背景技术
开关柜母线室被穿柜套管贯穿,穿柜母线设置在穿柜套管内,当一个母线室发生内部故障电弧时,就会殃及其它母线室,扩大损失。如加装防暴垫使每个间隔独立,就要将所有的穿柜套管更换,将所有穿柜母线的连接解体重新安装,造成母线停电时间过长,工作量大,资金的大量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种防爆垫及具有其的开关柜,以解决现有技术中开关柜穿柜母线上无法方便地设置防爆垫安全性低的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种防爆垫,该防爆垫包括垫体,垫体包括:第一通孔,贯穿垫体,并供穿柜母线穿过垫体;第一开口,由垫体的外周向内延伸至与第一通孔连通;锁合结构,设置在垫体上并位于第一开口的两侧,将第一开口锁合。

锁合结构包括凹槽21和凸起22,凹槽21位于第一开口12的第一侧;凸起22位于第一开口12的第二侧,与凹槽21配合,凸起22的形状与凹槽21的形状相适应。凹槽21和凸起22的配合方式装配简单且安全性高,能够有效地保证工作可靠性。
在本实施例中,凹槽21包括平行于第一开口12的第一竖段和连接在第一竖段与第一开口12之间的第一横段,该第一横段垂直于第一开口12。凸起22包括与凹槽的第一横段相适应的第二横段221和与凹槽21的第一竖段相适应的第二竖段222。这种配合方式能够有效地保证垫体10整体的结构强度。凹槽21和凸起22的结构也可以是其它形状,只需保证工作过程中,第一开口12处于锁合状态即可,例如凹槽21为三角形,沿远离第一开口12的方向凹 槽21的截面积逐渐增大,相应地,凸起22为与该凹槽21形状相适应的三角形。
优选地,防爆垫包括至少两个的垫体10,至少两个垫体10的第一开口12错开设置,这样能够保证防爆垫整体的结构强度,在受外力作用下防爆垫整体的受力均匀。
更优选地,防爆垫包括两个的垫体10,两个垫体10的第一开口12间隔180度。

防爆垫的尺寸和外形可以有多种,使用时选用适合穿柜套管的尺寸和外形的防爆垫。安装过程中,松开锁合结构的凹槽21和凸起22,将第一开口12掰开,将防爆垫的两个垫体10分别套设到穿柜母线30上,多个防爆垫对应各个母线室将穿柜母线30分割为多段。这样可以不用完全拆下穿柜母线30就可完成安装防爆垫,减小停电时间;同时可以提升开关柜安全性能;此种防爆垫尤其适用于KYN-28型开关柜;发生单个母线室故障时有效避免故障向两侧延伸而造成的事故损失的扩大;防爆垫的投资小,实际可操作性强。
优选地,防爆垫的可以有多种形状,只需与需要的穿柜套管的内周的形状适应即可
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:第一开口能够方便地将防爆垫套设到穿柜母线上,而无需拆卸穿柜母线,节省了时间,同时能够保证穿柜母线的安全。
