本申请要求于2015年10月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为201510737003.8、发明名称为“一种建立连接的方法及移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及无线通信领域,具体主要涉及了一种建立连接的方法及移动终端。
目前,具备通信能力的移动终端的出现大大方便了人们的生活,使人们可以随时随地与他人建立连接,以便进行语音通话。
但是,移动终端却也存在着安全隐患。例如移动终端的所有人在进行重要会议时误接或者误拨了一些重要电话,会造成信息的错误传播甚至导致重大的损失。
本发明提供了一种建立连接的方法及移动终端,可以有效保护与特殊重要联系人的通话安全,防止重要联系人的电话被人恶意拨打或误接听拨打。

可选的,移动终端向用户发出的提示可以为上述提示信息中的一种,也可以是多种。举例来说,用户可以先得到显示屏显示的文字信息,若在一定时间内用户未给予回应,则所述移动终端则会向用户发出语音提示。可选的,用户在得到显示屏显示文字信息的同时信号灯会闪烁给用户以提示。
104、验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配。
105、当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
可以看出,本实施例的方案中,用户通过将特殊重要联系人设置为关键号码,当来电或要拨打的电话被判断为关键号码时,则提示用户进行验证,验证通过才可以建立通话连接,从而有效保证了与特殊重要联系人的通话安全,防止重要联系人的电话被人恶意或误接听。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明的实施例提供的另一种建立连接的方法的流程示意图。其中,如图2所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的另一种建立连接的方法可以包括以下内容:
201、按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码。
其中,移动终端预先设置一个关键号码集合,所述关键号码集合中的号码为关键号码,所述关键号码包括联系人的姓名和电话号码。建立待建立连接的号码与所述关键号码集合中号码的对应关系。
202、获取待建立连接的电话的号码。
203、判断所述号码是否属于关键号码。
其中,判断所述号码是否为关键号码,可以通过比对所述待建立连接的电话号码是否与所述关键号码集合中的号码相匹配,匹配则为关键号码,不匹配则为非关键号码。
可以理解的是,当对所述电话号码与所述关键号码集合中的号码相比对时,可以先将所述待建立连接的号码的联系人的姓名信息与所述关键号码集合中的号码的联系人姓名信息相比对。若相匹配则判断所述号码为关键号码。若不匹配或没有获取到待建立连接的电话的联系人姓名信息,则将待建立连接的电话的电话号码信息与所述关键号码集合中的电话号码信息相比对,若相匹配则判断所述号码为关键号码。
可选的,用户也可以对预先比对的信息进行设置。
举例来说,用户可以设置先比对电话号码信息,再比对联系人姓名信息。
若所述号码为关键号码时,执行步骤204;
若所述号码为非关键号码时,执行步骤207。
204、当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征。
其中,所述生物特征包括指纹、声纹、虹膜中的至少一种。
可选的,所述的生物特征也可以是上述生物特征中的任两种或三种的组合。举例来说,可以提示用户先进行指纹验证,指纹验证通过提示用户进行声纹验证,验证都通过才可进行通话连接。可选的,也可以提示用户先进行指纹验证,若指纹验证通过,则进行通话连接,若指纹验证没有通过则提示用户进行声纹验证,若声纹验证通过则进行通话连接。若声纹验证未通过时,则进行虹膜验证,若虹膜验证通过,则进行通话连接,若仍未通过则拒绝通话连接。这样可以避免由于单一某项生物特征验证失误,而造成通话连接受阻。
其中,所述提示信息可以为声音信息或者显示屏显示的文字信息或者信号灯信息或其他提示信息。
可选的,所述的无线设备向用户发出的提示可以为上述提示信息中的一种,也可以是多种。举例来说,用户可以先得到显示屏显示的文字信息,若在一定时间内用户未给予回应,则所述无线设备则会向用户发出语音提示。可选的,用户在得到显示屏显示文字信息的同时信号灯会闪烁给用户以提示。
205、验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配。
206、当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
其中,当所述电话连接为接听连接时,而所述生物特征验证未通过时,拒绝建立电话连接,并发送预先设置好的文字信息给所述电话的联系人。
可选的,当所述生物特征验证未通过时,手机自动调取摄像机功能,拍摄持手机人的图像,并保存图像于手机加密相册内,同时发送图像至手机绑定的终端。
207、当所述号码不属于关键号码时,直接建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
可以看出,本实施例的方案中,通过增加关键号码的生物验证方法,避免了由于单一某项生物特征验证失误,而造成通话连接受阻。同时,当所述生物特征验证未通过时,通过调取手机摄像功能,拍摄手机持有者的图像,保存并发送手机绑定的终端,从而防止手机被盗。
请参阅图3,是本发明的实施例提供的另一种建立连接的方法的流程示意图。其中,如图3所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的另一种建立连接的方法可以包括以下内容:
301、按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码。
302、获取待建立连接的电话号码。
303、判断所述号码是否属于关键号码。
304、当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征。
305、验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配。
306、当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
307、当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征不匹配时,给用户绑定终端发送通话未成功提示信息。
其中,所述提示信息包括要建立连接的电话的通话号码及连接时间。
可选的,所述提示信息还可以包括建立连接失败时,手机持有人的图像信息。
可选的,当用户收到未成功提示信息,发现手机持有人图像可疑时,可通过终端触发手机发出报警信息。
其中,所述报警信息,包括手机自身发出报警信号并进行手机锁定。
可选的,当手机发出报警信息后,可以自动向绑定的终端发送手机定位信息。
308、当所述号码不属于关键号码时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
可以看出,本实施例的方案中,当关键号码验证失败时,给用户手机绑定的终端发送通话未成功提示信息,提示信息包括建立连接的电话的通话号码及连接时间,还包括建立连接失败时,手机持有人的图像信息。从而保证用户不会错过重要通话的同时,还可以确保手机的安全性。
本发明一种移动终端的一个实施例。一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:获取单元,设置为获取待建立连接的电话号码;判断单元,设置为判断所述号码是否属于关键号码,所述关键号码是指预设的需要验证的电话号码;提示单元,设置为当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征;验证单元,设置为验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配;连接单元,设置为当所述生物特征与预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
请参阅图4,是本发明的实施例提供的一种移动终端的结构示意图。其中,如图4所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的一种移动终端400可以包括以下内容:
获取单元401,设置为获取待建立连接的电话号码。
判断单元402,设置为判断所述号码是否属于关键号码。
其中,所述关键号码是指预设的需要验证的电话号码。
提示单元403,设置为当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征。
其中,所述生物特征包括指纹、声纹、虹膜中的至少一种。
验证单元404,设置为验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配。
连接单元405,设置为当所述生物特征验证与预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
其中,获取单元401、判断单元402、提示单元403、验证单元404、连接单元405,可以设置为执行实施例1中步骤101、102、 103、104、105所述的方法,具体描述详见实施例1对所述方法的描述,在此不再赘述。
可以看出,本方案的实施例中,获取单元401获取待建立连接的电话号码,由判断单元402判断所述号码是否属于关键号码,若所述号码为关键号码,则由提示单元403提示用户输入生物特征,验证单元404对输入的生物特征进行验证,若验证通过,则由连接单元405建立通话连接。从而有效保证了与特殊重要联系人的通话安全,防止重要联系人的电话被人恶意拨打或误接听拨打。
请参阅图5,是本发明实施例提供的另一种移动终端的结构示意图,其中,如图5所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的另一种移动终端500可以包括以下内容:
设置单元501,设置为按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码。
获取单元502,设置为获取待建立连接的电话号码。
判断单元503,设置为判断所述号码是否属于关键号码。
提示单元504,设置为当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征。
验证单元505,设置为验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配。
连接单元506,设置为当验证所述生物特征与预先存储的生物特征相匹配时或当所述号码不属于关键号码时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
其中,设置单元501、获取单元502、判断单元503、提示单元504、验证单元505、连接单元506,可以设置为执行实施例2中步骤201、202、 203、204、205、206、207所述的方法,具体描述详见实施例2对所述方法的描述,在此不再赘述。
作为一个可选的实施方式,本发明实施例中,所述移动终端还可以包括:
绑定单元507,设置为将移动终端与指定终端进行绑定。
反馈单元508,设置为当所述生物特征验证不是所述预先存储的生物特征时,给用户绑定终端发送通话未成功提示信息。
其中,所述提示信息包括要建立连接的电话的通话号码及连接时间。
可选的,所述移动终端还可以包括拍摄单元509,设置为验证未成功时,调用移动终端拍摄功能,拍摄移动终端持有人的图像信息。
可选的,所述移动终端还可以包括报警单元510,设置为当用户收到未成功提示信息,发现手机持有人图像可疑时,可通过终端触发手机发出报警信息。
其中,所述报警信息,包括手机自身发出报警信号并进行手机锁定。
可选的,所述移动终端还可以包括定位单元511,设置为当手机发出报警信息后,可以自动向绑定的终端发送手机定位信息。
可以看出,本方案的实施例中,通过验证单元505,移动终端持有者输入的生物验证不是所述预先存储的生物特征时,反馈单元508会给绑定单元507用户绑定的指定终端发送通话通话未成功的提示信息,从而在有效保证与特殊重要联系人的通话安全,防止重要联系人的电话被人恶意或误接听的同时,还保证用户不会错过重要通话的,同时确保手机的安全性。
请参阅图6,在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供一种移动终端600,该移动终端600可以是手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑或移动可穿戴通信设备。所述移动终端600包括CPU601、存储器602、总线603、显示器604等硬件。
所述CPU601可执行所述移动终端600的操作系统以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个单元,包括所述获取单元401、所述判断单元402等。
所述存储器602可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。所述存储器602中存储有程序代码,且所述CPU601可通过总线603,调用所述存储器602中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图4、图5中所述的各个单元(例如,所述获取单元401、所述判断单元402等)是存储在所述存储器602中的程序代码,并由所述CPU601所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以建立连接。
其中,CPU601执行预先存储在存储器602中的服务器程序,以便实现建立通信连接,该执行过程具体包括:按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码,并保存于存储器602中;当接收移动终端600发出的接收或拨打电话指令时,获取待建立连接的电话号码;将获取的号码与手机存储器602中保存的关键号码进行比对;判断所述号码是否属于关键号码;若不属于关键号码,则直接建立连接;若属于关键号码,则发送指令至显示器604,提示用户输入生物特征。
调取预先存储于存储器602中的用户的生物特征与用户输入的生物特征进行比对,若比对成功,则证明输入的生物特征为预先存储的用户的生物特征,即拨打或接听电话的人为用户本人,进行通话连接;若用户输入的生物特征与用户预先存储的生物特征不一致,则拒绝通话连接,给用户绑定终端发送通话未成功提示信息,并发送预先设置好的文字信息给所述电话的联系人。
其中,所述提示信息包括要建立连接的电话的通话号码及连接时间。
可选的,所述提示信息还可以包括建立连接失败时,手机持有人的图像信息。
可选的,当用户收到未成功提示信息,发现手机持有人图像可疑时,可通过终端触发手机发出报警信息。
其中,所述报警信息,包括手机自身发出报警信号并进行手机锁定。
可选的,当手机发出报警信息后,可以自动向绑定的终端发送手机定位信息。具体地,所述CPU601对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1至图3对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置,可通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种建立连接的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:获取待建立连接的电话的号码;判断所述号码是否属于关键号码,所述关键号码是指预设的需要验证的电话号码;当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征;验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配;当所述生物特征与所述预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待建立连接的电话包括待拨出的电话和待接听的电话中的一种。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物特征包括指纹、声纹、虹膜中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求1或2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,判断所述号码是否属于关键号码之前还包括:按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征不匹配时,提示用户重新进行验证或拒绝建立连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述号码不属于关键号码时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,设置为获取待建立连接的电话号码;判断单元,设置为判断所述号码是否属于关键号码,所述关键号码是指预设的需要验证的电话号码;提示单元,设置为当所述号码为关键号码时,提示用户输入生物特征;验证单元,设置为验证所述生物特征是否与预先存储的生物特征相匹配;连接单元,当所述生物特征与所述预先存储的生物特征相匹配时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:设置单元,设置为按照用户的操作,将用户选择的电话号码设置为关键号码。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:提示单元,当所述生物特征验证与所述预先存储的生物特征不匹配时,提示用户重新进行验证或拒绝建立连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述连接单元,还设置为当所述号码不属于关键号码时,建立所述号码对应的电话连接。
