技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种支撑架和显示组件。
背景技术
目前,显示装置通常是安装在相应的站立支撑架上以方便观看,该站立支撑架一般包括:底座和立柱,底座直接放置于支撑面,立柱的下端与底座固定连接,立柱的上端与显示装置旋转连接,显示装置的方向和角度可以通过旋转而进行相应的调节。
相关技术中的站立支撑架的结构相对复杂,且一旦装配后便难以拆卸。更重要的是,这种站立支撑架只能实现显示装置的站立放置,当显示装置需要悬挂放置时,该站立支撑架便无法使用,此时需要配置额外的悬挂支撑架。
由上述内容可见,相关技术中的站立支撑架不仅结构复杂,而且不适用于显示装置的悬挂。
发明内容
本公开提供一种支撑架和显示组件,该支撑架不仅结构简单,而且还可以方便显示装置在站立状态和悬挂状态之间进行切换。
为实现上述目的,本公开提供了一种支撑架,用于支撑显示装置,所述支撑架包括:连接架,所述连接架的顶部设置有第一支撑板,所述连接架的底部的两个分支上分别设置有第二支撑板和第三支撑板,所述第二支撑板与所述第三支撑板处于同一平面,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板平行;
当所述显示装置放置于支撑面上时,所述第一支撑板与所述显示装置的 底板连接,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板与所述支撑面连接;
当所述显示装置悬挂于悬挂壁上时,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板与所述显示装置的背板连接,所述第一支撑板与所述悬挂壁连接。
可选地,所述第一支撑板上设置有至少一个第一滑动卡合槽,所述显示装置的底板和所述悬挂壁上对应所述第一滑动卡合槽的位置均设置有第一连接件;
所述第一连接件包括:第一卡头和表面带有螺纹的第一螺杆,所述第一卡头的截面面积大于所述第一螺杆的截面面积,所述第一螺杆的部分区域螺接至相应的所述底板内或相应的所述悬挂壁内;
所述第一滑动卡合槽包括:与所述第一卡头的截面形状相匹配的第一伸入部和与所述第一螺杆的截面形状相匹配的第一滑动部,所述第一卡头通过所述第一伸入部穿过所述第一支撑板,所述螺杆沿所述第一滑动部滑动至所述第一滑动卡合槽的端部,以实现所述第一连接件与第一支撑板的卡合。
可选地,所述第一支撑板上的所述第一滑动卡合槽的数量为三个。
可选地,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板上均设置有至少一个第二滑动卡合槽,所述背板上对应所述第二滑动卡合槽的位置设置有第二连接件;
所述第二连接件包括:第二卡头和表面带有螺纹的第二螺杆,所述第二卡头的截面面积大于所述第二螺杆的截面面积,所述第二螺杆的部分区域螺接至所述背板内;
所述第二滑动卡合槽包括:与所述第二卡头的截面形状相匹配的第二伸入部和与所述第二螺杆的截面形状相匹配的第二滑动部,所述第二卡头通过所述第二伸入部穿过所述第二支撑板,所述螺杆沿所述第二滑动部滑动至所述第二滑动卡合槽的端部,以实现所述第二连接件与第二支撑板或第三支撑板的卡合。
可选地,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板上的第二滑动卡合槽的数量均为两个。
为实现上述目的,本公开还提供了一种显示组件,包括显示装置和支撑架,该支撑架采用上述的支撑架。
可选地,所述背板上对应所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板的区域为向 外侧凸出的凸起结构,所述凸起结构沿竖直方向延伸;
所述第二连接件位于所述凸起结构的边界范围之内。
可选地,所述背板的材料为金属,所述背板上的凸起结构通过冲压成型得到,且凸起结构的边缘为平滑过渡。
可选地,位于所述背板的内侧且对应所述凸起结构的区域设置有定位补强板,所述定位补强板通过螺接的方式固定于所述背板的内侧;
所述定位补强板上设置有与所述第二螺杆相匹配的通孔,所述第二螺杆通过所述通孔与所述定位补强板螺接。
可选地,所述定位补强板的形状为矩形,所述定位补强板上的所述通孔的数量为至少两个,全部所述通孔在所述定位补强板的中间区域均匀分布。
可选地,所述定位补强板的形状为T形,所述定位补强板上的所述通孔的数量为一个,所述通孔位于所述定位补强板上的交叉区域。
本公开还提供了一种显示组件,包括显示装置;和与所述显示装置连接的支撑架。其中,所述支撑架包括连接架、设置在所述连接架的顶部的第一支撑板、以及设置在所述连接架的底部的呈分支状的第二支撑板和第三支撑板;所述第二支撑板与所述第三支撑板处于同一平面;所述显示装置和所述支撑架之间的连接选择性地包括所述显示装置的底板和所述第一支撑板之间的连接,或所述显示装置的背板与所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板之间的连接。
可选地,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板所处的平面平行且间隔设置。
本公开具有以下有益效果:
本公开提供了一种支撑架和显示组件,其中该支撑架用于支撑显示装置,支撑架包括:连接架,连接架的顶部设置有第一支撑板,连接架的底部的两个分支上分别设置有第二支撑板和第三支撑板,第二支撑板与第三支撑板处于同一平面,当显示装置站立于支撑面上时,第一支撑板与显示装置的底板连接,第二支撑板和第三支撑板与支撑面连接;当显示装置悬挂于悬挂壁上时,第二支撑板和第三支撑板与显示装置的背板连接,第一支撑板与悬挂壁连接。本公开提供的支撑架克服了相关技术中的支撑架结构复杂、功能单一 的缺陷,在实现结构简易的同时,还方便于显示装置在站立状态和悬挂状态进行切换。

具体实施方式
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面结合附图对本公开提供的支撑架和显示组件进行详细描述。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种支撑架的结构示意图,如图1所示,支撑架用于支撑显示装置,该支撑架包括:连接架4,连接架4的顶部设置有第一支撑板1,连接架4的底部的两个分支上分别设置有第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3,第二支撑板2与第三支撑板3处于同一平面。其中,可选地,第一支撑板1与第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3平行。
图2为图1所示的支撑架支撑显示装置放置于支撑面上时的示意图,如图2所示,支撑架5中的第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8连接,支撑架5中第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3与支撑面7连接,此时该支撑架5可使得显示装置6站立于支撑面7上。需要说明的是,图2中,一个显示装置6对应两个支撑架5的情况仅起到示例性作用,在本实施例中,可仅利用一个支撑架5支撑显示装置6站立于支撑面7上,当然可也利用多个支撑架5支撑 显示装置6站立于支撑面7上,具体情况不再一一描述。
图3为图1所示的支撑架支撑显示装置悬挂于悬挂壁上时的示意图,如图3所示,支撑架5中的第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3与显示装置6的背板10连接,支撑架5中的第一支撑板1与悬挂壁9连接,此时该支撑架5可使得显示装置6悬挂于悬挂壁9上。
下面将结合附图,对支撑架5与显示装置6、支撑面7和悬挂壁9的具体连接方式进行详细描述。
图4为第一滑动卡合槽卡合的结构示意图,图5为第一连接件的结构示意图,如图4和图5所示,第一支撑板1上设置有至少一个第一滑动卡合槽13,显示装置6的底板8和悬挂壁9上对应第一滑动卡合槽13的位置设置有第一连接件16。第一连接件16包括:第一卡头14和表面带有螺纹的第一螺杆15,第一卡头14的截面面积大于第一螺杆15的截面面积,第一螺杆15的部分区域螺接至底板8和悬挂壁9内,第一滑动卡合槽13包括:与第一卡头14的截面形状相匹配的第一伸入部11和与第一螺杆15的截面形状相匹配的第一滑动部12。第一支撑板1与第一连接件16滑动卡合过程大致如下:首先第一卡头14通过第一伸入部11以穿过第一支撑板1,然后第一螺杆15沿第一滑动部12滑动至第一滑动卡合槽13的端部,此时第一连接件16与第一支撑板1的滑动卡合,从而使得第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9固定。
在实际装配的过程中,当显示装置6悬挂于悬挂壁9上时,第一伸入部11位于第一滑动部12的下方,此时第一支撑板1在重力的作用下竖直向下运动,从而保证第一螺杆15与第一滑动部12的上端卡合。
需要说明的是,由于第一伸入部11与第一卡头14向匹配,第一滑动部12与第一螺杆15相匹配,且第一卡头14的截面面积大于第一螺杆15的截面面积,因此本领域技术人员应该知晓的是,第一滑动卡合槽13内的第一伸入部11的宽度应大于第一滑动部12的宽度。
进一步地,第一支撑板1上的第一滑动卡合槽13的数量为三个,三个第一滑动卡合槽13呈三角形排布,此时可有效的增加第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9之间的连接的牢固性。
需要说明的是,上述通过第一滑动卡合槽13与第一连接件16滑动卡合以将第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9固定的情况仅为本公开的一种可选实施方案,这并不会对本公开的技术方案产生限制。本公开中还可通过其他方式将第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9固定。例如:在第一支撑板1上设置螺孔,再通过螺钉将第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9固定。对于其他的方式,此处不再一一赘述。
图6为第二支撑板和第三支撑板与背板进行装配时的结构示意图,如图6所示,第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3上均设置有至少一个第二滑动卡合槽19,背板10上对应第二滑动卡合槽19的位置设置有第二连接件22,第二连接件22包括:第二卡头20和表面带有螺纹的第二螺杆21,第二卡头20的截面面积大于第二螺杆21的截面面积,第二螺杆21的部分区域螺接至背板10内;第二滑动卡合槽19包括:与第二卡头20的截面形状相匹配的第二伸入部17和与第二螺杆21的截面形状相匹配的第二滑动部18,第二卡头20通过第二伸入部17穿过第二支撑板2,螺杆沿滑动部滑动至第二滑动卡合槽19的端部,以实现第二连接件22与第二支撑板2或第三支撑板3的卡合。
在本实施例中,图6中的第二滑动卡合槽19的结构可以与图4中的第一滑动卡合槽13的结构完全相同,此时第二连接件22也可采用图5所示的第一连接件16。
当显示装置6悬挂于悬挂壁9上时,第二滑动部18位于第二伸入部17的下方,此时显示装置6在重力的作用下带动第二连接件22竖直向下运动,从而保证第二螺杆21与第二滑动部18的下端卡合。
此外,当显示装置6站立于支撑面7上时,也可在支撑面7上对应设置第二连接件22,以使的第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3通过滑动卡合的方式与支撑面7固定,从而能避免显示装置6的移动或倾斜。此外,本实施例中还可以在第二滑动卡合槽19内设置吸盘,从而使得第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3吸附于支撑面。
需要说明的是,虽然第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3上设置的第二滑动卡合槽19越多,可使得第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3与背板10之间连接的牢固性的越强,但是随之也会使得第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3的韧性下降, 即第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3更容易发生弯折。同时,考虑到第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3是同时与背板10接触,因此无需在第二支撑板2或第三支撑板3上设置过多的第二滑动卡合槽19。本实施例中,可选地,第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3上的第二滑动卡合槽19的数量均为两个,从而在保证第二支撑板2(第三支撑板3)与背板10之间连接的牢固性,同时还保证了第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3自身的韧性。
本公开实施例提供的支撑架克服了相关技术中的支撑架结构复杂、功能单一的缺陷,在实现结构简易的同时,还方便于显示装置在站立状态和悬挂状态进行切换。
继续参见图6,本公开实施例提供了一种显示组件,该显示组件包括:显示装置6和如上述支撑架5,该支撑架5可满足显示装置6在站立状态和悬挂状态下的支撑需求;此外,该支撑架5上的第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3上均设置有至少一个第二滑动卡合槽19,背板上对应第二滑动卡合槽19的位置设置有第二连接件22,具体内容可参见上述实施例中的描述,此处不在赘述。
本实施例中,当背板10与第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3之间通过第二连接件22固定时,第二连接件22与背板10在竖直方向上产生一个相互作用力,从而使得背板10容易在竖直方向上产生形变。为解决上述技术问题,本实施例中,可选地,背板10上对应第二支撑板2和第三支撑板3的区域为向外侧凸出的凸起结构27,凸起结构27沿竖直方向延伸,第二连接件22位于凸起结构27的边界范围之内。该凸起结构27可形成加强筋,从而提升背板10能承受的最大作用力,进而可避免背板10上与第二支撑板2和第三支撑连接的区域发生形变。
可选地,背板10的材料为金属,背板10上的凸起结构27通过冲压成型得到,且凸起结构27的边缘为平滑过渡。
可选地,位于背板10的内侧且对应凸起结构27的区域设置有定位补强板,定位补强板通过螺接的方式固定于背板10的内侧,定位补强板上设置有与第二螺杆21相匹配的通孔,第二螺杆21通过通孔与定位补强板螺接。本实施例中,定位补强板的设置可有效的分摊第二连接件22对背板10的作用 力,从而使得第二连接件22对背板10上的作用力降低。该定位补强板与凸起结构27相配合,可进一步地避免背板10上与第二支撑板2和第三支撑连接的区域发生形变。
图7为本公开提供的一种定位补强板的结构示意图,图8为图7所示的定位补强板与背板固定时的示意图,如图7和图8所示,该定位补强板23的形状为矩形,该矩形定位补强板23上设置有至少两个螺孔24和至少两个通孔25,该螺孔24用于通过螺钉将定位补强板固定于背板10上,全部螺孔24在定位补强板的边缘区域均匀分布,全部通孔25在定位补强板25的中间区域均匀分布。上述将全部螺孔24在定位补强板25的边缘区域均匀分布,可提升矩形定位补强板23与背板10之间固定的牢固性,将全部通孔25在定位补强板25的中间区域均匀分布,可有保证定位补强板23上受力的均匀性。
图9为本公开提供的又一种定位补强板的结构示意图,图10为图9所示的定位补强板与背板固定时的示意图,如图9和图10所示,该定位补强板26的形状为T形,该T形定位补强板26上的螺孔24数量为三个,通孔25的数量为1个,三个螺孔24分别位于T形定位补强板26的三个端部,通孔25位于T形定位补强板26上的交叉区域。由于T形定位补强板26上交叉区域的韧性最优,因此将通孔25设置于T形定位补强板26上的交叉区域可有效提升对应的第二连接件22上承载能力。
需要说明的是,上述通过第二滑动卡合槽19与第二连接件22滑动卡合以将第二支撑板2或第三支撑板3与显示装置6的背板10或支撑面7固定的情况仅为本公开的一种可选实施方案,这并不会对本公开的技术方案产生限制。本公开中还可通过其他方式将第一支撑板1与显示装置6的底板8或悬挂壁9固定,此处不再具体描述。
由上述内容可见,无论显示装置是处于站立状态还是悬挂状态,第一支撑板、第二支撑板和第三支撑板均能通过滑动卡合的方式与相应的结构进行固定,因此可使得站立状态与悬挂状态之间的切换都十分的简单。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而 言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于支撑显示装置的支撑架,包括:连接架,所述连接架的顶部设置有第一支撑板,所述连接架的底部的两个分支上分别设置有第二支撑板和第三支撑板,所述第二支撑板与所述第三支撑板处于同一平面;
    当所述显示装置放置于支撑面上时,所述第一支撑板与所述显示装置连接,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板与所述支撑面连接;
    当所述显示装置悬挂于悬挂壁上时,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板与所述显示装置的背板连接,所述第一支撑板与所述悬挂壁连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架,其中,所述第一支撑板上设置有至少一个第一滑动卡合槽,所述显示装置的底板和所述悬挂壁上对应所述第一滑动卡合槽的位置均设置有第一连接件;
    所述第一连接件包括:第一卡头和表面带有螺纹的第一螺杆,所述第一卡头的截面面积大于所述第一螺杆的截面面积,所述第一螺杆的部分区域螺接至相应的所述底板内或相应的所述悬挂壁内;
    所述第一滑动卡合槽包括:与所述第一卡头的截面形状相匹配的第一伸入部和与所述第一螺杆的截面形状相匹配的第一滑动部,所述第一卡头通过所述第一伸入部穿过所述第一支撑板,所述螺杆沿所述第一滑动部滑动至所述第一滑动卡合槽的端部,以实现所述第一连接件与第一支撑板的卡合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑架,其中,所述第一支撑板上的所述第一滑动卡合槽的数量为三个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述支撑架,其中,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板上均设置有至少一个第二滑动卡合槽,所述背板上对应所述第二滑动卡合槽的位置设置有第二连接件;
    所述第二连接件包括:第二卡头和表面带有螺纹的第二螺杆,所述第二卡头的截面面积大于所述第二螺杆的截面面积,所述第二螺杆的部分区域螺 接至所述背板内;
    所述第二滑动卡合槽包括:与所述第二卡头的截面形状相匹配的第二伸入部和与所述第二螺杆的截面形状相匹配的第二滑动部,所述第二卡头通过所述第二伸入部穿过所述第二支撑板,所述螺杆沿所述第二滑动部滑动至所述第二滑动卡合槽的端部,以实现所述第二连接件与第二支撑板或第三支撑板的卡合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑架,其中,所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板上的第二滑动卡合槽的数量均为两个。
  6. 一种显示组件,包括:显示装置和如上述权利要求4或5中所述的支撑架。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示组件,其中,所述背板上对应所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板的区域为向外侧凸出的凸起结构,所述凸起结构沿竖直方向延伸;
    所述第二连接件位于所述凸起结构的边界范围之内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示组件,其中,所述背板的材料为金属,所述背板上的凸起结构通过冲压成型得到,且凸起结构的边缘为平滑过渡。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示组件,其中,位于所述背板的内侧且对应所述凸起结构的区域设置有定位补强板,所述定位补强板通过螺接的方式固定于所述背板的内侧;
    所述定位补强板上设置有与所述第二螺杆相匹配的通孔,所述第二螺杆通过所述通孔与所述定位补强板螺接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示组件,其中,所述定位补强板的形状为矩形,所述定位补强板上的所述通孔的数量为至少两个,全部所述通孔在所述 定位补强板的中间区域均匀分布。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示组件,其中,所述定位补强板的形状为T形,所述定位补强板上的所述通孔的数量为一个,所述通孔位于所述定位补强板上的交叉区域。
  12. 一种显示组件,包括:
    显示装置;和
    与所述显示装置连接的支撑架;
    其中,所述支撑架包括连接架、设置在所述连接架的顶部的第一支撑板、以及设置在所述连接架的底部的呈分支状的第二支撑板和第三支撑板;所述第二支撑板与所述第三支撑板处于同一平面;
    所述显示装置和所述支撑架之间的连接选择性地包括所述显示装置的底板和所述第一支撑板之间的连接,或所述显示装置的背板与所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板之间的连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示组件,其中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板和所述第三支撑板所处的平面平行且间隔设置。
