L'invention se rapporte au domaine technique des vidéoconférences. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de commande de vidéoconférence. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : une MCU acquiert des informations caractéristiques d'une salle de conférence cible, sélectionne une salle de conférence ayant les mêmes informations caractéristiques que la salle de conférence cible parmi toutes les salles de conférence participant à une vidéoconférence pour produire une liste de salles de conférence, et envoie la liste de salles de conférence produite à la salle de conférence cible. Ainsi, seule une liste de salles de conférence pertinentes est affichée sur une interface de commande de la salle de conférence cible, et l'interface de commande de salle de conférence est simple, facile à utiliser et facile à visualiser.
