Description
本发明属于物联网和云计算领域,涉及一种支持Web服务和云计算的资产信息管理系统,特别是涉及一种远程信息获取、企业本地存储、云上管理的云资产信息系统。
本发明专利涉及到云计算和物联网两个重要的前沿技术,同时也涉及到产品编码的标准化,下面分别对其背景进行介绍。
云计算作为IT技术发展的一个重要里程碑,现在已成为IT基础设施的一种重要架构。其实,早期的计算机技术开发主要是追求计算速度,当网络出现并发展到一定阶段后,信息共享成了人们新的追求,因此开发出了Server-Client架构,NFS,NAS等技术。随着计算机速度的进一步提升,技术重点又向绿色计算,即将多余的计算资源分享给他人以保障计算机富裕的资源得到有效利用,虚拟化技术应运而生。当虚拟化的计算资源通过因特网传送到客户端后,便形成了云计算的一种:桌面云。其实,不光是计算机硬件资源,软件和数据资源通过因特网向用户进行提供共享更为普遍。特别是移动通信带宽得到提升,数据通信变得廉价后,移动互联网给云计算注入了新的活力,人们可以不受时间和地点的制约使用云端上的资源。当然云计算的历史还不长,在许多领域的应用尚未与之进行有效结合。值得一提的是,Web服务作为云计算的一个重要技术,在数据共享方面提供了一个有效途径。
物联网其实最早可追溯到1990年施乐公司的网络可乐贩售机,但明确的词语确是由MIT Auto-ID中心的Ashton教授在1999年的移动计算和网络国际会议上提出来的,当时的含义是将产品信息存入到所贴的RFID
(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别技术)标签中,再利用近距离无线通信技术接入到互联网中。2003年的美国《技术评论》认为传感网络技术将是未来改变人们生活的十大技术之首。在2005年国际电信联盟(ITU)在《ITU互联网报告2005:物联网》中也指出,世界上所有的物体从轮胎到牙刷、从房屋到纸巾都可以通过因特网主动进行交换。不过,无论国际还是国内对物联网也还没有一个统一的标准定义,但从其本质上看,物联网的具有以下三个特征:一是互联网特征,即对需要联网的物体一定要能够实现互联互通的互联网络;二是识别与通信特征,即纳入物联网的“物”一定要具备自动识别与物物通信(M2M)的功能;三是智能化特征,即网络系统应具有自动化、自我反馈与智能控制的特点。由于物联网被公认为第三次信息革命,可以广泛应用到安全监测、公共交通系统、车队管理、工业流程自动化、城市信息化等领域,各国都从政治层面上高度重视。
相比云计算和物联网,物品编码技术的发展则比较早,特别是条形码技术。早在40年代,美国就着手用代码表示物品的研究,在1970年美国超级市场Ad Hoc委员会制定出通用商品代码UPC码,并在在杂货零售业中试用。972年研制出库德巴(Code bar)码。1973年美国统一编码协会(简称UCC)建立了UPC条形码系统,实现了该码制标准化。同年,食品杂货业把UPC码作为该行业的通用标准码制。1974年研制出39码,很快被美国国防部作为军用条形码使用,后来广泛应用于工业领域。1977,欧洲共同体在UPC-A码基础上制定出欧洲物品编码EAN-13和EAN-8码,签署了“欧洲物品编码”协议备忘录,并正式成立了欧洲物品编码协会(简称EAN)。日本从1974年开始在EAN基础上,于1978年制定出日本物品编码JAN,加入了国际物品编码协会,成为EAN最大的用户。我国的物品编码由中国物品编码中心负责,该中心成立于1988年12月成立。1994年4月代表中国加入了国际物品编码协会(EAN),获得了中国的前缀码“690”。
与物品编码技术相关的RFID技术也是起源于上世纪40年代,1948年哈里斯托克曼的"利用反射功率的通信"奠定了射频识别技术的理论基
础,随后的30年都处于实验室研究状态,在80年代才得到大力发展,并在90是年代进入商业应用,2000年后逐渐成为人们生活的一部分。现在单芯片电子标签、多电子标签识读、无线可读可写、无源电子标签的远距离识别、适应高速移动物体的射频识别技术与产品正在成为现实并走向应用。
现有技术中利用条形码和RFID技术对资产进行管理,不过这些技术有以下几点局限性:(1)在物品信息采集上没有采用Web服务,而是自行准备输入,这样会花费大量的人力财力,也难免出错。(2)架构没有采用云计算,使用范围受到时空限制。(3)资产没有采用GTIN编码(Global Trade Item Number,全球贸易项目代码),缺乏通用性。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术上存在上述局限性,本发明的目的在于提供一种云资产信息管理系统,用于远程获取、企业保存、云上管理资产信息,为企业的资产管理提供了高度信息化途径。为了实现上述和其他相关目的,本发明提供一种Web服务获取和云上管理的云资产信息管理系统。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种云资产信息管理系统包括产品信息服务器、企业资产服务器、客户端及企业资产产品;
所述企业资产产品贴有记录产品GTIN的条形码、二维码或RFID标签;
所述产品信息服务器包括硬件和Web服务(Web Service);所述产品信息服务器硬件是高性能单体服务器或集群服务器并通过高带宽网络连接到因特网;所述Web服务向客户提供用户认证功能,同时根据产品GTIN向用户提供产品属性的信息;
所述企业资产服务器包括硬件、SQL(Structured Query Language,结构化查询语言)数据库服务及云资产应用服务;所述企业资产服务器硬件是高性能单体服务器并通过高带宽网络连接到因特网;所述SQL数据库

3)环境价值高:本系统的使用可以实现移动办公,无论何时何地都可对企业资产进行无纸化管理,减少木材资源的浪费。
4)科技价值高:本发明涉及到产品编码标准、Web服务、条码和RFID技术、云存储和云计算等先进技术,系统的开发与使用对于这些领域的技术推广与提升有促进作用。
5)使用方便:本发明提供给最终用户的是云资产管理系统,对于产品编码、Web服务、数据通信、云计算和云存储、移动终端等技术也无需了解,使用极为方便。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种云资产信息管理系统的一种具体实现:亚马逊Web服务器构成的产品信息服务器、企业资产服务器、客户端及书籍产品构成。
亚马逊Web服务器提供了认证和商品查询的各种方法,其中包括书籍详细信息的查询服务,即根据ISBN查询书籍的书名、著者、出版社、定价、出版日、页数、封面、评论等详细信息。企业资产服务器硬件选择高性能单体服务器并通过高带宽网络连接到因特网;SQL数据库服务和云资产应用服务提供用户认证、书籍产品添加、书籍产品陈列、书籍产品统计书籍产品检索功能;SQL数据库服务和云资产应用服务中包含云书架系统,其提供一个虚拟的书架,用户可以将收藏的书籍产品信息放置在云书架。

些信息输入企业资产服务器的SQL数据库便可以对企业书籍产品进行有效管理。
