Claims (10)
- 一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:洗衣机的内桶底部设有中心孔,所述中心孔的周围设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽上设有连通内桶内部和内桶外部的水流通道,所述环形凹槽内设有能往复运动控制水流通道的通断的密封件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述密封件的上部设有控制密封件向下运动与内桶底和/或环形凹槽底面贴合的弹性件,所述密封件的下部设有控制密封件向上运动与内桶底和/或环形凹槽底面脱离的驱动件。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述密封件外周的上部的直径大于下部的直径,在密封件外周直径突变处形成第一台阶,所述密封件的下部位于环形凹槽内,封闭状态,所述第一台阶与内桶底贴合,密封件的底部端面与所述环形凹槽底面贴合,打开状态,所述第一台阶与内桶底脱离,密封件的底部端面与所述环形凹槽底面脱离。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽内的两个侧面中靠近内桶中心的侧面为第一侧面,远离内桶中心的为第二侧面,密封件下部的外周与所述第二侧面之间和/或密封件下部的内周与第一侧面之间有一定距离,形成环形间隙。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽内的两个侧面中靠近内桶中心的侧面为第一侧面,远离内桶中心的为第二侧面,所述第二侧面自下至上向外倾斜,密封件下部的外周自下至上向外倾斜,所述第二侧面与水平面的夹角大于密封件下部的外周与水平面的夹角。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述水流通道为设置在环形凹槽的底壁上的至少一个缺口,优选所述水流通道还包括设置在环形凹槽的底壁和/或所述环形凹槽远离中心孔的侧壁上的多个出水口。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述驱动件至少部分伸入所述缺口驱动所述密封件,所述驱动件包括杠杆、杠杆的支点和杠杆的驱动部,所述杠杆的支点设置在外桶内的底部,杠杆的中部与支点铰接,杠杆的一端伸入所述缺口位于密封件的下方,杠杆的另一端连接驱动部,优选所述驱动部包括牵引电机、牵引绳和牵引绳的定位块,所述牵引电机设置在外桶外侧壁的下部,所述牵引绳连接牵引电机和杠杆,所述定位块为外桶内壁上的钩状凸起。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述密封件上部或内部设有弹性件的第一安装部,所述环形凹槽靠近内桶中心的侧壁上部设有弹性件的第二安装部,优选所述密封件内部设有第二台阶,所述第二台阶为弹性件的第一安装部,优选所述环形凹槽靠近内桶中心的侧壁围成内桶的中心孔,所述中心孔内设置内桶轴,内桶轴和环形凹槽靠近内桶中心的侧壁通过紧固件连接,所述紧固件超出环形凹槽靠近内桶中心的侧壁外周的部分形成弹性件的第二安装部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种节水洗衣机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述密封件的长度大于等于所述环形凹槽靠近内桶中心的侧壁的长度,所述第二台阶处的直径略大于所述第二安装部的外径,或者所述密封件内部设有第三台阶,所述第三台阶处的直径大于所述第二台阶处的直径,所述第三台阶处的直径略大于所述第二安装部的外径。
- 一种具有权利要求1-9任一所述排水结构的洗衣机。
