Abstract
Description
例えば、「ある方向に」、「ある方向に沿って」、「平行」、「直交」、「中心」、「同心」或いは「同軸」等の相対的或いは絶対的な配置を表す表現は、厳密にそのような配置を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の角度や距離をもって相対的に変位している状態も表すものとする。
例えば、「同一」、「等しい」及び「均質」等の物事が等しい状態であることを表す表現は、厳密に等しい状態を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の差が存在している状態も表すものとする。
例えば、四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表す表現は、幾何学的に厳密な意味での四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表すのみならず、同じ効果が得られる範囲で、凹凸部や面取り部等を含む形状も表すものとする。
一方、一の構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は、「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。

Claims (13)
- 遠心圧縮機のスクロール流路を形成するスクロールケーシングであって、
前記スクロール流路の断面において、前記遠心圧縮機の径方向における前記スクロール流路の内側端をEi、前記遠心圧縮機の軸方向における前記スクロール流路の最大流路高さHmaxの中間点をMhとすると、
前記スクロール流路は、巻始めと巻終わりの接続位置より上流側の少なくとも一部の区間において、前記径方向において前記内側端Eiがディフューザ出口より内側に位置するとともに前記軸方向において前記内側端Eiが前記中間点Mhよりも後側に位置する剥離抑制断面を有するスクロールケーシング。 - 前記スクロール流路におけるスクロール中心周りの角度位置について、前記接続位置を0度とし、前記接続位置に対する前記上流側への角度位置をθとすると、
前記剥離抑制断面は、少なくとも、θ=0度から所定の角度位置までの区間に設けられる請求項1に記載のスクロールケーシング。 - 前記所定の角度位置は、60度以上の角度位置である請求項1又は2に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記剥離抑制断面は、前記所定の角度位置より上流側の区間には設けられていない請求項2又は3に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記所定の角度位置は、60度以上150度以下の角度位置である請求項4に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記スクロール流路は、前記所定の角度位置より上流側において、円形断面を有する区間を含む請求項2乃至5の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記スクロール流路のうちθ=0度から前記所定の角度位置までの区間の少なくとも一部において、上流側から前記接続位置に向かうにつれて前記剥離抑制断面の前記内側端Eiが前記軸方向における後側にシフトする請求項2乃至6の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記スクロール流路のうちθ=0度から前記所定の角度位置までの区間の少なくとも一部において、前記内側端Eiと前記軸方向における前記スクロール流路の前側端Efとを接続する流路壁部は、前記剥離抑制断面の断面中心側に向かって凸となる曲面部を有する請求項2乃至7の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記曲面部は、前記スクロール流路の上流側から前記接続位置に向かうにつれて曲率半径が小さくなるように形成される請求項8に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記スクロール流路の断面において、前記径方向における前記スクロール流路の最大流路幅Wmaxの中間点Mwを通り前記軸方向に平行な直線をLz、前記中間点Mhを通り前記径方向に平行な直線をLrとし、前記剥離抑制断面を前記直線Lzと前記直線Lrとによって四つの領域に区分した場合、
前記四つの領域のうち、前記直線Lzと前記直線Lrとの交点Cよりも前記径方向における外側且つ前記軸方向における前側に位置する領域に属する流路壁部は、第1の曲率半径R1を有する円弧部を含み、
前記四つの領域のうち、前記交点Cよりも前記径方向における内側且つ前記軸方向における前側に位置する領域に属する流路壁部は、前記第1の曲率半径R1よりも大きい第2の曲率半径R2を有する円弧部を含み、
前記四つの領域のうち、前記交点Cよりも前記径方向における内側且つ前記軸方向における後側に位置する領域に属する流路壁部は、前記第2の曲率半径R2よりも小さい第3の曲率半径R3を有する円弧部を含む請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。 - 前記スクロール流路のうちθ=0度から前記所定の角度位置までの区間の少なくとも一部において、前記剥離抑制断面の前記内側端Eiと前記中間点Mhとの前記軸方向における距離Δzと、前記最大流路高さHmaxとは、Δz≧0.1×Hmaxを満たす請求項2乃至10の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- 前記スクロール流路4は、前記接続位置から前記スクロール流路の出口に向かうにつれて、前記内側端Eiが軸方向における前側にシフトするように形成されている請求項2乃至11の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシング。
- インペラと、
前記インペラの周囲に配置され前記インペラを通過した流体が流入するスクロール流路を形成するスクロールケーシングと、
を備え、前記スクロールケーシングが請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載のスクロールケーシングである遠心圧縮機。
