,给激光器带来局部应力,影响激光器的精度、功率、寿命,
(3)加工与安装成本高。
发明内容
鉴于上述背景情况,本发明提供一种带有通水阀块的射频激光器
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种带有通水阀块的射频激光器,包括射频激光器和通水阀块,通水阀块还包括水嘴、水道、密封圈等。
优选地,带有通水阀块的射频激光器包括射频激光器和通水阀块。
优选地,在射频激光器上安装有通水阀块。
优选地,通水阀块还包括水嘴、进出水道、密封圈和与冷却水管相匹配的通道。
优选地,冷却水管的密封由密封胶圈完成。
优选地,通水阀块就是射频激光器冷却水管接口的集成,变散乱为一体。
与传统的射频激光器相比,上述配置的带有通水阀块的射频激光器中,有如下优点:所有冷却水管接口都集中安装在通水阀块上,无需焊接,省时省力,密封胶圈密封,简单快捷效果好,外形美观,还摒弃了传统射频激光器的各种不利因素。

以下结合附图来详细描述本发明的示例实施例的带有通水阀块的射频激光器。
图1示出了根据本发明的示例实施例的通水阀块应用在射频激光器上的(局部)剖视图。
图2示出了根据本发明的示例实施例的带有通水阀块的射频激光器的水冷系统(局部)轴测图。
如图1所示,正极板6上的冷却水管5和负极板7上的冷却水管8分别通过激光器壳体4上的相应孔穿出,然后在冷却水管5上套上密封圈3,在冷却水管8上套上密封圈9,接着将通水阀块1的管孔与冷却水管(5、8)对齐推入,密封圈3、9入位,锁紧通水阀块1,再将水嘴2安装到位,完毕。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种带有通水阀块的射频激光器,包括射频激光器和通水阀块,通水阀块还包括水嘴、水道、密封圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有通水阀块的射频激光器,其特征在于:在射频激光器上安装有通水阀块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有通水阀块的射频激光器,其特征在于:通水阀块还包括水嘴、进出水道、密封圈和与冷却水管相匹配的通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带有通水阀块的射频激光器,其特征在于,冷却水管的密封由密封胶圈完成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带有通水阀块的射频激光器,其特征在于,通水阀块就是射频激光器冷却水管接口的集成,变散乱为一体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带有通水阀块的射频激光器,其特征在于,该射频激光器采用了能够将冷却水管接口集成为一体的通水阀块。
