一种分配器 技术领域
本发明涉及液体包装产品领域,具体涉及一种分配器。
背景技术
目前所见分配器,包括用于洗发水、沐浴露、化妆品等产品的包装,从使用方式看,可以分为2类,一类是非手持式大容量包装的分配器(如沐浴露、洗发水、洗洁精等),放置于支持面上进行按压,通过压头活动取出液体,另一类通过手握瓶体并用食指或拇指按压压头进行取液,但这种包装规格很小,一般在200ml以下,暂时还无法解决大规格包装的单手握持取液的问题。
另外,一般手持式分配器的压头带有螺纹形式的自锁结构,而对于非螺纹形式的,一般采用左右扣的形式对压头进行限位固定,以在储运过程中保持密封,或在使用前防止因不慎按下压头而导致瓶体内液体流出,但对于压头外围有外壳的分配器,无法采用以上方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的缺陷,提供一种分配器,采用的技术方案如下:
一种分配器,包括瓶体、泵芯和压头,所述压头与泵芯连接,通过对压头施加压力,将瓶体内的液体经泵芯泵出,还包括设有一容纳部的外壳和防开启部件,所述压头置于所述容纳部内,所述防开启部件插入外壳或压头中,与压头外壁相抵,以使得所述压头与外壳相固定。
通过将防开启部件插入至外壳或压头内,并与压头相抵,使得压头与外壳相固定,达到对压头的限位作用。
作为优选,所述外壳设有孔位,所述防开启部件为可插入外壳的孔位并与压头外壁相抵的插梢。
为了便于拔出插梢时可以抓握,作为优选,所述插梢设有至少一个手柄,优选设置两个手柄。
作为优选,所述手柄与所述插梢的连接处设有槽孔。
作为优选,优选地所述槽孔为环形槽孔。
通过在所述连接处设置环形槽孔,使得在所连接处形成较细小的连接部,连接部的强度较弱,当用手抓捏手柄用力拔出插梢后,连接处因受力而发生部分断裂或破损,以此达到压头已开启的提示作用。
作为优选,所述手柄上设有防滑纹,以便手指抓捏手柄时防滑。
作为优选,所述插梢与所述孔位位置相对应的外壁上设有第一凸圈,所述孔位内设有与所述第一凸圈相干涉的限位干涉部,防止插梢随意滑出。
作为优选,所述插梢与所述压头位置相对应的外壁上设有第二凸圈。所述第二凸圈与压头形成干涉,防止压头受压而发生移位。
作为优选,所述插梢的插入端设有导入角,以便于所述插梢插入。
作为优选,所述插梢设有开槽,以便在施加一定力的条件下,即可将插梢顺利拔出。为了减少压头受压对所述插梢带来的形变影响,优选地,所述开槽的开口方向与所述外壳或压头的轴心线方向相同。
作为优选,所述插梢设有定位凸块,所述外壳设有与所述凸块相 适配的凹槽,以防止所述插梢插入时方向插反。
作为优选,所述外壳设有第一凹位,所述压头包括一伸出所述第一凹位的出液嘴,所述第一凹位呈条状,沿所述外壳的轴心线方向分布,所述出液嘴随着压头的按压而沿着第一凹位上下运动。
作为优选,所述防开启部件为设于第一凹位处的形状与第一凹位的形状相匹配的限位卡扣,所述限位卡扣的一端与所述出液嘴相抵,另一端设有便于将所述限位卡扣拔下的翼部。
作为优选,所述限位卡扣设有卡扣倒扣,以与第一凹位的边沿相固定。
所述限位卡扣的一端与所述出液嘴相抵,在首次开启使用前,通过在所述第一凹位设置所述限位卡扣,可防止在运输等过程中,压头受压而导致瓶内的液体泄。而在限位卡扣的另一端设有翼部则方便拔出限位卡扣时可以抓握。
作为优选,所述限位卡扣设有连接纽,所述压头设有插孔,所述连接纽的一端设有用于插入至所述孔位的锥形部,另一端与所述限位卡扣相连接。通过设置所述连接纽,并将其插入至所述插孔中,使得所述压头与限位卡扣相固定,对压头起到进一步的限位作用。
作为优选,所述限位卡扣与连接纽的连接处设有至少一个环形槽孔,优选设置两个环形槽孔。
通过在所述连接处设置环形槽孔,使得在连接处形成较细小的连接部,连接部的强度较弱,当开启手持式分配器使用时,拔出限位卡扣的过程中,连接部因受力发生变形,并且不能复原,从而判断是否 已被他人开启。
作为优选,所述外壳与第一凹位相对的一侧上设有第二凹位,所述压头与第二凹位相对的位置上设有与手指适形的按压凹位。
通过在所述外壳上设置第二凹位,以及在所述压头与第二凹位相对的位置上(即与所述出液嘴相对相反的一侧上)设置按压凹位,以便于手指按压压头,从而实现单手握持取液。
作为优选,所述第二凹位为呈U形的弧形凹位。
作为优选,所述第二凹位的最低位点低于所述压头按压时的最高位点,以更便于按压压头。
作为优选,所述按压凹位从所述压头的顶部向所述第二凹位方向延伸,以更加符合手指的形状,便于握持和按压。
作为优选,所述按压凹位设有第一防滑纹,以增加按压压头时的摩擦力,即使湿手时按压也不会滑手。
为了防止出液嘴内残留的液体自然流出,作为优选,所述出液嘴的出口位置高于所述出液嘴的内部通道位置。
作为优选,所述外壳轴截面的上端宽度大于下端宽度,或所述外壳轴截面的上下两端的宽度大于中部的宽度。更具体来说,外壳的上部大于下部,或者有落差设计,又或者是呈鞍形的结构,都以达到手持外壳时的防滑作用,从而便于的握持操作。
作为优选,所述外壳上设有若干条环形凸条,优选为两条环形凸条,以使得在所述环形凸条之间形成便于人手虎口握持的握持部,同时所述环形凸条也起到了防滑的作用。
作为优选,所述瓶体包括瓶颈,所述压头包括与所述瓶颈螺纹连接的牙套,所述牙套与外壳连接,所述瓶体的一轴截面将瓶体分为正面部分和背面部分,所述牙套的边沿设有至少一块挡块,所述瓶颈设有用于卡住所述挡块的凸块,所述挡块与所述凸块的位置关系相对应,使得所述出液嘴的对称面与所述正面部分的对称面形成0°~45°的夹角。
一般压头的出液嘴与牙套是非固定的,牙套可以任意旋转,当包装瓶有方向要求时,在生产过程中,通过夹具工装将出液嘴对应瓶子的方向进行固定,然后锁紧牙套,或者直接锁紧压头牙套,出液嘴方向为任意状态。对于牙套与出液嘴为固定的压头,因装配扭矩的不同,出液嘴与包装瓶的角度就不同,对产品外观的一致性造成不良影响,甚至影响功能。
本发明中,由于出液嘴与牙套相固定,出液嘴随着牙套的转动而转动,通过在所述牙套的边沿和瓶体的瓶颈上分别设置挡块和凸块,所述挡块与凸块的位置关系相对应,当所述牙套与颈螺纹连接,牙套在瓶颈上旋紧到一定程度时,所述瓶颈上的凸块与牙套的挡块相抵,凸块不能继续旋入,这时出液嘴刚好与瓶体达到预定的配合角度。
作为优选,所述牙套边沿可以设置一块或多个块挡块,优选地,设置两块位置相对的挡块。
作为优选,所述挡块的一侧设有防脱阻块,所述防脱阻块位于所述凸块旋入时的旋转方向相反的一侧,使得所述凸块可卡合在所述防脱阻块与挡块之间,可进一步固定压头的位置,使压头不容易发生转 动,从而达到防松脱的功能。
作为优选,所述防脱阻块设有导入圆弧,以便于所述凸块旋入至所述防脱阻块与挡块之间,减少凸块旋入的阻力。
所述导入圆弧的凸面与所述瓶颈的外侧相对。
作为优选,所述导入圆弧的弧度沿所述凸块旋入时的旋转方向变小,使得导入圆弧与瓶颈部外侧之间的间距逐渐变小,对凸块的旋入起到导向的作用。
作为优选,所述凸块与所述防脱阻块相接触的一侧设有圆角,以保证所述凸块便于旋出,但又有足够的阻力。
作为优选,所述挡块和防脱阻块与瓶颈凸块相接触的长度小于所述牙套螺纹导程的50%。
作为优选,所述瓶体包括瓶颈,所述压头包括与所述瓶颈螺纹连接的牙套,所述牙套还与外壳连接,所述外壳包括上外壳和下外壳,所述上外壳的下部设有支撑平面,所述下外壳的上部设有与支撑平面相适配的承座,所述牙套设于下外壳,所述牙套设有一内腔,该内腔设有一汽缸,所述汽缸的上部设有汽缸盖,所述汽缸盖设有压片,使得所述支撑平面置于压片与承座之间,以避免所述上外壳脱离于所述下外壳;
所述压片与承座之间存在间隙,使得所述上外壳可相对于所述下外壳而转动;
所述压头设有支撑环,所述汽缸盖上设有至少一个支撑平台,通过所述支撑环与所述支撑平台相抵,以限制压头的移动,所述支撑 环设有与所述支撑环相适配的缺口。
通过所述支撑环、支撑平台以及缺口的相互配合,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或打开状态。当所述支撑环压在所述支撑平台上时,使得所述压头不能上下移动,此时分配器处于锁紧状态;当压头跟随上外壳旋转到预定角度,使得所述缺口对准所述支撑平台时,压头可以上下移动,分配器处于开启状态,可按压压头。洗手液、洗衣液等液体不可食用,为了防止在使用过程中,小孩或其它人误触压头,导致液体流出,或小孩贪玩按压压头倒出液体,可以通过将支撑环对准支撑平台,从而锁紧压头,防止使用过程中的误触,当使用的时候再旋转使得缺口对准支撑平台。
为了限定上外壳的转动方向和转动角度,以便于用户将所述缺口对准所述支撑平台,作为优选,所述承座设有第一凸点,所述支撑面设有限制所述第一凸点活动的弧形槽位,所述第一凸点的活动被限制在所述弧形槽位的范围内,使得上外壳的旋转也同样地限制在该范围内,所述第一凸点从弧形槽位的一端转动到另一端时,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或开启状态。
作为优选,所述弧形槽位的两端分别设有第二凸点,使得所述第一凸点可卡在所述第二凸点与弧形槽位的内壁之间,以固定上外壳,使得上外壳不容易转动。
作为优选,所述汽缸设有槽线,所述汽缸通过所述槽线与汽缸盖相固定。
作为优选,所述汽缸盖的内壁设有与所述汽缸相作用的防滑肋 条,所述防滑肋条沿汽缸的轴心线方向延伸,通过所述防滑肋条与汽缸的外壁相作用,进一步固定汽缸盖,防止汽缸盖随着上外壳的转动而转动。

作为优选,所述下外壳与所述上外壳相接合的边沿处设有围边,以防止上外壳与下外壳之间的接合缝直接显露在外面。
为了使得汽缸盖受力平衡,作为优选,所述汽缸盖上设有两个支撑平台,且所述两个支撑平台对称分布在所述汽缸盖的两侧。
作为优选,所述泵芯包括吸管,所述气缸上设有回气孔,所述吸管的一端与所述气缸相连接,另一端设有进液口,所述吸管朝所述瓶体底部的边角处方向延伸,所述吸管所朝方向与所述出液嘴所朝方向的夹角为0~45°。
作为优选,所述吸管所朝方向与所述出液嘴所朝方向在俯视投影面上(以瓶体轴心为顶点)的夹角为0~45°。
用户在使用手持式分配器时,瓶体握在手中时会自然倾斜(朝出液嘴所在方向的一侧倾斜),在瓶内液体剩余不多的情况下,液体会向瓶体底部的边角处集中,通过将所述吸管设置为朝瓶体底部的边 角处延伸,能够有效地将底端剩余的液体吸取出来。
具体来说,所述吸管朝瓶体底部的边角处方向延伸的技术方案包括但不限于以下情况:
所述吸管的一端与所述气缸相连接,所述吸管的另一端朝所述瓶体底部的边角处弯曲。或者是,所述吸管包括第一吸管和第二吸管,所述第一吸管和第二吸管通过连接件相连接,所述第一吸管与所述气缸相连接,所述第二吸管朝所述瓶体底部的边角处方向延伸,所述第二吸管所在方向与所述出液嘴所在方向的夹角为0~45°。又或者是,所述吸管为一直管,所述直管从所述气缸处向所述瓶体底部的边角处方向延伸。
作为优选,所述吸管所在方向与所述出液嘴所在方向的夹角为0°,即所述吸管所在方向与所述出液嘴所在方向一致。
在使用手持式分配器之前,可将手持式分配器拆卸为各部分,以方便存放和运输。
作为优选,所述吸管与所述气缸可拆卸连接。具体来说,所述气缸设有连接管,所述吸管设有连接口,所述连接管与所述连接口相适配,使得所述连接口可插入至所述连接管内。
作为优选,所述连接管的内壁上设有至少一组肋条,优选设置3~4组肋条。所述肋条的作用类似于加强筋,在不增加连接管壁厚的情况下,能够增加连接管的强度和刚性。
作为优选,所述肋条沿所述连接管的轴心线方向延伸,所述连接口设有第一切角,所述肋条与所述第一切角相嵌合,两者形成干涉, 使得吸管不能转动,防止所述吸管另一端的偏移方向发生改变。
所述吸管的进液口可采用现有技术中的平口设计。
作为优选,所述进液口设有第二切角,通过在进液口处设置切角,能提高增加吸液的面积,同时能够可防止进液口堵塞。另外,所述进液口具有与所述第一切角相似的设计,必要时也可将进液口作为所述连接口来使用。
作为优选,所述回气孔位于所述气缸与出液嘴所在方向相反的一侧上。通过巧妙设置所述回气孔的位置,能够避免手持瓶子取液时因倾斜导致页面漫过回气孔的问题。
作为优选,所述牙套与气缸可拆卸连接。所述气缸组装于牙套内腔的下部。
作为优选,牙套内腔设有防止定位齿,与气缸组合后,能够防止气缸发生相对旋动,保证回气孔所处位置不变。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、通过在压头外设置一外壳,使得用户可通过手拿外壳实现单手握持手持式分配器。
2、设置防开启部件,将防开启部件插入外壳或压头中,使之与压头相抵,使得压头与外壳相固定,达到对压头限位的作用,防止因不慎按压压头而导致瓶体内液体流出。
3、通过在牙套和瓶颈上分别设置挡块和凸块,挡块与凸块的位置相对应,当牙套在瓶颈上旋紧到一定程度时,瓶颈的凸块与牙套的挡块相抵,压头不能继续旋入,有效解决出液嘴的定向问题,增加包 装瓶的统一性和美观性。
4、通过所述支撑环、支撑平台以及缺口的相互配合,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或打开状态,从而锁紧或开启压头,防止使用过程中的误触。
5、将吸管设置为朝瓶体底部的边角处弯曲,并限定弯曲方向与出液嘴所在方向的夹角为0~45°,使得本发明能够有效地将瓶体底端剩余的液体吸取出来,解决了瓶内剩余液体无法取出而造成浪费的问题,提高了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
如图1至4所示,
一种分配器,包括瓶体、泵芯和压头2,所述压头2与泵芯连接,通过对压头2施加压力,将瓶体内的液体经泵芯泵出,还包括设有一容纳部的外壳1和防开启部件,所述压头置于所述容纳部内,所述防 开启部件插入外壳1或压头2中,与压头2的外壁相抵,以使得所述压头2与外壳1相固定。
通过将防开启部件插入至外壳1,并与压头2相抵,使得压头2与外壳1相固定,达到对压头2的限位作用。
外壳1设有孔位11,所述防开启部件为可插入外壳1的孔位11并与压头2的外壁相抵的插梢3。为了便于拔出插梢3时可以抓握,插梢3设有两个手柄4。手柄4与插梢3的连接处设有环形槽孔41。通过在连接处设置环形槽孔41,使得在连接处形成较细小的连接部42,连接部42的强度较弱,当用手抓捏手柄4用力拔出插梢3后,连接处因受力而发生部分断裂或破损,以此达到压头已开启的提示作用。
手柄4上设有防滑纹43,以便手指抓捏手柄4时防滑。
插梢3与孔位11位置相对应的外壁上设有第一凸圈31,孔位11内设有与所述第一凸圈31相干涉的限位干涉部111,防止插梢3随意滑出。
插梢3与所述压头2位置相对应的外壁上设有第二凸圈32。第二凸圈32与压头2形成干涉,防止压头受压而发生移位。
插梢3的插入端设有导入角33,以便于所述插梢3插入。
插梢3设有开槽34,以便在施加一定力的条件下,即可将插梢顺利拔出。同时,为了减少压头受压对所述插梢带来的形变影响,开槽34的开口方向与所述外壳1或压头2的轴心线方向相同。
插梢3设有定位凸块,外壳1设有与所述凸块相适配的凹槽,以防止所述插梢插入时方向插反。
实施例2:
如图5至9所示,一种分配器,包括设有一容纳部的外壳1、置于所述容纳部内的压头2和防开启部件,所述防开启部件插入压头2中,与压头2外壁相抵,以使得压头2与外壳1相固定。
外壳1设有第一凹位66,压头2包括一伸出第一凹位66的出液嘴61,外壳1与第一凹位66相对的一侧上设有第二凹位56,压头2与第二凹位56相对的位置上设有与手指适形的按压凹位86。
第一凹位66呈条状,沿所述外壳的轴心线方向分布,所述出液嘴61随着压头2的按压而沿着第一凹位66上下运动。
通过在外壳1上设置第二凹位56,以及在压头2与第二凹位56相对的位置上(即与所述出液嘴61相对相反的一侧上)设置按压凹位86,以便于手指按压压头2,从而实现单手握持取液。
第二凹位56为呈U形的弧形凹位。
第二凹位56的最低位点低于所述压头2按压时的最高位点,以更便于按压压头2。
按压凹位86从压头2的顶部向所述第二凹位56方向延伸,以更加符合手指的形状,便于握持和按压。
按压凹位86设有第一防滑纹221,以增加按压压头2时的摩擦力,即使湿手时按压也不会滑手。
为了防止出液嘴61内残留的液体自然流出,所述出液嘴61的出 口位置高于所述出液嘴61的内部通道位置。
外壳1轴截面的上下两端的宽度大于中部的宽度。更具体来说,呈鞍形的结构,都以达到手持外壳时的防滑作用,从而便于的握持操作。
外壳1上设有两条环形凸条53,以使得在环形凸条53之间形成便于人手虎口握持的握持部54,同时环形凸条53也起到了防滑的作用。
所述防开启部件为设于第一凹位66处的限位卡扣7,限位卡扣7的形状与第一凹位66的形状相匹配,限位卡扣7的一端与所述出液嘴61相抵,限位卡扣7的另一端设有便于将所述限位卡扣7拔下的翼部76,翼部76上设有第二防滑纹765。
限位卡扣7设有卡扣倒扣75,以与第一凹位66的边沿相固定。
限位卡扣7的一端与出液嘴61相抵,在首次开启使用前,通过在第一凹位66设置所述限位卡扣7,可防止在运输等过程中,压头2受压而导致瓶内的液体泄露。而在限位卡扣7的另一端设有翼部76则方便拔出限位卡扣7时可以抓握。
限位卡扣7设有连接纽77,压头2设有插孔67,连接纽77的一端设有用于插入至插孔67的锥形部775,连接纽77的另一端与限位卡扣7相连接。通过设置连接纽77,并将其插入至插孔67中,使得压头2与限位卡扣7相固定,对压头2起到进一步的限位作用。
限位卡扣7与连接纽77的连接处设有两个环形槽孔78。
通过在连接处设置环形槽孔78,使得在连接处形成较细小的连 接部,连接部的强度较弱,拔出限位卡扣的过程中,连接部因受力发生变形,并且不能复原,从而判断是否已被他人开启。
实施例3:
如图10至13所示,一种分配器,包括设有一容纳部的外壳1、置于所述容纳部内的压头和防开启部件,所述防开启部件插入外壳1中,与压头外壁相抵,以使得压头与外壳1相固定。
通过将防开启部件插入至外壳1内,并与压头相抵,使得压头与外壳1相固定,达到对压头的限位作用。
外壳1设有第一凹位66,所述压头包括一伸出所述第一凹位的出液嘴61。
本实施例还包括瓶体8,瓶体8包括瓶颈21,所述压头包括与瓶颈21螺纹连接的牙套12,牙套12与外壳1连接,瓶体8的一轴截面将瓶体分为正面部分和背面部分,牙套12的边沿设有两块位置相对的挡块121,瓶颈21处设有用于卡住挡块121的凸块211,挡块121与凸块211的位置关系相对应,使得出液嘴61的对称面与正面部分的对称面形成0°~45°的夹角。
牙套12设有防脱阻块122,防脱阻块122位于挡块121的一侧,防脱阻块122位于凸块211旋入时的旋转方向相反的一侧,使得凸块211可卡合在防脱阻块122与挡块121之间,可进一步固定压头的位置,使压头不容易发生转动,从而达到防松脱的功能。
防脱阻块122设有导入圆弧1211,以便于凸块211旋入至防脱阻块122与挡块121之间,减少凸块211旋入的阻力。
导入圆弧1211的弧度沿凸块211旋入时的旋转方向变小,使得导入圆弧1211与瓶颈21外侧之间的间距逐渐变小,对凸块211的旋入起到导向的作用。
凸块211与防脱阻块122相接触的一侧设有圆角,以保证凸块211便于旋出,但又有足够的阻力。
挡块121和防脱阻块122与凸块211相接触的长度小于牙套12螺纹导程的50%。
实施例4:
如图14至19所示,一种分配器,包括设有一容纳部的外壳1、置于所述容纳部内的压头2和防开启部件,所述防开启部件插入外壳1中,与压头2外壁相抵,以使得压头2与外壳1相固定。
通过将防开启部件插入至外壳1内,并与压头2相抵,使得压头2与外壳1相固定,达到对压头2的限位作用。
外壳1设有第一凹位66,压头2包括一伸出所述第一凹位66的出液嘴61。
本实施例还包括瓶体,所述瓶体包括瓶颈,压头2包括与瓶颈螺纹连接的牙套12,牙套12与外壳1连接,外壳1包括上外壳16和下外壳17,上外壳16的下部设有支撑平面112,下外壳16的上部设有与支撑平面112相适配的槽式承座151,牙套12设有一内腔,该内腔设有一气缸4,气缸4的上部设有气缸盖14,气缸盖14设有压片62,使得支撑平面112置于压片62与槽式承座151之间,以避免上外壳16脱离于下外壳17;
压片62与槽式承座151之间存在间隙19,使得上外壳16可相对于下外壳17转动;压头2设有支撑环23,气缸盖14上设有至少一个支撑平台63,通过支撑环23与支撑平台63相抵,以限制压头2的移动,支撑环23设有与其相适配的缺口2211。
通过支撑环23、支撑平台63以及缺口2211的相互配合,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或打开状态。当支撑环23压在支撑平台63上时,压头2不能上下移动,此时分配器处于锁紧状态;当压头2跟随上外壳旋转到预定角度,使得缺口2211对准支撑平台63时,压头2可以上下移动,分配器处于开启状态,可按压压头2。洗手液、洗衣液等液体不可食用,为了防止在使用过程中,小孩或其它人误触压头,导致液体流出,或小孩贪玩按压压头倒出液体,可以通过将支撑环23对准支撑平台63,从而锁紧压头2,防止误触,当使用的时候再旋转使得缺口2211对准支撑平台63。
为了限定上外壳16的转动方向和转动角度,以便于用户将缺口221对准支撑平台63。
槽式承座设有第一凸点1211,支撑平面112设有限制第一凸点1211活动的弧形槽位1121,第一凸点1211的活动被限制在弧形槽位1121的范围内,使得上外壳16的旋转也同样地限制在该范围内,第一凸点1211从弧形槽位1121的一端转动到另一端时,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或开启状态。
弧形槽位1121的两端分别设有第二凸点1122,使得第一凸点1211可卡在第二凸点1122与弧形槽位1121的内壁之间,以固定上外壳 16,使得上外壳16不容易转动。
气缸10设有槽线41,气缸10通过槽线41与气缸盖14相固定。
气缸盖14的内壁设有与气缸10相作用的防滑肋条81,防滑肋条81沿气缸10的轴心线方向延伸,通过防滑肋条81与气缸10的外壁相作用,进一步固定气缸盖14,防止气缸盖14随着上外壳16的转动而转动。
下外壳17与牙套12一体成型,以便于下外壳17与牙套12一并固定于瓶体。
缺口2211设有形状与支撑平台63相匹配的罩222,在按压压头2时,罩222能够罩住支撑平台63。
下外壳17与上外壳16相接合的边沿处设有围边18,以防止上外壳16与下外壳17之间的接合缝直接显露在外面。
为了使得气缸盖受力平衡,气缸盖14上设有两个支撑平台,且两个支撑平台对称分布在气缸盖14的两侧。
实施例5:
如图21至25所示,一种分配器,包括设有一容纳部的外壳1、置于所述容纳部内的压头2和防开启部件,所述防开启部件插入外壳1中,与压头2外壁相抵,以使得压头2与外壳1相固定。
通过将防开启部件插入至外壳1内,并与压头2相抵,使得压头2与外壳1相固定,达到对压头2的限位作用。
外壳1设有第一凹位66,所述压头包括一伸出所述第一凹位的出液嘴61。
本实施例还包括瓶体8、与瓶体8螺纹连接的牙套12、与牙套相连接的气缸10和吸管15,牙套12还与外壳1相连接,气缸10上设有回气孔132,吸管15的一端与气缸10相连接,另一端设有进液口,吸管15朝瓶体8底部的边角处方向延伸,吸管15所朝方向与出液嘴61所朝方向的夹角为0~45°。
用户在使用分配器时,瓶体握在手中时会自然倾斜(朝出液嘴所在方向的一侧倾斜),在瓶内液体剩余不多的情况下,液体会向瓶体底部的边角处集中,通过将吸管设置为朝瓶体底部的边角处延伸,能够有效地将底端剩余的液体吸取出来。
具体来说,吸管15朝瓶体8底部的边角处方向延伸的技术方案为:吸管15包括第一吸管和第二吸管,第一吸管和第二吸管通过连接件相连接,第一吸管与气缸10相连接,第二吸管朝瓶体8底部的边角处方向延伸,第二吸管所在方向与出液嘴61所在方向的夹角为0~45°。
气缸10设有连接管131,吸管15设有连接口,连接管131与连接口相适配,使得连接口可插入至连接管131内。
连接管131的内壁上设置2~3组肋条1311,肋条1311的作用类似于加强筋,在不增加连接管131的壁厚的情况下,能够增加连接管的强度和刚性。
肋条1311沿连接管131的轴心线方向延伸,连接口设有第一切角141,肋条1311与第一切角141相嵌合,两者形成干涉,使得吸管15不能转动,防止吸管15另一端的偏移方向发生改变。
吸管15的进液口设有第二切角142,通过设置切角142,能提高增加吸液的面积,同时能够可防止进液口堵塞。另外,进液口142具有与所述第一切角相似的设计,必要时也可将进液口作为所述连接口来使用。
回气孔132位于气缸10与出液嘴61所在方向相反的一侧上。通过巧妙设置所述回气孔的位置,能够避免手持瓶子取液时因倾斜导致页面漫过回气孔的问题。
气缸10组装于牙套12的内腔的下部,牙套12的内腔设有防止定位齿1210,与气缸10组合后,能够防止气缸10发生相对旋动,保证回气孔132所处位置不变。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种分配器,包括瓶体、泵芯和压头,所述压头与泵芯连接,通过对压头施加压力,将瓶体内的液体经泵芯泵出,其特征在于,还包括设有一容纳部的外壳和防开启部件,所述压头置于所述容纳部内,所述防开启部件插入外壳或压头中,与压头外壁相抵,以使得所述压头与外壳相固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述外壳设有孔位,所述防开启部件为可插入外壳的孔位并与压头外壁相抵的插梢。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述手柄与所述插梢的连接处设有槽孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述外壳设有第一凹位,所述压头包括一伸出所述第一凹位的出液嘴,所述第一凹位呈条状,沿所述外壳的轴心线方向分布,所述出液嘴随着压头的按压而沿着第一凹位上下运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述防开启部件为设于第一凹位处的形状与第一凹位的形状相匹配的限位卡扣,所述限位卡扣的一端与所述出液嘴相抵,另一端设有便于将所述限位卡扣拔下的翼部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述限位卡扣设有连接纽,所述压头设有插孔,所述连接纽的一端设有用于插入至所述孔位的锥形部,另一端与所述限位卡扣相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述限位卡扣与连接纽的连接处设有至少一个环形槽孔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述瓶体包括瓶颈,所述压头包括与所述瓶颈螺纹连接的牙套,所述牙套与外壳连接,所述瓶体的一轴截面将瓶体分为正面部分和背面部分,所述牙套的边沿设有至少一块挡块,所述瓶颈设有用于卡住所述挡块的凸块,所述挡块与所述凸块的位置关系相对应,使得所述出液嘴的对称面与所述正面部分的对称面形成0°~45°的夹角。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述牙套边沿设置有一块或多个块挡块,所述挡块的一侧设有防脱阻块,所述防脱阻块位于所述凸块旋入时的旋转方向相反的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述外壳与第一凹位相对的一侧上设有第二凹位,所述压头与第二凹位相对的位置上设有与手指适形的按压凹位。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述瓶体包括瓶颈,所述压头包括与所述瓶颈螺纹连接的牙套,所述牙套还与外壳连接,所述外壳包括上外壳和下外壳,所述上外壳的下部设有支撑平面,所述下外壳的上部设有与支撑平面相适配的承座,所述牙套设于下外壳,所述牙套设有一内腔,该内腔设有一汽缸,所述汽缸的上部设有汽缸盖,所述汽缸盖设有压片,使得所述支撑平面置于压片与承座之间,以避免所述上外壳脱离于所述下外壳;
    所述压片与承座之间存在间隙,使得所述上外壳可相对于所述下 外壳而转动;
    所述压头设有支撑环,所述汽缸盖上设有至少一个支撑平台,通过所述支撑环与所述支撑平台相抵,以限制压头的移动,所述支撑环设有与所述支撑环相适配的缺口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述承座设有第一凸点,所述支撑面设有限制所述第一凸点活动的弧形槽位,所述第一凸点的活动被限制在所述弧形槽位的范围内,使得上外壳的旋转也同样地限制在该范围内,所述第一凸点从弧形槽位的一端转动到另一端时,使得分配器处于锁紧状态或开启状态。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述弧形槽位的两端分别设有第二凸点,使得所述第一凸点可卡在所述第二凸点与弧形槽位的内壁之间,以固定上外壳,使得上外壳不容易转动。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述泵芯包括吸管,所述气缸上设有回气孔,所述吸管的一端与所述气缸相连接,另一端设有进液口,所述吸管朝所述瓶体底部的边角处方向延伸,所述吸管所朝方向与所述出液嘴所朝方向的夹角为0~45°。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种分配器,其特征在于,所述气缸设有连接管,所述吸管设有连接口,所述连接管与所述连接口相适配,使得所述连接口可插入至所述连接管内,所述连接管的内壁上设有至少一组肋条,所述肋条沿所述连接管的轴心线方向延伸,所述连接口设有第一切角,所述肋条与所述第一切角相嵌合,两者形成干涉,使得吸管不能转动,防止所述吸管另一端的偏移方向发生改变。
