本申请提供一种基于即时通讯的信息处理方法及装置。方法包括:接收群组加入请求,所述群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组;判断第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入第一群组;若判断结果为是,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将屏蔽后的群组信息下发给第一用户的即时通讯客户端。本申请可以在满足即时通讯需求的同时,解决信息安全问题。

本申请要求2015年10月23日递交的申请号为201510695892.6、发明名称为“基于即时通讯的信息处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于即时通讯的信息处理方法及装置。
即时通讯(Instant Messaging)是目前互联网上较为流行的通讯方式,各种各样的即时通讯软件层出不穷,服务提供商也提供了越来越丰富的通讯服务功能。
在现有技术中,如果用户A希望与用户B进行即时通讯,需要将用户B加为好友,此时该用户B就会出现在用户A的即时通讯软件的通讯录中,同理,用户A也会出现在用户B的即时通讯软件的通讯录中;之后,用户A和用户B可以进行即时通讯。
但在实际应用中,存在一些特殊应用场景,用户A需要与用户B进行即时通讯,但并不希望用户B看到用户A的有关信息,以防造成信息泄露。这种情况经常出现在企业内部,例如,一些企业会有临时员工或外包员工,企业内的一些消息需要通知给临时员工或外包员工,因此有将临时员工或外包员工加入企业群组内的需求,但是,目前的即时通讯软件,在企业群组内的员工可以看到彼此注册的一些个人信息以及企业的组织架构信息,存在信息安全隐患。这是目前即时通讯软件亟需解决的难题。
发明内容
本申请的多个方面提供一种基于即时通讯的信息处理方法及装置,用以在满足即时通讯需求的同时,解决信息安全问题。
本申请的一方面,提供一种基于即时通讯的信息处理方法,包括:
接收群组加入请求,所述群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组;
判断所述第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入所述第一群组;
若判断结果为是,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,对所述第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将所述屏蔽后的群组信息下发给所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端
本申请的另一方面,提供一种基于即时通讯的信息处理装置,包括:
接收模块,用于接收群组加入请求,所述群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组;
判断模块,用于判断所述第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入所述第一群组;
处理模块,用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为是时,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,对所述第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将所述屏蔽后的群组信息下发给所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端。
在本申请中,当接收到请求将第一用户加入第一群组的群组加入请求时,判断第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入第一群组,若判断结果为是,则根据该特定身份对应的群组权限,对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理,将屏蔽后的群组信息下发给第一用户的即时通讯客户端。其中,第一用户以特定身份加入第一群组,满足其它用户与第一用户之间的即时通讯需求,而对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽,可以将不适合特定身份的用户看到的信息屏蔽掉,达到信息安全的目的。

是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
针对现有即时通讯应用面临的问题,本申请提供一种技术方案,主要原理是:针对既有即时通讯需求又要防止信息安全隐患的用户,设置特定身份,允许这类用户以特定身份加入群组,以满足群组内其他用户与该类用户之间的即时通讯,另外为该特定身份配置相应的群组权限,仅允许这类用户看到群组权限内的群组信息,禁止这类用户看到群组权限之外的群组信息,达到信息安全的目的。
图1为本申请一实施例提供的基于即时通讯的信息处理方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法包括:
101、接收群组加入请求,该群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组。
102、判断第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入第一群组,若判断结果为是,执行步骤103,若判断结果为否,执行步骤104。
103、根据特定身份对应的群组权限,对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将屏蔽后的群组信息下发给第一用户的即时通讯客户端。
104、结束操作,或者按照现有流程进行处理。
为便于描述和区分,本实施例以第一用户申请加入第一群组为例进行说明,第一用户可以是任意用户,第一群组也可以是任意群组。例如,第一群组可以是某个企业构成的群组、某个部门构成的群组、某个项目组构成的群组、某类具有相同兴趣的人构成的群组等。
可选的,第一用户可以主动申请加入第一群组,此时第一用户可以向基于即时通讯的信息处理装置(简称为信息处理装置)发出群组加入请求。具体的,第一用户可以通过自己的即时通讯客户端向信息处理装置发出群组加入请求,该群组加入请求携带有请求加入的第一群组的群组标识,例如群组号、群组名称等。另外,该群组加入请求还携带有第一用户的信息,例如第一用户注册的账号、手机号码等信息。这里的信息处理装置可以是即时通讯服务器,也可以是独立于即时通讯服务器但能够与即时通讯服务器进行通信和信息交换的其它装置。对信息处理装置来说,可以接收第一用户发送的请求加入第一群组的群组加入请求。
另外,也可以由第一群组的管理员直接向第一群组添加新成员,例如添加实习生进入某个部门群组。基于此,第一群组的管理员可以向信息处理装置发送请求将第一用户
加入第一群组的群组加入请求。该群组加入请求携带有请求加入的第一群组的群组标识,例如群组号、群组名称等。另外,该群组加入请求还携带有第一用户的信息,例如第一用户注册的账号、手机号码等信息。对信息处理装置来说,可以接收第一群组的管理员发送的群组加入请求。该实施方式允许即时通讯软件的群组管理员直接向群组中添加新成员,尤其适用于企业等办公场景等有新员工加入的场景,此时,管理员可以自动在即时通讯软件的群组中添加新成员,并且可以根据员工的身份自动设定其群组权限,有利于即时通讯软件向移动办公平台的方向发展,便于即时通讯软件与企业内部的多个OA系统打通,从而可以通过即时通讯软件实现请假,报销,薪酬等业务的统一管理。
信息处理装置接收请求将第一用户加入第一群组的群组加入请求,可以获得第一用户的信息和第一群组的信息,之后可以判断第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入第一群组。
在一可选实施方式中,第一群组的管理员可以针对第一群组配置特定身份,例如游客或者访客身份,并为该特定身份配置享有的群组权限,例如可以看到该群组的通讯录,不能看到该群组的通讯录,仅能看到除通讯录之外的其它信息,或者仅能看到该群组的名称等等。另外,第一群组的管理员负责为第一群组内的成员注册账号,并确定哪些成员需要以特定身份加入,哪些成员不需要以特定身份加入。例如,作为企业的临时员工或外包员工,则需要以特定身份加入该企业群组。又例如,还可以设置一群组内的成员以特定身份加入另一群组,基于此第一用户是第二群组的成员,第二群组是不同于第一群组的群组。以特定身份为游客或访客身份为例,则一种在群组间配置游客身份的界面如图2所示。以一种钉钉应用场景下的群组为例,如图3所示,可以设置A产品团队和B产品团队两个群组下的成员以游客身份加入钉钉用户社区群组,则A产品团队和B产品团队两个群组下的成员在钉钉用户社区群组内可以理解为外包角色。
进一步,管理员可以为每个成员配置身份权重,并且为需要以特定身份加入第一群组的用户和不需要以特定身份加入第一群组的用户配置不同的身份权重,以进行区分。除此之外,管理员还可以预先配置特定身份对应的权重条件,例如可以是一权重范围或权重阈值。当某个用户的身份权重符合该权重条件,例如位于该权重范围内或者低于权重阈值,则认为该用户需要以特定身份加入第一群组。管理员可以将第一群组内每个用户的账号及身份权重上传至即时通讯服务器。
基于上述,信息处理装置可以获取第一用户的身份权重,例如可以根据第一用户的账号通过即时通讯服务器获取第一用户的身份权重;然后,判断第一用户的身份权重是否满足特定身份对应的权重条件,例如,判断第一用户的身份权重是否位于预设权重范
围内,或者判断第一用户的身份权重是否小于预设权重阈值,若判断结果为是,则确定第一用户需要以特定身份加入第一群组;若判断结果为否,则确定第一用户不需要以特定身份加入第一群组。
当确定第一用户不需要以特定身份加入第一群组时,可以结束操作,或者也可以按照现有技术的流程进行处理。现有技术的流程在此不再赘述。
当确定第一用户需要以特定身份加入第一群组时,则可以按照特定身份将第一用户加入第一群组。其中,按照特定身份将第一用户加入第一群组一方面主要是指:根据特定身份对应的群组权限对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将屏蔽后的群组信息下发给第一用户的即时通讯客户端,以便在第一群组内的其它用户能够与第一用户进行即时通讯的同时保证群组信息的安全。
例如,若该特定身份对应的群组权限是指不能看到该群组内的通讯录信息,则信息处理装置可以根据特定身份对应的群组权限,将第一群组的通讯录信息屏蔽掉以获得屏蔽后的群组信息。此时,屏蔽后的群组信息不包括第一群组的通讯录,这样在第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户主动联系第一用户之前,第一用户不能在其即时通讯客户端上看到第一群组内其他用户的信息,例如花名、头像、真实姓名、电话号码、电子邮箱、所属其他群组或企业或部门等信息。结合上述图3,将A产品团队和B产品团队两个群组下的成员作为第一用户,并以钉钉用户社区群组作为第一群组,则A产品团队和B产品团队两个群组下的成员以游客或访客身份加入钉钉用户社区群组后的界面如图4所示。在图4所示界面上,A产品团队和B产品团队两个群组下的成员看不到钉钉用户社区群组下任何成员的信息。本实施例的其它用户主要是指第一群组中以非特定身份加入的用户。
另外,为了便于第一群组中以非特定身份加入的其它用户能够及时向第一用户发起通讯,则可以根据第一用户的信息更新第一群组的群组信息(主要是指将第一用户的信息添加到第一群组的通讯录中),以获得更新后的群组信息,将更新后的群组信息下发给第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户的即时通讯客户端,这样其它用户便能在自己的即时通讯客户端上看到第一用户的信息,例如花名、真实姓名、头像、电话号码、电子邮箱、所属其他群组或企业或部门等信息。
可选的,信息处理装置可以在根据第一用户的信息更新第一群组的群组信息后,即可向其它用户下发更新后的群组信息。
可选的,用户每次退出即时通讯客户端并重新登录时,即时通讯客户端一般会重新
向服务器请求群组信息。基于此,信息处理装置可以在用户每次退出即时通讯客户端并重新登录时,向用户提供更新后的群组信息,这样实现方式相对简单,与现有技术的兼容性较好,对即时通讯流程的改动较小。即信息处理装置可以在接收到其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的登录请求时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息。
可选的,用户可以主动请求更新群组信息,例如,用户可以通过其即时通讯客户端发送信息更新请求以请求更新群组信息。信息处理装置可以在接收到其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的信息更新请求时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息。
可选的,信息处理装置可以设定信息更新周期,每当周期到达时,向用户提供更新后的群组信息。即信息处理装置可以在预设的信息更新周期到达时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息。
进一步,当第一用户以特定身份加入第一群组后,其它用户可以看到第一用户的信息,而第一用户不能看到其它用户的信息。基于此,第一群组中的其它用户可以向第一用户发起通讯。在其它用户向第一用户发起通讯之后,第一用户有可能看到或获取到其它用户的信息,为了保证其它用户的信息安全,则可以在其它用户向第一用户发起通讯后,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行信息安全防控处理。
在其它用户向第一用户发起通讯之后,一般是在通讯过程中造成其它用户的信息的泄露,进一步在通讯过程或通讯结束后可能给其它用户带来不必要的干扰。例如,第一用户在与其它用户的通讯过程中获取到其它用户的电话号码,而在通讯过程中或结束后给其它用户打电话从而给其它用户带来干扰。
基于上述分析,上述在其它用户向第一用户发起通讯后,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行信息安全防控处理,可以采用以下至少一种方式:
在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理;
在其它用户与第一用户的通讯结束后,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理。
值得说明的是,根据即时通讯应用的不同,上述进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理的方式也会有所不同。本申请并不限定即时通讯应用,例如可以是QQ、微信、钉钉、旺旺等。
以钉钉为例,钉钉除了允许用户之间以即时通讯窗口方式进行通讯之外,还允许用户之间以电话或钉消息等非即时通讯窗口方式进行通讯。
在即时通讯窗口方式下,在用户之间的即时通讯窗口上一般会显示非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,例如可以是按钮或功能选项等。在本实施例中,为了便于其它用户与第一用户之间进行基本的信息交流,允许其它用户以任意即时通讯方式主动向第一用户发起通讯,并允许第一用户在获得其它用户的信息之后能够以即时通讯窗口方式主动向其它用户发起通讯,因此可以设定特定身份对应的群组权限允许第一用户在获得其它用户的信息后以即时通讯窗口方式主动与其它用户进行通讯,但禁止第一用户以非即时通讯窗口方式主动向其它用户发起通讯。
基于上述分析,上述在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理的实施方式包括以下两种情况:
一种情况是:若其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,屏蔽第一用户的即时通讯客户端提供的即时通讯窗口上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,并仅将其它用户的头像信息显示在第一用户的即时通讯客户端提供的即时通讯窗口中。所述屏蔽入口的方式可以是不显示表示入口的按钮或功能选项,或者是将表示入口的按钮变为不可用状态等。
另一种情况是:若其它用户以非即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,针对第一用户屏蔽非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能,并将通讯过程中携带的其它用户的信息替换为预定信息。
在第二种情况下,通过将非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能屏蔽,这意味着第一用户可以接收其它用户以非即时通讯窗口方式发起的通讯请求,但由于不具有主动发起功能故不能以非即时通讯窗口方式主动向其它用户发起通讯。所述屏蔽非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能的方式可以是将非即时通讯功能的入口,例如按钮或功能菜单取消或变成不可用状态,以达到禁止第一用户使用该非即时通讯窗口方式主动发起通讯的目的。另外,该在实施方式中,将通讯过程中携带的其它用户的信息,例如将通过过程中携带的其它用户的电话号码替换为指定信息,例如400号码等,或者将短消息中携带的其它用户的电话号码或姓名等信息替换为指定信息,例如400号码等,这样可以避免第一用户在通讯过程中获知其它用户的信息,有利于避免第一用户通过脱离即时通讯客户端的方式,例如电话或短信等与其它用户进行通讯,避免给其它用户带来不必要的干扰。
进一步,若其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,第一用户的即时通讯客户端会保留与其余用户之间的即时通讯窗
口,这样第一用户可以通过该即时通讯窗口主动向其余用户发起通讯。另外,在该即时通讯窗口中会显示向第一用户发起通讯的其它用户的头像信息,该头像信息指向该其它用户的个人详情页。例如,第一用户通过点击该头像信息相当于发出请求获取该其它用户的个人详情页的请求,并会跳转到该其它用户的个人详情页,在个人详情页上一般包括有用户较为详细的信息,例如电子邮箱、所属部门、员工级别、头像信息、昵称、真实姓名等。另外,在正常情况下,该个人详情页上也会显示非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,以便于用户直接通过该入口与该个人详情页指向的用户发起非即时通讯窗口方式的通讯,但在本实施例中,需要禁止第一用户以非即时通讯窗口方式与其它用户进行通讯。
基于上述分析,为了对其它用户的信息进行保密,若其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯结束后,根据第一用户通过即时通讯窗口中其它用户的头像信息发出请求获取其它用户的个人详情页的请求,对其它用户的个人详情页进行信息屏蔽,并屏蔽其它用户的个人详情页上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口。例如,可以将个人详情页上除头像信息之外的其它信息都屏蔽掉,具体屏蔽方式可以是不显示,或者用覆盖条将相关信息覆盖掉。所述屏蔽个人详情页上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口的方式可以是不显示表示该入口的按钮或者将表示该入口的按钮变成不可用状态等。
由上述可见,本实施例通过在第一用户以特定身份加入第一群组时,针对特定身份对应的群组权限,对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理,在满足其它用户与第一用户之间的即时通讯需求的同时,可以将不适合该特定身份看到的信息屏蔽掉,达到信息安全的目的;另外,通过其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中或结束后,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理,能够进一步保证其它用户的信息安全,避免给第一群组内的其它用户带来不必要的干扰,解决了现有技术存在的问题。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本申请,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本申请所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

在一可选实施方式中,如图6所示,装置还包括:更新模块54。
更新模块54,用于根据第一用户的信息更新第一群组的群组信息,以获得更新后的群组信息,将更新后的群组信息下发给第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户的即时通讯客户端。

当接收到其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的登录请求时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息;或者
当接收到其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的信息更新请求时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息;或者
当预设的信息更新周期到达时,向其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发更新后的群组信息。

在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理;或者
在其它用户与第一用户的通讯结束后,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理。
更进一步,安全防控模块55在在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理时,具体用于:
若其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,屏蔽第一用户的即时通讯客户端提供的即时通讯窗口上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,并仅将其它用户的头像信息显示在即时通讯窗口中;
若其它用户以非即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中,针对第一用户屏蔽非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能,并将通讯过程中携带的其它用户的信息替换为预定信息。
更进一步,安全防控模块55在在其它用户与第一用户的通讯结束后,根据特定身份对应的群组权限,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理时,具体用于:
若其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向第一用户发起通讯,则在其它用户与第一用户的通讯结束后,根据第一用户通过即时通讯窗口中其它用户的头像信息发出请求获取其它用户的个人详情页的请求,对其它用户的个人详情页进行信息屏蔽,并屏蔽其它用户的个人详情页上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口。
本实施例提供的基于即时通讯的信息处理装置可以是即时通讯服务器,也可以是独立于即时通讯服务器但能够与即时通讯服务器进行通信和信息交换的其它装置。
本实施例提供的基于即时通讯的信息处理装置,在第一用户以特定身份加入第一群组时,针对特定身份对应的群组权限,对第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理,在满足其它用户与第一用户之间的即时通讯需求的同时,可以将不适合该特定身份看到的信息屏蔽掉,达到信息安全的目的。
进一步,本实施例的基于即时通讯的信息处理装置,通过其它用户与第一用户的通讯过程中或结束后,针对第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理,能够进一步保证其它用户的信息安全,避免给第一群组内的其它用户带来不

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种基于即时通讯的信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:接收群组加入请求,所述群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组;判断所述第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入所述第一群组;若判断结果为是,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,对所述第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将所述屏蔽后的群组信息下发给所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入所述第一群组,包括:获取所述第一用户的身份权重;判断所述第一用户的身份权重是否满足所述特定身份对应的权重条件;若判断结果为是,确定所述第一用户需要以所述特定身份加入所述第一群组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,对所述第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,包括:根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,将所述第一群组的通讯录信息屏蔽掉以获得所述屏蔽后的群组信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据所述第一用户的信息更新所述第一群组的群组信息,以获得更新后的群组信息,将所述更新后的群组信息下发给所述第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户的即时通讯客户端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述更新后的群组信息下发给所述第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户的即时通讯客户端,包括:当接收到所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的登录请求时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息;或者当接收到所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的信息更新请求时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息;或者当预设的信息更新周期到达时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述其它用户向所述第一用户发起通讯后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限, 针对所述第一用户进行信息安全防控处理。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述其它用户向所述第一用户发起通讯后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行信息安全防控处理,包括以下至少一种:在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理;在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯结束后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理,包括:若所述其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,屏蔽所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端提供的即时通讯窗口上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,并仅将所述其它用户的头像信息显示在所述即时通讯窗口中;若所述其它用户以非即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,针对所述第一用户屏蔽所述非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能,并将所述通讯过程中携带的所述其它用户的信息替换为预定信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯结束后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理,包括:若所述其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯结束后,根据所述第一用户通过所述即时通讯窗口中所述其它用户的头像信息发出请求获取所述其它用户的个人详情页的请求,对所述其它用户的个人详情页进行信息屏蔽,并屏蔽所述其它用户的个人详情页上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收群组加入请求,包括:接收所述第一用户发送的所述群组加入请求;或者接收所述第一群组的管理员发送的所述群组加入请求。
- 一种基于即时通讯的信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收群组加入请求,所述群组加入请求用于请求将第一用户加入第一群组;判断模块,用于判断所述第一用户是否需要以特定身份加入所述第一群组;处理模块,用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为是时,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,对所述第一群组的群组信息进行屏蔽处理以获得屏蔽后的群组信息,将所述屏蔽后的群组信息下发给所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块具体用于:获取所述第一用户的身份权重;判断所述第一用户的身份权重是否满足所述特定身份对应的权重条件;若判断结果为是,确定所述第一用户需要以所述特定身份加入所述第一群组。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,将所述第一群组的通讯录信息屏蔽掉以获得所述屏蔽后的群组信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:更新模块,用于根据所述第一用户的信息更新所述第一群组的群组信息,以获得更新后的群组信息,将所述更新后的群组信息下发给所述第一群组内以非特定身份加入的其它用户的即时通讯客户端。
- 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述更新模块具体用于:当接收到所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的登录请求时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息;或者当接收到所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端发送的信息更新请求时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息;或者当预设的信息更新周期到达时,向所述其它用户的即时通讯客户端下发所述更新后的群组信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:安全防控模块,用于在所述其它用户向所述第一用户发起通讯后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行信息安全防控处理。
- 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述安全防控模块具体用于:在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理;或者在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯结束后,根据所述特定身份对应的群组权限,针对所述第一用户进行通讯方式的禁用处理和/或对所述其它用户的信息进行屏蔽处理。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述安全防控模块具体用于:若所述其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,屏蔽所述第一用户的即时通讯客户端提供的即时通讯窗口上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口,并仅将所述其它用户的头像信息显示在所述即时通讯窗口中;若所述其它用户以非即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯过程中,针对所述第一用户屏蔽所述非即时通讯窗口方式的主动发起功能,并将所述通讯过程中携带的所述其它用户的信息替换为预定信息。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述安全防控模块具体用于:若所述其它用户以即时通讯窗口方式向所述第一用户发起通讯,则在所述其它用户与所述第一用户的通讯结束后,根据所述第一用户通过所述即时通讯窗口中所述其它用户的头像信息发出请求获取所述其它用户的个人详情页的请求,对所述其它用户的个人详情页进行信息屏蔽,并屏蔽所述其它用户的个人详情页上显示的非即时通讯窗口方式的入口。
- 根据权利要求11-18任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块具体用于:接收所述第一用户发送的所述群组加入请求;或者接收所述第一群组的管理员发送的所述群组加入请求。
