Description
DESCRIPTION
AIR CONDITIONER FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system which cleans the suction filter located inside the air conditioners of tractors. PRIOR ART
Currently, the air conditioning mechanisms inside tractors are utilized for warming and cooling the drivers and others inside the vehicle. The air conditioners used in the tractors of the agriculture industry are responsible for creating an ideal ambient temperature and providing healthy ambient conditions inside the tractor cabin while the windows of the tractor are closed. During summer, air conditioners provide a cool environment by cooling the warm air when someone enters the tractor; during winter, air conditioners heat the cold air to provide a warm environment, as well as drying the air to prevent the windshield from being misted and therefore providing an uninterrupted field of vision.
The general principle of air conditioning is based on the evaporation of a liquid fluid under a specific pressure and converting it from vapor form to liquid form again. The gas used as cycling material is liquefied by being compressed via a compressor. The heat generated after liquefaction is carried outside via the fans inside the vehicle. The liquid returns to gas form as the heat withdrawn via the fans are taken outside and the cooling of the vehicle's interior is accomplished via the removal of heat from the environment.
Nowadays, dust accumulates very quickly at the outer suction filter of the air conditioner used on tractors, due to the vehicles being used in dusty environments especially in summer, and this causes dusty air to enter the cabin instead of clean air. The filters of the air conditioners operating in said dusty environments need to be maintained and cleaned for the health and hygiene of the users. If the maintenance of the air conditioner filters used in tractors are not performed regularly, it is inevitable that organisms such as mold, bacteria and fungi will grow on the filters. Therefore, the regular cleaning and maintenance of the air conditioners are essential and obligatory for human health.
In the known art of cleaning the air conditioners used for heating and cooling the tractors, chemical materials are used. As the chemical materials have an effect over the units placed on the air conditioners, they provide cleaning by preventing the growth of mold, bacteria and fungi on the filters. Another method widely used in air conditioner cleaning is the direct spray application of disinfectants onto the filters.
Yet another method for air conditioner cleaning is the disassembly of the connection parts of the air conditioner filter and cleaning the filter in a separate environment with a compressed air unit. Patent document CN101766939 (A) can be presented as an example to the aforementioned method. The other two methods used as alternatives to the present cleaning method and the aforementioned cleaning method are applications utilized in the known art as methods causing loss of time and manpower.
Considering the documents and methods in the state of the art, there is no similar method to the said invention on air conditioner filter cleaning system, which allows the user to operate without an assisting personnel for the cleaning of the tractor air conditioner filters.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an air conditioner filter cleaning system used in tractors, aimed at eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages and introduce new advantages to the related technical field.
The object of the invention is to provide an air conditioner filter cleaning system which enables the cleaning of the air conditioner filter inside the cabin of the tractor, which is an agricultural vehicle, without the need for calling the maintenance service or authorized personnel.
Another object of the invention is to save on time, manpower and maintenance costs.
The present invention used for fulfilling the objects mentioned above and described in detail below, relates to an air conditioner filter cleaning system comprising an air tank; an air hose connected to the air tank; an air valve which provides direction for the air flow and which is located on the air hose; a cleaning tube provided in the proximity of the filter in order to physically affect the air directed by the filter connected with the air hose and a filter.
A preferred embodiment of the invention enables the tractor air conditioner filter cleaning system in current tractor cabins to be used in integration with all air conditioners manufactured with new technology. Another preferred embodiment of the invention enables the air tank containing the compressed air required for cleaning the tractor air conditioner filters, to operate at 8 bars of air pressure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the product of the invention is explained with examples to better illustrate the system, without any restrictions. An air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) and the structural elements constituting the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) which enables easy cleaning of the tractor air conditioner filters without the need for calling the service or having assisting personnel, is described.
According to Fig.1 , a general view of the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) is provided. The air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) is characterized in that it comprises an air tank (1 ); an air hose (2) connected to the air tank; an air valve (3) which provides direction for the air flow and which is located on the air hose (2); a cleaning tube (5) provided in the proximity
of the filter (4) in order to physically affect the air directed by the filter (4) connected with the air hose (2) and the filter (4).
The compressor (not shown) provides the air flow to the air tank (1 ) in the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6). There is an air hose (2) connection from the air tank (1 ) to the cleaning tube (5). The air hose (2) enables the compressed air received from the air tank (1 ) to be supplied to the cleaning tube (5) without interruption. Said air hose (2) is connected to the outlet of the air tank (1 ) on one end and to the air tube (5) on the other. The air tank (1 ) in the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) is responsible for storing the air with 8 bars of pressure received from the compressor and supplying the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) with uninterrupted clean air. The air hose (2) is responsible for transferring the compressed air flow from the air tank. The air valve (3) is located on the air hose (2). The air valve (3) is used for assisting in the transfer of the compressed air coming from the air hose (2), as well as for interrupting the flow of the compressed air. The cleaning tube (5) performs the cleaning by sending the compressed air taken from the connected air hose (2) directly to the tractor air conditioner filter via the holes located thereon. The cleaning tube (5) and the filter (4) are located on the roof of the tractor, wherein the filter (4) is placed below while the cleaning tube (5) is being placed on the filter (4).
The working method of the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) is as follows. The compressor which is located in the engine section of the tractor and which performs air suction is started up by the operator. The operation of the compressor causes the clean air taken from the environment to be transferred to the air tank (1 ). After the air tank (1 ) is filled with clean air, the operator activates the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) by pressing the button inside the cabin. Following the activation of the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6), the air valve (3) which enables the uninterrupted supply of the air flow starts up and performs the transfer of the clean air pressurized with 8 bars, which is transferred from the air tank (1 ) to the air hose (2), to the cleaning tube (5). The air pressurized with 8 bars, which serves as a rinsing or cleaning solution, is sprayed from the cleaning tube (5) to the air conditioner filter (4) in the opposite direction is the suction of the filter (4), the dirt, rust, dust and oil deposits accumulated on the filter (4) are discharged from the air inlet-outlet hole on the tractor cabin without any assembly or disassembly and therefore the air conditioner filter (4) is cleaned. After the air conditioner filter (4) is cleaned, the operator presses the button for activating/deactivating the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) and the system is turned off. Furthermore, the air conditioner will not switch to normal operation mode
automatically or manually before the cleaning process in the air conditioner filter cleaning system (6) is complete.
