Description

一种基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置
技术领域
本发明涉及蔬果保鲜技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置。
背景技术
随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对蔬菜、水果的新鲜度提出了更高的要求。众所周知,蔬菜、水果富含多种有益人体健康的营养成分,蔬果的表面一般分布有大量的叶绿素以便于进行光合作用,即便是植物的果实,虽然因为叶黄素的色彩干扰,不一定显示为绿色,但也含有一定量的叶绿素,也具有一定的光合作用能力。
果蔬作为植物产品在长时间储藏后口味和口感都会明显变差,这一方面是因为脱水造成,另一方面是因为植物在储藏过程中往往难以接受充分的光照来维持光合作用。因为植物在呼吸作用下,会不断分解自身的淀粉和其他糖分等各种营养物质,这会造成蔬果在储藏时的品质降低。对于植物的脱水问题,我们可以通过调节蔬果储藏房间或者冷藏设备的环境湿度解决,但是对于植物缺乏合理光照进行光合作用的问题却难以解决。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,采用光谱控制器调控LED发光体激发光波的波长,形成合理有序的组合光谱光信号,使蔬果在光信号光照环境中恢复新陈代谢进行光合作用并维持慢速生长,可以有效延长蔬果的新鲜度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,包括箱体,所述箱体前侧设有门,所述箱体内设有多个保鲜架,所述箱体顶板上设有紫外线杀菌器,所述保鲜架下方设有光照装置,所述箱体底部设有温湿度控制器,所述箱体顶板上设有导风机,所述箱体一侧壁上设有风管,所述风管上设有与箱内相通的出风孔,所述风管上端与所述导风机的进风口连通。
进一步的,所述保鲜架的数量为四层,所述出风孔的数量为八个,每两个出风孔对应一层保鲜架,且分别设置在保鲜架的上方和下方。
更进一步的,所述光照装置为LED灯板,且设置在每一个所述保鲜架的上方。
更进一步的,所述LED灯板设置有若干单色光发生器,所述LED灯板通过控制器控制调节各种单色光的比例。
更进一步的,所述箱体顶板上设有通风机,所述箱体底部设有通风口。
更进一步的,所述保鲜架上方设有喷雾装置。
更进一步的,所述箱体中设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器,所述温度传感器和湿度传感器与所述温湿度控制器相连。
更进一步的,所述箱体顶部设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与蓄电池连通,所述光照装置和温湿度控制器由该蓄电池供电。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
一、本发明基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,采用光谱控制器调控LED发光体,产生各种有规律的脉冲式周期光谱光信号,使蔬果在光信号光照环境中恢复新陈代谢并维持慢速生长,蔬果在光信号光照环境中维持新鲜状态,使蔬果采收后的新鲜状态得以有效延长,达到保持新鲜和延缓蔬果在保存时口感降低的目的。
二、本发明基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,在箱体顶板上设有紫外线杀菌器,可以及时对箱体内进行杀菌消毒,在箱体底部设有温湿度控制器,通过设置在箱体侧壁上的风管,实现快速调节箱内温度,给位于不同层次上的蔬果都能提供一个适宜温度环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的机构和工作原理,为了更好说明本实施例,附图某些部件会有省略、放大或缩小,并不代表实际产品的尺寸;对于本领域技术人员来说,附图中某些公知结构及其说明可能省略是可以理解的,相同或相似的标号对应相同或相似的部件。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本发明基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,包括箱体,箱体前侧设有门,箱体内设有多个保鲜架,箱体顶板上设有紫外线杀菌器,保鲜架下方设有光照装置,箱体底部设有温湿度控制器,箱体顶板上设有导风机,箱体一侧壁上设有风管,风管上设有与箱内相通的出风孔,风管上端与所述导风机的进风口连通;保鲜架的数量为四层,出风孔的数量为八个,每两个出风孔对应一层保鲜架,且分别设置在保鲜架的上方和下方,该结构从每一层保鲜架的上方和下方提供气流,实现温控效果均匀,且能快速调节温度,达到节能效果,从而节约成本;光照装置为LED灯板,且设置在每一个保鲜架的上方;LED灯板设置有若干单色光发生器,LED灯板通过控制器控制调节各种单色光的比例,对蔬果起到有效的保鲜作用;平时,可通过安装在箱体顶板上的通风机和设置在箱体底部的通风口,将箱内的空气与室外的空气进行交换;保鲜架上方设有喷雾装置;箱体中设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器,温度传感器和湿度传感器与温湿度控制器相连,采用温度传感器和湿度传感器获取基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置内的温度和湿度,根据设定的温度和湿度与获取的温度和湿度之间的差值确定温度控制信号和湿度控制信号,再根据控制信号控制温湿度控制器;箱体顶部设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与蓄电池连通,所述光照装置和温湿度控制器由该蓄电池供电。

  1. 一种基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体前侧设有门,所述箱体内设有多个保鲜架,所述箱体顶板上设有紫外线杀菌器,所述保鲜架下方设有光照装置,所述箱体底部设有温湿度控制器,所述箱体顶板上设有导风机,所述箱体一侧壁上设有风管,所述风管上设有与箱内相通的出风孔,所述风管上端与所述导风机的进风口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述保鲜架的数量为四层,所述出风孔的数量为八个,每两个出风孔对应一层保鲜架,且分别设置在保鲜架的上方和下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述光照装置为LED灯板,且设置在每一个所述保鲜架的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯板设置有若干单色光发生器,所述LED灯板通过控制器控制调节各种单色光的比例。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述箱体顶板上设有通风机,所述箱体底部设有通风口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述保鲜架上方设有喷雾装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述箱体中设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器,所述温度传感器和湿度传感器与所述温湿度控制器相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于LED脉冲光的蔬果保鲜装置,其特征在于,所述箱体顶部设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与蓄电池连通,所述光照装置和温湿度控制器由该蓄电池供电。
