Description

多功能表面清洁装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对表面进行清洁的清洁设备,特别涉及能够利用蒸汽以及真空吸尘方式对表面进行清洁的清洁设备。
背景技术
真空吸尘设备和蒸汽清洁设备是常用的两种家用清洁设备,带有基座的大型直立式清洁设备可以对地面等大表面局域进行清洁,带喷嘴或吸嘴的小型手持式便携清洁设备可以对家具表面、厨房等较为窄小的区域进行清洁。
现有技术中,还有一些直立手持式二合一类型的清洁设备,该类设备既可以大型直立式清洁设备使用,也可以作为小型手持式便携清洁设备使用,如美国专利US7882593中公开的两用真空吸尘设备,此两用真空吸尘设备中,手持式设备可以从支撑体上取下单独使用,手持式设备也可以安装在支撑体上形成推杆式真空吸尘器使用。
另外,还有一类清洁设备,兼具真空吸尘和蒸汽清洁两种功能,如美国专利US8528161中公开的多功能清洁器,此一种能够执行两种或多种清洁功能的清洁器,该清洁器可包括真空清洁单元和蒸汽清洁单元,用户可在对地板进行清洁时,可以通过设在清洁器上的开关机构随意选择“真空清洁单元”和“蒸汽清洁单元”中的一个清洁单元进行工作。
现有技术公开的清洁设备种类中,未公开即兼具真空吸尘和蒸汽清洁两种功能、又能像“直立手持式二合一类型的清洁设备”中那样将其中的蒸汽部件取下作为独立的手持蒸汽清洁机器使用的方案。而且蒸汽设备类取下和上述提到的、美国专利US7882593中公开的不一样在于,蒸汽设备中要考虑防水安全等因数,因此现有技术中鲜有兼具真空吸尘和蒸汽清洁两种功能、又能将其中的蒸汽部件取下单独作为手持式使用的直立手持式二合一类型的清洁设备。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种使用安全的多功能表面清洁装置。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种多功能表面清洁装置,包括:
一基座,用于沿着待清洗的表面移动,所述的基座上设置有至少一个吸尘口和至少一个蒸汽喷孔;
一直立机身,所述直立机身的下部能够转动的安装至所述的基座,所述的直立机身上部设置有一手柄组件;
一真空吸尘系统,包括一与所述的吸尘口相连通的碎片收集容器和用于给所述的吸尘口处提供真空抽吸力的真空电机,所述的真空吸尘系统设置在所述的基座与/或直立机身上;
一蒸汽接头,所述的蒸汽接头设置在所述的基座与/或直立机身上,所述的蒸汽接头与所述的蒸汽喷孔相连通;
一手持式蒸汽设备,所述的手持式蒸汽设备能够拆卸地支撑在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一机体、设置在所述机体上的蒸汽锅炉以及用于与所述的蒸汽接头相接的蒸汽逸出口,所述的蒸汽逸出口与所述的蒸汽锅炉相连通;
所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一公电连接部,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一用于与所述的公电连接部相连接的母电连接部以及一遮挡部件,所述的遮挡部件活动连接在所述的机体上;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备脱离所述的直立机身时,所述的遮挡部件覆盖在所述母电连接部的外侧。
上述技术方案中,通过设置遮挡部件,使得手持式蒸汽设备从直立机身或基座上拆除后,母电连接部会被遮蔽;这样,单独使用手持式蒸汽设备工作时蒸汽不会逸到母电连接部处,从而保证了手持式蒸汽设备的母电连接部在下一次与公电连接部连接时的安全性。
在一个优选的方案中,为了使得从直立机身上取下的手持式蒸汽设备能直接使用,所述的机体上设置有一用于与外部电源电连接的电插头,所述的电插头与所述的母电连接部相电连接。在该优选方案的基础上,为了使得从直立机身上取下手持式蒸汽设备后,装置上的真空吸尘系统能继续进行吸尘工作,所述的表面清洁装置还包括一备用电源线,所述备用电源线包的一端部为用于与外部电源电连接的插头部、另一端为用于与所述的公电连接部相电连接的电接头部。
在一个优选的方案中,为了便于遮挡部件在母电连接部处移动,所述的遮挡部件能够滑动的设置在所述的机体上。
在一个遮挡部件的的具体实施方式中,所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一能够在所述的公电连接部与母电连接部结合时预先推动所述的遮挡部件滑动的倾斜面;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上时,所述的倾斜面与所述的遮挡部件相抵紧。
在一个优选的方案中,所述的倾斜面位于所述公电连接部的一侧。
在一个优选的方案中,所述的遮挡部件上设置有通孔;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上时,所述的通孔与所述的母电连接部正对,所述的公电连接部至少有部分穿过所述的通孔后与所述的母电连接部相电连接;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备脱离所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座时,所述的通孔与所述的母电连接部相错开。
在该优选方案中,为了加强母电连接部处的防水效果,所述遮挡部件的外侧还设置有防水密封圈;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身上时,所述的公电连接部至少有部分依次穿过所述的防水密封圈、所述的通孔后与所述的母电连接部相电连接。
在一个优选方案中,为了使得当手持式蒸汽设备从直立机身或基座上脱离后,遮挡部件能够自动遮挡到母电连接部处,所述的遮挡部件与所述的机体之间设置有一复位弹簧。
在一个手持式蒸汽设备的优选方案中,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一水箱,所述的水箱与所述的蒸汽锅炉相连通。在该优选方案中,为了使得手持式蒸汽设备是否安装在直立机身或基座上时,用户都能自由控制蒸汽逸出,在一个优选方案中,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一用于将所述水箱内的水输送至所述蒸汽锅炉内的电子泵以及一用于控制所述的电子泵工作的泵控制开关,所述的机体上设置有一驱动所述泵控制开关开启与关闭的第一操作开关,所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一用于在所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述直立机身与/或所述基座上时驱动所述泵控制开关开启与关闭的第二操作开关。

在一个第一操作开关的具体实施方式中,所述的第二操作开关设置在所述的直立机身上,所述的第二操作开关包括一能够转动的扳机,所述的直立机身上设置有一能够上下移动的传动连杆,所述的滑动连杆的上端部与所述的扳机相抵,所述的直立机身在位于所述的传动连杆的下端部的正下方设置有一抵紧块,所述的抵紧块通过一弹簧浮动支撑在所述的直立机身上;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述直立机身上时,所述的抵紧块靠近所述的第一操作开关或者与所述的第一操作开关相接触。
在一个优选方案中,所述的蒸汽接头活动支撑在所述的直立机身与/或基座上。在该优选方案中,通过将蒸汽接头活动设置,使得用户在手持式蒸汽设备安装到直立机身或者基座上时,蒸汽接头会产生一定的“浮动”效果,从而使得用户能顺利将蒸汽逸出口与蒸汽接头连接,而且此连接结构简单可靠。

在一个优选方案中,所述的手持式蒸汽设备能够拆卸的安装在所述的直立机身上。

为详细说明发明的技术内容、构造特征、所达成目的及功效,下面将结合附图所示实施例以详细说明。
如图1所示的表面清洁装置100,该装置兼具蒸汽清洁功能和真空吸尘功能。该装置100包括一个基座1、一个直立机身2,直立机身2的下部转动连接在基座1的后部,直立机身2的上部安装有一手柄组件3。基座1用于沿待清洁表面(通常是硬质地面,如地砖、地板地面等)移动,用户可通过握持手柄组件3来推动基座1在待清洁地面上进行清洁工作。

如图5所示,直立机身2上设置有一个真空吸尘系统21和一个手持式蒸汽设备22。真空吸尘系统21用于分离并收集进入清洁设备内的灰尘。真空吸尘系统21包括一个旋风分离式的碎片收集容器,此碎片收集容器包括一旋风分离桶211、用于在吸尘口12处产生真空抽吸力的真空电机212,旋风分离桶211上设置有进气口213,从进气口213进入到旋风分离桶211内的含尘气流能够在旋风分离桶211内被气固分离。在碎片收集容器的其他具体实施例中,碎片收集容器也可以由内设过滤袋的过滤式气灰分离部件来替代。
直立机身2包括一直立倚靠部20以及位于直立倚靠部20中部的横向支撑部23,横向支撑部23横向设置并与直立倚靠部20大致垂直,直立倚靠部20的下部转动连接在基座壳体11后部的转动接头16上,直立倚靠部20和横向支撑部23均为中空结构,真空电机212设置在横向支撑部23的内部,直立倚靠部20的内部设置有气体流入通道201、蒸汽逸出管202以及蒸汽接头203。气体流入通道201的上端部连接到进气口213处、下端部与吸尘口12相贯通,吸尘口12、气体流入通道201、进气口213、旋风分离桶211内部以及真空电机212依次连通形成气流流通路径。蒸汽逸出管202的下端部连接到蒸汽喷孔13处,上端部与蒸汽接 头203相连接。横向支撑部23具有一上表面231和一个下表面232,手持式蒸汽设备22位于上表面231的上方,旋风分离桶211位于下表面232的下方。
如图6所示,手持式蒸汽设备22可拆卸的支撑在上表面231上,手持式蒸汽设备22的侧部支撑在直立倚靠部20位于横向支撑部23上侧的部分倚靠部上。直立倚靠部20上设置有能够将手持式蒸汽设备22锁在其上的锁钩(图中未示出),即整个手持式蒸汽设备22可通过此锁钩204被锁定在直立倚靠部20上,用户操作此锁钩204,也可以将锁在直立倚靠部20上的手持式蒸汽设备22整个释放。手持式蒸汽设备22从直立机身2上取下后,可单独使用。旋风分离桶211的上端部能够拆卸地连接在下表面232上,旋风分离桶211的侧部倚靠在直立倚靠部20位于横向支撑部23下侧的部分倚靠部上,真空吸尘系统21中除了需要清灰的旋风分离桶211外,其余部分均固定在直立机身2和基座1上。
在其他具体实施方式中,也可以将手持式蒸汽设备与旋风分离桶的位置上下调换,还可以直接将手持式蒸汽设备与/或旋风分离桶设置在基座上。
如图7所示的手持式蒸汽设备22内部结构示意图,手持式蒸汽设备22包括能够供用户手持的机体221、设置在机体221内部的蒸汽锅炉222、用于给蒸汽锅炉222供水的水箱223。蒸汽锅炉222为速热型蒸汽锅炉,蒸汽锅炉222上设置有进水口224和出汽口225,蒸汽锅炉222内部具有汽化腔,蒸汽锅炉222内部埋设有发热体(图中未示出)。机体221上设置有一用于将蒸汽锅炉222内的蒸汽向外输出的蒸汽逸出口227,蒸汽逸出口227与蒸汽锅炉222的出汽口225相连通。当手持式蒸汽设备22从直立机身2上拆除后,蒸汽逸出口227与外界相连通。水箱223的出水口228与蒸汽锅炉222的进水口224之间设置有用于将水箱223内的水输送至蒸汽锅炉222内的电子泵229,电子泵229上连接有一控制电子泵229工作的泵控制开关2210。机体221的顶部上设置有一能在被施力的状态下触发泵控制开关2210打开的第一操作开关2211。本例中的第一操作开关2211为一按钮,对该按钮施加向下的压力,即可将泵控制开关2210打开。
再如图5所示,当用户将手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立机身2上时, 蒸汽逸出口227与蒸汽接头203相接,蒸汽锅炉222的出汽口225、蒸汽逸出口227、蒸汽接头203以及蒸汽喷孔13依次连通构成蒸汽输出通道。当电子泵229被启动后,水箱223内的水将被输送至蒸汽锅炉222内转化成蒸汽,蒸汽从蒸汽逸出口227处逸出、经过蒸汽逸出管202后,最终从蒸汽喷孔13处洒向清洁布附件14处以用于清洁。
如图8所示,在手柄组件3上还设置有第二操作开关33,第二操作开关33在将手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立支撑体2上时能够与第一操作开关2211构成传动连接关系。手柄组件3包括下部连接在直立倚靠部20的上部的手柄杆31,手柄杆31的上部设置有一手柄32,手柄杆31和手柄32均为内部中空的结构。第二操作开关33包括一设置在手柄32上其能够转动的扳机331,手柄杆31内部设置有一能够上下滑动的滑动连杆34,滑动连杆34的上端部与扳机331相抵。直立倚靠部20在位于滑动连杆34的下端部的正下方设置有一抵紧块207,抵紧块207通过一弹簧208浮动支撑在直立倚靠部20上。当手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立支撑体20上时,抵紧块207与紧第一操作开关2211相接触,第二操作开关33上的扳机331与第一操作开关2211构成传动连接关系。
如图8、9、10所示,滑动连杆34上设置有多个限位槽341,手柄杆31内部设置有与限位槽341相匹配的限位柱311,限位柱311位于限位槽341内,滑动连杆34的外表面上设置有一向外伸出的弹性片342,弹性片342的外端部抵在一开设在手柄杆31的内壁面上的凹槽312;当滑动连杆34上下滑动时,限位柱311始终在限位槽341内滑动,弹性片342产生弹性变形,弹性片342的外端部始终抵在凹槽312内。扳机331上设置一保险锁机构35,保险锁机构35包括设置在手柄32上的滑钮351、位于手柄32内部的止转块352,滑钮351与止转块352相连接,止转块352与手柄32之间设置有一复位弹簧353,保险锁机构35具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置。图9中的保险锁机构35位于第一工作位置,此时滑钮351位于上方,复位弹簧353处于自由状态;止转块352与扳机331相抵紧,止转块352有部分拦在扳机331的转动路径上。图10中的保险锁机构35位于第二工作位置,此时滑钮351滑动到下部,第一复位弹簧353处于变形状态,止转块352远离扳机331转动路径,扳机331可以自由转动,扣动扳机331即可驱使滑动连杆34向下移动,滑动连杆34的下端部向下压紧抵紧块207,从而可推动第一 操作开关2211开启泵控制开关2210打开。
当用户将手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立机身2上作为直立式清洁装置使用时,蒸汽逸出口227与蒸汽接头203相连接,蒸汽逸出口227、蒸汽逸出管202以及蒸汽喷孔13依次连通,用户向下滑动滑动件351使得保险锁机构35解锁,再扣动第二操作开关33的扳机331,扳机331将推动滑动连杆34向下滑动,推动第一操作开关2213上的按钮2214向下压紧开关顶杆2211、开关顶杆2211的力传递到泵控制开关2210上,最终使得电子泵229被打开,在电子泵229被启动后,水箱223内的水将被输送至蒸汽锅炉222内转化成蒸汽,蒸汽从蒸汽逸出口227处逸出、经过蒸汽逸出管202后,最终从蒸汽喷孔13处洒向清洁布附件14处以用于清洁。
当用户将手持式蒸汽设备22从直立机身2上拆卸时,蒸汽逸出口227与外界连通,用户可以通过向第一操作开关2211施力使得泵控制开关2210闭合从而实现电子泵229的开启,电子泵229被启动后,水箱223内的水将被输送至蒸汽锅炉222内转化成蒸汽,蒸汽从蒸汽逸出口227处逸出,此蒸汽可以直接喷射向清洁布或者在蒸汽逸出口227出连接其他如清洁刷等外接清洁附件进行蒸汽清洁工作。
如图11所示,蒸汽连接头203包括一个水平管状部2031,水平管状部2031具有一外端部2032和一内端部2033,水平管状部2031的内端部2032下侧向下延伸形成一轴向管状部2034,水平管状部2031内部与轴向管状部2034内部形成一蒸汽通道2035。
如图12所示,水平管状部2031的外壁面在靠近外端部2032处设置有一对支撑轴2036,一对支撑轴2036的轴心线与水平管状部2031的中心线垂直相交。
如图13所示,直立倚靠部20在相应位置处设置有一对轴孔205,一对支撑轴2036能够转动支撑在轴孔205内,这样,蒸汽连接头203能够相对于直立倚靠部20转动,即蒸汽连接头203具有“上下浮动”的效果,该浮动效果能够为实现蒸汽逸出口227与蒸汽连接头203的顺利连接提供便利条件。轴向管状部2034的下部与蒸汽逸出管202(蒸汽逸出管202由一柔性软管构成)的上部相连接,蒸汽逸出口227能够经水平管状部2031的外端部2032插入到水平管状部2031内并且实现与蒸汽通道2035蒸汽连通。
如图14所示,直立机身2上设置有公电连接部24,手持式蒸汽设备22上设置有用于与外部电源电连接的电插头25以及母电连接部26,公电连接部24与母电连接部26相匹配并且能够相互结合构成电连接;当用户将手持式蒸汽设备22拆下单独使用时,公电连接部24和母电连接部26相分离。而当用户将手持式蒸汽设备22装配在直立倚靠部20上作为直立式清洁装置使用时,公电连接部24和母电连接部26相电连接。
如图15、16所示,公电连接部24包括多个插针241以及插针压板242,母电连接部26与公电连接部24相匹配,母电连接部26包括多个用于与插针241配合的插孔261。为了使得公电连接部24和母电连接部26连接处的使用安全(即防水或防漏电等),在母电连接部26的外侧设置有能够上下滑动的遮挡部件27,遮挡部件27上具有与插孔261数量一致的通孔271,在遮挡部件27的外侧还设置有防水密封圈28,遮挡部件27与机体221之间设有一供遮挡部件27在失去作用力后复位的复位弹簧29。公电连接部24处设置有能够在公电连接部24与母电连接部26结合时预先推动遮挡部件27上下滑动的倾斜面243,倾斜面243位于公电连接部24一侧的凸块244上并且位于凸块244的外端部处,倾斜面243伸至公电连接部24的外侧。
如图15中,当公电连接部24和母电连接部26结合时,倾斜面243会预先与遮挡部件27接触从而预先推动遮挡部件27向上滑动,遮挡部件27向上滑动后,遮挡部件27上的通孔271对着母电连接部26,这样公电连接部24便可随后顺利插入到母电连接部26中去。当公电连接部24与母电连接部26电连接时,公电连接部24有部分依次穿过防水密封圈28、通孔271后与母电连接部26相接,此时倾斜面243始终向上抵紧遮挡部件27。
如图16所示,当母电连接部26与公电连接部24分离时(即手持式蒸汽设备22从直立机身3上拆卸),此时遮挡部件27失去了倾斜面243的作用力便在复位弹簧29的作用力下向下复位,遮挡部件27中的通孔271与母电连接部26相错开,遮挡部件27中的非通孔部分与母电连接部26对着,母电连接部26被遮蔽,这样如有蒸汽逸至母电连接部26外部也会被遮挡部件27遮挡在外部,从而保证了拆卸后手持式蒸汽设备22作为独立部件使用的安全性。
如图17所示,直立机身2上设置有用于将公电连接部24输入的电源输送给真空电机212的第一电路41,即第一电路41电连接公电连接部24与真空电机212。手持式蒸汽设备22上设置有将电插头25与蒸汽锅炉222以及电子泵229电连接的第二电路42和将电插头25与母电连接部26电连接的第三电路43。当公电连接部24与母电连接部26相电连接时(即手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立机身2上的状态),从电插头25处输入的电能就能够依次通过第三电路43、母电连接部26、公电连接部24以及第一电路41传递到真空电机212处;与此同时,从电插头25处输入的电能也能经由第二电路42被输入至蒸汽锅炉222以及电子泵229处;即由电插头25导入的电能够同时供给真空吸尘系统21中的真空电机212以及手持式蒸汽设备22中的蒸汽锅炉222和电子泵229,为同时实现蒸汽清洁和真空吸尘清洁功能提供条件。当手持式蒸汽设备22安装在直立机身2上时,为了方便用户自由选择真空吸尘模式或蒸汽清洁模式工作,在直立机身2上设置有一用于控制第一电路41通路与断路的第一电路开关44,在手持式蒸汽设备22上设置有一用于控制第二电路42通路与断路的第二电路开关45;这样,用户在使用时可以自由选择使用哪个模式工作还是两个模式同时工作。
下面阐述一下本例的多功能表面清洁装置的工作过程:
当需要利用基座1对地面进行清洁时,手持式蒸汽设备22支撑在横向支撑部23的上方并同时将其侧部倚靠在直立倚靠部20上,将锁钩204勾住机体221,手持式蒸汽设备22即可被固定。此时,蒸汽逸出口227连接在蒸汽接头203上,公电连接部24和母电连接部26相电连接,插上电插头25后便能够同时给真空吸尘系统21和手持式蒸汽设备22供电,即依靠电插头25从外部输送的电能实现同时给真空电机212以及蒸汽锅炉222、电子泵229供电。吸尘口12、气体流入通道201、进气口213、旋风分离桶211内部、真空电机212依次气连通构成气流输入路径,蒸汽锅炉222、蒸汽逸出口227、蒸汽接头203、蒸汽逸出管202以及蒸汽喷孔13依次相连通构成蒸汽输出路径。含尘气流经基座1的吸尘口12进入到基座1内部,而后向上流动经进气口213进入到旋风分离桶211内部进行气灰分离,分离后的灰尘将留在旋风分离桶211内,干净空气经真空电机212内的风道排到外部;与此同时,手持式蒸汽设备22也可以同时工作,通过向下推动手柄组件3上的滑钮351并扣动扳机331,将 电子泵229开启工作,电子泵229被启动后,水箱223内的水将被电子泵229输送到蒸汽锅炉222内部转化成蒸汽,蒸汽从蒸汽逸出口227逸出后向下一直涌到蒸汽喷孔13处,从蒸汽喷孔13处涌出的蒸汽将喷射到清洁布附件14上用来清洁地面。
在该方案中,当用户仅需利用真空吸尘或者仅需利用蒸汽进行清洁时,用户可以通过切断第一电路开关44或第二电路开关45来选择断开第一电路41和第二电路42,从而使得真空吸尘系统21或手持式蒸汽设备22择一进行工作。
当需要单独利用手持式蒸汽设备22作为手持式蒸汽清洁设备执行工作时,操作锁钩204将手持式蒸汽设备22从直立倚靠部20上取下,公电连接部24和母电连接部26相分离,遮挡部件27在复位弹簧29的作用力下复位,通孔271与母电连接部26错开,遮挡部件27中的非通孔部分与母电连接部26对着,母电连接部26被遮蔽,外部的蒸汽会被遮挡部件27遮挡在外部。此时,手持式蒸汽设备22便可以作为一个“手持便携式蒸汽喷枪”使用。插上电插头25,手持式蒸汽设备22便可单独工作,用户直接按压第一操作开关2211使得泵控制开关2210闭合,电子泵229被开启,水箱223内的水被电子泵229输送至蒸汽锅炉222内,此部分水迅速转换成蒸汽最终从蒸汽逸出口227处逸出,从蒸汽逸出口227喷射的蒸汽可以供清洁墙面或其他物体表面使用。
本例中的表面清洁装置100既可以作为具有蒸汽清洁和真空吸尘两种清洁模式的直立式清洁工具使用;还可以将手持式蒸汽设备22从直立机身上拆除下来作为独立的“手持便携式蒸汽喷枪”使用。而且拆除后,手持式蒸汽设备22中产生的蒸汽以及其他外部的水等流体不会经由母电连接部26中进入手持式蒸汽设备22内部,从而保证了使用的安全性。
在其他实施例中,为了使得在拆除手持式蒸汽设备22后,真空吸尘系统21以及基座1等部分也仍然可作为一个直立式真空吸尘器使用,还可以另行配置一备用电源线,该备用电源线具有两个端部,其中一个端部为用于与外部电源电连接的插头部、另一端部为用于与公电连接部电连接的电连接部。这样,即使手持式蒸汽设备22被拆除,剩余部分仍然可以使用。此种情况下,表面清洁装置可拆分成独立的真空吸尘器和手持式蒸汽设备供二人同时进行表面清洁工作。
另外,上述实施例中,蒸汽锅炉也可以选用预热型蒸汽锅炉,预热型蒸汽锅炉内设一个较大的汽化腔,该汽化腔同时也是储水腔,用户在使用时,需要预先将水注入到汽化腔内,预热一段时间使得蒸汽预先转化为蒸汽后再使用。采用预热型蒸汽锅炉的手持式蒸汽设备的结构在此不再详细阐述。如果采用预热型蒸汽锅炉,则手持式蒸汽设备无需再设置水箱和电子泵及相关部分,但是为了能够控制蒸汽的逸出,在蒸汽锅炉到蒸汽逸出口之间需设置气阀,此气阀可以通过外设在手持式蒸汽设备以及手柄组件上的开关控制其开和关。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种多功能表面清洁装置,包括:
    一基座,用于沿着待清洗的表面移动,所述的基座上设置有至少一个吸尘口和至少一个蒸汽喷孔;
    一直立机身,所述直立机身的下部能够转动的安装至所述的基座,所述的直立机身上部设置有一手柄组件;
    一真空吸尘系统,包括一与所述的吸尘口相连通的碎片收集容器和用于给所述的吸尘口处提供真空抽吸力的真空电机,所述的真空吸尘系统设置在所述的基座与/或直立机身上;
    一蒸汽接头,所述的蒸汽接头设置在所述的基座与/或直立机身上,所述的蒸汽接头与所述的蒸汽喷孔相连通;
    一手持式蒸汽设备,所述的手持式蒸汽设备能够拆卸地支撑在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一机体、设置在所述机体上的蒸汽锅炉以及用于与所述的蒸汽接头相接的蒸汽逸出口,所述的蒸汽逸出口与所述的蒸汽锅炉相连通;其特征在于:
    所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一公电连接部,所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一用于与所述的公电连接部相连接的母电连接部以及一遮挡部件,所述的遮挡部件活动连接在所述的机体上;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备脱离所述的直立机身时,所述的遮挡部件覆盖在所述母电连接部的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的机体上设置有一用于与外部电源电连接的电插头,所述的电插头与所述的母电连接部相电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的表面清洁装置还包括一备用电源线,所述备用电源线包的一端部为用于与外部电源电连接的插头部、另一端为用于与所述的公电连接部相电连接的电接头部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的遮挡部件能够滑动的设置在所述的机体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的 直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一能够在所述的公电连接部与母电连接部结合时预先推动所述的遮挡部件滑动的倾斜面;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上时,所述的倾斜面与所述的遮挡部件相抵紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的倾斜面位于所述公电连接部的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的遮挡部件上设置有通孔;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上时,所述的通孔与所述的母电连接部正对,所述的公电连接部至少有部分穿过所述的通孔后与所述的母电连接部相电连接;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备脱离所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座时,所述的通孔与所述的母电连接部相错开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一防水密封圈,所述的防水密封圈位于所述遮挡部件的外侧;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上时,所述的公电连接部至少有部分依次穿过所述的防水密封圈、所述的通孔后与所述的母电连接部相电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的遮挡部件与所述的机体之间设置有一复位弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一水箱,所述的水箱与所述的蒸汽锅炉相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的手持式蒸汽设备包括一用于将所述水箱内的水输送至所述蒸汽锅炉内的电子泵以及一用于控制所述的电子泵工作的泵控制开关,所述的机体上设置有一驱动所述泵控制开关开启与关闭的第一操作开关,所述的直立机身与/或所述的基座上设置有一用于在所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述直立机身与/或所述基座上时驱动所述泵控制开关开启与关闭的第二操作开关。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的直立机身与/或基座上设置有用于电连接所述的真空电机与公电连接部的第一电路,所述的手持式蒸汽设备上设置有用于电连接所述的蒸汽锅 炉、电子泵与电插头的第二电路,所述的直立机身与/或基座上设置有一用于控制所述的第一电路通路与断路的第一电路开关,所述的手持式蒸汽设备上设置有一用于控制所述的第二电路通路与断路的第二电路开关。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的第二操作开关设置在所述的直立机身上,所述的第二操作开关包括一能够转动的扳机,所述的直立机身上设置有一能够上下移动的传动连杆,所述的滑动连杆的上端部与所述的扳机相抵,所述的直立机身在位于所述的传动连杆的下端部的正下方设置有一抵紧块,所述的抵紧块通过一弹簧浮动支撑在所述的直立机身上;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述直立机身上时,所述的抵紧块靠近所述的第一操作开关或者与所述的第一操作开关相接触。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的蒸汽接头活动支撑在所述的直立机身与/或基座上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的蒸汽接头包括一水平管状部,所述的水平管状部具有一外端部和一内端部,所述的水平管状部的内端部下侧向下延伸形成一轴向管状部,所述的水平管状部内部与所述的轴向管状部内部形成一第一通道,所述的直立机身与/或基座上设置有一与所述的蒸汽喷孔相连通的蒸汽逸出管,所述轴向管状部的下部与所述的蒸汽逸出管的上端部相连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:一对所述的支撑轴靠近所述的水平管状部的外端部。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的手持式蒸汽设备能够拆卸的安装在所述的直立机身上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述直立机身的中部设置有一横向支撑部,所述的横向支撑部为中空结构,所述的真空电机设置在所述横向支撑部的内部,所述的横向支撑部具有一上表面和一个下表面;当所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身上时,所述的手持式蒸汽设备与所述的碎片收集容器中,一个部件位于所述的上表面上方、另一部件位于所述下表面下方。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:当所 述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述的直立机身上时,所述的手持式蒸汽设备安装在所述上表面的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述碎片收集容器包括一旋风分离桶,所述旋风分离桶的上端部可拆卸的连接在所述的下表面上。

  22. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能表面清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的基座后部设置有一能够上下翻转的毛刷组件。
