本发明涉及一种头戴显示设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种头戴式显示装置。
随着科技的发展,头戴式显示设备已逐渐民用化,为越来越多的人提供高品质的视觉体验。然而,当佩戴者希望与旁边的人分享显示内容时,此时一般需要佩戴者取下设备给旁人穿戴,如此,导致佩戴者不能与旁人同时共享显示内容。虽然可通过将显示器转动设置,并通过转动一侧显示器来实现在佩戴者不用取下设备的情况下与旁人共享显示内容,但是佩戴者仅左眼或右眼看到一侧未转动的显示器的显示内容,体验效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种头戴式显示装置,允许佩戴者与旁人共享显示内容时无需佩戴者取下设备并且还能够双眼同时观看。
本发明实施例公开的头戴式显示装置,包括本体、设置于本体的显示模块以及分光模块。所述本体包括观看内侧及观看外侧。所述显示模块转动设置于本体,显示模块的显示面可转向通过观看内侧出射光源的方向提供对内显示模式,以及转向通过所述观看外侧出射光源的方向提供对外显示模式;所述分光模块用于对外显示模式时将显示模块的光源分离成两路光束。所述头戴式显示装置将所述两路光束通过所述观看内侧出射。
本发明实施例的头戴式显示装置包括分光模块以及转动设置的显示模块,如此,当佩戴者需要与他人共享显示内容时,可转动显示模块以使其显示面转向观看外侧提供他人观看,与此同时,藉由分光模块将显示模块的光源分离成分别通过观看内侧出射的两路光束,该两路光束分别投射至佩戴者双眼,从而在佩戴者与他人实现显示内容共享的同时依然可保持双眼观看显示内容。

参考图1,本发明公开的第一种实施例中的头戴式显示装置100。该头戴式显示装置100包括本体20、设置于本体20上的两个显示模块10、以及设置
于本体10中且分别对应两个显示模块10的两个分光模块90(如图6所示)。该两个显示模块10分别为提供佩戴者左眼和右眼观看的显示内容的显示器。该两个显示模块10转动设置于本体10并可翻转,每一个显示模块10均可相对本体20转动,以使其显示面101(如图4所示)可转向通过观看内侧出射光源的方向实现对内显示模式,以及可转向观看外侧出射光源的方向实现对外显示模式,从而提供了朝向佩戴者的对内显示模式和朝向佩戴者以外的其他人的对外显示模式的切换。分光模块90用于将相对应的显示模块10的光源分离成分别投射至佩戴者双眼的两路光束。其中,显示模块10的光源为显示面101提供显示内容具有的光源,显示内容具体可以理解为图像。具体的,当佩戴者需要与其他人分享显示内容时,可将其中一个显示模块10切换至对外显示模式,与此同时,与另一个显示模块10对应的分光模块90将该另一个显示模块10显示的光源分离成两路光束,该两路光束通过观看内侧出射,分别投射至佩戴者双眼,从而在佩戴者与他人实现显示内容共享的同时依然可保持双眼观看显示内容。

10可以包括用于固定显示器及光学模组的封闭的盒体,该盒体对应显示面光源形成的出射光束的位置设置有光束出射的观看视窗;显示模块10也可以包括用于固定显示器及光学模块同时不遮蔽显示面的固定基座等。该方式下,光学模组可以与显示器一同转动。在本实施例中,请结合参考图3和图4,该两个显示模块10为单一显示器结构。该两个显示模块10大致呈矩形。可以理解,在其它实施方式,该两个显示模块10还可以是椭圆形、正多边形等。显示模块10相对两侧边(例如,上侧边和下侧边)均设置有转轴150。两转轴150共轴线A设置。轴线A在本实施例中为显示模块10的对称轴。转轴150还开设有通孔152,允许连接显示模块10的信号线穿过。在本实施例中,通孔152沿轴线A方向延伸,并在转轴150远离显示模块10的末端形成开口。在其它实施例中,转轴150还可设置于显示模块10另外相对两侧边(例如,左侧边和右侧边),二者共轴的轴线与本实施方式中的轴线A垂直。
本体20的结构可以为类似于普通眼镜的镜框,也可以为一具有内部容置空间的盒体,请结合图5所示,该盒体的观看内侧20A,即对应用户双眼的一侧,设有可投射出光束的观看视窗21,供佩戴者观看。本体20还包括观看外侧20B。本体20的观看外侧20B还开设有设置显示模块10的开口210。该开口210的形状与显示模块10的形状相适配。具体的,当该本体20为上述盒体结构时,开口210设置于观看外侧20B,即非观看内侧20A所在侧,例如,可以为观看视窗21所在侧的对侧、左侧、右侧、上侧、底侧。结合图1至图4提供的示例中,本体20设有两个大致呈矩形的开口210。该两个开口210分别用于安装两个显示模块10。每一个开口210的上侧壁211和下侧壁212均开设有用于收容转轴150的轴孔214。转轴150转动收容于轴孔214,以使显示模块10能够相对本体20转动,从而使显示模块10的显示面能够从朝向通过观看内侧出射光源的方向的对内显示模式切换至通过开口210朝向观看外侧出射光源的方向的对外显示模式,以允许佩戴者能够与其他人实现显示内容的分享。开口210相对该两个轴孔214的连线呈轴对称。轴孔214的内壁开设有与通孔152对应的穿孔(未示出),以允许连接显示模块10的信号线通
过轴孔214、通孔152走线至本体20内部,实现与该穿戴式显示装置100其他模块的电连接,包括电连接至处理器50。该方式下可以充分利用内部空间,实现走线隐藏于穿戴式显示装置的内部。
如图7所示,当显示模块10仅包括显示器的方式下(以下将采用同显示模块相同的标识10),该穿戴式显示装置100还包括对应显示模块10设置的光学模组104。该示例中,分别于两个显示模块10对应设置了一个光学模组104。光学模组104为特殊光学透镜,用于将相应显示模块10的显示内容按预定光路投射至佩戴者眼睛,使小尺寸的屏幕能够投射出大屏幕的显示效果。具体的,显示模块10显示面101提供的光源经光学模组104后,穿过观看视窗投射至佩戴者双眼。可以理解的是,该图示仅为原理示意图,并不用于限定本发明各模块的具体位置。其他实施方式中,可以根据需求灵活选择观看外侧,可转动的显示模块10设置于该观看外侧的对应区域即可。例如显示模块10可以置于本体20的欲分享至对外相对两侧端,如图5所示,当欲通过本体侧面进行对外分享时,该模式下显示面101可通过侧端转动至对外。且在对内显示模式下,显示面101可以转动至正对观看内侧20A对应的一个观看视窗21,也可以转动至其他方向,只要该模式下,显示面101朝向光学模组104的入光侧,通过该光学模组104设计的光路形成通过观看内侧20A对应的观看视窗21出射光束即可。根据本发明上述原理,显示器10可置于本体任意位置。
请一并参考图7,两个分光模块90设置于本体10中且位于两个光学模组104和相对应的两个显示模块10之间。分光模块90用于将相对应显示模块10的显示面101提供的光源分离成分别经两个光学模组104并进一步通过观看内侧20A出射的两路光束,该两路光束分别投射至佩戴者双眼。分光模块90在本实施例中可为分光镜与一个或多个全反射镜的组合,其中全反射镜用于改变经分光镜分离出的光束的光路,以确保经分光镜分离出的光束能投射至佩戴者双眼。具体的,当其中一个显示模块10转动至对外显示模式时,与另一个显示模块10相对应的分光模块90将该另一个显示器10的光源分离成两路光束,该两路光束分别经由光学模组104后投射至佩戴双眼。如此,在佩戴者与他人
实现显示内容共享的同时依然可保持双眼观看显示内容。
结合图6所示,该穿戴式显示装置100还包括控制模块98,用于实现对分光模块90作用于光路与否的控制。具体的,控制模块98可以为光闸(下述采用与控制模块相同的标示98)。当两个显示模块10的显示面101均转至对内显示模式时,光闸98控制分光模块90起跳,使分光模块90不作用于光路。此时,两个显示模块10的显示内容分别经相对应的光学模组104后投射至佩戴者双眼。当其中一个显示模块10转动至对外显示模式时,控制模块98控制与另一个显示模块10相对应的分光模块90放下,从而使分光模块90作用于光路以将该另一个显示模块10的光源分离成两路光束。该两路光束分别经由光学模组104后投射至佩戴双眼。如此,在佩戴者与他人实现显示内容共享的同时,依然可保持双眼观看显示内容。光闸98的控制可以为手动也可以为电控。
在本实施例中,该头戴式显示装置100默认的声音播放模式为声音内放,即通过耳机40播放。当显示模块10切换至对外显示模式时,自动启动声音外放,即启动扬声器42播放。具体的,头戴式显示装置100还包括两个转动传感器60。该两个转动传感器60电连接于处理器50,用于检测显示模块10的状态并当检测到任意显示模块10切换至对外显示模式时产生检测信号。处理器50用于当接收到检测信号时启动声音外放模式,即控制音频信号通过扬声器42播出。如此,佩戴者能够与其他人实现音视频内容同步分享,提高用户体验。可以理解的是,当接收到检测信号时,启动声音外放包括耳机40与扬声器42同时播放,也包括直接切换扬声器42播放,此时耳机40停止播放。该对应的播放选择模式,可以灵活设置,较优的可以提供至用户进行自配置选择。
结合图4的实施例,该头戴式显示装置100还包括设置于转动的显示模块10上的锁扣组件70。该锁扣组件70用于当显示模块10处于对内显示模式或对外显示模式时锁定显示模块10。锁扣组件70包括活动设置于显示模块10上的锁扣件72、抵接于锁扣件72以使锁扣件72伸出于显示模块10的弹性件
(未示出)、以及用于驱动锁扣件72缩回显示模块10的按钮74。开口210相对的两个侧壁均开设有用于卡合锁扣件72的卡合凹槽216。锁扣件72配合卡合凹槽216锁定显示模块10。具体的,当显示模块10处于对内显示模式时,锁扣件72卡合至左侧壁的卡合凹槽216以锁定显示模块10,从而保持对内显示模式不变。当需要切换至对外显示模式时,按压按钮74,锁扣件72与左侧壁的卡合凹槽216分离并缩回显示模块10中,具体的,可以为按压按钮74,带动弹簧件驱动锁扣件72缩回显示模块10,此时,将显示模块10旋转180度,锁扣件72卡合至右侧壁的卡合凹槽216以将显示模块10锁定并保持在对外显示模式。
可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,所述锁扣组件70设置于本体20上,所述显示模块10相对两侧开设有卡合凹槽216。卡合凹槽216与锁扣件72配合锁定显示模块10以使显示模块10保持在对外显示模式或对内显示模式。
其他实施方式中,锁扣组件可以为任意可锁固的结构,例如限位结构、卡扣结构、磁性吸合结构等。
在一实施例中,可转动的显示模块10的边缘的正反两面均设置有操作组件801。当佩戴者转动显示模块10时,通过扣动操作组件801以使显示模块10翘起,便于顺利转动显示模块10。
如图7所示,使用时,若佩戴者不需要与他人共享显示内容,可将显示模块10切换至对内显示模式,并通过光闸98控制两个分光模块90跳起,此时,显示模块10的显示内容分别经相对应的光学模组104通过观看内侧20A投射至佩戴者双眼。如图8所示,当佩戴者需要与他人共享视频时,转动其中一个显示模块10(例如左显示模块)以使该左显示模块10切换至对外显示模式,并通过光闸98控制与另一个显示模块(例如右显示模块)相对应的分光模块90放下以作用于光路。此时,该左显示模块10的显示面101转向观看外侧20B提供佩戴者以外的其他人观看显示内容,右显示模块10的显示内容经相应分光模块90作用后分离成两路光束,该两路光束分别经由光学模组104后投射至佩戴双眼。与此同时,转动传感器60产生检测信号,处理器50控制音频信
号通过扬声器42以外放的形式播出。如此,在佩戴者与他人实现音视频内容共享的同时,依然可保持双眼观看显示内容,并可通过耳机40听到音频播放,从而提高用户体验。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图9所示,本体20还设置有会聚透镜106。会聚透镜106与显示模块10相对应,用于当显示模块10的显示面101转向观看外侧20B(此时为对外显示模式)时,将显示模块10的显示内容放大以便于他人观看。具体的,会聚透镜106设置于本体20开设有开口210的一侧。优选地,会聚透镜106在本实施方式中为菲涅尔透镜。会聚透镜106在其它实施方式中也可以为可将图像放大的光学元件或镜头模组。在本方式中,可通过设置转动机构,例如通过固定连接至转轴150的转动旋钮来转动显示模块10。也可以通过设置驱动马达,且驱动马达可以电连接于处理器50,通过电控的形式来转动显示模块10。例如图5所示,观看内侧20A具有提供佩戴者观看的观看视窗21,开口210设置于本体20的两侧端,会聚透镜106对应开口210的形状并嵌于开口210处,显示模块10对应开口210区域设置于本体20内,显示模块10的上侧边设有一转轴150,且该转轴150由本体20内部连接至本体20外部的操作部件80,具体的,为一转动旋钮,通过旋转该操作部件80可带动转轴150转动,从而可使显示模块10的显示面可转向会聚透镜106,也可使显示面转向通过观看内侧20A出射光源的方向,即显示面的光源可通过观看内侧20A的观看视窗21投射至用户双眼。具体的,显示面可以转向观看视窗21的方向使得显示面直接投射出观看视窗21。转轴150于显示模块10的纵向设置,即Y轴方向,该方式下,还可以根据显示面可转向的观看外侧的任意位置设置多个开口210,例如还可以设置开口于观看内侧20A相对的一侧。其他方式中,转轴150还可以于显示模块10的横向设置,即X轴方向,该方式下,显示面还可以转向本体20的上侧及底侧实现对外显示模式,相应的,可以于上侧及底侧对应显示面的区域设置开口210,同时,对内显示模式下,只要显示面101转向光学模组的入光侧即可实现通过观看内侧出射光源。
根据上述实施例,显示模块10可以仅包括显示器,该显示器的显示面101
转向通过观看内侧20A出射光源的方向包括显示面不正对观看内侧20A的观看视窗21的方式,只要显示面101朝向设定的光学模组104,光学模组104可以定义出所需的光路,将显示面101的光源投射至观看内侧20A出射的光束,通过观看视窗21投射至佩戴者的双眼。
可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,参看图8,上述两个显示模块10的其中一个(以下称第一显示模,10)转动设置,另一个显示模块10(以下称第二显示模块10)固定设置,在方式下,穿戴式显示装置100仅设置一个分光模块90。该分光模块90与第二显示模块10相对应,用于当第一显示模块10转动至对外显示模式时将第二显示模块10的光源分离成两路光束。该两路光束分别经由光学模组104后通过观看内侧20A投射至佩戴双眼。如此,在保证佩戴者能够与他人实现音显示内容共享及佩戴者双眼观看显示内容的同时,还能进一步简化穿戴式显示装置200元件组成及结构。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种头戴式显示装置,包括本体及设置于本体的显示模块,所述本体包括观看内侧及观看外侧,其特征在于,所述显示模块转动设置于本体,显示模块的显示面可转向通过观看内侧出射光源的方向提供对内显示模式,以及所述显示面可转向通过所述观看外侧出射光源的方向提供对外显示模式;所述头戴式显示装置还包括分光模块,用于对外显示模式时,将显示模块的光源分离成两路光束,所述头戴式显示装置将所述两路光束通过所述观看内侧出射。
- 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述观看外侧包括对应所述显示模块设置的开口,用于对外显示模式时提供显示面的光源出射。
- 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置包括两个转动设置于本体的显示模块以及分别与所述两个显示模块相对应的两个分光模块,当所述两个显示模块中的一个显示模块的显示面转至对外显示模式时,与另一个显示模块对应的分光模块将该另一个显示模块的光源分离成通过所述观看内侧出射的两路光束。
- 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置包括一个转动设置于本体的显示模块、一个固定设置于本体的显示模块以及一个分光模块,所述分光模块用于当转动设置于本体的显示模块的显示面转至对外显示模式时,将固定设置于本体的显示模块的光源分离成通过所述观看内侧出射的两路光束。
- 如权利要求1~4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括控制模块,用于当显示模块的显示面转至对外显示模式时控制分光模块将显示模块的光源分离成通过所述观看内侧出射的两路光束,以及用于当显示模块的显示面转至对内显示模式时控制分光模块跳起以不分离显示模块的光源。
- 如权利要求1~4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括对应于显示模块的光学模组,该光学模组用于将所述显示面提供的光源按照预设的光路投射出放大的虚像。
- 如权利要求6所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述光学模组还用于将所述分光模块分离的两路光束分别通过所述观看内侧出射。
- 如权利要求1~4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块通过转轴可转动设置于所述本体。
- 如权利要求8所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述转轴分别设置于显示模块的相对两侧。
- 如权利要求9所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述设置于显示模块上的两个转轴共轴线设置,所述显示模块相对该轴线呈轴对称。
- 如权利要求8所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述转轴设有通孔,用于提供连接显示模块的信号线穿过。
- 如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括电连接于所述显示模块的处理器、电连接于处理器的耳机、扬声器,处理器用于对内显示模式时控制音频信号通过耳机播放,以及对外显示模式时控制音频信号通过扬声器播放。
- 如权利要求12所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括电连接于处理器的转动传感器,转动传感器用于检测显示模块的状态并当检测到显示模块切换至对外显示模式时产生检测信号,处理器用于当接收到检测信号时控制音频信号通过扬声器播出。
- 如权利要求1~4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括至少一个锁扣组件;该至少一个锁扣组件设置于转动设置的显示模块上,用于锁定所述转动设置的显示模块以保持对内显示模式或对外显示模式。
- 如权利要求1~4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个转动设置的显示模块的边缘设置有操作组件,用于提供操作所述显示模块的转动。
- 如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括设置于所述观看外侧上且与转动的显示模块相对应的会聚透镜,用于当显示模块的显示面朝向观看外侧时放大显示面的显示内容。
