本申请要求在2015年10月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510656970.1、发明名称为“一种在电视上发送微博的方法和电视机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种在电视上发送微博的方法和电视机。
背景技术
随着互联网时代的发展,人们对社交的需求越来越大,目前微博成了人们闲暇时间必不可少的社交工具。用户可以从手机、平板电脑或者PC机等终端设备上登录微博客户端,通过加入话题讨论、发布个人状态等操作,实现与他人的社交互动。
目前,用户如果想要对热门话题发表微博评论,首先,需要按照固定格式手动输入话题名称,然后才能输入评论内容,待评论内容输入完毕后连同固定格式的话题名称一并发送到微博服务器,微博服务器会根据话题名称将用户输入的微博评论内容加入到该话题名称对应的热门话题评论列表中,从而实现对热门话题发表微博评论的目的。然而,现有技术提供的发送微博的方法,并不能应用在如电视机等终端设备上。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种在电视上发送微博的方法,以解决现有技术无法在电视机上发送微博的问题。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供了一种电视机,用以保证上述方法的实现及应用。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种在电视上发送微博的方法,包括:获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令;如果已经有微博账 号登录,获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称;根据预先设置的微博头格式对所述节目名称进行处理,生成微博头;获取所述用户根据所述微博头输入的微博评论内容;采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头和微博评论内容。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种电视机,预先安装有微博客户端,包括:

步骤101,获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令。
在本实施例中,步骤101可以通过多种方式获取用户输入的启动发送微 博指令,例如:可以预先在电视机的微博客户端界面上设置“发微博”入口,步骤101通过用户点击“发微博”入口,获取启动发送微博指令,又如:可以预先在电视机的遥控器上设置“分享”按键,步骤101通过用户点击“分享”按键,获取启动发送微博指令。
当然,以上两种情况仅为具体的举例说明,在实际的使用过程中,步骤101还可以通过其他方式获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令,此处不对每种情况进行一一赘述。
步骤102,如果已经有微博账号登录,获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称。
在本实施例中,电视机的微博客户端可以在电视机启动后注册WeiboReceiver广播接收器。当用户使用信号源或者轮播台观看正在播放的节目时,信号源或者轮播台会将当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称通过广播的形式发送到电视机系统中。步骤102可以通过WeiboReceiver从电视机系统中接收当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称,并将该节目名称保存在用于保存当前节目名称的变量mProgramName中。
进一步地,如果没有微博账号登录,本发明实施例提供的在电视机上发送微博的方法还可以包括登录微博账号的步骤。
具体地,本发明实施例提供的在电视机上发送微博的方法,可以在电视机的微博客户端上预先设置登录页面,当检测到没有微博账号登录时,用户可以通过登录页面,手动输入微博登录信息,包括:用户名和密码等,通过接收用户手动输入的微博登录信息,登录微博账号。
为了使用户更方便地登录微博账号,简化用户登录微博账号的操作步骤,本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以获取同一局域网中移动终端的微博登录信息,根据该微博登录信息登录微博账号。
以上仅为具体的举例,在实际的使用过程中,还可以通过其他任何一种本领域技术人员公知的方式登录微博账号,此处不再一一赘述。
本发明实施例将微博账号的微博登录信息存储在活跃用户列表mActivityUser中,并将所有登录过的微博账号对应的微博登录信息存储在登录用户列表mLoginUserList中。
步骤103,根据预先设置的微博头格式对节目名称进行处理,生成微博头。
具体地,在本实施例中,预先设置的微博头格式可以为#节目名称#,步骤103可以根据该微博头格式,对节目名称进行处理,生成微博头。本发明实施例并不对微博头格式进行具体限定,在实际的使用过程中,用户可以自定义微博头格式,本发明实施例不对其进行一一赘述。
步骤104,获取用户根据微博头输入的微博评论内容。
在本实施例中,步骤103生成微博头之后可以通过电视机上的微博客户端发送微博页面显示该微博头,并指示用户在所显示的微博头后面继续输入微博评论内容,此时,步骤104可以获取用户根据微博头输入的微博评论内容。
步骤105,采用微博账号向微博服务器发送微博头和微博评论内容。
在本实施例中,可以预先在电视机的微博客户端的发送微博页面设置发送微博按钮,当接收到用户按下该发送微博按钮的指令时,步骤105采用微博账号向微博服务器发送微博头和微博评论内容。
具体地,步骤105可以通过微博客户端调用CommentsManager微博评论管理类的sendWeibo发送微博方法,采用微博账号向微博服务器发送微博头和微博评论内容。
进一步地,为了确保用户发送的微博正常传输,当微博服务器接收到步骤105发送的微博头和微博评论内容时,返回发送成功消息,微博客户端向用户显示该发送成功消息;当微博服务器接收到步骤105发送的微博头和微博评论内容失败时,返回发送失败消息,微博客户端向用户显示该发送失败消息,以使得用户可以选择重新发送上述微博头和微博评论内容,或者放弃发送上述微博头和微博评论内容。
进一步地,为了使用户发送的微博评论内容更丰富、直观,本发明实施例提供的在电视上发送微博的方法,步骤105之前还可以包括对当前正在播放的节目进行截屏处理,获取截屏图片。则此时步骤105可以替换为采用微博账号向微博服务器发送微博头、微博评论内容和截屏图片。
具体地,本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以调用CaptureScreen截图类 的startCapture截图方法,请求电视机系统对当前正在播放的节目的视频流进行截图,截图完成后,电视机系统将图片数据mBitmap发送给微博客户端。微博客户端收到电视机系统发送的mBitmap后显示当前截面图片。同时将mProgramName保存的当前节目名称加入前缀“#超级电视#”显示在默认的微博文字区域。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例并不对上述对当前正在播放的节目进行截屏处理,获取截屏图片的步骤的具体位置进行限定,在实际的使用过程中,该步骤可以位于步骤102之后103之前,也可以位于步骤103之后104之前,当然还可以位于其他位置,此处不做一一赘述。
进一步地,为了使用户能够灵活地采用不同微博账号发表微博评论,本发明实施例提供的在电视上发送微博的方法,步骤105之前还可以包括如果需要更换所述微博账号,获取更换后的微博账号的步骤,则此时,步骤105可以替换为采用更换后的微博账号向微博服务器发送微博头和微博评论内容。
具体地,本发明实施例提供的技术方案在更换微博账号时,可以接收用户手动输入的用户名和密码进行微博账号变更,也可以从mLoginUserList列表中选取任意一个登录过的微博账号对应的微博登录信息进行微博账号变更,并将变更后的微博账号对应的微博登录信息存储到mActivityUser中,用以替换变更前的微博登录信息。
进一步地,为了使用户能够通过手机等移动终端的微博客户端方便、快速地获取当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论,本发明实施例提供的在电视机上发送微博的方法,还可以包括当用户需要通过移动终端的微博客户端查看当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论时,向微博服务器发送节目名称,以使得微博服务器向移动终端的微博客户端发送节目名称对应的微博评论的步骤。
具体地,可以预先在手机等移动终端的微博客户端上设置“我的电视圈”入口,当用户点击“我的电视圈”按键时,手机等移动终端的微博客户端会通过已登录的微博账号向微博服务器发送获取当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论请求,此时,本发明实施例提供的技术方案向微博服务器 发送节目名称,微博服务器接收到节目名称后,将节目名称对应的微博评论发送给手机等移动终端。
进一步地,为了节省微博账号资源,避免微博账号丢失给用户带来的损失,本发明实施例提供的在电视上发送微博的方法还包括退出微博账号登录的步骤。
具体地,本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以在电视机的微博客户端展现界面设置退出登录按钮,当接收到用户点击退出登录按钮的操作指令时,退出微博账号登录。进一步地,为了简化退出微博账号登录的操作步骤,本发明实施例提供的退出微博账号登录的步骤具体可以包括:在局域网中,周期性地检测微博账号在移动终端的登录状态,获取检测结果;如果在预先设置的时间间隔内,检测结果指示微博账号在所述移动终端上为离线状态,退出微博账号的登录。
需要说明的是,对于方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。
本发明实施例提供的在电视上发送微博的方法,在接收到用户输入的启动发送微博指令后,可以获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称,采用预先设置的微博头格式对节目名称进行处理,生成微博头,接收用户根据该微博头输入的微博评论内容,将微博头和微博评论内容一并发送给微博服务器,从而实现在电视机上发送当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论的目的。解决了现有技术无法在电视机上发送微博的问题。用户无需预先知道节目名称,可以通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案自动获取节目名称,进一步解决了当用户不知道节目名称时,无法发送对应的微博评论的问题。并且,由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以自动获取节目名称,无需用户手动输入,使得用户操作更简单、方便。
如图2所示,本发明实施例还提供一种电视机,预先安装有微博客户 端,包括:
第一获取模块201,用于获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令。
第二获取模块202,用于如果已经有微博账号登录,获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称。
生成模块203,用于根据预先设置的微博头格式对第二获取模块202获取的节目名称进行处理,生成微博头。
第三获取模块204,用于获取用户根据生成模块203生成的微博头输入的微博评论内容;
第一发送模块205,用于采用微博账号向微博服务器发送生成模块203生成的微博头和第三获取模块204获取的微博评论内容。
进一步地,如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的电视机,还可以包括:
第四获取模块206,用于如果没有微博账号登录,获取同一局域网中移动终端的微博登录信息。
登录模块207,用于根据第四获取模块206获取的微博登录信息登录微博账号。
进一步地,如图4所示,本发明实施例提供的电视机,还可以包括:
检测模块208,用于在局域网中,周期性地检测所述登录模块登陆的微博账号在移动终端的登录状态,获取检测结果。
退出登录模块209,用于如果在预先设置的时间间隔内,检测模块208获取的检测结果指示微博账号在所述移动终端上为离线状态,退出微博账号的登录。
进一步地,如图5所示,本发明实施例提供的电视机,还可以包括:
截屏模块210,用于对当前正在播放的节目进行截屏处理,获取截屏图片。
第一发送模块205,还可以用于采用微博账号向微博服务器发送生成模块203生成的微博头、第三获取模块204获取的微博评论内容和截屏模块210获取的截屏图片。
进一步地,如图6所示,本发明实施例提供的电视机,还可以包括:
账号更换模块211,用于如果需要更换所述微博账号,获取更换后的微 博账号。
第一发送模块205,还用于采用账号更换模块211获取的更换后的微博账号向微博服务器发送生成模块203生成的微博头和第三获取模块204获取的微博评论内容。
进一步地,如图7所示,本发明实施例提供的电视机,还可以包括:
第二发送模块212,用于当用户需要通过移动终端的微博客户端查看当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论时,向微博服务器发送节目名称,以使得微博服务器向移动终端的微博客户端发送节目名称对应的微博评论。
如图2-7所示的本发明实施例提供的电视机的具体实现方法可以参见如图1所示的本发明实施例提供的在电视机上发送微博的方法所述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的电视机,预先安装有微博客户端,在接收到用户输入的启动发送微博指令后,可以获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称,采用预先设置的微博头格式对节目名称进行处理,生成微博头,接收用户根据该微博头输入的微博评论内容,将微博头和微博评论内容一并发送给微博服务器,从而实现在电视机上发送当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论的目的。解决了现有技术无法在电视机上发送微博的问题。用户无需预先知道节目名称,可以通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案自动获取节目名称,进一步解决了当用户不知道节目名称时,无法发送对应的微博评论的问题。并且,由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以自动获取节目名称,无需用户手动输入,使得用户操作更简单、方便。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

例如,图8示出了可以实现根据本发明的电视机。该电视机传统上包括处理器810和以存储器820形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器820可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器820具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码831的存储空间830。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间830可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码831。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图9所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图8的电视机中的存储器820类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码831’,即可以由例如诸如810之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由电视机运行时,导致该电视机执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种在电视上发送微博的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令;
    如果已经有微博账号登录,获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称;
    根据预先设置的微博头格式对所述节目名称进行处理,生成微博头;
    获取所述用户根据所述微博头输入的微博评论内容;
    采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头和微博评论内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果没有微博账号登录,获取同一局域网中移动终端的微博登录信息;
    根据所述微博登录信息登录微博账号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述局域网中,周期性地检测所述微博账号在所述移动终端的登录状态,获取检测结果;
    如果在预先设置的时间间隔内,所述检测结果指示所述微博账号在所述移动终端上为离线状态,退出所述微博账号的登录。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对所述当前正在播放的节目进行截屏处理,获取截屏图片;
    则所述采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头和微博评论内容替换为:
    采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头、微博评论内容和截屏图片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果需要更换所述微博账号,获取更换后的微博账号;
    则所述采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头和微博评论内容替换为:
    采用所述更换后的微博账号向微博服务器发送所述微博头和微博评论内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述用户需要通过移动终端的微博客户端查看所述当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论时,向所述微博服务器发送所述节目名称,以使得所述微博服务器向所述移动终端的微博客户端发送所述节目名称对应的微博评论。
  7. 一种电视机,预先安装有微博客户端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户输入的启动发送微博指令;
    第二获取模块,用于如果已经有微博账号登录,获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目名称;
    生成模块,用于根据预先设置的微博头格式对所述第二获取模块获取的节目名称进行处理,生成微博头;
    第三获取模块,用于获取所述用户根据所述生成模块生成的微博头输入的微博评论内容;
    第一发送模块,用于采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述生成模块生成的微博头和所述第三获取模块获取的微博评论内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电视机,其特征在于,还包括:
    第四获取模块,用于如果没有微博账号登录,获取同一局域网中移动终端的微博登录信息;
    登录模块,用于根据所述第四获取模块获取的微博登录信息登录微博账号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电视机,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测模块,用于在所述局域网中,周期性地检测所述登录模块登陆的微博账号在所述移动终端的登录状态,获取检测结果;
    退出登录模块,用于如果在预先设置的时间间隔内,所述检测模块获取的检测结果指示所述微博账号在所述移动终端上为离线状态,退出所述微博账号的登录。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电视机,其特征在于,还包括:
    截屏模块,用于对所述当前正在播放的节目进行截屏处理,获取截屏图片;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于采用所述微博账号向微博服务器发送所述生成模块生成的微博头、所述第三获取模块获取的微博评论内容和所述截屏模块获取的截屏图片。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的电视机,其特征在于,还包括:
    账号更换模块,用于如果需要更换所述微博账号,获取更换后的微博账号;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于采用所述账号更换模块获取的更换后的微博账号向微博服务器发送所述生成模块生成的微博头和所述第三获取模块获取的微博评论内容。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的电视机,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二发送模块,用于当所述用户需要通过移动终端的微博客户端查看所述当前正在播放的节目对应的微博评论时,向所述微博服务器发送所述节目名称,以使得所述微博服务器向所述移动终端的微博客户端发送所述节目名称对应的微博评论。
  13. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在电视机上运行时,导致所述电视机执行根据权利要求1-6中的任一个所述的在电视上发送微博的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求13所述的计算机程序。
