Abstract This patent discloses a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer, which comprises a cleaning device and a handheld visual device; the cleaning device has a shell, which is provided inside with at least one 5 liquid container; each of the liquid containers, respectively connected with a gas pipe, is connected with a gas pipe connector through the corresponding gas pipe, and provided at the bottom with a solenoid valve electrically connected with a first control switch, respectively; the solenoid valve is connected at the other end with a liquid outlet pipe, which is provided at the end with a cleaning nozzle; the handheld 10 visual device comprises a handle, a first display controller and an endoscope probe, the first display controller being mounted on the handle and electrically connected with the endoscope probe through an endoscope wire, the endoscope wire and the liquid outlet pipe being arranged side by side. This patent can realize visual cleaning of the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank, achieve 15 powerful dirt removal, sterilization and odor removal, and eliminate the need of disassembling the air-conditioning components, thus easy to handle, thorough in cleaning, and high in work efficiency. Description

1 HANDHELD AUTOMOBILE AIR-CONDITIONING EVAPORATION TANK VISUAL WASHER BACKGROUND This patent relates to the technical field of automobile cleaning devices, 5 specifically to a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer. With the development of automobile industry and the improvement of people's living standard, the means of transportation is required to have comfortable experience, wide eyesight and appropriate temperature. Therefore, 10 there appear some automobile accessories, including an automobile air conditioning evaporation tank. In the process of long-term use, lots of dirt and bacteria accumulate in the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank. In the past, the common practice of cleaning the automobile air-conditioning evaporation box is manual cleaning, e.g., 15 spraying a cleaning agent toward the outer air inlet of the automobile air conditioning evaporation box and then cleaning with the condensed water produced by the air-conditioning evaporation tank itself. This method has little effect in cleaning the inside of the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank, and needs to disassemble the air-conditioning parts for thorough cleaning, which 20 is not only highly technical, heavy in workload and low in work efficiency, but also high in cost. In view of this situation, there currently appears an automobile air conditioning cleaning system on the market, which includes a shell, a control board arranged in the shell, and a water pump, the water pump being connected 2 with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, respectively, the water outlet pipe being provided at the water outlet port with a spray gun that can constantly extract cleaning liquid to spray onto the cleaned parts to facilitate cleaning of the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank; the power switch and the power line 5 interface are arranged on the side of the shell, with all the electrical components subject to control of the power switch; this cleaning device is generally also equipped with a pressure adjustment switch for adjusting pressure of the water pump. However, this automobile air-conditioning cleaning system often has such problems as many health dead angles, incomplete cleaning and inconvenient 10 operation. SUMMARY In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, a purpose of this patent is to provide a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer that can eliminate the need of disassembling the air-conditioning parts, 15 and offer convenient operation, high work efficiency, thorough cleaning and real time display of the cleaning process. In order to achieve the above purpose, this patent provides the following technical solution: A handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer is provided, comprising a cleaning device and a handheld visual device; 20 the cleaning device has a shell, which is provided inside with at least one liquid container used for storing cleaning liquid; each of the liquid containers, respectively connected with a gas pipe, is connected with a gas pipe connector mounted on the shell through the corresponding gas pipe, and provided at the bottom with a solenoid valve electrically connected with a first control switch, 3 respectively; the solenoid valve is connected at the other end with a liquid outlet pipe leading to the outside of the shell, with the liquid outlet pipe provided at the end with a cleaning nozzle; the handheld visual device comprises a handle, a first display controller and an endoscope probe, the first display controller being 5 mounted on the handle and electrically connected with the endoscope probe through an endoscope wire, the endoscope wire and one end of the liquid outlet pipe being arranged side by side. Preferably, in the above technical solution, there are three liquid containers, which are a detergent container, a cleaning liquid container and a bacteriostat 10 container, respectively. Preferably, in the above technical solution, each of the liquid containers is provided at the top with a container opening having a container lid. Preferably, in the above technical solution, the first display controller includes a first display and a first control panel mounted on the handle. 15 Preferably, in the above technical solution, the first control switch is arranged outside or on the shell; the shell is provided with an LED lamp used for displaying the on/off state of the corresponding solenoid valve, and with a barometer and a barometric adjustment knob or a barometric charging/discharging knob. 20 Preferably, in the above technical solution, a casing pipe is sleeved outside one end of the endoscope wire and the liquid outlet pipe. Preferably, in the above technical solution, the cleaning nozzle is in the form of a fan.
4 Preferably, in the above technical solution, the handle is provided with a second control switch, which is electrically connected with the first control switch. Preferably, in the above technical solution, the shell is provided with a second display controller, which is electrically connected with the first display 5 controller and includes a second display and a second control panel. Preferably, in the above technical solution, the first display controller or the second display controller is in wired or wireless communication with a peripheral display device. Preferably, in the above technical solution, a main controller, arranged 10 inside the shell and able to be in communication with a remote control terminal, includes a control module, as well as a wireless communication module, a GPS positioning module, a timing module, a use frequency statistical module, an on/off control module, a fault alarm module and an anti-disassembly alarm module that are electrically connected with the control module, respectively, the anti 15 disassembly alarm module being electrically connected with an anti-disassembly sensor mounted inside the shell, the control module being electrically connected with a digital display screen mounted on the shell. Compared with the prior art, this patent has the following beneficial effects: This patent, realizing visual cleaning of the automobile visual air 20 conditioning evaporation tank through the cleaning device and the handheld visual device, can achieve powerful dirt removal, sterilization and odor removal, and eliminate the need of disassembling the air-conditioning components, thus easy to handle, allowing people to real-time learn about the portion to be cleaned, watch 5 the cleaning process and cleaning effect, and record video and take photos throughout the process, offering thorough cleaning and high work efficiency. The handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer of this patent will be described below in detail with reference to drawings and examples.
6 What are described in the following are the most preferred examples of the handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer of this patent, but will not limit the scope of protection of this patent. Example 1 5 As shown in Fig. 1, a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer is provided, comprising a cleaning device 1 and a handheld visual device 2, the cleaning device 1 being used for providing the cleaning liquid to clean the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank and for performing the cleaning operation, the handheld visual device 2 being in cooperation with the 10 cleaning device 1 for the visual operation in the cleaning process. The structure and principle of the cleaning device 1 and the handheld visual device 2 of this example will be described below in detail. As shown in Fig. 2, the cleaning device 1 has a shell 11, which is provided inside with at least one liquid container used for storing cleaning liquid; with each 15 of the liquid containers provided at the top with a container opening having a container lid 19, the required cleaning liquid is put into the corresponding liquid container simply by unscrewing the container lid 19. In this example, there are three liquid containers that, according to the different cleaning liquid, are a detergent container 12, a cleaning liquid container 13 and a bacteriostat container 20 14, respectively; the detergent is used for foaming and the dirt removal process, the cleaning liquid is used for the cleaning process, and the bacteriostat is used for the antibacterial and air drying process. Wherein the detergent container 12, the cleaning liquid container 13 and the bacteriostat container 14 are connected with a gas pipe 15, respectively, and connected with the a gas pipe connector 16 7 mounted on the shell 11 through the corresponding gas pipe 15, respectively. While in operation, the gas pipe connector 16 can be connected with a barometric supply device, by which the required barometric pressure is supplied. As shown in Fig. 1, the shell 11 is provided with a barometer 17 and a barometric adjustment 5 knob 18 or a barometric charging/discharging knob. Wherein the gas entering the gas pipe connector 16 can go into the detergent container 12, the cleaning liquid container 13 and the bacteriostat container 14 by first going into the barometric adjustment knob 18 and then into the corresponding gas pipe 15. In addition, the detergent container 12, the cleaning liquid container 13 and 10 the bacteriostat container 14 are connected at the bottom with a solenoid valve 110, respectively, which is electrically connected at one end with the first control switch 111 through a wire, and connected at the other end with a liquid outlet pipe 112 leading to the outside of the shell 11; the liquid outlet pipe 112 is provided at the end with a cleaning nozzle 113 that can be inserted into the automobile air 15 conditioning evaporation tank for cleaning, with the cleaning nozzle 13 in the form of a fan that can increase the barometric pressure and improve the cleaning effect thereof. In this example, the first control switch 111, arranged outside the shell 11, includes a cleaning switch, a dirt removal switch and an antibacterial switch; the 20 shell 11 is provided with three LED lamps 114, which can show the on/off state of the solenoid valve 110 on the bottom of the detergent container 12, the cleaning liquid container 13 and the bacteriostat container 14. As shown in Fig. 1, the handheld visual device 2 includes a handle 21, a first display controller and an endoscope probe 22, with the first display controller 8 mounted on the handle 21 and electrically connected with the endoscope probe 22 through an endoscope wire 23. Moreover, as shown in Figs. 1, 3 and 4, in order to insert the liquid outlet pipe 112 and the endoscope probe 22 together into the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank conveniently, a casing pipe 24 is 5 sleeved outside one end of the endoscope wire 23 and the liquid outlet pipe 112, so that the endoscope wire 23 and the liquid outlet pipe 112 are arranged side by side to form a visual cleaning pipe. Wherein the first display controller includes a first display 25 and a first control panel 26; the first display controller can record video and take photos so as 10 to facilitate viewing, and the video signal produced by the endoscope probe 22 is sent to the first display 25 to display. The cleaning operation process of this patent is as follows: 1. Putting the detergent, cleaning liquid and bacteriostat into the corresponding liquid containers, respectively; 15 2. powering on, and turning on the power switch of the visual washer; 3. connecting the gas charging pipe of the barometric supply device, and adjusting the barometric pressure of the washer to a specified value; 4. finding the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank, opening the endoscope, inserting the visual cleaning pipe of the washer into the automobile 20 air-conditioning evaporation tank, and observing the pollution situation; 5. turning on the cleaning switch, spraying the cleaning liquid onto the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank to get it moist, and then turning off this switch; 9 6. turning on the dirt removal switch, spraying the detergent onto the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank, then turning off this switch, and leaving the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank to foam and get dirt removed for a period of time; 5 7. turning on the cleaning switch again, and spraying the cleaning liquid onto the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank, until the dirt is removed; 8. turning on the antibacterial switch, spraying the bacteriostat onto the automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank until it is sprayed up, and then continuing to blow dry the residue with gas; and 10 9. finishing with the cleaning. Example 2 As shown in Fig. 5, another handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer is provided, comprising a cleaning device 1 and a handheld visual device 2; the cleaning device 1 and the handheld visual device 2 15 of Example 2 are mostly the same with those of Example 1 in structure and principle, with the similarities not repeated here. There is the following difference: The first control switch 111 (including the cleaning switch, the dirt removal switch and the antibacterial switch) in the cleaning device 1 is arranged on the top of the shell 11 and located at a side of the LED lamp 114. Certainly, the position of this 20 first control switch 111 in the shell 11 can also be changed arbitrarily, so long as it is convenient for operation. In addition, in order to facilitate operation, the handheld visual device 2 can be also provided on the handle 21 with a second control switch 27, which is electrically connected with the first control switch 111; when a certain switch in the 10 first control switch 111 is turned on, the second control switch 2 needs further to be turned on to get the corresponding solenoid valve 110 turned on. Example 3 As shown in Fig. 6, a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank 5 visual washer is provided, comprising a cleaning device 1 and a handheld visual device 2; the cleaning device 1 and the handheld visual device 2 of Example 3 are mostly the same with those of Example 2 in structure and principle, with the similarities not repeated here. There is the following difference: The cleaning device 1 is provided on the shell 11 with a second display controller, which is 10 electrically connected with the first display controller. In this example, the second display controller includes a second display 115 and a second control panel 116. Likewise, the cleaning device 1 of Example 1 can be also provided with a second display controller. It is necessary to explain that, as shown in Fig. 7, the first display controller 15 or the second display controller in the visual washer of the above examples can be also provided with a data interface, which is in wired or wireless data communication with the peripheral display device 3 to transfer video signals. Wherein the peripheral display device 3 may include a television, a computer and other equipment in the customer lounge, which is beneficial for customers to view 20 real-time cleaning of cars. Example 4 As shown in Fig. 8, a handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer is provided, comprising a cleaning device 1 and a handheld visual device 2; the cleaning device 1 and the handheld visual device 2 of Example 4 are 11 mostly the same with those of Example 2 in structure and principle, with the similarities not repeated here. Any other alteration, modification, substitution, combination and simplification, so long as not departing from spirit of this patent, should be equivalent displacement, and fall within the scope of protection of this patent.

Claims (5)

A handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer, characterized in that: it comprises a cleaning device and a handheld visual device; the cleaning device has a shell, which is provided inside with at least one liquid 5 container used for storing cleaning liquid; each of the liquid containers, respectively connected with a gas pipe, is connected with a gas pipe connector mounted on the shell through the corresponding gas pipe, and provided at the bottom with a solenoid valve electrically connected with a first control switch, respectively; the solenoid valve is connected at the other end with a liquid outlet 10 pipe leading to the outside of the shell, with the liquid outlet pipe provided at the end with a cleaning nozzle; the handheld visual device comprises a handle, a first display controller and an endoscope probe, the first display controller being mounted on the handle and electrically connected with the endoscope probe through an endoscope wire, the endoscope wire and one end of the liquid outlet 15 pipe being arranged side by side.

The handheld automobile air-conditioning evaporation tank visual washer according to claim 1, characterized in that: There are three liquid containers, which are a detergent container, a cleaning liquid container and a bacteriostat container, respectively, each being provided at the top with a container opening having a 20 container lid.
