The sucked refrigerant fluid passes through the suction muffler of which the part constituting the suction manifold is disposed in the cylinder head and reaches the cylinder.
  • the cylinder head is produced as a single piece and a part of the cylinder head comes into contact with the surfaces of the suction muffler that constitute the suction chamber thereof. It is observed, however, in the compressors that the muffler head becomes loose and move in the gap of the cylinder head over the time. This is caused by wearing of the pins on the muffler head during mounting or operation. Consequently, the permanent contact between the muffler head and the valve table is broken and due to the vibrations of the motor, impacts may occur, thereby increasing the noise level of the compressor.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un compresseur (1), lequel compresseur comprend un moteur (2) constitué par deux parties principales, un stator (3) et un rotor (4) ; un cylindre (5) réalisant un pompage du fluide de réfrigération ; une tête de cylindre (6) qui est disposée sur le cylindre (5) et qui produit une circulation du fluide de réfrigération à des pressions basse et élevée ; une table de vanne (10) qui permet au fluide de réfrigération basse pression d'être pris dans le cylindre (5) et au fluide de réfrigération haute pression d'être délivré à la tête de cylindre (6) ; un silencieux d'aspiration (7) qui est disposé sur la tête de cylindre (6), qui permet au fluide de réfrigération d'atteindre le cylindre (5) sans échauffement et qui minimise le bruit, et une tête de silencieux (8) qui permet au silencieux d'aspiration (7) d'être monté sur la tête de cylindre (6).
