Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'obturation d'une ouverture (1), en particulier un trou, dans une paroi (2), en particulier sous forme d'une calotte crânienne, et de fixation d'une ligne (3) passant par l'ouverture dans une direction sensiblement axiale. Selon l'invention, il est prévu un insert qui possède une face extérieure (5) destinée à venir en appui sur une paroi périphérique de l'ouverture, une fente (18) et une ouverture traversante (6). Le dispositif comprend en outre : un premier moyen (7) destiné à fixer la ligne (3), un guide (8) sur lequel la ligne (3) peut être enroulée de manière à générer une friction d'enroulement, un second moyen (19, 20) destiné à fixer la ligne (3), et un moyen (11) destiné à fermer sensiblement complètement la section transversale de l'ouverture (1).
