一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯 技术领域
本发明涉及无绳发光二极管灯领域,尤其涉及一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯。
背景技术
无绳发光二极管灯是临时的照明功能,可以在户外或者室内使用,现有的无绳发光二极管灯包含充电电池,通过外部电源为充电电池充电,充电电池再给发光二极管灯供电,以达到照明的目的。由于无绳发光二极管灯含有充电电池和外壳等部件,具有一定的重量,现有技术多采用夹子以及帽钩等装置进行固定,比如CN202675191U发明专利,公开了一种工矿灯帽钩装置,包括帽钩主体和挂钩,所述帽钩主体上部两侧面有凸出并垂直于所述帽钩主体位于所述挂钩相反方向的两凸台,所述两凸台远离帽钩主体端并垂直于所述两凸台的方向上分别有两固定凸台,所述两固定凸台分别设置有通孔;挂钩为鸭舌结构且中间为挂钉装置的中空结构,帽钩主体也为中空结构,帽钩装置为不锈钢材料。帽钩主体的上部有成L形的两个连续凸台,这样就能使帽钩装置直接安装到那些帽钩装置的安装固定位置凹陷于工矿灯后盖表面的工矿灯上,不需要增加任何连接结构和装置,安装起来是更方便;由于不锈钢材料,使得帽钩装置可以在非常恶劣的条件下使用。但是,现有技术存在结构复杂等缺点。
发明内容
一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,包括发光二极管灯后座、磁力部件、贴座部件,其中发光二极管灯后座设有卡扣,贴座部件设有卡孔,所述卡扣与卡孔匹配连接;并且贴座部件中部设有凹陷结构,磁力部件匹配安装在贴座部件的凹陷结构上。
现有技术多采用帽钩装置等方式固定无绳发光二极管灯,使用起来多有不便,本发明提供一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,使用起来非常方便,并且可以在非常恶劣的条件下使用。尤其采用强力磁铁时,磁力可达到5公斤力以上,既方便又稳固。
优选地,所述强力磁铁包括钦铁棚磁铁、铁氧体磁铁、铝镇钻磁铁、钐钻的磁铁。更优选为钕铁硼磁铁,它相比于铁氧体磁铁、铝镍钴、钐钴的磁性能大大的超越了其他几种磁铁,钕铁硼磁铁可以吸附本身重量的640倍的重量。
优选地,所述卡扣为可活动的弹性卡扣,便于卡扣安装在卡孔上。
优选地,所述卡孔设置在贴座部件对边。对边均设置卡孔,可以使卡孔和卡扣连接更加稳固,避免脱落。
更优选地,所述的贴座部件的一面为正方形,并且四周都调有卡孔。与对边设有卡孔相比,四周都有卡孔可以更好安装贴座部件,并且一面为正方形时,安装时不用选择对边方向,可以随意安装,更加便捷。
优选地,所述磁力部件一面为正方形,并且所述贴座部件的凹陷结构同为正形。
优选地,所述磁力部件一面为圆形,并且所述贴座部件的凹陷结 构同为圆形。当磁力部件为圆形时,可以提高磁力部件和贴座部件的安装效率。另外,圆形与正方形相比,其面积可以更大,可以提高磁力效果。
优选地,所述磁力部件通过UV胶粘合在贴座部件的凹陷结构上。其中,UV胶又叫光敏胶、紫外光固化胶,是指必须通过紫外线光照射才能固化的一类胶粘剂,它可以作为粘接剂使用。
本发明有益效果:本发明提供了一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,具有结构简单,安装方便,使用更加便捷等显著特点,并且可以在非常恶劣的条件下使用。尤其采用强力磁铁时,磁力可达到5公斤力以上,既方便又稳固。

实施例2
如图1-3所示,一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,包括发光二极管灯后座、磁力部件、贴座部件,其中发光二极管灯后座设有卡扣,贴座部件设有卡孔,所述卡扣与卡孔匹配连接;并且贴座部件中部设有凹陷结构,磁力部件匹配安装在贴座部件的凹陷结构上。其中,磁力部件一面为圆形,贴座部件一面为正方形,凹陷结构为同为圆形,并且两者通过UV胶粘合。另外,发光二极管灯后座设有卡扣,贴座部件对边设有卡孔,所述卡扣与对边卡孔匹配连接。

  1. 一种磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,其特征在于,包括发光二极管灯后座、磁力部件、贴座部件,其中发光二极管灯后座设有卡扣,贴座部件设有卡孔,所述卡扣与卡孔匹配连接;并且贴座部件中部设有凹陷结构,磁力部件匹配安装在贴座部件的凹陷结构上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,其特征在于,所述磁力部件为强力磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,其特征在于,所述强力磁铁选自钕铁硼磁铁、铁氧体磁铁、铝镍钴磁铁或钐钴的磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述磁力贴无绳发光二极管灯,其特征在于,所述强力磁铁优选为钕铁硼磁铁。
